Dear Sir,
With Respect to above matter i have paid Idea Postpaid Bill through Net Banking my Mobile No [protected]. but payment not done and amount has been deducted in my A/c No. [protected] Union Bank of india. this Transaction ID: S83242150. Payment Date 20/04/2015 amount Rs. 671/-
So please look into the matter and resolved this problem and amount revert in my a/c as soon as possible.

    I got a message from [protected], on Saturday, 31.10.2014, @ 2.14 a.m., saying that request processed and balance is 304 rs. Again after some days, on 07.11.[protected]@ 00.57 a.m, another message received, saying that my request is processed and balance is 240.75. Please, verify how, without my knowledge, how these requests are generated from my number, which very unlikely unless some hacking took place. And also, how my balance amount can be changed/ altered without my knowledge or request.. This is very serious security lapse, please look into this before all accounts are compromised.

      I'm complaining about the idea postpaid number [protected] which I ported in from vodafone. Few days after doing so, I lost my phone. Because the phone was quite old and I didn't had any bill, I couldn't lodge a FIR but I went to the Idea Store and asked them to close the number. They assured me that it will be done. Now after a month or so, I started getting calls from Idea Customer Care asking me to pay the bill for over 1000 /-. I explained them the situation and asked if I can pay some minimum amount for the days I used the service. But these guys aren't listening to me at all. In the last call that I got from them, they told me that they will file a case against me for not paying the bill. On the other hand I didn't receive any bills on my email address or alternate phone number. I'm willing to pay a min. balance for the number of days I used the service which I guess is 4-5 days.         Sir, i had recharged my no. [protected] on[protected] at 7:23 p.m from my best offer i.e Rs. 348/- 2GB-3G valid for 28 days. i have recharged the said plan successfully. i also received conformation messages from your side which screen shot i am sending for yours reference in attached file. but i received only 500 mb and 25 days validity. i want clarification from your side that why this has happened. i had talk to customer care also but i am getting clarification from there. i am associated with you from long period, i was very happy with your service. but this time by doing this i am unhappy. please give me positive solution as soon as possible

          My name is Saurabh Kumar Mishra and I am idea post-paid customer with [protected]. I got the faulty bill Generated for the last month(20th sep, 2015 to 19th october, 2015). I changed my plan from 1299 to 1599 on 23rd september, 2015 for my number([protected]). I asked if there is any extra charge if i change my plan today .they replied no there is no extra charge and the customer care representative said that you will be charged according to prorate base for the period of first some days up to plan change. But when i checked my bill, i got to know that i having charged rs 1136.03 as usage and vas charges for the gprs i used before changing my plan from 1299 to 1599. I called idea customer care on 29th october 2015 to resolve the issue. i was told by customer service that i will recieve call from the senior deptt or billing deptt. but i didnt recieved any call for next 3-4 days.again i called customer service on 2nd or 3rd october.I got the same answer that i will recieve call in 24 hrs.but i didnt recieved any call from idea customer care . then again i called on 4th october for the resolution.they promised me same as by the earlier two executives. but ididnt recieved any call from idea. On 5th october, i again called idea customer servicefor the resolution .but executive answered the same with 48 hrs time and in the meantime my outgoing services got barred 4th october. On 6th october i again called for resolution and he answered me that ur problem will be resolved in 7 days.but i didnt recieved a single call from idea despite of my 5-6 requests and their promises to me till now. First they generated wrong bill .Never keep their promises . idea customer care is non commital. bcoz of this problem i m in imense mental torture. kindly do needful because before selling the new upgrade plan your representative not giving the correct information about the bill after that customer has to face this problem. if we try to contact your customer service then always use scripted lines you have to pay this much amount because this correct bill from our side which you use. they don’t try to understand what we want to say. if we say we will close your this service they said as you wish you can close this service after full and final. if I will not get satisfied resolution then I will defiantly closed my number and go to consumer court and criminal court for the economic loss as well as mental torture i am facing.               Fed up with the service of Idea network. We have raised a complaint before but no use and no one responded. using this network (Idea) since last 1.5 years but day by day we are facing lot of problems with respect to service, either we face problem on Call drops, call cutting while communicating. Some times calls not be allowed. I don't know what is wrong with them. We paid them timely and we need proper services from them. Hope you will resolve this at the earliest.                   I called idea customer care, Money customer care and even complained at idea's appellate authority. Even after the stipulated time, I didnt get a proper response.

                  This is the complaint I given to appellate authority (idea)

                  Dear Sir,
                  I payed my October month postpaid bill through idea Money wallet. The transaction was notified as failed after doing the payment. (Reciept : [protected])
                  However, the money wasn't credited back to my idea wallet after this. I contacted idea money customer care about this issue and they told me that the transaction was successful. I checked my postpaid account via your idea online portal but I coludn't see any payment reflected there (https://care.ideacellular.com/wps/myportal/postpaid/webportal-payment).

                  Since its being the due date I payed my bill through my net banking (EHDF[protected]). This one is the only payment that I can see as payed in my account (Your customer care also confirmed the same).

                  Please refund my amount to idea money or credit it to my next months postpaid bill.

                  This is very unfortunate for a customer to write a long mail and call different customer care numbers for small transaction issue. (Both the postpaid and money accounts are for the number [protected])

                  After a long wait, I got a call from appellate authority (her name was Fathima) asking me the transaction Id and details. She informed me that she would call me after half an hour and I received no response yet. (more than one day) .

