I am Rajiv chalsey using idea postpaid no. [protected]..
As I have received another Number from my company, I thought to change my postpaid no. to prepaid.. On 25th jan 2016 Morning i have talked twice with Idea customer care no. with Ms. Meera Negi, she explain me that i have to visit an outlet & provide a request & after paying my outstanding & unbilled amount with requisites form within two days the no. will migrate to prepaid.
I have visited "Maa sales" at zanzir wala square Indore, First of all had talk with Mr. Abhishek kahtri, the person was so rude in responding, he told me that it would take 10 days to process, and my billing cycle is 27 to 27, they asked me for pay next 10 days amount with unbiled amount, but My question is if I am paying for total 30 days rental & unbilled amount .why should i pay for next 10 days if I am not going to use this number, ALSO he has not even taken my request to collect payment & NOT filled up the form & when I asked for give me the process they are saying In written under RTI, no one has provided me not even signed & acknowledge for my attached application & told me to go to Indraprasth Tower, Mahatma Gandhi Rd, branch .. In this whole operation they have taken my one hour just to have proper clarity which was still not there..
after visiting your this i had to Wait almost 4 hrs afternoon than in evening & they were asking me for 10 days of advance rental, after almost 8 hrs my number has come, they have taken from me monthly rental and 250 rs advance as compulsory fees for prepaid recharge, (the total was 1070)And said me it will take 8 to 10 days to process, On 27th my bill was generated & it was 56 rs which again i have paid on line, And the whole episode lots of time has been taken & they talked very rudely with me, .
this i have already mailed to appellate authority of idea in indore, & got the reply that my process will be completed in time line..
MOST IMPORTUNATELY I HAVE INFORMED THEM THAT IT IS THERE FAULT IF THEY ARE DELAYING THE PROCESS, & IF IT IS DELAYING BY THEIR SIDE HOW A CUSTOMER WHO IS NOT USING THE SERVICES IN THIS PEROID LIABLE TO PAY ACCORDING TO THEM..??
I HAVE NOT USED THE NUMBER SERVICE, NOT A SINGLE TIME, & ON 25TH FEB ONCE AGAIN I HAVE DROPPED MAIL ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY REQUEST.
THEY HAVE REPLIED ME THAT THE REQUEST HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO THE UNBILLED AMOUNT WAS NOT CLEAR, HOWEVER I HAVE PAID ALL THE BILLS EVEN FOR EXTRA UPCOMING DAYS WHERE I HAVE NOT USED IT, AND THEY DO NOT HAVE COURTESY TO INFORM ME NOT BY MAIL OR CALL OR TEXT, NOTHING PROCEED BY THEM.
AND SAME TIME THEY HAVE DISCONTINUED MY SERVICES .
MY QUESTION IS THERE PROCESS IS TO LAME THAT FOR PHYSICALLY APPLYING PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN ALMOST WHOLE DAY, STORE PEOPLE SO RUDE IN TALKING, AND IF THEY ARE DELAYING THE PROCESS BY THEIR ENDS HOW I AM LEVIED TO PAY, SUPPOSE IF THEY DELAY THE PROCESS TILL YEAR WOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR UPCOMING YEAR, AND NO COMMUNICATIONS FOR WHAT THE STEPS THEY ARE TAKING TO PROCESS THE REQUEST.
KINDLY PROVIDE SOLUTION ON THIS .
