Sir this is Ravi from Delhi using idea cellular no. [protected]. Yesterday on 13/03/2016 i called my uncle near about 11 pm, after 15-16 min my call dropped at 11:22 pm. Then called a frnd after 11:45 pm the no. was unreachable but they cut 35paise for that, again made same call and again they cut 35 paisa while no. was unreachable. I am afraid to make missed calls also, they may cut the missd call charges also.

      THIS IS THE FORTH LETTER

      Respected Sir / Madam,

      Inspite of our several request to idea to change our nos to postpaid to prepaid still they have not changed and now inspite of paying the bill amount( the plan which we have not used) they have closed the service to this no. [protected]. but applied the bill for that . We had called to customer care and spoken to the representative regarding the issue like a slam people the representative have spoken what type of people are working in idea they don't know to respect the customer's.

      Please take action against this, daily daily the same issue with the idea is going on some times sending notice some times calling and forcing us to pay the bills the plan which we had not used.

      We are middle class people we have to look today's our job our family and in this the issue with the idea.

      Request to take a legal action against the idea.

      We are just going on complains but we are not getting any solution with this so kindly help us to get out this issue.

        this is to inform you that i am using idea mobile since 3 years and now a days since 3 or more months the network is very poor in NSTL Township (near NAD jn) i am unable to use the 2g/3g data and even the network signal is very very poor. pls do the needful.

        its network problem.

        on website there is no tab for putting complaint related to tab
        as suggested complaint no-[protected] was posted on 14.03.2016

        today i received a call at around 8.45 am stating that problem resolved, but just now even the network is week. over conversation it was informed to me that network tech team checked and found ok in surrounding area.I had asked whether team visited NSTL township or where checked they had no reply.

        i think the no you contacted is not being picked as the same is always in quarters and we are generally using it in evening ours. you may contact me on alternate no-[protected]. Still i am not getting network, it is very fluctuating and poor, data signal is also appearing intermittent.
        Now i am in reciept of msg in idea no that please use the mobile or else disconnected since not used in last 90 days, i am regularly charging no with 197 plan is it not coming under usage. the best way to close the original problem of network, no issue either solve network problem or else ...we will port the no to other service provider

              I am N.Maheshwar residing at Valasarawakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu . The Idea number that I am using is registered under the name of S.Nagarajan, s/o K.Subbaiah . On 13th March 2016, my recharge balance has been deducted unnecessarily by the Idea company in the name of and through flash messages to the extent of Rs 3.00 . I havent accepted their flash message offers and still, my balance has been deducted stating that i had accepted their flash message offer which I didnt do at all . This problem of balance deduction was there even in the recent past . when I contacted the consumer care of Idea company, they gave no straight answers except that i have opted for their offers through flash messages, which i hadnt done at all . On 13th march 2016, when I contacted the supervisor of Idea consumer care, perambur branch, who named himself as Shafiq, and when I asked to him about it he was not giving answers . It is pure fraud, as another Idea mobile in my home registered under the same name I previously mentioned, was also deprived of the same Rs 3.00 at the same time when my recharge balance was deducted . please go through the issue and take necessary actions so that i receive credit of Rs3.00 in my balance and a redressal of atleast Rs 5000 . Thank you

                        I have made online transaction from my icici bank account to ideacellular.com for amount 297.00 INR. The recharge is for 3g internet data pack for 1gb validity for 28 days.
                        The amount of 297 is deducted from my bank account but i didnt receive any data pack.I have called to customer care but she told me to wait for 8 days and they dont have any records for this transaction but i have mails and account transaction details for this online recharge transaction. please refund my money for this recharge.No help from idea customer care and also get worst network and internet speed than any other mobile service providers.

