5.5 GB data was available on 23 mar 2300 PM another recharge of rs 49 was done to add on time on mob no [protected]. But I found the instead of adding the data company has vanished the 5.5 GB data. When I called customer care SR officer Mr Amit says on next recharge balance is vanished. Every I use to recharge before data expiry. But time they cheated. I m using DoCoMo, Vodafone & Airtel also. 3 no of Idea on net. The balne data has to be added back. Most horrible thing is that Cust Care officer is denying to take complain even on 198 no. Which is a complain no.pl resolve this soon. Else advice me the forum to take up. I won't leave it unresolved.

    I buyed a idea postpaid connection from idea gallery before a weak i submitted my addar card copy n 2 photos with id proff n address proof n they told me that the boy will coming for verification, after 3 days a call came on my alternate number n he asked all my details n he said he ill visit at home for verification i said him ok..next day he came for verification at same address n he asked my id proof i submitted him he said that its ok but he reject my no in his office ...

      I am using idea. I got balance pop up after 2 minutes I ending the call, it is too late. I have complained about to the customer care. The customer executive name was Syedali. They have no responsible for this problem. My mobile number is [protected]. Manytimes it happens to me. Without even showing the internet balance popup, they had deducted my main balance. They having a responsibility to show the popup but not taking action for this. I facing same problem in another number too. It is [protected]. If i keep a complaint to the customer care, they something not related to that. They will not give the proper answer or solution for that. Please take action immediately. If not, I alone will not suffer, all idea customers will suffer. Because it is common problem for all idea customers.

        Recently, while looking for some specific programme, I accidentally happened to initiate the Games Club subscription in my phone. I do not wish to play the game. My efforts to stop the subscription fails each time I try to stop it. Please help resolve the problem and oblige. I am unnecessarily being made to pay Rs 75/- towards its charges.

          Ello sir
          this is B.RAVI KANTH from dharmavaram(andhra pradesh)..[protected] is my number from tatadocomo prepaid network...on 25.7.15 i requested 1900 for portout&generated a upc code valid till 9.8.15..but due to some reasons i stayed to docomo network ..i didn't submit any of my documents to any network..

          But surprisingly my number got disconnected from 10.8.15 and got activated in karnataka state idea network..i contacted to docomo customer care, they replied to contact to present network.my query is, with out submitting my documents how did the network people activated my number to other person..i request you to please follow up the issue and help me the needfull sir...that is my business number and that is very important for me..

            Sir,
            I have recharged my mobile balance with rs. 250 and 127 dated on 22th March 2016. I have used internet facility after confirmation of active data pack from your side.
            According to customer care executive, he told me that there is no activation of any data pack, because of this there have been a deduction from my mobile account balance.
            If there is a text msg of activation of data pack than why you people deduct the balance of my recharge balance, not from my data pack balance.
            Customer care executive is so rude to talk about this topic, he is responding in good sense.

                Respected Sir/ Madam,
                i want to migrate my no.[protected] from postpaid to prepaid i have clear all the amount and i have 171 rs extra amount after that they will not convert my number and he charged 700 rs to me as new plan.
                idea senior team is saying that this 700 rs ammount is not reflecting in my system bust when i go to idea store they says that 700 rs. is showing in your account.
                i am confused who is right and he is wrong both are lying.
                they always provide the false commitment to me and when i am talking with the customer care excutive they directly denied to talk with seniors this is the service of the idea.
                please take the necessary action and i want my whole refund, call droping amount also becuase they are not following the TRAI rule.
                as per the TRAI rule if the call drop from the service provider end they provide talk time.
                idea did not provide any extra talk amount till now means that idea is 100 % correct network.

                  I have 3 number which are under cug plan. [protected], [protected], [protected]. All mobile numbers call rates are doubled without intimating
                  In december i have been charged rs. 0.30 per call and from jan 17 2016 i have been charged rs. 0.60 per call.
                  2016 please refer attached bill herewith for proof for december month. Only one attachment can be uploaded so cannot upload bills for other months.
                  1. I have been charged rs. 0.10 for below call
                  204 15th jan[protected] a 11 39 12 1.20
                  2. I have been charged rs. 0.30 for below call
                  202 14th jan[protected] a 00 09 1 0.30
                  3. I have been charged rs.0.45 for below call
                  217 17th jan[protected] a 00 19 1 0.45
                  4. I have been charged rs. 0.60 for below call
                  218 17th jan[protected] a 01 04 2 1.20

                  I have charged double. No one helped me out. I have been facing problems and tortured by idea from last 7 years. Please verify with idea for verification. I have been already register complaint for call drop and network issues. All issues are closed without any solution. Please verify it from idea for request number c1 [protected] c1 [protected] c1 [protected].

                  I want my extra bill which i have paid to avoid service barring due to non payment. I want reversal for call drops. I want promise from idea that they will not torture me by any means is future.

