This is the most pathetic network and has never been satisfactory for me, The latest punch line from the CSEs is your handset has issues (brand new phone) and still issues !!! I still dont understand...

however we have forwarded the same complaint with details to the applette authority of adityabirla group too
but as usual there has been no written response! only automated calls messages and odd hour calls by people claiming to be senior executive from idea (who have no information about the problem in hand and utter disregard to the previous complaints)
Just one of the examples is ms. Tahseem (as told by herself) in regard to complaint no. [protected] lodged on 3rd January 2016 at 1 pm after investing 1.5 hours with her explaining all the details about the problem faced to which she claimed she has made notes in the complaint which shall be forwarded to the billing team for further processing.
HOWEVER 4-5 days later when a call came from the person claiming to be from billing team of idea, they had NO INFORMATION whatsoever about the details of complaint and demanded to be explained again.
such instances have been eversince repeating and causing harassment, mental agony, precious time-loss and business loss at our end not to mention the bad reputation of company's name.

Dear authority
The numbers you people call from are untraceable and with no incoming services. How is a person supposed to call back if they are somehow not able to pick-up the call at one instance you call. Its rather you who should Share the number that you are calling from along with the person designated to solve the matter in hand.
BESIDES, I did get a call from another idea personalle who was NOT AT ALL AWARE of the case and even misinterpreting the information shared with him by me. THESE PEOPLE CALLING ON BEHALF OF IDEA are extremely UNWILLING to share the case number of complaint nor their name and designation.
SUCH unethical behaviour is HIGHLY UNAPPRECIATED.
Over and Above that, you so boastingly write a reply that you were not able to contact me. When the reality is that your employees DONT wanna face me, as everytime they have faced, they accepted the mistakes on company's behalf and on asking for a commitment, vanished and we were never contacted again by the same person.

I have been worked with Vodafone go there and see the genuinenity of thier representative.

You all dont have any class in frony of them. You all just know one thing to harras customer and try to cut the call not even listen your customer.

I am gonna give 10 out of 10 rating to vodafone in customer service but Idea it should be in Minus.

I am still unsatisfied from your resolution.

Find few name Rashmi Kamarwal senior executive in Idea social media she was not even try to listen me. She was keep saying one thing the same resolution . Pathetic response from her

Log a complaint to http://pgportal.gov.in/ to Ministry of telecommunications. This is the same cheap game these all service providers played with 2G internet with 3G was introduced to market.

Just to introduce 4G in the market, they have slowed down the 3G internet speeds.
How can this be justified???
Moreover, less than 5% users in India have got 4G enabled devices. So, are these telecom companies taking bribe from the major smartphone firms to force people to switch to 4G enabled devices??

Whether it is Idea, Airtel or Vodafone...all are doing the same thing...
Idea Cellular Network...Your existence is because o[censored]s. Please show some integrity and at least keep the 3G services the same as it was a month back.
Those who can afford 4G are switching to it willingly but please don't force everyone to waste money on new smartphones. You have got a big role to play in 'Digital India' campaign.
I wonder if I'm getting this pathetic speed at 3G network in Delhi-NCR, what could be the situation in the remote areas of the country.

నేను నాగి రెడ్డి మాధవరెడ్డి, తండ్రి నాగి రెడ్డి రాంరెడ్డి (గ్రామం మరియు మండలం బొమ్మలరామారం) నివాసిని.కొందరు వ్వక్తులు నా యొక్క ఫోన్ నెంబర్ సేకరెంచి నాకు ఫోన్ చేసి నన్నూ నమించి నా దెగ్గర ల్యాండ్ పెప్పెర్స్ అడిగారు దానికి నేను ఇవ్వడం జరిగేంది.దాని చూసి వారు మీ ఏరియా లో టవర్ సంషన్స్ అయేది అని చెప్పారు .నేను సరే సార్ అని చెప్పాను.దానికి వారు కోర్ట్ అగ్గ్రిమెంట్ ఫీజు అని నావద్ద 5, 200 రూపాయలు తీసుకున్నారు.అలాగే అగ్రిమెంట్ బాండ్ డిపాజిట్ ఫీజు అని అలాగే ఆర్బీఐ నో అబీజేషన్ సర్టిఫికెట్ ఫీజు అని నావద్ద ఓవరాల్ గా 78, 550 రూపాయలు తీసుకున్నారు. దానికి నేను అడిగిన డబ్బులు ఇచ్చాను.దీనికి నేను తను ఎవరో తెలియకుండా ఈచినను దానికి నేను చేసింది తప్పుగా ఒప్పుకుంటున్నాను సార్, కానీ నేను తనని నమ్మి మోసపోయాను.అంతే కాకుండా తను నాకు ఫోన్ చేసి మళ్ళి 80, 000 రూపాయలు ఫ్లైటు కు వస్తాము మేము ఆ ఖర్చులు మీరు పెట్టుకోవాలి అని ఫోన్ చేస్తున్నాడు అపుడు తను నన్నూ మోసం చేసాడు అని తెలుసుకున్నాను సార్.నాకు జరిగిన మోసం మరెవరికి జరగకూడదు అని విన్నవిన్చుకుంటున్నాను.అలాగ�...⇄ నాకు న్యాయం చేయగలరు అని వేడుకుంటున్నాను.
