My idea wifi account got blocked in December month.I requested for a password change and closure of the connection. I called customer care they registered my complaint but no action was taken after two months in february i was getting constant remainders that make payments for three months, i was surprised to hear that.my connection was not closed.
They said that connection will br closed in march once you make the complete payment.

After taking constant followups i came to know that even in march month my connection has not been closed.

People from customer care assured me of complete refund for the payment for which there is no net usage in January and February month.
I paid 2207 rupees for which i haven't used wifi for a single day.
I am adding the customer complaints registered on my number:

    My mobile number is [protected]. on ideas recharge portal its written that on recharge of 79Rs you will get 1 GB data for 1 night.(for more information please check attached screen shot) . on[protected] i recharge with 79Rs twice. with this my data balance should be 2GB but when i dialed *125*4# it was only 980MB. For this reason i called idea customer care at 12.20AM and they replied second recharge override my first recharge so its showing 980MB. But when i told customer care it not mentioned on your site he replied its as it is which is cheating with customer.
    I am requesting you to give my money back and correct you information. stop looting your customer.

      Earlier on 01/03/16 I wrote up a mail over incompetency of your Kolkata circle marketing divison .
      Presently over the same ported no. from Airtel, my address verification had been conducted on 03/03/16. But no SIM card had been issued. Instead I got a call from no. [protected] instructing me to tell a lie in reply to any call made from the verification department that I have issued with a SIM and SMSd me a no. 1236423, as a no. of the SIM.
      Now I want a justification from you about this kind of mean behaviour and actual date for issuing a SIM with its activation even after 3 days of address verification . Further is this kind of admonishable behaviour really requred to flurish Aditya Birla's business ?

        Dear Sir, I have received information in my prepaid amount on 1st March at 12.30 PM that Rs.46.18 has been charged for the call made at 11.48AM on mobile number [protected]. But i have not made ny call to this number. I have contacted customer care Idea and informed the matter in telephone and also sent mail to customer care idea aditya birla ande Applite. aditya birla. But every has replied tht the call was made and they have debited /deducted Rs.46.18 from my prepaid amount. Thiis is not correct. When I have not made any call for 46.3 minutes as per their records.             I was accidentally recharge the rate cutter plan (139 Rs.) twice, and within 15 minutes call to idea customer care service two reverse the recharge, but he deny to reverse. I am using idea from last 10 years, but now they are not believable, They don't value there customers and service now. Now they believe to rob there customers.(MO#- [protected], Surya Kant)

              Hello,
              it's been long time i'm with Idea cellular, iPlan 599 i am using. My billing cycle is 5th to 6th of every month. In the bill Feb-March 2016, i have consumed 3G 1GB around 10 days before billing cycle. After that i have almost switched off my internet. For whatever minimal usage they have charged me with 4p/10kb.

              But why they have charged me 171608.275kbs of data, that's Rs 686.440 according to bill statement as prorated overage charges. I have no idea from where this much data came from when the internet was switch off?
              And what is this Prorated overage charges?

              When they have charged me for my data used then what is this Prorated overage charges?
              This is simply breaching of Right to information of consumer and Right to educate them.

                I took a new connection and got 50mb data to use.
                i still have 291.36KB data left but they deducted about 13-14 rupees from my balance. It was about Rs81 and now Rs67.69
                when i called the customer service then first they tried to fool me then they told we are transferring your call to senior then after sometime disconnected (twice).

                i am just fed up with this.

On 3/3/16 porting has been done but after sim inserted to mobile showing invalid sim & sim card not activated till date. Regarding this issue I already compliant to customer care, idea store as well as. Appellant authority of idea cellular but till date sim card not activated. They charged 120/form porting. Still sim card is not activated & no resolution is provided yet. Please do needful regarding this issue because my all important calls are missing due to idea negligence. Following message was received but sim card not activated yet

I am following you from last 4 or 5 months for resolving my complain regarding network issue but till now i didn't get that bloody resolution. If you are not able to do that please inform me, i have many network operators to switch from your network. If giving satisfied service to the customer is very tough and challenging for you, you guys can ask me to leave the network because now it is not possible to me to stay with this type of service.
                      I remembered my last complaints on 24 January and 19 February and complain numbers for the same are 1-[protected] & 1-[protected]. These last two complaints closed now but no work done by your side and problem remains same and your executive told that you are working in my area, this is the only answer i always got from your side as a resolution. I don't know if you are working on the issue then what is the problem, why this issue remains same. This time tell me if you are capable to fix this problem or not.

