It is very worst offer provided by Idea. They are fully confused to customers . They are mentioned clearly 2Hrs unlimited Local Idea to idea and Validity 1 day. That means in 1 day we used 2Hrs free calls to Idea to idea. But it is not working. This offer will active upto 2Hrs...

My idea number is [protected](kerala), it was with my mom. It seems to me now after making any local calls, it cuts 2 rupees per minute or in by seconds count. Hey idea company I have received a sim day before yesterday and I don't know any ussd codes for any of my requirements so I was checking what's the ussd codes. In that process your company deducted a sum of 29 and 3 totally 31 within 9 hours. so all that I'm expecting you to refund my money and deactivate any of the vas subscriptions....

We have registered repeated complaints against falsified and hidden/ un-notified charges and despite investing several hours over many months explaining the issues to the billing authorized personalles. Without using number why am getting bill payment details. really am so bad experience with the idea network and last time only customer team told they deactivated the number but how it possible to make a bill on it..

This is Sandeep Rajput and my contact number is [protected]. i got idea portability just 2 months ago as my office has been transfered from Gujrat to Punjab. I asked the employee of service centre in gujrat what i need to do ans i am going in roaming she just said me to recharge with roaming pack nothing else i do have postpaid connection. She didnt inform me that you will not get any free minutes in roaming....

I am using idea post-paid number from last 2.5 years, I have shifted to Jaipur and I wanted to transfer my number for this I have already submitted my all dues and documents but there is no such action has been taken by the idea care, and every time they had rejected my application

Today I got a call from [protected] number stating that my idea number got selected and I won the 25 lac lottery and provided me the lottery number 1531 and they mentioned I have to call on [protected] number to get this details. I wanted to log a complaint against IDEA company that why they are sharing my number to these fake companies....

On 24 Feb i had recharged my idea no with 445 for 3G recharge for the pack of 3 GB on the basis of msg from your company but I've only got 2GB of data...and its not a first time cz I might did 6 time recharge in which I got three time same complaint n tried to lodge complaint against it but your company email and 198 is not in working condition.....

I am a postpaid user of IDea +91 [protected] from 3 months.i got the number ported from airtel as i thought idea is a good service provider. Now i have got a bill of 2500rs and the internet speed was too bad that i am not going to pay a single rupee now.and whether my number gets disconnected.
It is not because of signals n all. i dont knw y idea charges are too high and services are too too too cheap.
