I port my postpaid tata indicom no. [protected], and i paid all bill to tata indicom company, my indicom plan is 250 and i paid 900 rs. so this no. is port by idea and idea given me mobile bill and tata indicom also send me bill as same dated. so after 2 month idea said to me u r pending bill paiment of tata indicom so i disconnected your mobile service. so what can i do?...

I was credited with 1024 MB on [protected] with validity 05/03/2016, then I donot know why my internet was not working. In order to troubleshoot the issue, I recharged on 03/03/2016 with amount Rs246, I got 1GB+ 1GB 4G data balance with validity 30/03/2016. But I lost 1 GB data. But my internet started working

I was supposed to have (1GB+2GB 4G data)

I would not have recharged with Rs 246 if my internet was working...

I am Ashok Kumar Jangir ( [protected]) making this complaint against idea on Defamation & loss as per the Act 499 or 500 IPC (Defamation) and act 420 IPC (cheating & loss in business ).

I have all the records to file a case againt idea network in terms of loss of my contact no., poor services and the worst part which i recorded in cellphone is calling on my contacts and saying that you'll have to pay the bill...

I'm moorthy. I had recharged rs 194 before 4 days on my idea no [protected]. During the data usage i hadn't recieve any sort of message regarding above. But today 2.3.2016, i had recieved message showing my data was over. I had already made complaint to idea customer service but their reply was not satisfied. I kindly request you to repay my 800mb data as soon as possible. Thank u....

I have been billed Rs. 800 for GPRS Charges in the month of January 2016. Whereas this amount is extensively high. Moreover after being paying Rs. 400/- from the BIll of Rs. 1200/- my Outgoing Services has been Temporarily Stopped which was not a right step taken by Idea. If my Services are also being stopped then No Invoicing should be done but it was continued by the Company.

I dont want to continue with such kind of Serivce...

I was activated a plan in midnight 11:59 and i got a msg the service plan validity is 1 night (about 12 -6 am)

but i didn't got any data and i was charged for this plan

and when i call customer care they said your data is laps

the company charged for me for the service n said it is activate before 11:45 pm and after 12:15 am

but in massage it clearly written the validity of service...

No network is here in my home of any mobile companies and i asked idea cellular many time for a single tower or anything to remove these problem but they dont take any action...

On 23/2/16 I got a promotional call from[protected], initiated to promote Idea customer. I am presently an Airtel post paid cosumer, keeping in view your dedicated service at Mumbai and dissatisfactied over Airtel here, I opted to port my number.

Mydala deals deducting amount from my prepaid connection whenever I recharge online. It has been activated without my knowledge and when i tried to deactivate the service it got failed. I am giving the SMS below