Worst treatment. How can you discontinue services to to my number is there is dispute and it is pending from your end.                     i have visited the 3 time at idea store but till now they will not migrate my no. in prepaid.
                    i also talked with idea customer they are also misbehaver to me regarding this i have complain to the supervisor but till now i did not get any call or resolution.

                    when i am gain visit to the idea store they said to me please deposit 100 rs.
                    i have deposited but they did not provide any request no.

                    after that i will send the request to idea.
                    i can not under stand the matter of the idea executives because when i visited the idea they always give me the false commitment.

During port my sim document submit pan card or Punjab voter ID card.

                          On 20/03/2016 I recharged my mobile #[protected] through ICICI internet banking services of amounting Rs 115 for twice a time, screen shot is appended below. When I came to know that recharge is not filled, yesterday 21/03/2016 I called to Idea customer service department. I have given to understand by Idea customer service executive that this recharge is only for ISD calls (Special Top up). As per the below screen shot of ICICI internet banking, you can see that on site nowhere it is mentioned that this talk time is only for ISD calling. I explained Idea customer service executive all the situation, but he expressed his inability to switch the plan from ISD to local and advised me to write to customer care team. Then I wrote to customer care team & the reply I received from them is quite disappointing & I am deeply saddened by the high handed attitude of your company. They are advised me that they are unable to convert the recharge of Rs.115/- into other talk time or data pack as provision for same is not available with them & I should contract to bank ( ICICI ) in this regards.

                          However, as per the below screen shot of ICICI internet banking, you can see that on site nowhere it is mentioned that this talk time is only for ISD calling. I would like to state that I have used Idea recharge services only for local calls and they charged me for ISD calls which is completely unethical, unprofessional.

                          This Is Sai Anoop from Bangalore, I recently ported my Number into Idea on 11-3-16, After that i Spoken to your Customer Care Executive2 times through Service Center and one time in the idea out let when i went to upgrade my SIM to 4g, After listening to all the information they provided, I came to know that currently no DATA Offer is there for the Ported&upgraded Customer the i came to know that i should recharge with 251rs for 1gb DATA plan comes with 1 month validity, So i Recharged with 251rs, by the next day i came to know that my DATA plan is diactivated & a new plan has been activated becoz i was updated to 4g SIM, Sir i want know one thing, How a customer comes to know about the offers with out any writen MSG, VOICE CALL or any ALLERTS, So i made a call to 198 & Compained abought this with your person.They sad we need some 24h time to react, so i made a call back to the executive&finally they sad its not posibul, Sir i would like to know one thing i recharged my number by asking your executiv, So plzzz tell me Sir how can a customer knows abought the offers and wait for it with out any information, Its completly your executive FALT, So Becoz of the FALT happend by your person should a customer want to bare the BURDEN

                          Hi anoop, I also had a bad experience with idea, they are smartly looting people's money
                          Hello idea, I recharged two different 4g data plans on last week. I recharged the second data plan(600mb) by mistake before even start using the balance in the first plan(1 GB). So my second plan has overwritten the balance in my first plan and it showed only that data balance of 600 mb. But it should have instead added up the balance in my two plans and should have shown the balance as 1gb+600mb. I got shocked and contacted the helpline. I was told that this is the way it works and they cann't fix this in the system.

                          Omg! What a bluff!

                          If 'idea' deposits 100 crores in a bank as initial transaction and 1000 rs in the second transaction and if the bank says that your 100 crores have been overridden by 1000rs, then the balance remains only as 1000 rs, then how will 'idea' react.

                          Who would accept this logic in the whole world.

                          Smart cheaters, don't loot the peoples hard earned money. Don't ask us to look at your terms and conditions. Where is your control point in the system to check the existing balance while opting a new plan and adding the new plan balance with the current one. How much you bribed TRAI.

                          Cheaters, would u rest in peace after death i[censored] smartly loot people's money!?

                            I had requested for a change in address in the Idea Store in Pune on February 2, 2016. I had submitted my new address proofs. C1-[protected] is the service request number. After this i received bills for February and March. However, the address is still reflecting the old address.

                            The customer service executive now tells me that the new address is reflecting in system. However, to make it default i should again go to Idea store.

                            I don't get this logic. To change the address only i had gone to Idea store the first time. This is simply harrasing the consumer and wasting time.

                              I have an idea connection for last 1 and a half year. In jan 16, i changed my plan to ( delta_combo_898_uwn) . I arranged to port 4 more numbers of all my family members to idea for this plan. At the time of registering for this plan i was told that rs 898 is rental for all 5 numbers as was my requirement. However, now the bill is being generated on the basis of rs 898 per number . I don’t understand why this is happening inspite of specifically asking this question from idea executives at the time of registering for this plan that this mount of rs 898 is for all five numbers. You can check my past record i have paid my all bills on time and never asked for any waivers but i can’t bear the burden of this bill due to false information given by idea to me at the time of registering for the plan.