                  Please take necessary action against this fraudster and please close down this idea money service, if you can't maintain it properly.

                  I need proper compensation for this frustration you caused.

                    Dear Team, Its being 3 days I am calling you for my internet services which is not working and I visited the Idea Store P-26 cannought place new delhi-11001.They told me That your problem will be solved by 05/11/2015 and I am facing this problem since 04/11/2015. I placed the request for PORT but before 90 days I request you to Please port my no as I really dont want to hamper my work due to this pathetic internet services.                           Hello,

                          My name is Amrit Pal Singh and my mobile no is [protected]. I am suffering connectivity issue when I am using 3 g Internet but when I use 2 g then it is OK.. I have submitted complaints many time in last 10 to 15 days. But they are not able to resolve my issue. I am also asking for please convert my number to prepaid but they are not agree. They said that your plan is low it was 375 rs pack. They said to please take a big internet plan. Please use 1299 plan. You will get best service and more data i.e. 5 GB Internet. Then I had take 1299 postpaid pack. I am using it only for Internet. i.e. 5 GB 3 G internet. Also I got email that your request is closed. If my issue is not resolved then how the request is closed. But If I am not able to use 3 g internet then why I got Idea. Please don't use your pet line i.e." Get Idea" . It should be "Leave Idea".

                          I will also submit my request to Consumer court to make my fool. If I will not get any solution in next 24 hours then I have to take a legal action.

                            Mera no [protected] h jise me pichle 4-5 year se use kar rahi hu suddenly mera no bad ho gaya 3 oct ko i just called your customer care executive but they said your no disconnected due to telemarting call from your no and it will not reconnect, but meine is no se kabhi koi telemarketing ki call nahi ki meine almost 100 times call hold ki or aapke executive ne kam se kam mujse ye bola pls hold or aapke yaha ke supervisor rajendra hav no ans. wo itna rude h meri bbat sunne k bazzaye sifr ek hi baat bol raha tha k ab aapki sim kabhi b activate nahi hogi, Bina kisi conformation k aap log sim kaise band kar sakte ho u have to confirm naa i'm not get call from your side and not any kind of msg or iske baad b aapke executives ko complainants hendal nahi karni aati its my very important no mere coolage me yahi h bank me yahi h how can you do this, u have to chk my previous record piche 4 saalo me to isse koi marketing caall nahi hui to kius binah par aaap mera no band kar sakte h aapko atleast comfirom to karna chahiye tha naa.. agr koi ba aakar aapse kahega k is no se mujhe tele marketing ki call aa rahi h to aap bandkar denge kyaa u have to confirm naa its very much bad experience for me, meine kabhi b ye nahi socha tha k aisa kuch b hoga and your costumer service staff is pathetic specially Rajendra he have no manners.

[protected], on 04.10.2015 through internet(my Idea login). It did not get activated. Then I call to customer care on 05.10.2015 about this ( Mr OM & Rituparna). Customer care executive informed me that no request is raised on my no. Then he suggested to activate this pack through him (on call). I confirmed over phone and executive activated my 1GB 3G internet pack (Rs. 300). I was using it since then and also getting regular updates o[censored]sage and available data, through SMS. Now, today I received my E-bill with charges of 2 packs (250 +300), while I was not informed about second pack of same usage. Idea sms also confirm that I was using only one pack, but in bill both packs are charged. I called on customer care, today, on 03.11.2015, and talked to idea executive about this (Mr. Dalbeer). He told that they will check in next 48 hours, but call disconnected in between. Please check & correct my bill." Idea team is closing my complaint without taking action. They had closed it 2 times. . While on phone they say that 2 packs are activated by technical error, and on reply via e-mail, you write that everything is right. How can both packs be charged simultaneously while I had used only one and your msgs were coming regularly about one pack usage. This is cheating and not supporting customer.

                                as per telephonic call, your customer service associate told me that your request is processed and now bill will be generated on 7th this month (Saturday), but I have not got any email and message regarding this, as again i confirm it with your customer care support, bill cycle date is still 23rd and in my idea account request status not changed yet. please stop making fool people.
                                I can't understand what is a big deal to make it processed in the first month as I have new postpaid connection.

                                    Idea is cutting balance indiscriminately for no reason. This has been happening like slow poisoning. Can someone explain why is this happening? Is porting to other service provider is the only solution?

                                    Idea is like ### network no range in our area no range for 3G, 4G n another ### is they are deduct money form main balance i don't know why they doing this agin and agin even i complains 4-5 time still they apologise and doing same ### again juss now my money cut from main balance and reason they told is SMS charge ### i I didn't sent any SMS why i use idea SMS ### if i have Jio SMS balance...                                       On my mobile, I got message about activation of 'Ditto TV' subscription on date 3 rd Nov 2015.
                                      I don't have any mobile application on my mobile for this service.
                                      I talked with customer they are not providing details of confirmation. They advise to check my mobile history, I checked but didn't found any history about this ditto link and web page.
                                      Further I wrote mail to them, but they closed my complaint with deactivating this VAS services.

                                      Again they reply with mentioning "Ditto Tv is activated after receiving double confirmation from your end."

                                      Still they are not providing, confirmation details.
                                      As I am not any ditto application and not confirmed any VAS from my side, they charge me.

                                      Ditto Tv is activated after receiving double confirmation from your end.

                                        We bought two idea sims on 21.10.2015 (Wednesday). When we bought these idea sims executive tell us that sims are activated in 24 hours but the sims are not activated till now. We continuously trying to contact that person but they did not respond us..
