I am using [protected] idea postpaid
I convert this number in idea postpaid in febuary my billing date is 1st.
I have easy share plan with 1000 minute and 5gb data. Till today when i use data or make any call my unbilled amount is increase.
About this i contact the mini store from i purchase this number that person say plan is properly work your unbilled amount is zero.
That person contct no. Is [protected] from idea store location rohtak near tehashil rohtak.
Resolve my this problm because my limit is 1250 and i have 956 unbilled amount allready. Limit is used 75% of my limit

    Hi Sir,

    I am using Idea service([protected]) since last few months. Last 2 months I got 300/- extra bill/every month. I got a call from collection department due to non-payemnt and I raised bill issues with them and they promise that this 600/- will be excluded from your account and you need to pay 1400/- that I paid after discussion. Now again today they barred my out going call claiming non-payment.

    Can you suggest what to do? Should I appeal in Consumer court? Every time just they use to block out going calls is this a good thing?

    Please resolve this issues today only. I am so upset every time they are doing this.

    I can say one of the Worst Service I have ever used in my life.

      I use idea prepaid number. Yesterday(15.03.2016) i deduct balance by idea company. Idea deduct money by idea flash service. Idea not having such options so that any use deactivate flash service. While vodafone give the flash option.
      .

      I think idea is a reputed company in prepaid network in rajasthan. But idea now in these days become a theft company. Company stolen money by fraud service.
      What is a dirty scam!

      Pleaske keep away for such cheater establishment.

      Worst service provider and greedy as well..I am going to port and advise same to others..these won't stop looting innocent public on the name of stupid vas.idea created it just for a single purpose to fill there pockets.govt is not going to stop as they got there share on time.dnt knw a single person who uses such stupid vas service.there customer care is useless and cutoff call if any one try to speak about his hard earned money..[protected].

        Two months back i have been migrated from telenor to idea as pre paid customer. while i have migrated idea cellular has deduct amount un-necessarily from my recharged amount.
        recently rs.35 deducted for fbunny. few days back rs.35, rs.90 deductions done by the operator. they are return back that amount when i have warn that i will complaint to trai authorities. but no change.. daily some amount deducted while i activate my net.

        they are sending single sms and confirm that without any permission and they also do not explain about that feature. they r deducting this type of amounts without permission from educates, then what about illiterates. it is very inconvenience and illegal.

          I had a number for Idea in pune which was active till June 2011, 5 years ago and had deactivated and cleared all dues. It has since been reallocated by Idea to someone else.

          I have received the below email from [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com. When I call the numbers given, they are answered by some advocate/recovery agency hired by Idea who has no information of this account number, the phone number associated, or the bill.

          On top of that the advocate wants the money to be paid into some other number on idea's payment - and the email confirmation to personal email id!

          So I have no clue if this is real or a scam, if there are any valid dues, and how I should pay them. Have tried to contact the and[protected] numbers also but they transfer to postpaid in Mumbai who claim to have no information of Maharashtra postpaid and the [protected] maharashtra number transfers to maharashtra prepaid because the idea number is now a prepaid one!

And used idea sim and not paid bill which no is [protected]. I replied I am Not Margaret and I have not used any sim of Idea. Secon I have not shifted from Gurgaon to Naraina .

          In this time i am leaving in Naraina after that he is not heard my word and said come in cout and proof.

          Other wise penalty 8000 or Zail.

          I want to know who any why this types of threatening. I have very disappointed pls look and take necessary actions against this fraud team.

            Dear Sir/ Madam

            I would like to bring to your notice that I visited idea showroom Mahipalpur to by a new pre-paid connection and I was old most of the information including (you will get Rs 150 on recharge of rs 150) and was asked to provide my documents. After filling form I was told that you will get Rs 120 on recharge of Rs 150 and SIM will be activated by today evening @ 18:00 hours and was provided with mobile number [protected] to contact to get recharge amount. I paid Rs 150 no receipt was provided to me even after I asked.

            In evening around 19:00 Hrs I called the above given number which was picked by Avinash with a rude behavior he talked and disconnected my call. When I visited @ idea showroom their attitude was very bad and the way they were talking was really bad.

