    Your service executive Mr. RADHESHYAM of Indore cut my call without solving my matter, and he used rude tone to me...

    Please tell them to use soft language to consumers. Next time i'll not tolerate... Otherwise i'll complain to consumer form...

    I have recharged 1 gb 3-g data net pack of Rs.156 on 10.03.2016 in Idea cellular. Today when i have checked my balance data net is nil.
    As i have wi-fi at home i have not used much so it is surprising that my current data balance is nil.
    There is something wrong in this matter
    I think there is some mistake in the system of idea cellular...

      Unfair Deduction of SOCILBOOK VAS
      Today i.e. on 21/03/2016 at 05:05 PM from 54300 I received a text message as follows:

      "Thank You. We have received your request for service Socialbook and it is being processed."

      And 5 minutes later at 05:10 PM from the same number I received another message as follows:

      "Your Socialbook has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 45.00 /- for 15Days. Renewal charge is Rs 45.[protected]@15Days as applicable. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223. Your balance is Rs.19.47/-"

      I was just surfing the net and reading a text page only which contained no links. Then how did I get charged without me clicking any link and without my consent. I request the authorities to take a look into this matter and retuen my balance if Rs. 45 which was unfairly deducted. Please take a look into the matter as soon as possible and take nucessary actions, else I will have to seek legal help.

        I have recharged 1 gb 3-g data net pack of Rs.245 on 19.03.2016 in Idea cellular, around 2.30 pm, Today when i have checked my balance data net is nil.
        As i have wi-fi at home i have not used much so it is surprising that my current data balance is nil.
        There is something wrong in this matter
        I think there is some mistake in the system of idea cellular.

          I had balance of rs 90 until yesterday when I got a pop up message saying thanks for subscribing to celebuffs..when I checked my balance it was reduced to rs 15..I unsubscribed the service today...I did not subscribe to any vas service then why is my account debited automatically; please refund my money and stop automatic subscription

              I have requested address change before 4 month in Vijayanagar, bangalore,
              Till now the address is not changed and no update in Customer care department.

              Called multiple time to Customer care and they are not responding and disconnecting the call with unprofessionally, They are promising it will be resolved with 2 days but no update till now.

              If this is not resolved with 2 working days i am going to port to Airtel

                          Sir. I registered my complaint against deduction of rs 200 as a roaming charged and rs 150 as rental charge. Even though i activated roaming pack on my number.                             Today morning while I browsing internet I received a message that you are having 9 MB only in your data pack from idea, so I quickly done turn off my data connection even though Idea deducted my 54.74 Rupees of main balance. what is this? and I have 4 MB left in my data pack.
                            I'm Shocked... Hows this possible? without cutting my data pack Idea deducted my main balance.

                              Sir on 19 mar 2016 evening i come up to know that my balance is less rs 60 i consulted with customer care mr deepak and he told the system is dull and he is unable to tell me why my balance is deducted (.) in morning i again call to customer care and a lady told me that you made a international call for 01 minutes so your account has been deducted rs 60. I had not made any international call(.) in past i face a many problem like this (.) i again request you to please look into the matter and do the needful otherwise i m going to change the operator (.) i m customer of your company with 10 years but now i thank that your service become from top to floor and you are not able to satisfy your customer (.) thank you

                                I was sold a card from local reatailer...he said i would get 2gb 3g free for a month...i bought that sim card for 60 rupees ...first of all that card took a week and over to start...after that when i did not recieve free mb i contacted customer care...they said it is a 4g sim...so i contacted retailer he raised his hand and said ask company about it...i entered that card in 4g sim as per company said to avail 1 gb 4g data...now they say you are not elegible for that offer...why the hell company does it???just for earning 60 rupees??? I'll surely go further on this if im not satisfied

                                    I have a corporate account of idea with 5 phone numbers bearing one account number and 1phone number bearing another account number. all numbers are active under CUG since last 4 years. on 15th january 2016, i had applied for a plan change for 3 numbers to be migrated to easy share 900 plan. i was told that 1 number will be charged ₹900 monthly rental and other 2 numbers will be charged ₹99 monthly rental. i had met Ms. Hemalatha at idea head office, Khan Latif Khan estate, near LB stadium, Hyderabad. i submitted a letter head of my company for the plan change request. i was told that since there are 2 different account numbers, i will take 2 days time. it took 3 days for the plan change. when i received the next month bill, i was charged 900+99 = 999 rental on all the three phone numbers. when contaced idea customer care by email (communication id: C1-[protected].) i did not receive any solution. i visited idea head office and contacted Ms. Hemalatha again and she promised solution within 3 days, its been over a month today but no response. i tried to contact Ms. Jeevan Latha
                                    Field Service- Zone 12 on her number, but she also asking for time.