                              My bills for the month of jan 16 were generated on 07.02.16 . I immediately contacted local idea centre and also filed online complaint to idea customer care about the issue and requested them to change my plan with immediate effect but they are not ready to change the plan .I have been following them, writing mails, requesting local idea centre to change my plan but they are not at all responding and have not yet changed my plan. Again the bills have been generated on 07.03.16 and now they are sending messages for bill payment and levy of late payment charges. How can i pay these bills when i requested for change in plan one and a half month ago. I have written several mails and reminders to idea customer care but i am not getting any response from their end.

                              Either the employees in idea are highly unprofessional or they don’t explain the plan properly or they don’t understand the requirement of the customer.

                              Further, i wrote this issue to many forums but no one is bothered to even take a note of it. I don't know where to make a complaint in this country. Telecom operators are doing whatever they want to do and customer complaints are being unheard. My next issue is how can a telecom operator not respond to customer complaints for nearly 2 months. Where should the customer go.

                              I hope that this forum will help in resolving my issue.

                                I am using this idea number for years together, and it's not the first time I am facing inefficient services. I have a postpaid connection now with 1299 plan . I had to go abroad for 2 months and dat is the reason I raised a request to change my plan to minimum amount ( 149 I guess) on 11 th Jan 2016 .. After 2 months my number got disconnected, for enquiry and reconnection I visited idea office, Cochin ( panampalli Nagar ) where my request for plan change was raised . on enquiry it was found dat, they didn process the plan change, I was asked to pay around 3.5 k, after proper calculation with the staff there, I settled the amount ( about 1 k )and the remaining amount for rever req . My number was reconnected . the very next day, my number again got disconnected ... I again personally had to go there for enquiry .. The req was said to b pending .. Then reconnected my number ..I get frequent calls from idea to pay the amount . and every time I explain them the case and ask them to take necessary actions to avoid further disconnection .. And like wise it's the 4th time my number is getting disconnected[protected] .I get trapped at different places with no communication and most of the time I am left with no option other than borrowing and pleading for a call from a stranger sitting near by ... It's is really frustrating and embarrassing, i[censored] can understand . I owe explanation for all the inconveniences caused. I will also not be reluctant to raise this complaint further . ..

                                    I am getting a new postpaid connection.
                                    When I call for activate my sim.
                                    Mr Rajaram pic the call and my no successful active.
                                    Then he provide me all detail regarding billing plan, bill date, payment date.

                                    I asked a question - my sim is active on 26 Feb and my bill date 04 march so in this period can I use my sim.

                                    He replied to me you can use your sim but monthaly rental apply after 04 march,
                                    In this period if you using call and internet you bill got bill on your usage.

                                    But after 04 march I see my bill, you charge me rental bill.

                                    So as per I am getting reply on activation by Mr Rajaram no monthly rental will charge on this period ( 26 Feb to 4 march )

                                    So please reverse this bill.

                                    If this bill is not reverse then I will not paid any amount or its a totaly wrong information given by your customer care executive.

                                    I raise a complaint on last 20 days but still am not getting any solution.
                                    I frankly say to you, if you are unable so please give me high authority I'd contact no.

                                    Shayad aap logo KO mere issue se koi fark nahi pada hai abhi tak...
                                    Mai 01 month se follow kar raha hu lekin aap logo ki taraf se koi reaponce nahi mila.
                                    Jab tak mujhe solution nahi milega mai bill ka payment nahi karunga.
                                    Yadi aap logo ko jada problem hai to high authority ke no aur mail id share kare ...taki mai unhe bata saku sab kuch...

                                      We have recharged my brother mobile with 1GB 3G data plan two days back .
                                      The purpose is to send around 10 pictures via whatapp to me.

                                      After the recharge he has sent 5 pics, after 10 mins he tried to send rest of the pics . He could nt be able to send those because of zero net balance.

                                      We have called customer care to enquire details, he is the most irritating customer care guy one can ever speak with .
                                      To summarize whole conversation with him is, he absolutely n interest to resolve the issue, ALL HE CAN SAY IS ; NO DATA BALANCE LEFT IN YOUR
                                      ACCOUT, AND HE CAN NOT GIVE ANY SPECIFICS HOW WE HAVE USED OUR DATA . ALL HE DID IS CONFIRMED THAT WE HAVE NO NET BALANCE AVAILABLE AFTER 10 MINS RECHARGE WITH A RIDICULOUS ATTITUDE THAT WE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING .

                                        I am continuously receiving call from +91 [protected]. When I pick up the call, there is some random response and the call is cut. When I try to call back, again they pick up and cut the call. This is some sort of harassment.
