I have an idea sim and im from chennai and the sim date got expired.. i have not activated the sim.. but the sim date expired. how can i get the same number back and how can i activate since i paid an huge amount and bought the sim and it got expired so i wanted to how can i get the sim pack?

I cant get any msg or incoming or outgoing cl on my no as its outgoing validity is expired now what can i do???
My incoming calls and outgoing calls validity is expired i guess i can only recieve text msgs though i am not able to call customer care too please help
My idea no [protected] has been deactivated for non usages for 3 mounths but i want my idea number back I have not used for 3 mounths because my phone was off

    I just recharged with a 3G net pack. I've an Android phone a Infocus M350. And still it says that my phone isn't 3G compatible where as my phone is actually 4G compatible! I'm very disappoined. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

      Dear sir. I am devendra karde I purchased my new SIM card of idea mob no.[protected].at the time of purchase the schem was 130 rs SIM card 70 Rs balance &50 mb free data.after the activation of SIM .not given any balance (70 rs)& free data (50mb).it is totally in justice.I request to idea care please give appropriate balance as per scheme .my another contact details no. are [protected].I have also complain in idea costumer care but he misbehave me & telling i[censored]r internet data is on so all balance deducte. even I have not given any call from my new idea no.[protected]

          Idea has charged dialer tone charges in invoice and forcing me to pay it. I have complained it to 198 in idea. First executive saying it will be adjusted and Second idea executive denying to adjust such amount by saying that it is activated by my side so this is not refundable. First of all I have not called to idea to activated such services. It is Idea who is calling intentionally again and again and again so that customers can make mistake. Idea is saying, “you were guided correctly by idea representative.” This is recorded calls to consumers from idea which starts by saying Free Free Free…. This is misguided for consumers. This is charged yearly which quite unacceptable. Postpaid is monthly connection but they charging dialer tone yearly even customers has requested to close such services within 10 days of activation.

            I was nicely using Vodafone for 18 years and by mistake it changed the network to Idea. Now my phone always say "No Service" & if i call customer care then no one is available. They make you listen to all their offers and jam your brain with lots of music and the moment you finally get an option that please press 6 to speak to customer care then the phone will get disconnected. These people are sick and will make you sick if you every shift to IDEA. I am filing a legal suit against them in next 5 days and loss to my business due to their no network & no customer. I am also recording all their music that they force you to listen.

            PLEASE DONT TAKE ANY SERVICE OF IDEA CELLULAR.

              Without any request in any way from my side on 03.03.2016 at 9.19 P.M. i received message regarding Asia cup Cricket score
              and simultaneously Rs.3 (three) has been deducted form my pre paid balance
              I want to inform you that i am having password activated in my mobile and always keep my mobile with me only.it is surprising how it happens?

                On 26th Feb'16, I have done a 3G internet recharge of 1GB for Rs. 249. The remaining balance of @1700MB didn't get carry forward.
                So far every time I got the remaining balance carried forward. Even when I recharged the last time. This time, remaining balance didn't get carried forward.
                Customer care told me as the remaining balance was more than 1GB, so it didn't get automatically forward and told out of the remaining balance of 1700 MB, 1GB can be carry forwarded. They didn't even carry forward that 1GB out of remaining balance of @1700MB.

                    I am your customers from Mp. Sir this is the 3rd or 4th time jab mera balance dectuct hua hai. Hamesha call kia complaint karne k liye but har baar TECHNICALL FAULT bol kar problem solve nahi ki gayi and this time they said aap morning me call kijiyega but morning me 4times call karne per unhe meri voice nahi sunai di so I thought may b network problem ki wajhase aisa hua hoga but No uske baad call laga hi nahi bt dusre no. Se call lag gaya. Or self process apne aap aap ki taraf se AISA CUP NEWS ka balance dectuct kar diya gaya. I want ki mera balance refund kiya jaye. Coz maine aisa koi process start nahi kia. I don't care aapke data kya show kar raha or kya nahi coz aaj 4th March 2016 morning jab aapke customer care executive se baat hui to unhone bola aisi koi info. Data mai nahi hai or na hi balance dectuct hua hai but jab senior se miss ruby se baat hui to wo bol rahi hai aisa hua. I don't understand what's going on. Want my refund assp. Otherwise I will file the complaint to consumer court.

                        Its really shameful what type of people you are employing . Out of no where I am getting a call from your team and that illiterate lady says me to pay 4k bill for some vijay kumar. I have no relations with this 3rd grade company whose employee call people and use slangs on there own mistakes. the call was received multiple times from [protected]. I also have the recording of the call and I will report the same to consumer forum if no action is taken in this matter.

                            The Customer care Executive also behave badly about their Network...

                              I had special recharged for Rs. 26 for message voucher(National), But still 1.5Rs is deducting for each message.

                              I have no idea, what exactly understand their customers..FOOLS??

                              Best thing would be change it to other network.

                                It was charged on 3rd march, 22:50pm. When i called customer executive Rajender singh, thy didnt cooperated with me.