            I asked for my ID's and amount back he asked me to come tomorrow @ 13:00 hrs to collect the same.

            Requesting you to look into the matter and help me in reverting my things back, I am an existing idea post paid customer and assuring you will not make such mistake to get connected with idea and will also encourage other not make such mistake.

              Idea Cellular has has charged me Rs. 1380.48 for internet on pro-rata basis without informing the charge of Rs. 4 per MB. This has been brought to their notice but they refuse to accept their mistake. They have disconnected my outgoing call which has forced me to buy a new connection. They record all calls to theor customer care but do not use it to verify my claims.

                    I paid the bill of Rs. 410/- on 19th January 2016. Idea claims that the payment was not received. This payment was made through HDFC NetBanking. So, I spoke to HDFC. HDFC confirmed that payment was received to the merchant (it is IDEA).

                    I have been chasing this issue for two months and there has been absolutely no progress on this issue. I have sent several emails and talked to Idea customer care many times.

                    My outgoing calls were barred without any intimation despite raising the complaint about my payment. Also, Idea has added late payment charges.

                    This has been the Idea's worst customer care experience.

                      I m using idea number [protected] for last 14-15 months times. I have lodged so many complains but this time its gone over board. I was using internet and got the text that i have only 10mb left in my account for 3g and 1024.49mb for 4g. I changed my setting to lte and i was having nearly rs. 245/- in y main balance. After using internet foe few more minutes i received the balance left msg that i have nothing left in my main balance. I called customer complain no 198 and asked the person what i got charged for? He was saying for internet when he was also telling me that i have 978... Mb is still in my 4g account. When i told him that this is wring and i asked him if i can please speak to his senior. First he refused then promised me that i will get a call back from the senior in one hour which never happened. So i called again and got told that they will contact me next day morning. No call again. So i called again and again and finally spoken to senior officer and he admitted and told me that i will get my balance back. I waited for two hours and called again and got told that the charges were right and i wouldn't get refund. So i lodge complain against this matter and after 2 days of this harassment. Received a call.
                      Same story again. So i called the 198 again and asked for the 4g service.
                      Over in that they were saying i wouldn't get charge the way i did. So i asked the person to check my account and he forwarded my call and whoever got on the call with me was unable to give me right answer so he just hang up on me.
                      So i let this go and recharged again cause i got treated badly. This all happen on the 13feb till 17feb 2016...
                      As i complained again for the intent not working properly. I received the call and got told that its working as per their system. As per the previous experience. I asked the person who called that i got charged wrongly. He told me to change the settings to lte so u wouldn't get charge again. Same day i was having 4mb in 3g and 54.731mb in 4g and rs.5.99/- in main balance. When i checked my balance it was gone and i checked the setting it was on lte. So i called the 198 and when i was telling the person on the call that i m getting charged like this i got a recharge done for rs.200/- to my main balance just to prove my point that this happen to me last time as well. I been to the idea office and shown the person that i m getting charge while i m doing as been told by your team person. He said he cant do anything i need to call 198. Cause i was busy doing personal things i left it to next day morning and turn the data off.
                      Next morning i been to my local idea office and shown him exactly what and how i m getting charge when i m still having the data in my 4g account.
                      Same answer call 198. I called 198 and been told to wait for two hours i will get a call. Which never happen. So i called after 5 hours and got the same answer that its right charges. So i asked the person to lodge my complain. He refused to lodge. Then i called 198 again the call got connected to mumbai office and been told by the person that he will put my concern to someone and will get a feedback.
                      I finally get this solution that i arguing for no good reason and i also told the guy that i can prove that this r the wrong charges and he finally decided to hang up by saying whatever they say in the last on every call.
                      So the bottom line is this that as a prepaid customer the company can charge anyone anyhow...
                      Team member can make false promises and misguide the customer and can take any amount from any account and says that the system is showing this...

