Respected Sir, I myself being a responsible citizen of Dangoaposi, west singhbhum jharkhand. I would like to draw your attention towards regular network problem in our area. The sim distributers, distrubutes numbers of sim cards but the regular network problems made our life difficult. please solve the above problem as soon as possible.

    Sir by idea cellular i have recharged bihar idea sim no [protected] of amount rupees 75 by sbi netbanking but still not rechared. Amount 75 has been debited from my sbi account. Please check the status of 75 rupees recharge. How this amount will recover

      Sir by 27 aug 15 through idea cellular by netbanking of sbi recharge of 75 on my idea no [protected](region: bihar). Amount 75 debited from my account but on given mobile amount not recharged. Please check the where my amount gone and how amout will recovered.

        Hi, I have done a recharge of RS 57 of idea prepaid.as per idea cellular.com company website we get a validity of 28 days after this recharge but when recharge is done an sms from idea obtained that it's validity is 14 days only which is a fraud and wrong information provided by company and charged wrong amount . Resulted in loss of money and time .though amount can be small for one person but its huge when company is having crore number of customers and they have generated huge money by wrong and misleading information .attached screenshot of idea website.my number is [protected] and name puneet.please help

          Idea Mobile No [protected] : On 28.08.2015 I made online PAYMENT for Rupees 154/- through my HDFC Visa Credit card and was made for recharge of 3G Mobile data Card Internet. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But same amount was debited from my account. So kindly refund the above amount to my credit card account immediately. My mobile number is [protected].                           Dear Sir/Ma'am, My Idea Mobile No. is [protected], I used 1599/- approximate one and half year from Madhya Pradesh Circle, In June 2015 I had shifted my plan to i-plan 999. In August I received bill of 5283.41 which is heavily Charged. When I check my billing Details my Plan Where Shifted to NEW ENTERPRISES 199 NEW plan without any intimation. Even My credit limit Changed without any conformation. I shared concerns with your executives several times but I got same rude response from your executives. When changing the plan and credit limit you never informed.Tricks like these that make customers go away I expect to resolve the issue as amicably and friendly as possible.                             Dear Sir/Mam, I was having a postpaid connection of Idea Cellular. Mob. No. [protected] Praful K.Agrawal In the month of february i got my idea no ported into other service provider. According to company's commitment and policy i was supposed to get my security refund and balance advance payment within 45 days but as on today's date i have not received any amount. Regarding this issue i have visited the concern Idea store several times but did't got any satisfactory answer and even the people sitting there(including the store head/owner) are telling that they cannot do anything about this. Total amount to be refunded is Rs 909.67 Not able to upload last bill because it is .pdf format. Resubmitting the complaint... After posting above complaint i got call from idea customer service([protected]) for 2-3 days continuously. Had last talk on 5th August and the person committed for the cheque delivery by 20th August 2015. But till today's date i have not received the cheque.

                              I am facing 3G issues on my Idea connection for almost a month now (Since idea has started doing carry forward o[censored]nused data to next cycle). I have to restart the phone again and again to get the connection active. I have tried 3 different handsets, still same issue. I even replaced the sim from the idea store, still same issue.I am never getting the 3G speed, most of the time it shows 'E' on the network and sometimes 'H'. I did MNP from Airtel and started using Idea but I am very dissatisfied with the way it is working since the last month.

                                  This is ganga reddy ganji. iam idea network user my mobile number is [protected]. today my number is not working it showing sim card registration failed. but i recharge some amount (RS 34) in last july 22nd 2015. this number very important to me. what can i do now.

                                    Hi i have started using Idea Postpaid Connection from last 3 months i am getting the SMS MT Charges of no use and on top of that from last i am also getting charges of Bollywood Bytes and I have never used these service and In a day i used to get 5 to 7 promotional calls of no use . So i have charged for almost Rs.500 . I want that money reversal so i can pay the bill and start using the services.

                                      We have Idea prepaid Mobile No. [protected], where Idea deducted Rs. 45 on August 5th against VAS service, which we don't request for above. After that we will message to Idea Regarding that and stop the service on August 7 by message and call. But again amount deduct on August 20th.
