Hello Sir, Now a days advertisement in TV for IIN is coming, in that a father gifted a "Rajdoot" bike to his son and with the help of IIN (Idea INternet Network) Son modify that bike to "Royal Enfield". I had tried to find multiple times on my mobile how to do that but did not got any information regarding that. I want Idea to provide all details through that i can also modify my bike.     Hello, I am using idea number [protected]. I am having postpaid plan "T1242-Happy 274 Retail plan TR" rental plan. under this, I am entitled to 512MB data plan. My billing cycle is from 21-Apr[protected]May-2015. On 30th April 2015, I called the Idea Customer care aking them to discontinue my 2G plan and activate the 3G 1 GB data plan (C[protected]. The 1 GB data plan charges are Rs 250 only. Due to my intensive need the data pack exhausted hence I need to extend the data plan so again called the Customer care for activating another 300MB plan for which the rental is 100 (C1-[protected]). While activating the second plan the customer care executive did not provide any details of the "Pro-ration" charges. But when I see the bill today they have charged 699 in the name of "Pro-ration Charges". THIS WAS NOT NOTIFIED TO ME THAT I WILL BE CHARGED SOME SUCH CHARGES ON DATA PLAN CHANGE. NO SMS OR EMAIL OR CALL WAS MADE TO TELL THAT THE PRO RATION CHARGES WILL BE APPLICABLE. HENCE I REQUEST TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST AND LEVY THE CHARGES FOR PRO RATION. YOU CANNOT FOOL ME LIKE THIS FOR ANY UNDECLARED OR HIDDEN CHARGES. I SHOULD BE CHARGED for 250 + 100 = 350 and nothing extra. I've already done correspondence for the same with idea customer care under communcation but didn't receive a positive response hence bringing this to consumer forum.     My number is [protected], I have also faced the same problem few days back, so i requested them to cancel my 3G, today is my billing cycle day 6-Dec-2015, I will get bill tomorrow morning and revert. Customer care person asked me to call customer care on 5-Dec-2015 night, I have opted to talk to customer care guy almost 4-5 times, but no one taking call to deactivate 3G and I am not getting any option to get in my idea web site to deactivate this. It is really a very bad service/ communication.
    One more thing our earlier pack T1242-Happy 274 Retail plan TR has 500MB 2G plan and I have selected 300MB 3G pack and though that I will get both like after completing 300MB 3G it should automatically shift to 500MB 2G plan but it is not like that Idea executive told me 2 days back that after 300MB 3G consumption they will change Pro-ration charges..

        Sir, I am remesh my mobile number [protected]. idea mobile communications 22.5 2015. 12.37pm send to 2 offers. One was 27rs to 350 mb 3g 15days and another 97rs to 1gb 2g 30days. I have recharge 97rs 1gb 30 days 4.34pm but i not received 1gb Internet. Idea mobile communications give 350 mb 20 days. Attached my screen shot to idea mobile sent offer

          Sir, First of all, i would like to say that IDEA really start sucking. The matter is, I am getting my monthly bill with additional charges for the last 6 months. I recharged my account with 150 Rs in November and i was being told that i will get Rs 50 deduction in my monthly bill for the next 6 months which really didn't happened. In fact my bill was coming with extra 40-50 Rs charges. When last month i came to know about this fraud, I made a complaint to the IDEA helpline which was taken with proper negligence. They generated the ticket and the very next day, I got a msg in which it was written, " the ticket got cancelled. However, we would generate a fresh ticket" but i didn't got any response from the team for the next 6-7 days. Then i tried to contact the team again but i was not able to contact them. I don't know what they did to my number. In the end, i called the team from my other no and again asked them to look into the matter. Now again this month i got my bill with extra charges and again the ticket got cancelled after the day i made the complaint. All these things really pissed me off. It has created me a lot of trouble and also wasted my time. I want the compensation for all this unethical activities done by IDEA to me. Hope to get the positive response from your side.

            Sir.. I have took a complaint against network coverage problek since april. Till now i hadnt get any positive reply from your side. I suffer ny issue till now. Most of my frirnfs cant reach me on phone. You tell..what i need to do... shame on you. You know.. i lost my part time job due to this issue. My boss cant reqch me on phone and he failed me. I cannot use internet properly.no speee at all. 1g is better than 3g!! I canot check my mails quikly. Earlier it was the best in section but now it disapoints me.               Dear Sir, I have wrote to Idea care the following email which will describe the whole circumstances happened with me. Dear, I will not going to pay this bill, whatsoever action you want to take against me, you are free. Because, your sales guys made me fake promise, that they will offering 1GB 3G Data Connection with 400 Local/STD calls and 200 SMS per month lifetime with Rental Plan of Rs.199.00 only if I will PORT my existing Vodaphone Number and opt of Idea Billing Plan. So, I did the same as per communication made on the phone number of your sales guys i.e. 1] Shradha Contact No. [protected] 2] Satish & Aryan Singh & Kunal Contact No. [protected] They treated with me very badly, & kept my number complete one day off even then my Vodaphone PORT is successful. I have lose the mobile connection totally one & half day as I received wrong SIM which was not got sticker pasted on my login form. They force me to go to nearest Idea Gallery & ask for New SIM with Id Proof then it will work. I did the same and finally on 9th May 2015 my connection get started. But with surprise of plan allotted to me is very different (512MB 2G Data connection, 200 Local/Std calls & SMS per month) from the actual plan stated to me as I mention above. It is my humble request that please give me the plan which was stated to me else forget your bill payment if you are unable to give me. Also, if any action would cause to me any losses I will challenge you into consumer court for fake promised given also make claim from you for my mental harassment. Now, it is your choice what to do for me. Also note that I will permanently close this card and switch to New card with other Network if you have not take any action. Finally if you want to continue the relationship with me, you must Change the plan and provide me 1GB 3G Data Connection with 400 Local/STD calls and 200 SMS per month lifetime with Rental Plan of Rs.199.00 only.                 Around 7.10 Pm I was make another time recharge on my city local shop and i have take balance but still i am waiting my Previous Net bank recharge balance.