                                  Recently I have bought new idea cellular connection but I am facing problem during its activation this is the first time I bought sim card with my Andhra card details but during activation process the activation of my sim is rejected according to the information it says that I had multiple cellular connections but it is clear that I never bought any sim till this day
                                  Thereby I informed to the respective idea costumer care and even informed to idea showroom personally but they replied that they can't do anything and helpless and simply said that ist not their responsibility

                                    I went to Supreme Marketing Idea Store in Karkhana, Hyderabad. I wanted to change my postpaid connection to prepaid connection. But they clearly denied. They told me to go to their head office. Now being a college student and new in Hyderabad, I was being harassed by them. I called at Idea Customer Care and the customer executive said that the change would be done in the Karkhana Idea Store. I took my PAN Card, Institute ID Card and they still refused. They wanted something of an ID from Telangana itself. Now what is this?? Is my PAN Card which is issued by GoI not valid here? I am merely 18 and my Voter Card hasn't been generated. I even made the girl (NAME : FARHEEN)who was sitting at the IDEA Store talk to the Customer Executive. The Customer Executive said that the documents were fine but still she denied.I got the SIM from a IDEA pavilion inside the Institute which had set up its camp during admission process. They just took some passport size pics, hostel allotment slip and gave the sim. Now what am I supposed to do???

                                      I have applied for idea internet connection in name of my wife Rupali Attal October end. I paid full advance rental for 3 month including modem price (3000 + 1000) as the sales person Mr Kishor mentioned that the line can be taken in my area of requirement (Rahatani). Based on the application processing, the engineer visited to to provide connection in 1st week of November. When they came, they mentioned that connection cannot be done due to line issue and money will be refunded. I followed up with them for lot many times but no payment was refunded. After following up with Kishor for almost 1 month, he mentioned that he have left the job and provided me with 2 contacts - Nitin ([protected]) / Chandan Singh ([protected]). After talking to both of them for couple of times, my idea connection amount of Rs 3001 was refunded on 12th December. Since then I have been chasing Nitin and have called him for more than 25 times (can provide my mobile statement if required) but he has been giving me assurance for refunding the remaining 1000 Rs (Router amount) but still it is not being refunded even after 4 months. I
                                      am really not happy with the way service is being given to me. Request you to kindly resolve this matter and refund the remaining amount.

                                        I switched to idea network about 8 months back, since then i have paid all the bills and never my bill amount crossed more than 250 to 300 Rs. I had a 99 corporate rental plan with a 89 Rs data plan which was very cheap as my usage was also very less. But 1 month i experienced a issue of no network coverage at my residence. I lodged a complain with idea customer care, to which they responded saying it will be resolved in next 4-5 days.

                                        The main issue was that i was not even getting one network bar near my residence, i had to go about meters away from my residence in a centralized location of mumbai to the nearby high road to get proper network and internet service.

                                        Its irritating when u have a high end mobile phone and no network when u r home, it was very bad without any communication. This situation prevailed for 3-4 weeks, wherein i repeatedly contacted the IDEA customer care and every time i got a response saying in next few days it will be resolved.

                                        One of my main topics of my complain was of the internet, as we all know now a days with out Whatsapp and Facebook is very difficult to manage.

                                        So i was not able to use my internet for more than 3-4 weeks, then after getting so much frustration i decided to stop my IDEA connection and port to some GOOD network.

                                        So i started the procedure of porting my number from IDEA, the moment i gave the request to port from IDEA, i got a call from IDEA saying-"Sir plz dont port ur number from Idea, we are providing u free 3G internet". I asked when i am not able to get the network, what will i do with 3G or 4G.

                                        Then after once i was all set to port my number i got a msg stating that my bill amount has reached 2016Rs.

                                        I was shocked and called IDEA customer care and there they gave me a answer that "sir due to internet usage the amount has been charged", i asked how can u charge this when i have already filed a complain of no network and no internet.

                                        Then i paid 2016 Rs to the Worst network provided that is IDEA, never i exceed a bill of 250 to 300 Rs and when i am porting the number they r trying to get all money for next year too. "Hopeless "

                                        After i ported to a very good network i was relaxed and tried max inform all my frnds to port the number from the Worst Netwroks -IDEA.

                                        This didn't end here, after about a week after port process was complete, i started getting continuous calls from IDEA saying that i need to pay more money like about 2500 Rs.

                                        And the people from IDEA started harassing me everyday by calling, since then i decided to lodge a complain against them.

                                        Work network provider just with money mentality to lot customer's money.

                                        As per the telecon with two of your concerned team members ( Ms Reshm** and Mr Satis**), a new picture of the complain has been evolved. Now the Idea person is confirming that the unlimited corporate plan which they are selling in corporate office does not have unlimited internet as per idea rules.

                                        So its clearly understood that when idea care contacts a customer in a corporate firm, they show you some fancy attractive plan. But in reality when u try to look into the bill or try to port from the service they start billing you with unwanted amount.

                                        Seeing this we as a corporate customers have decided to start porting out of idea service and stop the corporate plans used with our colleagues.

                                        As i have already confirmed to the Idea customer care guy that the bill will be paid in no time(though its a wrong amount), as we have contacted the concerned corporate idea customer service person to look into the matter.

                                        Thanks to Vodafone which is giving very very good service and make u realize that never switch to any other wore network provider.

                                        And i would like to Thank the Consumer Complain portal too, because of this message i came across many people in my same organization or other. Who contacted me and informed me that even they have experienced situations like this, but being in to a tight time scheduled day to day life where we are already irritated by other stuffs, don't get time or have much patients to fight for what is right with the customer care persons.

                                        So many of my colleges also shared similar experiences and initiated to stop such wrong billing cases and primarily stop this network and port to some good network.

                                        And they asked to thank the Consumer Complain portal... !!! For helping us to make our message to reach to the destination.
