Dear idea
Your customer care executive was RUDE, when I asked about the reason for my real problem, she had no explanation. She deliberately mocked me and disconnected the call.
her response to my main question was, in exact words-"idea ko apna keemti samay dene ke liya dhanyawaad, apka din shub rahe", I asked her again and she repeated the same line and disconnected the line. It's was like being mocked!
The call that I received this morning did not even address the key issue. I had mentioned above that if your customer care executive calls me, he/she should give me a specific answer to the question I asked above.I DON'T NOT WANT TO WASTE MY TIME RECEIVING TEN CALLS THAT MERELY REPEAT THE SAME THING!.
I am accepting the possibility of you being absolutely justified in my billing, but I just want to know the justification. In that respect-you have failed. Beyound that, the rude behaviour of your customer care executive had added another dimension of harresment.
let me add that I was completely calm composed in the entire conversation.
A customer care executive, willingly disconnecting a call means regards you are deliberately refusing to help the customer.
PS: MY SPECIFIC QUESTION WAS-' WHY DID I NOT RECIEVE AN 80% DATA USAGE WARNING SMS EVEN THOUGH IT IS MANDATORY AS PER TRAI NORMS' - no answers yet. I am really hoping to get an answer to this without having to go to the court.