                Hance, around 21.17 Pm grahak seva called me regarding my recharge Complain and told me your balance has been done in 7.10 pm around but as of now i check my balance on my phone but it is pending till now...

                How it is possible I would personaly go in shop and make recharge in cash and take balance instanc time.

                Kindly do need full my balance is still pending now

                    from last 2 months company is charging me unnecessary international sms charges last month sms charges was 540 but after complaint they deducted only 300 & this month they have again charged 901/- sms charges 98% i use whatapp i dont use sms & in my billing there r 100 sms free but still they r charging me international sms charges on the nos i have not sent sms request you to please help in the above matter

                        Dear Sir, Before the port in to IDEA my cell no [protected], the customer service is agreed to provide me the Monthly rental Rs 299/- plan (1000 Local minutes, 100 local SMS & 1GB 3G internet data), but now understand from IDEA customer service after activate the card they activate the plan Rs 399/- (545 Local + STD minutes, 100 SMS & 1GB 3G data). I have received the call from IDEA company no [protected] for port in to IDEA.                           Dear Executive, I reach out to convey my dissatisfaction related to Idea cellular services. I recently ported in my number [protected] from Reliance to Idea. Upon activation of the connection, i had severe coverage issues, wherein, my phone is mostly unreachable. For your information, i am residing in a reasonable sub-urban area in Delhi (Dwarka Sector -3) where almost all other cellular service providers have coverage (I use Vodafone & Airtel as well and i have not observed any coverage issues compared to Idea). I have requested optimization couple of times (C1-[protected], C1-[protected]), but always received a response that "unable to process your request". I even asked who to escalate but did not receive any response. Moreover, i noted today that some VAS is activated on my mobile without me asking for it. When i tried deactivating this pack from web portal i receive a message "unable to process now, please try after sometime", I am requesting for deactivation of that service and reversal of charges that have been levied on me. This pack is a whatsapp pack, i use a Nokia n70 handset (does not support whatsapp) and anyway there's no network coverage for me to use that service... why would i activate it ? I have also received couple o[censored]nsolicited emails from Idea informing me about activation of some promo packs ? What are these and why am i receiving such emails if i have not opted in for any promos ? When i moved to idea, i was expecting a minimum level of service. However, it seems that Idea is only interested in collecting the bill amounts, and to make some additional you activate services without the users consent, to make it more exciting you would turn down every request for providing network coverage. Look forward to resolution at the earliest. If you cannot fix this, please proceed with a termination of this connection.

                              I have activated idea's 3G unlimited plan for Rs.646 (The cost is very high when comparing with other service providers). They said that i can get a peak speed of 2 MB per second and after 3 GB of data usage i can use the internet at 84 KB per second. I activated the plan and i got a satisfactory speed (100 KB/s to 300KB/s). And after 3GB of data usage they sent me a message that my quota is over and now my speed will be reduced to 84 KB /S. But the actual speed they providing is 10 KB per second( the speed is less than the speed of 2G). They are not even providing me atleast a 54 KB/s speed.I have complained them 2 times. For each time they said that the complained will be resolved within 3 days and it is a issue in nearby tower. And after 3 day they will send a message that my problem is solved. Iam deppresed and fed up with their tactical move. Because my offer will end in this week and after that my problem will not be an issue to them. Iam having many tasks to get completed through the internet. I have to connect my laptop with my brother's laptop through Teamviewer. But through this poor data speed it is not possible. My request is, kindly solve or take action to rectify my problem within this week. If Iam not complaining, they will continue to kidding all the consumers. Please prove and ensure that you are supporting us, the consumers.

                                        I am using idea mobile services for 7-9 years. 2 years before i changed to post paid. I am using internet services too in mobile but only wats aap. In the month .of April my bill has come worth Rs5996 But i used only 1.5 gb data that shows in my mobile as well as in your bill. Idea pupil charged 4500 Rsfor 1.5 gb. But idea charges only 250rs per gb But customercare team never mentioned me regarding this huge charges. 3-4 months before also same thing happened but they given me waiver offer because it was their mistake. Now calls and sms comes from customer care for forcing to pay the bill. Actually these pupil never disclose about their charges and cheated my like hell. By this bill my family budget affects worsely. These type of activities are agaist business laws and ethics This may lead to loose loyal customers. Even by my recommend or leads only ideas executives got5/6 postpaid customers I discussed with them regarding this bill and they are also waiting for the reply from idea.