When ever i am using a 2g plan i am getting a speed of 30 to 40 kbps and after the speed limit is over it says your speed limit is over and now onwards you will get 40 kbps speed only and i actually get 1to 3 kbps speed only .                           As confirmed by Mr. Arun Kumar on 1 - Mar - 2016 & I have recorded the call which he has confirmed that.Even though i had data balance the amount is charged due to network issue from service provider IDEA which is wrongly charged on 01- Mar-2016.And the same issue happened to many of IDEA customers.Because IDEA is upgrading/ improving the service, & He also promised that amount will be credited in 24 hour from 01-mar-2016. many of the idea customer who had this issue the got the refund back .but for me till now i have not received

                          The amount is deducted due to IDEA service network issue.Which 3 for IDEA customer care Executive has confirmed when i call ed Toll free no 198

                          I am sorry to say IDEA customer service is very poor & it very difficult to reach customer care executives, yesterday when i called they are put call in hold for more than 45 min in 1st time & 22 min in 2 time

                          kindly resolve the issue & kindly credit the amount which was wrongly debited

                          Or i will make a move to other service provider . With my to other numbers [protected], [protected]

                            I made a complaint request to stop my services temporarily as I lost my sim card and I have been in different country and communicated the same through my registered email.

                            They agreed for it and they charged the amount for 6 months too.

                            I decided to take the new Sim card and I have visited to the Idea corporate show room and made a request to provide a new sim card.

                            They have provided but they are not activating my sim card and saying that, your old sim card is working, so we will not re activate the new sim card.

                            I have called me several times from my registered email and alternative mobile number, they are not giving proper response and not activating my sim card as I submitted the same proofs for new sim with old number.

                            Finally, I got irritated towards the services and decided to stop my idea postpaid number. They are asking me to pay the due amount too.

                            I am not using my sim, so Why I have to pay the amount.

                            Please help me to activate or lodge a complaint against them to refund the amount from them.

                                I am having 2 billing connection My bill plan is increased from 99 rs to 199 rs within 4 month.
                                Please reverse my plan to 99 rs also i am facing internet speed issue.
                                At the time of connection i was provided with 2G + 3G internet speed but now i am getting a very worse internet speed.
                                I have also raised the complaint for internet in customer care but they said to change the sim card from Idea Gallery.
                                I have changed the sim card but still i am facing same internet issue on both the number.

                                  I had portred my no at the time of Porting, i was said that i'll have 3 months free Data Pacakage .I had said i dnt want the free pacakage and i dnt want Internet in future also.
                                  The person said that the Internet is free for 3 months upto 3 gb
                                  After that the if you activated then only it will be activated .
                                  I havent activated, neither i have used free data not i have asked Internet Settings
                                  Last month bill has Data charged of Rs 250 plus Service Tax.

                                    Today I received the bill statement for postpaid no [protected] and found that my plan was changes without any prior intimation to me . Idea has increased Plan rental from rs 299 to rs 349. I called to idea customer care to ask why its being changed and they were not able answer my questions .

                                    Please explain why my existing plan was changed without any prior intimation to me . I need to acceptable/valid answer and explanation on this from Idea customer care .

                                    Otherwise I will have raise this concern in written to consumer form and Trai in written .

                                      I have called Customer care and asked for 4G LTE, that executive got my PIN CODE, then verified and activated 4G for my number immediately, since then, till today morning I was using 4G data (as per bill plan double data offer i.e. 2GB limit), this morning i got message that that quota over hence 40 kbps will ba applicable hereafter. (As per customer care executive and ussd only 1007.8 mb is used)

                                      I called customer care and Mr.Vijaya Raghavan, an IDEA CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE, replied that there is NO 4G service in 600002 (Prince Kushal Towers, Next to LIC Building, Mount Road, Chennai) and (Gerugambakkam) 600128.

                                      Note : While porting IDEA Sales rep and while activating IDEA Customer Care Executive telling 4G available for abovementioned PIN Codes, while billing another IDEA Customer care executive is telling there is no 4G Service available for those areas, and hence only 3G (1GB limit) is applicable. ((What an Idea??!?!?!?!?)

                                      Just Need to understand whether am I cheated or made fool ?!?!??!?!

                                      I dont expect any kind of justice from your side, because that should be expected from genuine people.

                                      Thanks IDEA, I will stay with you till 90 days, because I dont want to loose my number. hence you charge me any amount, I will pay.. because I am an PROUND INDIAN. I am ready to loose money not human value...

                                      Note: I preferred IDEA only because it is purely Indian company (I think so...)

                                        I have an idea sim and im from chennai and the sim date got expired.. i have not activated the sim.. but the sim date expired. how can i get the same number back and how can i activate since i paid an huge amount and bought the sim and it got expired so i wanted to how can i get the sim pack?

                                        I cant get any msg or incoming or outgoing cl on my no as its outgoing validity is expired now what can i do???
                                        My incoming calls and outgoing calls validity is expired i guess i can only recieve text msgs though i am not able to call customer care too please help
                                        My idea no [protected] has been deactivated for non usages for 3 mounths but i want my idea number back I have not used for 3 mounths because my phone was off
