Unlimited internet @199. When i recharged i got only 1.5 gb. Actually it was an fup(Fair usage policy) after 1.5gb @40 kbps. But i was charged after 1.5 gb. When i asked about that in customer care, there were ignoring me and not replying properly. On 4th march, the offer has changed but i recharged in 11th february.So please take some action against them....

I am totally dissatisfied with service of idea because after DND activation of my postpaid no. company will activate VAS service in my no. on date 10.03.16 about games club service & deducted Rs. 150/- so kindly request to you please refund my payment and adjusted in my march-april bill.
otherwise will be port my mobile no. in other company.

Your customer care executive was RUDE, when I asked about the reason for my real problem, she had no explanation. She deliberately mocked me and disconnected the call.

her response to my main question was, in exact words-"idea ko apna keemti samay dene ke liya dhanyawaad, apka din shub rahe", I asked her again and she repeated the same line and disconnected the line. It's was like being mocked!br...

People try to pitch there idea products by calling from number [protected] and when i refused to take there language changes to abusive and they dont even respect. A strict action shall be taken against the same.
Our numbers shall not reach to these kind of people....

Hi, i using idea no. [protected] and it somehow a service activate by idea compnay without update me and its charge me 21*4 = 84 per month. i even dont know what kind of service is this. its service called JUICE UP.

I am a Idea Broadband user. I have been facing frequent network issues since the day I received the connection. Even if its working I hardly get the speed of 2 MBPs (200KB transfer). My internet often don't work in the mornings and evenings. At night after 12 it works well. Saturdays and sundays I face very slow internet and at time it didn't even work.

I received a flash message with balance inquiry message(recharge with 109 Rs and get 300 local\std min free for 28 days).
I quickly recharged by no provided on same message.

Idea postpaid Mobile No [protected] was disconnected by Idea on 22 January 2016. Despite that Idea staff is charging bill to the customer by self generating service request C1-[protected] dated 22 February 2016 for safe custody. No service request for safe custody of mobile after 22 January 2016 was submitted by me. This was complained to idea Bairagarh Mp during first week of Feb 2016 but has not been resolved till date.

All mobile service provider can't given incoming call history list, only given chargeable given list.

08.03.2016 at the date i ask my all call history ideal mobile operator, but replied they are given only chargeable list, con't provide unchangeable list

We had initiated for a new broadband connection about 2 months ago.
First of all they did not give us the demo whether the internet connection will work or not and took money from us..
Later on they said that they will not be able to provide connection to us but did not refund our money.
And now it has been almost 2 months we are chasing them for money and have not received any response from them.

I have called for a refund and that was a poor customer service with idea customer care. I was calling for past two months and there was no proper response. I have contacted 198 and Zonal office Manager Karthick (+91 [protected]), and some back-end team as well.I have even visited Zonal office for raising a complaint.I have reached all the customer care numbers for more than 45 times. There was no proper response. I have not got any updates...
