Idea post paid mobile service provider had changed my mobile plan without my permission which is resulting in extra billing amount since last 2 months.
I have also complained regarding this problem in on idea cellular website however it is not being addressed properly. This website is also not having category of complain for data plan change. Further my outgoing call has been stopped since17th july'16 without addressing above issue.

    I have regular user of idea cellular my details are-

    I had recharge my idea number amounting rs 252 on 09.07.2016 and got an offer 2gb 3g internet for 28 days (the confirmation sms received from idea end alongwith benefit details) and accordingly, the same has been reflected in my account. as i have checked my account by dialing *125# (enclosed screen shot of the same)

    But unfortunately, while i have try to do the internet surfing, it will not work and for that from dt. 09.07.2016 to 16.07.2016 i am sending mails/had talk several times with idea customer care by dialing 198 and has been raised complain under service request number 1-[protected] at my end. but i am sorry to say that till date i have not received any positive response from idea nor received my refund. as and when i had discussed with their customer care executive in maximum cases, their started argument with me and given wrong information about my issue. as i was quite surprise when i got the information from a lady customer executive that the amount was forfeited, as you was done a wrong recharge. i can't imagine that a mobile company employee was telling like that to their customers.

    Hence, i am request you kindly look into this matter and please refund my amount at an earliest.

    I am sorry to draw your kind attention that till date, my above noted issue not yet resolved. As 11 days already being passed out of my 28 days validate of IDEA 3G pack. Now I wanted to know when you going to resolve my issue and when I am able to use my internet?? For your kind information that every day, unnecessary, I have spent lots of money for my daily internet usage.. May I know who will bear the extra cost.

    However, I am requesting you all once again kindly resolved my issue by today eod or refund my amount at an earliest. I am feed up with Idea service..

      Still my query is not resolved.
      Several months before i have applied for postpaid connection through an idea dealer [protected]@gmail.com. Presently i am n vodafone postpaid customer. Unfortunately, after certain days i have received a message from idea and vodafone that portability is failed. I asked the idea executive to assist me further. But there were no response from their end.
      They are not attending the phone call when i call from my mobile. But when i do from my friends number, they are attending. It seems that they are playing fool with me. They have collected my proof, and an amount of rs.300 for connection and i have also shared the new port number to them.
      I tried to inform this to idea customer care, but they were not ready to here my words. They asked me to call to a number ([protected]) to get connected to their postpaid department, but again its connecting to prepaid department.
      I explained the queries to them, but they were ready to here me. I asked them to connect to their senior officer. And they acted like connecting and finlly disonnected my call.
      Worst customer care team.

        I recharged my prepaid number today (17/07/2016) with 350 rs full talktime and immediate after recharging rs100 got deducted automatically from my account wthout any confirmation and it stated that rs 100 has been deducted for renewing some service, i then called the customer care (the person told his name as pradeep) but the answers given to me were not at all satisfying i asked for getting my money back in 24hrs as i had immediately stopped the said service but they did nit agree and instead gave rude answers and cut the call. please look into this matter as this is the 3rd time my money has been deducted illegally from my account without even once confirming with me that weather i want that servuce or not.

          2 weeks back there was an issue in the idea network and they credited us a talk time wirth inr 100/-. However there was no possibility to make call even if there was signal. "called failed" this is the message shows most of the times including now. And the internet signal is weak and where there is good signal, the speed keeps fluctuate and sometimes the webpage gets stucked. Then i have to close the data connection and open it again to access the internet. Same issue with my friends too. I am really disappointed with your service and i am disconnecting your service. Sorry to say that, poor network and service!!!

I am constantly getting calls from number starting with 56694 followed by a msg that "apke integrated chat dost apse baat karna chahte the". I did not activated any of such service. Kindly deactivate the integrated chat service. I am very upset....

              Please note that against our mobile no.[protected], there is un accounted charges or rs.648/- when we have called to customer care of idea cellular they said number 055315 is a astrology no. And on 14 june some body called from your no to this no an around 7 pm and speak for 1 hr, so this is the charges for the same. Rs.9/minute and charges are correct.

              But when we have tried to call this no. To check whether they are saying is correct or not and what we found is that no.055315 is in correct.

              O calling to a incorrect no. We have to pay rs.648/- extra, where no communication has done.

              O please suggest us what to do. My communication mobile no.+91-[protected]

                Dear sir, i am surojit natua, i use the idea connection of mobile. But they cut extra data mb of my mobile. Today i recharge rs 146/- internet package 1gb net for 28days. Just few minutes later i open data is on my mobile they cut 770 mb net. Then i call customer care they say that i use this 770 mb. But sir am i crazy. Few months ago same problem i face, then call customer care they said same. But sir i sure that its not my fault, nothing i download but they cut extra data.

