      Today I got message from idea stating that recharge with 42 and get local idea calls 10p/min with 30 days validity.. but after recharge they gave 15p/min 7 days validity.. I call 198 they first told there is no offer for you and they don't have any information regarding that sms.. I told them to connect their superior but they can't. . Now this time they told me it'll take 24 hours to get activate..

                I am using idea since more than 1 year. I always get monthly bill of Rs. 350-400. Last month i got marketting call for Idea for 3G pack, I also opted for it, but as there was no proper data connectivity, i asked to discontinue it but idea cellular customer executive did not informed me anything that after deactivating 3G pack i will not have any data pack benefit and i will be charged on data usage basis(Which has high charges). I was in impression that i only deactivated the new 3G pack, and will be continuing with my old existing 2G pack.
                But after completion of billing cycle i came to know that my bill for this month is Rs. 972.43.
                All this has happen due to half information given by the customer care executive. That executive should have inform me that after deactivating 3G pack, i will not have any data benefits and charges will be applicable accordingly, or else she could have ask me for continuation of my last old 2G data pack.

                I called the customer care 2-3 times but didnt got the solution ..
                I have written the mail to idear customer care but didnt got any solution..
                I visited the Idea customer care center at Shankarnagar, Nagpur branch, but here also didnt get the solution...
                Now, again toady when i am checking my unbilled amount for this month, it is again showing Rs671.40 for data usage, though i have not used data this month..
                when enquired this with customer care center theyn are saying that this message is wrongly sent by the Idea server and he advice me to ignore it...

                Now, please help me to correct my bill.

                    That I paid 248 for 1gb 3g data but inspite many complaints I am getting very slow speed, not even 2g data. your consumer service is very much unresponsive to the complaints and rude in behavior.More than a weak has passed but no redressal of the grivances..Now I am going to file a coplaaint in competant court if no remefy is hiven immediately.

                      from last few year i m using this number here i received the bill of Rs.612. i always receive the bill of Rs.250 to 300. but current bill is double. i m not using other plans like internet or other suppose u want to increase the it should be 10 to 20 %. but it increase more than 100%.

                        On 27/02/16 at around 12hrs I recharged my idea no. [protected] with rs. 58 to activate a GPRS offer as provided by the service provider after checking the offer as per their offer checking system. But they did not provide me the balance and validity period as it said. I contacted customer care person who denied to give me the said offer and told me that there was no such offer( rs 58 = 500 mb net for 28 days). Rather they gave me only 300 mb for 12 days.
                        Kindly see through the matter and take necessary action.

                          from last 3 month back, i had used your services but due to non professional services churn to other operator & submitted all bills as well.

                          Still your company person gave threat to my family & myself due to this reasons today i had submitted the unusual amount which you putted on me .

                          Your team members done mantle refreshment & using abuse language with me, now finally i will attempt the suicide due to your behavior & deserted, decrease my respect.

                            i was called customer care 198 on[protected] mr. { AMITKUMAR} Attend me. I told him about my problam but he is not gave me proper feedback .
                            i was tell him there is network issue in my area then he to said to me i can not help you in this metter . and he disconnected my call .
                            this kind of behaviur is intolerable. i am waiting only 24 houre for your call after that i will fight Legaley and file the case on idea for customer financialy and mentaley harassment. finaly i am going to portout my no. my porting code is IW398822
                            i have 5 more idea no. in my home i will port all the no.and try to convence every customer of idea that portout your no from idea .

                            Respected Sir,
                            ‌ I am Prakhar Patel resident of indore using idea postpaid sim card([protected]), beg to say that idea cellular company executives treated me and my relatives and also my clients very harshly against Bill payment of postpaid sim. They continuously called my knowing people and used bad words and telling to pay the bill, who gave them permission to call my clients and excess my contact information .I already paid the bill online and told that I have proof of bill payment i.e. screenshot and transaction I'd.
                            ‌I want to register a complaint against idea company that they exploit my reputation in front of my knowing peoples and gave me mental tension.I want you to take action against them or I am going to file a case against your company.

                              I recharged for 552 rupees last month and got 3.5GB (2.5+1) data. I used approx 1 GB data and before the end of the validity of this data. I recharged with another 249 rupees for 1GB 3G data. After recharge it was only showing 1GB data balance.
                              For this i contacted customer care they are saying that they are sorry but they cannot refund the data.
                              they are saying that validity of two packs (3G) can not be added. But i have never seen any such information on their Idea website or any * sign saying terms and condition apply.
                              This is cheating from idea side. By giving unknown terms and condition they are stealing money from the consumers.

                                DND activated, I have requested to stop idea power flash messages but customer care (198) says they do can not stop sending flash messages from idea side, only option is to request mobile phone (Moto G) service center to block all flash messages in my mobile. I sent STOP message SMS to 58595 number to stop CBC flash messages ( don't know what is CBC flash means but for safe side I sent it) still no use, while typing & browsing flash messages are coming they are deducting money

                                  As I have received another Number from my company, I thought to change my postpaid no. to prepaid.. On 25th jan 2016 Morning i have talked twice with Idea customer care no. with Ms. Meera Negi, she explain me that i have to visit an outlet & provide a request & after paying my outstanding & unbilled amount with requisites form within two days the no. will migrate to prepaid.

