I would like to bring to your notice that I visited idea showroom Mahipalpur to by a new pre-paid connection and I was old most of the information including (you will get Rs 150 on recharge of rs 150) and was asked to provide my documents. After filling form I was told that you will get Rs 120 on recharge of Rs 150 and SIM will be activated by today evening @ 18:00 hours and was provided with mobile number [protected]...

Idea Cellular has has charged me Rs. 1380.48 for internet on pro-rata basis without informing the charge of Rs. 4 per MB. This has been brought to their notice but they refuse to accept their mistake. They have disconnected my outgoing call which has forced me to buy a new connection. They record all calls to theor customer care but do not use it to verify my claims....

I have recharge my IDEA connection on 13th March with 649.00 but balance not update
I called many time on 198 customer care they told we don't know about net recharge
even I have forward IDEA receipt which is generated after successful recharge....

Idea has alloted me a no.which belonged to some defaulter..I am receiving calls from diff companies nd recently from a police station allegating that I am related to Mr narendrea virwani nd hiding his information..on calling the customer cre Dy were not ready to register my complaint nd after repeatedly insisting some kulwinder kahe has promised a call back within 24hrs..which was not done..useless nd unprofessional service...

I paid the bill of Rs. 410/- on 19th January 2016. Idea claims that the payment was not received. This payment was made through HDFC NetBanking. So, I spoke to HDFC. HDFC confirmed that payment was received to the merchant (it is IDEA).

I have been chasing this issue for two months and there has been absolutely no progress on this issue. I have sent several emails and talked to Idea customer care many times.

I was using internet and got the text that i have only 10mb left in my account for 3g and 1024.49mb for 4g. I changed my setting to lte and i was having nearly rs. 245/- in y main balance. I have been deducted rs.72 for browsing on 12march even though I have my internet pack.so I called the consumer care they had told that the it was wrongly deducted and it will be refunded within 48hrs.but the balce had not been refunded. Please note that idea cellular is a cheat and a fraud company. There was a discussion at first regarding faulty charges of 1024 applied in the name of data charges on my number [protected] when actually there was no information to us about this prior.

On 11/3/2016 an employee from idea called me up and told me to take the charges against idea and the amount of 1024 shall be credited to my idea account

I am customer of idea postpaid having No. [protected]. My bill of last month was 1844.16 which i paid through SBI e banking on 27 feb 2016. The transaction id no. was POS[protected]. The money was debited frm my account. I complained to customer care, orally & through mail submitting my bank transaction details. But idea has not resolved it. Pls resolve my complain urgently and refund my money...

WAP download charges in idea no [protected]. This to inform you that in my mobile bill extra WAP down load charge has been added costing Rs 250/-my mobile has internet facility. And I am using my mobile only for receiving and dialling the call, even I am very less using SMS facility. I even does not know WAP downloading and so could not understand what is WAP charge. Sir this is Ravi from Delhi using idea cellular no. [protected]. Yesterday on 13/03/2016 i called my uncle near about 11 pm, after 15-16 min my call dropped at 11:22 pm. Then called a frnd after 11:45 pm the no. was unreachable but they cut 35paise for that, again made same call and again they cut 35 paisa while no. was unreachable. I am afraid to make missed calls also, they may cut the missd call charges also....

Inspite of our several request to idea to change our nos to postpaid to prepaid still they have not changed and now inspite of paying the bill amount( the plan which we have not used) they have closed the service to this no. this is to inform you that i am using idea mobile since 3 years and now a days since 3 or more months the network is very poor in NSTL Township (near NAD jn) i am unable to use the 2g/3g data and even the network signal is very very poor. pls do the needful....