                        Please stop harassing customers by activating random services on postpaid mobile and then blame customer that he has activated service. Resolve my issue so that i can port out of idea for once and for all. Reference case numbers: first vas related dispute raised via complaint number c1-[protected]. I got call from idea blaming me that i have activated juiceup service. When i asked proof then there was no response except we cant help send an email. I have sent an email to appellate. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com for which i got response that my appeal is invalid. When i asked reason for invalidating appeal i have got no response. I have sent another email asking process for filing appeal via communication id: e1-[protected] on july 8th for which i have not yet received any response so far. I have again called customer care to check for process regarding appeal and customer care supervisor raised another complaint on july 8 for waiver via communication id c1-[protected] which was again closed on july 12 stating "we are unable to process". I have again sent email to appellate authority on july 12th for which i got confirmation email acknowledging that request has been received and i have not yet received any docket number for my appeal. Same day when i again called customer care to check for process of appeal a new complaint was opened via communication id: c1-[protected] which was again closed today ie 15th saying i have clicked online link so service got activated. Now my question to idea is "how can a service get activated on my mobile without my consent" if idea claims that i have given authority then kindly provide me proof for same. Just saying i clicked xyz link does not account as confirmation or a proof that i have requested a service. I am attaching snapshots of sms i recieved wrt to juice up service. I have also attached excel sheet snapshot provided by idea hosted on idea website stating juice up service is provided by idea. Frew customer care representatives have also said it is 3rd party service.

                        Update on this case... Idea representative called me and first blamed me that I have clicked and downloaded something from my mobile menu. I asked I do not have any menu from Idea so how can I download then he started saying I have clicked some popup from website.. When i asked which website at what time then again they do not have any answer... Very much disappointed. When ask them provide evidence for their statement they just change their statement.

                          I have paid my dues on 13 july 2016, but till date services has no been resumed. While taking payment they had assured it will start services in 3-4 hours but all fake. This my second time i am facing same kind of problem. Even i had seen many other customers complaining about same kind of problems with the company's collection centre. I doubt whether they are using customers money for their personal use or so. I had tried to call the centre many times but no reply, nor the company circle office phone numbers are no reply. Even on website he complaint section is showing error in uploading comments. Where should we go???

                            Dear sir,

                            This is to inform that i recharged by retailler idea 1gb, 2g internet pack of rs. 126, for 28 days. This was shown by checking *121# special offer on 14/07/2016 for my contact no [protected]. I have screen shots of this offer. I called to 198 customer care they told me offer will be activated in 4 hours. But benefit not received still.
                            Company gave me only 500 mb for 15 days which is wrong.
                            So pls register my complaint of fraud case against idea company.

                              There was an recharge offer for Rs192 which provided 1gb day and 1gb night for 28 days. Since the offer details were not specific i did a recharge from my own phones balance and only got 600mb for 14 days. I called customer service and they tell me then only that i was supposed to do a flexi recharge. Only because there details were not specific for the offer i did not do flexi. I[censored] guys can help me in any way possible, kindly do help me

                                  I have call customer care with my no. [protected] which is idea no. on date 25.06.16 for stopping service of my another no. [protected] which was not required by me. your customer care has told me that no. will closed by going to idea show room on date of billing cycle i. e. 04-05.07.16.

                                  I have visited your showroom at phase 5 mohali and asked them to close my no. first they were not ready to do then they have taken my id proof with my signature and told me that they have sent r4equest for closure and will inform me my bill on my another no. i. e. [protected].

                                  Till date i have not received any thing from them. today when i have called customer care they told me my no. is active and required to go to idea show room and will have to pay the rent of 10 days rs 800, (rs 580 last month bill and addition to that my 10 days rent) which i have not used as i have thrown my sim on date 04.07.16 after giving application to your show room.

                                  Is that your service procedure to mentally torture your customer as customer has taken your postpaid no. seeing your service. no customer service from you as we are not getting proper signal and not able to get proper 3g/4g

                                  I am ready to pay your last bill but paying any other rent is not correct as your showroom has told me the they have forwarded my closure request on date 04.07.16.

                                  Please revert on urgently or will have to see on next step of action.

                                      [protected] ye mera postpaid number hai mene 2 month pahle indore ke indprast tower idea office me prepaid krne ki request dali thi idea company ka pura process follow kiya tha jisme mene apne documents diye the sath me bill pay kiya aur extra advance bill ka payment bhi liya gaya uske bad kaha new sim card de rhe hai uska bhi payment kiya then kaha gaya ke apka postpaid number 3 se 4 din me prepaid ho jaega. lekin 2 weeks ho gaye mera number prepaid nhi hua mai phr idea office gaya aur compaint ki uske bad woh kehte hai ki hamne apko invalide sim card de diya tha ye hamary galti thi isliye apka prepaid account nhi ho paya. then unhone dusra sim card diya aur phir se kaha ke 3 se 4 din me apka number prepaid ho jaega lekin mene 3 week wait kiya lekin phr bhi nhi hua me already 4 se 5 bar idea offic visite kar chuka tha aur har bar mujhe 3 se 4 ghante waha wait kerna parta tha phir uske bad counter per number aata tha isliye mene bad me idea office nhi gaya aur idea custumer care per complaint likhana shuru kr di kam se kam 7 complaint likhai mujhe 2 month ho gaye complaint likhate likhate ki mera postpaid se prepaid number ker diya jaye pher resolve ke liye call aata aur kehte ki ham 3 se 4 din me apka number prepaid ker denge aur woh lo compaint token close kr dete lekin mera kam abhi tk hua hi nhi aur idea wale upper se bill per bill bana ker bheje ja rhe aur sath me abhi outgoing bhi band kr di thi mazburan mujhe bewajha ka bill pay krna pada take outgoing chalu ho lekin abhi tk mera postpaid se prepaid number nhi hua idea walo ne mujhe bahot pareshan kiya hai ager ab bhi mera number prepaid nhi kiya gaya to me ab idea per fraud ka case karunga
