Respected Sir / Madam,

We wish to inform you that, this is the second letter as you know the problem that how idea representative has given us offer and cheated us.

Recently, i am getting a call of tethering from[protected] representative she is telling that i will send my person if you will not pay the bill ) so bad tone she spoken, what do they think that we are uneducated people regarding the bill
amount as i said i will just pay the amount which i have used and till date you have not changed the post paid nos to prepaid as i request before . Now please change the post paid nos. [protected], [protected] to prepaid and your service is worst we are not satisfied with your service.

Regarding this subject when we contacted them, they did not response to us not even given a call and asked the problem and now they are calling for the bill payment .

We are ready to go legally as i said before. i will pay the bills which i have used with a week.

So, If once again the tethering call came from the ideal, I will go legally.

    Dear idea cellular,
    my no. [protected] have been using idea post paid services just from a past 4 to 5 months which is in CUG of IDEA, what i found in this bill is a SMS -MT charges of 150/- for no reason, i find this happening with other customers, this is a kind of cheap trick played by your renowed service, please correct the same and issue the fare bill..if no action is taken by you the trust on you will be dissolved and i prefer switching to other network in no time...

          Unlimited internet @199. When i recharged i got only 1.5 gb. Actually it was an fup(Fair usage policy) after 1.5gb @40 kbps. But i was charged after 1.5 gb. When i asked about that in customer care, there were ignoring me and not replying properly. On 4th march, the offer has changed but i recharged in 11th february.So please take some action against them.

          I got a reply from you. And agreed to credit the amount. But you has only credited 0.52 rs. But I'm asking for the uncredited unlimited internet. When I asked about it in your customercare mail I'd you don't care much. Even you are not replying. I want to know the result whether you are going to solve this or leave this.
          I'm not going to use idea again... As well as my friends... And I suggest the readers too...

              Your customer care executive was RUDE, when I asked about the reason for my real problem, she had no explanation. She deliberately mocked me and disconnected the call.

              her response to my main question was, in exact words-"idea ko apna keemti samay dene ke liya dhanyawaad, apka din shub rahe", I asked her again and she repeated the same line and disconnected the line. It's was like being mocked!

              The call that I received this morning did not even address the key issue. I had mentioned above that if your customer care executive calls me, he/she should give me a specific answer to the question I asked above.I DON'T NOT WANT TO WASTE MY TIME RECEIVING TEN CALLS THAT MERELY REPEAT THE SAME THING!.

              I am accepting the possibility of you being absolutely justified in my billing, but I just want to know the justification. In that respect-you have failed. Beyound that, the rude behaviour of your customer care executive had added another dimension of harresment.

              let me add that I was completely calm composed in the entire conversation.

              A customer care executive, willingly disconnecting a call means regards you are deliberately refusing to help the customer.

              PS: MY SPECIFIC QUESTION WAS-' WHY DID I NOT RECIEVE AN 80% DATA USAGE WARNING SMS EVEN THOUGH IT IS MANDATORY AS PER TRAI NORMS' - no answers yet. I am really hoping to get an answer to this without having to go to the court.

                    People try to pitch there idea products by calling from number [protected] and when i refused to take there language changes to abusive and they dont even respect. A strict action shall be taken against the same.

                        I am a Idea Broadband user. I have been facing frequent network issues since the day I received the connection. Even if its working I hardly get the speed of 2 MBPs (200KB transfer). My internet often don't work in the mornings and evenings. At night after 12 it works well. Saturdays and sundays I face very slow internet and at time it didn't even work.

                        I am fed up with this and raised tickets a number of times. But the fix was never permanent. The very next day I faced the issue again. On last saturday (5th March 2016) I requested for the disconnection of services but they were not willing to, and they forced me to take a ticket instead. I agreed on the condition if it didn't work I want the connection to be discontinued. Since yesterday night (9th march 2016) my net is not working. And I requested for disconnection. They are not ready to accept the request. They are ready to take a ticket instead. Then they said I need to pay this month's bill to get the disconnection.

                        My plan is "Advance Rental". They are asking me to pay the full rent for the period 1st March 2016 to 31st March 2016. I am ready to pay the amount for the service I have taken. Not for the entire month which is yet to come.

                                I received a flash message with balance inquiry message(recharge with 109 Rs and get 300 local\std min free for 28 days).
                                I quickly recharged by no provided on same message.
                                the amount was deducted and i got only 190 min only. I called to Customer support & he said there is no message sent by IDEA team.

                                after long conversation with Arun(SDE), i realized, we are fool and not educated enough that can understand the message meaning.

                                i sincerely thankful to you if you look into this matter ASAP.

                                  Idea postpaid Mobile No [protected] was disconnected by Idea on 22 January 2016. Despite that Idea staff is charging bill to the customer by self generating service request C1-[protected] dated 22 February 2016 for safe custody. No service request for safe custody of mobile after 22 January 2016 was submitted by me. This was complained to idea Bairagarh Mp during first week of Feb 2016 but has not been resolved till date.
                                  Idea has again sent a bill dated 05 March 2016 despite mobile disconnected on 22 Jan 2016. Total cheating by Idea to the customer

                                        All mobile service provider can't given incoming call history list, only given chargeable given list.

                                        08.03.2016 at the date i ask my all call history ideal mobile operator, but replied they are given only chargeable list, con't provide unchangeable list

                                        so how can i get it