                      Ya sure mate, as per the concern i have given u was never got solved and yes i have received so many calls from your team members and do u really wanna know what and how they treat the customers... Like they r king.. And we are nothing and got no respect... Go have a look how your members give us wrong name when they call so if anyone try to lodge complaint it w shows the error and i have emiled this thing to your people's also i have written about this in the idea app.. For all this matter i can say only one thing... Your customers must b using this idea cause of other internet speed or cause the number getting port in a week time. As i m still using this... But your team member need to learn some respect for the cuatomers and need more training about 'what is customer care' actual job is and what that actual mean...
                      So disappointed with your customer service

After this I got so many calls and in each call I got asked to explain my problem and I have explained this problem to so many people's each time they called and for all the at the end I got to listen the same thing that I will forward this matter to our senior team member and they will look into and give u call and assist u ...
                      Well I got so many calls and in tho call no respect ... Same wordings ... And same questions and at the end the person who rang me told me wrong name and spoken to me in bad manner language

                        I have activated the night data of 500mb 3G of 29Rs.. And the balance is deducated but i got nothing there is no nighy data showing and i turned on data to check then there's data charges applied. So that i thought there was somd technical error and tried to activate again and then again balance is deducated and got nothing
                        Lost 58Rs total balance and got nothing and i tried to call customer care they all are busy.. Please help me with these. I m gonna send to screenshot of these so please look into it...

I have been deducted rs.72 for browsing on 12march even though I have my internet pack.so I called the consumer care they had told that the it was wrongly deducted and it will be refunded within 48hrs.but the balce had not been refunded. So I called them on 14 march once again they told me that it was not deducted wrongly but it was deducted due to some reasons and they told that my refunding is in progress and they told me to call after 24hrs.what is going on? I had wrongly deducted balance and I have not even responded properly!! when I'll get my balance back???

                            Please note that idea cellular is a cheat and a fraud company. There was a discussion at first regarding faulty charges of 1024 applied in the name of data charges on my number [protected] when actually there was no information to us about this prior.

                            On 11/3/2016 an employee from idea called me up and told me to take the charges against idea and the amount of 1024 shall be credited to my idea account

                            on confirmation of the same on 12/3/2015 about this they simply denied

                            I charge idea for misrepresentation of information

                            # violation of right to information act

                            # repeated harassment of consumer

                            If any time during the dispute my services are withdrawn company will be fully responsible for my compensation

                              I am customer of idea postpaid having No. [protected]. My bill of last month was 1844.16 which i paid through SBI e banking on 27 feb 2016. The transaction id no. was POS[protected]. The money was debited frm my account. I complained to customer care, orally & through mail submitting my bank transaction details. But idea has not resolved it. Pls resolve my complain urgently and refund my money

                                WAP download charges in idea no [protected]. This to inform you that in my mobile bill extra WAP down load charge has been added costing Rs 250/-my mobile has internet facility. And I am using my mobile only for receiving and dialling the call, even I am very less using SMS facility. I even does not know WAP downloading and so could not understand what is WAP charge. The customer care said you have downloaded the WAP and that’s why these charges is included in your bill and you have to pay the amount. He never listened to my grievances. Kindly do the need full. I would be very thank full to you for your help in this regard.

                                    I recharged Rs.251 for 2GB 3G data for 28 days on 8 march 2016 but service was deactivated on 13 march 2016 only 5 days instead of 28days. I called idia customer care but no any complained write down and no any action was taken . My mobile No. is [protected].

                                      We would like bring in your kind attention that we are having a i plan of Rs. 599/- for connection on [protected]. We received the bill for the duration 12-02-16 to 13-03-16, we got a bill of Rs 6435/- for mobile no [protected] .Generally from a every billing is 700-1500/- we got and paid accordingly . but This is for the first time that we have received such humongous bill. They have charged us the more than the 10 times amount under the name of GPRS and internet usage .The mobile number where showing balance of 600-700 mbs a day before billing periods .We would like to bring in kind attention that we have wifi connections both at our office and home where we spent the 90% of our time. There is no chance that the usage could be this high. Check the billing at your end. We request the Idea celluler to reverse the unnecessary billed amount and bill as the actual used amount.
                                      Please help us to settle this disputes and give us revised bill.

                                        My father is user of Idea prepaid no [protected] from last 15 years and due to some issue that he was traveling outside country for 4 months hence he could operate the cell and the number got locked and could not be restarted, request to please de block the number and initiate to transfer to post paid connection
