I am N.Maheshwar residing at Valasarawakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu . The Idea number that I am using is registered under the name of S.Nagarajan, s/o K.Subbaiah . On 13th March 2016, my recharge balance has been deducted unnecessarily by the Idea company in the name of and through flash messages to the extent of Rs 3.00 . I havent accepted their flash message offers and still, my balance has been deducted stating that i had accepted their flash...

The company has been deducting amount Rs 3 now and then even though i haven't activated any services.And yesterday it deducted Rs 150, this being the height of tolerance. I request you to look into matter and kindly order for refund o fthe amount so deducted...

Here by i need to bring it on to your notice that i had bought 2simcards of the following numbers on date[protected] from my idea showroom.

Till date the activation has not yet been done and its showing as "cellular network not available". Idea is too irresponsible about this.

Idea is not given valuble service for our money. When i get recharge offer of 198rs to get 2g internet for 28day .they provide third class speed of net.when call custmer care a custmer adikari say sorry sir i am not give type of internet related complaint. When i call for submit complant for bad speed of internet they say change sim, restart your phone, clere cokies.....

Sir i bought new idea sim day before yesterday and i call 59059 for verification and verified my details but my sim was not activated......

I have made online transaction from my icici bank account to ideacellular.com for amount 297.00 INR. The recharge is for 3g internet data pack for 1gb validity for 28 days.
The amount of 297 is deducted from my bank account but i didnt receive any data pack.I have called to customer care but she told me to wait for 8 days and they dont have any records for this transaction but i have mails and account transaction details for this online...

There was a whole lot of discu6ssion going on between idea cellular and me regarding discrepancy of bill amount 1071 rs for data charges. Actually a company executive called me on 19th feb and requested me to change the plan without telling me about pro rata charges application and when the bill came 1071 additional money was charged...

I took an prepaid idea connection in jalandhar, Punjab in july 2010. Everything was working fine till a few days ago. my phone number is [protected]
On 10 Mar 2016 i recieved a message that i have been given promotional 50 mb data free for next five days.
On 11 Mar 2016 I rcvd a message that my documents are not as per DOT and my number will be disconnected.
it was disconnected the same day....

Recently i had done a idea recharge through online banking. It was an offer stating that I would get 1 g.b on Rs. 98 so I recharged using through the mode of online banking and now the Internet speed is very slow. I have made several complaints to Idea customer care but in vain. My contact number is [protected]. Please help....

this is the third letter to them

as i mention in my second letter that they have started giving us tethering calls for the bills. I went to idea to pay my bills i was shocked they forced me to pay the bill for rs. 1465/- ( cash paid for rs. 1465/- receipt attached) which i have not used the plan without using the plan how idea can charge the customer .

Idea service provider has the audacity to bill me for data usage(i am not aware of as my mobile data was off.There has been no message or call intimation for the same(which always otherwise comes for unwanted reasons).To top it all, Without any intimation and calls they had shut my service which has caused me a huge loss of reputation and work....

This is to bring to your notice that idea executive changed my plan on 19th February 2016 without informing me about the pro rata calculation and now they have fraudulently charged me with 1071 rs which I am not liable to pay. I have made complaints several times but they do not seem to bother. Please help me with this

my mobile no- [protected] name bhavesh parmer add-surat my mobile billing scheme rs.399/- so today my bill amount is rs.963/- date 11/03/2016 so. I not paying rs. 963/- and my mobile has a block and only in coming calls in my mobile and my internet 500mb free in my scheme and use mb 263mb so. I not satisfied your service i am not paying this amount. And don't send next month bill so i close in post paid my mobile number...

my no. [protected] have been using idea post paid services just from a past 4 to 5 months which is in CUG of IDEA, what i found in this bill is a SMS -MT charges of 150/- for no reason, i find this happening with other customers, this is a kind of cheap trick played by your renowed service, please correct the same and issue the fare bill..if no action is taken by you the trust on you will be dissolved and i prefer...

My idea no will always renewed a service of icady tv and i deactivated it but renewed by idea service and cut money from account balance.
Custumer care give no responce about it....
