I am using this idea number for years together, and it's not the first time I am facing inefficient services. I have a postpaid connection now with 1299 plan . I had to go abroad for 2 months and dat is the reason I raised a request to change my plan to minimum amount ( 149 I guess) on 11 th Jan 2016 .. After 2 months my number got disconnected, for enquiry and reconnection I visited idea office, Cochin ( panampalli Nagar ) where my request for plan change was raised . on enquiry it was found dat, they didn process the plan change, I was asked to pay around 3.5 k, after proper calculation with the staff there, I settled the amount ( about 1 k )and the remaining amount for rever req . My number was reconnected . the very next day, my number again got disconnected ... I again personally had to go there for enquiry .. The req was said to b pending .. Then reconnected my number ..I get frequent calls from idea to pay the amount . and every time I explain them the case and ask them to take necessary actions to avoid further disconnection .. And like wise it's the 4th time my number is getting disconnected[protected] .I get trapped at different places with no communication and most of the time I am left with no option other than borrowing and pleading for a call from a stranger sitting near by ... It's is really frustrating and embarrassing, i[censored] can understand . I owe explanation for all the inconveniences caused. I will also not be reluctant to raise this complaint further . ..