                                  I have visited "Maa sales" at zanzir wala square Indore, First of all had talk with Mr. Abhishek kahtri, the person was so rude in responding, he told me that it would take 10 days to process, and my billing cycle is 27 to 27, they asked me for pay next 10 days amount with unbiled amount, but My question is if I am paying for total 30 days rental & unbilled amount .why should i pay for next 10 days if I am not going to use this number, ALSO he has not even taken my request to collect payment & NOT filled up the form & when I asked for give me the process they are saying In written under RTI, no one has provided me not even signed & acknowledge for my attached application & told me to go to Indraprasth Tower, Mahatma Gandhi Rd, branch .. In this whole operation they have taken my one hour just to have proper clarity which was still not there..

                                  after visiting your this i had to Wait almost 4 hrs afternoon than in evening & they were asking me for 10 days of advance rental, after almost 8 hrs my number has come, they have taken from me monthly rental and 250 rs advance as compulsory fees for prepaid recharge, (the total was 1070)And said me it will take 8 to 10 days to process, On 27th my bill was generated & it was 56 rs which again i have paid on line, And the whole episode lots of time has been taken & they talked very rudely with me, .

                                  this i have already mailed to appellate authority of idea in indore, & got the reply that my process will be completed in time line..

                                  MOST IMPORTUNATELY I HAVE INFORMED THEM THAT IT IS THERE FAULT IF THEY ARE DELAYING THE PROCESS, & IF IT IS DELAYING BY THEIR SIDE HOW A CUSTOMER WHO IS NOT USING THE SERVICES IN THIS PEROID LIABLE TO PAY ACCORDING TO THEM..??

                                  I HAVE NOT USED THE NUMBER SERVICE, NOT A SINGLE TIME, & ON 25TH FEB ONCE AGAIN I HAVE DROPPED MAIL ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY REQUEST.

                                  THEY HAVE REPLIED ME THAT THE REQUEST HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO THE UNBILLED AMOUNT WAS NOT CLEAR, HOWEVER I HAVE PAID ALL THE BILLS EVEN FOR EXTRA UPCOMING DAYS WHERE I HAVE NOT USED IT, AND THEY DO NOT HAVE COURTESY TO INFORM ME NOT BY MAIL OR CALL OR TEXT, NOTHING PROCEED BY THEM.

                                  AND SAME TIME THEY HAVE DISCONTINUED MY SERVICES .


                                  MY QUESTION IS THERE PROCESS IS TO LAME THAT FOR PHYSICALLY APPLYING PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN ALMOST WHOLE DAY, STORE PEOPLE SO RUDE IN TALKING, AND IF THEY ARE DELAYING THE PROCESS BY THEIR ENDS HOW I AM LEVIED TO PAY, SUPPOSE IF THEY DELAY THE PROCESS TILL YEAR WOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR UPCOMING YEAR, AND NO COMMUNICATIONS FOR WHAT THE STEPS THEY ARE TAKING TO PROCESS THE REQUEST.

                                  I got your call once i was driving so failed to attend it, have called you back when u have called my but it was going on IVR..

                                  on 25th jan 2016 u have taken my request to migrate my number from postpaid to preapaid, according to your calculations i have paid 1070 as billed amount + 250 for prepaid recharge ( receipt noT provided for this EVEN AFTER ASKING) +57 rupees u have send a bill for that, U have taken a whole day for this i was able to free night 8 o clock.


                                  I KEPT YOU INFORM ON SAME DAY BY MAIL ALSO . ON appeal it mp of idea.


                                  even after that u have cancelled my request & u don't have courtesy to reply or inform me for that, no mail no message for what reason its done.

                                  now when i am dropping u mail for the status of request, , u urself delay the process and just disconeected my number permanantly & telling me to pay bll for 242 rs, which once again is your fault, you are charging me for one month which u have delay the process? how is that justifying??

                                  so for ur delays a customer has to pay..


                                  now you are telling me to pay this other wise in next 10 days my number will permanently close..SO U CAN SELL THIS NO . IN HIGH RATES TO OTHERS.


                                  I HAVE ONCE AGAIN PAID THIS 242 RS FOR YOUR FAULT .. MY DOCUMENTS U HAVE ALREADY TAKEN ..NOW PROCEED MY REQUEST OF POSTPAID TO PREPAID..

                                        I have discontinued IDEA cellular phone services with account number[protected] before about 9 months.

                                        I had paid the bill and infact rounded off and paid excess Rs 0.40

                                        Now the problem I am facing is every month idea delivery a bill by courier with a carry forward amount of Rs 0.40

                                        It is waste a resources and also a cause of disturbance since the courier boy gets acknowledgement.

                                        Please change your billing system and save us from this irritation.

                                        Since the mobile number has been disconnected, it does not print on the bill and neither do I remember. However, you must be able to find out from the Account number that I have already shared with you.
                                        Also, the correction in previous post is the bill amount is -0.40.
