I have called for a refund and that was a poor customer service with idea customer care. I was calling for past two months and there was no proper response. I have contacted 198 and Zonal office Manager Karthick (+91 [protected]), and some back-end team as well.I have even visited Zonal office for raising a complaint.I have reached all the customer care numbers for more than 45 times. There was no proper response. I have not got any updates till now. I have reached the L4 team as well many times. I have mailed to the corresponding mail id. They are not even trying to respond. I have requested for the mail id's of the higher officials, but have not got any respond. My mobile number is [protected]. This is worst experience i have ever got. I need a compensation on all these worst experience i had. They told me to come to Zonal office, but no one reached me in the zonal office as well. I clearly told them, that i have just came from my night shift but still there was no one available to address my issue. A customer executive placed my call on hold for about 25 mins and i have not received any response. The manager of the customer care have cut the call while i'm explaining the issue. The zonal office manager cuts the call when hears my name.I have explained the same issue 2 times to each analyst. They told that the technical team will contact us. But i have got a missed call from the technical team and i called them back. They told the same process what all the executives said. The issue is i have recharged for 72 rupee instead of 70 and it was a new pack. after few minutes i have recharged with 194 rupee(data pack). they told that my 72 rupee have been cancelled. How can i leave my 72 rupee just like that. after making hell lot of calls they called me for refunding 72 rupee. I have wasted all my petrol money and talk time to call to this numbers and reach zonal office. I need all the compensation for the trouble i had. else i need a severe action to be taken on the analyst to whom i spoke to.I have spoke with Ashok, praksh, sneha, Karthick, Shankar and many others.
