After repeated try of idea from mar 02, 2016, through sms for misguiding customer in wrong direction. The sms for same is being sent to me by idea on regular basis. Sms were sent on mar 02 10:32, then mar 11 11:15, then mar14 13:48. After these sms same sms was sent to me on 15th 16:06. As it was written in sms as well as i have recorded call that in beginning it was said also that call is toll free, i continued the call to 53111. During call a contest was there and total 3 questions were asked and for these questions two times deduction was done during call from 16:07 to 16:09 for questions ( i came to know afterwards when i checked sms in this regard and same call is recorded at my end also). After this call idea tried to insist me for doing same mistakes by sending sms continuously after said call on 17:13, 18:39, 19:22, 19:57, 20:44 & 22:45. Ididn't respond to these sms as well as not tried to repeat my mistake for which i had already lost two deductions for no benifit. But this was too much from idea that idea placed one more deduction at 22:47 for no reason. Today also same stupidity was continious from idea through sms from morning at given timing 8:18, 10:40, 12:50, 14:41, 16:41, 18:32, 20:06. Then on 21:00 again deduction sms was done from my account for no interaction. Then it was heights from idea that amount has been deducted on 21:02 for no activity from my side. After searching customer care no. I tried to communicate the same to customer care executive, but when problem was not resolved at junior level call was forwaded to senior level. From there also there was no satisfactory answar for their system mistake and my sufferings for deduction for no reasons. He suggested me to do mail on a particular mail i.d and even denyed to accept any vomplain from my side. Today's conversation with junior executive as well as senior executive is recorded at my end. After this i had taken screenshots for last 7 call records. Screenshots are taken for call details also. Now i want to lodge the same complain at maili.d. provided by customer care executive. If problem is not resolved with in 17 or till 18th morning, then same can be escalated to consumer forum for justice for deduction and mental harrasment during this time period. I hitch is there from my side for this website that without phone no. or any other detail how can you proceed or interact with me in direction of solving the same. I am getting a new postpaid connection.
When I call for activate my sim.
Mr Rajaram pic the call and my no successful active.
Then he provide me all detail regarding billing plan, bill date, payment date.
I asked a question - my sim is active on 26 Feb and my bill date 04 march so in this period can I use my sim.
He replied to me you can use your sim but monthaly rental apply after 04 march,
In this period if you using call and internet you bill got bill on your usage.
But after 04 march I see my bill, you charge me rental bill.
So as per I am getting reply on activation by Mr Rajaram no monthly rental will charge on this period ( 26 Feb to 4 march )
So please reverse this bill.
If this bill is not reverse then I will not paid any amount or its a totaly wrong information given by your customer care executive.
