I took a new idea sim on 16th wednesday . It is still not activated. I have been calling to the customer care for so many time the only reply I get is the application is down . This is realy affecting proffesionaly and personally . Kindly do the necessary .

Rs 12 /- deducted today when i recharged Rs 30/- . I called immediate to customer care . Supervisor told that deduction made due to taken loan Rs 10/-. But he was unable to give details. I've had a very bad experience with the idea customer care centres and customer care executives.

I had raised a complaint regarding no connection at the customer care centres as well as on customer care helpline, but the replies were unsatisfactory and rude. I'm facing network issues which cause alot of inconvenience.

I am using Idea service([protected]) since last few months. Last 2 months I got 300/- extra bill/every month. I got a call from collection department due to non-payemnt and I raised bill issues with them and they promise that this 600/- will be excluded from your account and you need to pay 1400/- that I paid after discussion. Now again today they barred my out going call claiming non-payment.

I use idea prepaid number. Yesterday(15.03.2016) i deduct balance by idea company. Idea deduct money by idea flash service. Idea not having such options so that any use deactivate flash service. While vodafone give the flash option.

I had a number for Idea in pune which was active till June 2011, 5 years ago and had deactivated and cleared all dues. It has since been reallocated by Idea to someone else.