                          There was a whole lot of discu6ssion going on between idea cellular and me regarding discrepancy of bill amount 1071 rs for data charges. Actually a company executive called me on 19th feb and requested me to change the plan without telling me about pro rata charges application and when the bill came 1071 additional money was charged and there was a lot of discussion in this matter

                          Yesterday your employee Mr amit from idea cellular called me up and said that the company is ready to credit the amount to my idea account but because I have raised a complaint so the bill amount could not be reduced and I have to pay the full bill amount and at the same time he said that 1071 rs will be credited to my idea account

                          I requested him to drop a mail for the same but the Same wasn't provided to me. Today when I asked for the same another executive said that the requested is not ther

                          Idea employees are completely cheaters. They say something else and do something else.

                          Please find out recorded tapes of the matter and I charge the company for missing representation of information and fraud

                          I am filing a case for the same in consumer court for a feasible solution

                            I took an prepaid idea connection in jalandhar, Punjab in july 2010. Everything was working fine till a few days ago. my phone number is [protected]
                            On 10 Mar 2016 i recieved a message that i have been given promotional 50 mb data free for next five days.
                            On 11 Mar 2016 I rcvd a message that my documents are not as per DOT and my number will be disconnected.
                            it was disconnected the same day.

                                Respected sir/madam,

                                this is the third letter to them

                                as i mention in my second letter that they have started giving us tethering calls for the bills. I went to idea to pay my bills i was shocked they forced me to pay the bill for rs. 1465/- ( cash paid for rs. 1465/- receipt attached) which i have not used the plan without using the plan how idea can charge the customer .

                                In this the idea representative has given us false plan fraud
                                and when i said that cancel this no. So they said that you cannot cancel this no. Till three months it means that three months you will charge me the plan which i had not used idea people thinking that customer are fool to pay without using the plan.

                                After request to change the post paid no to prepaid they said that after three months you can change not before. They are just cheating the customer saying something and applying unwanted charges in bill.

                                Now, please send a notice to idea cellular and take strict action against the issue. I want the refund, i am very annoy with this idea i just want them to teach a lesson. How they are fooling a middle class customer.

                                  Idea service provider has the audacity to bill me for data usage(i am not aware of as my mobile data was off.There has been no message or call intimation for the same(which always otherwise comes for unwanted reasons).To top it all, Without any intimation and calls they had shut my service which has caused me a huge loss of reputation and work.

                                    This is a notice to the idea service provider that it has the audacity to bill me for data usage(i am not aware of as my mobile data was off.There has been no message or call intimation for the same(which always otherwise comes for unwanted reasons).To top it all, Without any intimation and calls they had shut my service which has caused me a huge loss of reputation and work.Hence i will sue the company for a damage minimum of 20 lakhs and will go to any extent to make it as public as possible.Having worked for Media(for 18 years) i will use all my capability to ensure everybody knows about this and can safeguard themselves against such an enethical service provider called idea.

                                      This is inform to you that my mo bill no [protected] and account no[protected] and I am very fastrate from idea services and your idea company executive and idea store give me refused information so plz kindly help me.presently I am not using idea services bill is generation day by day without use plz check and help us.detail are below.

                                      This is unauthorised charges from idea company without using charges I am very panic from idea services and give me refused information from idea store and customer care I am dissatisfied from idea services and reverse my surplus charges.what is your bill generation without using many charges plz give me details and other wise I am unable to pay the bill month of Feb 2016 I am very panic from your idea services. Idea company executive give me refused information and I am continued call customer care and his store but not hear my problems.

                                      Kindly request to you plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      Dear sir Idea company give me no response and I am fastrate from idea company and I am 15 times complaints to idea care and by mails but no response from idea company and unauthorized bill amount and give me remour your connection is barring and already my outgoing call is incorrupt and not give me solution I am agree for payment but whose are correct amount but this amount is very unauthorized and give me wrong details and say to me you are using internet but I am not using the internet

                                        This is to bring to your notice that idea executive changed my plan on 19th February 2016 without informing me about the pro rata calculation and now they have fraudulently charged me with 1071 rs which I am not liable to pay. I have made complaints several times but they do not seem to bother. Please help me with this