                                    there has been no proper response from idea on this matter and my bill remains pending since then.

                                      When I got new sim as per idea 4g pre book offer, I was enrolled for it 4G. I got 4G confirmation in message, but I got connecting problem. When I called customer centre no one addressed the issue. I'm using iPhone for 7 years now, I never got such issue with any network. This is the first time I'm facing network issue with idea. My data service and roaming was active. But when I'm trying in browser it's saying, there is no active data pack activated or subscribed. Please address my issue. And give me my data back.

                                        I am rohit singh, i am one of your postpaid customers.
                                        I took a postpaid connection on 20th feb 2016.My no. Is [protected].I
                                        Got bill on 17th of march by mail with
                                        Due date for bill payment on 1st of april, but on 18th march only they
                                        Barred my outgoing calls.

                                        I contacted the gallery from where i bought the connection, but i got
                                        Very unprofessional treatment from your
                                        Executive. I am enclosing that sales executive number here([protected]).

                                        Rather than giving information they are asking me to come to the
                                        Gallery.They literally cut my phone four times
                                        Without giving me any positive response, not only this they are not
                                        Picking my calls at all.
                                        Whenever it comes to their requirement to sale they literally
                                        Irritated me by calling so many times to buy your
                                        Services which i rejected many times, at last after being irritated
                                        So many times i agreed to take your services,
                                        They sent their executive to my doors then.Now when it comes to
                                        Provide service they are not attending my call also.
                                        I want a strict action to be taken against them.
                                        That's very cheap behavior i got form one of the biggest service
                                        Provider in india(Idea).

                                        Later i called on 198 customer care from where i got to know the
                                        Reason for barring my outgoing is that my credit limit is 300
                                        And i crossed that limit so they barred my outgoing...I mean are u
                                        Serious, , is this any kind of joke...
                                        If after 300 my calls will be barred then wat's the use of taking
                                        Postpaid connection ...My question is that who decides my
                                        Credit limit ...
                                        When i got connection no one told me of this ...Why? Why?
                                        Why are your executives not giving right and proper information of all
                                        Pros and cons regarding connection.
                                        Are they making us fool... Or they get pleasure in troubling customers???

                                        After lots of arguments they agreed to reconnect my outgoing for
                                        Another 24 hours at 11:00pm of 18th march, till this i was almost
                                        Satisfied ..
                                        I thought ...Let it go...It happens sometimes, but what you did next
                                        Is not acceptable to me at all.
                                        You barred my calls the very next morning, without any prior notice and
                                        Breaching your words of providing service for another 24 hours ...
                                        You are not even giving me time to pay at least...What nonsense is
                                        This ?Are you playing games with me. I want to know if you had to
                                        Barred my
                                        Calls then why you activated it...Do you have any moral values or at
                                        Least capacity to keep your words.Is this your service you bet?

                                        Today, on 19th of march, i had to attend an interview for job, which i
                                        Lost due to your services, i was unable to contact the concerned
                                        Person for the same .
                                        I lost a chance of getting job.Now tell me who is responsible for this, are you going to pay me or either are you capable of bearing my
                                        Loss.

                                        If this is your service then please send your executive to my address
                                        And take your bill along with your connection.I have 3 idea
                                        Connections

                                        I don't require your services anymore please come and take all your
                                        Connections with you as soon as possible.I don't need it.
                                        And also i am not going to pay bill by going gallery.Send your
                                        Executive to collect it.And if it comes to taking strict action
                                        Against your services
                                        I ensure you i will not bring my foot back...I will do whatever i can do ...

                                        So please kindly collect all your sim from my address.

                                        That's the worst experience i got from your services...Truly it's
                                        Very unprofessional treatment i ever got form any of the telecom
                                        Service providers!!!
