      Idea has been continuously deducting my balance from 73 to 0 in steps 50, 15, 5, 3 everytime i got an sms from idea cms saying Dear Customer, thank you for downloading Idea Video Value Pack_Rs. from ShotFormats. You have been charged Rs. 50 Dear Customer, thank you for downloading Super_Dhamal from SYMBIOTIC. You have been charged Rs. 15 Dear Customer, thank you for downloading Animal In from TECHZONE. You have been charged Rs. 5 Dear Customer, thank you for downloading Alana One from TECHZONE. You have been charged Rs. 3 And when i called customer care they didnt listen to me and said you downloaded ..thts why you have been charged.they dont even care about helping. All these telecom companies earn profit by these unfair means and doesnt even left a penny on my account balance. The deduction were made on 27 and 28 december 2013 Please help My num [protected]

      just after recharging with 30 rupees they deducted 20 then 3 rupees saying i downloaded

        Hi all,

        Seeking for help :(. I am an idea customer for long time. yesterday was a nightmare for me. I have tried to activate rs 19 plan and dialled 19# at 10 PM(26/12). I haven't got any messages or confirmation from them so I have called customercare at around 10 15, the guy said try using 121 and follow instructions. I have tried that too and still no messages got from them. At last I have done flexi recharge of rs 19 at 11 .15 pm and went to sleep without any problem.

        At 1 .20 AM I got 4 messages saying that "thank you for placing the request we have deducted rs 19" (so 19*4=76). And got activation message at 8 40 AM so it is pretty clear that it is an issue from their servers.

        I called the customer care and they said I have activated the same plan 4 times (5 including manual topup) at 1.25 AM.

        How in the world anybody will do 4 SAME topups by CALLING them at that time as I have already done the recharge manually. If it is a one time or so we can believe its a mistake from me.. but calling 4 times... never :'(

        Called customercare again and they said no refund as you have requested the offer 4 time from your end and hang up. I have mailed "CCare Kerala <ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com>" with no luck.


        Anybody can help me, pleaseeeeeee let me know if there is anything can done from my end to get a refund.

          I paid the idea monthly bill online using SBI internet banking facility. My bank account got debited, but I did not receive any response from Idea. I raised the issue with both the bank and merchant. My SBI statement clearly indicates the transaction details with the IDEA CELLULAR name, transaction reference number, date and amount. Also when I raised the issue with the bank, they informed me "It has been observed that transaction id has been successfully processed to your respective merchant and till date we have not received any reversal for the same." When I raise this with IDEA, they keep on saying that they did not receive the payment. I have raised this with IDEA appellate authority. Suppose if the issue does not get resolved, what should a customer do? Should I raise this with the banking ombudsman or should I raise this with the consumer forum?

              Since last week my family and relatives are getting called from idea cellular legal representative : [protected] saying there is legal case registered against me. They are using very abusing language. I need to know few details from idea.

              1. There is billing dispute against you, which legal case has been registered against me?

              2. As per TRAI any telecom company can not share customer dialed number history with anyone, why idea is giving my confidential information to there legal representative?

              3. Why idea legal representative calling to my relatives and use abusing language and bad words about me?

              This is really unacceptable, i am working with amdocs and using corporate plan of idea, i will take this matter to amdocs corporate HR and stop idea service in amdocs. I wanted to know the answer of above question from idea as soon as possible

                a message and a voice call came form company that a recharge of 126 give 1GB 3G data having 375MB as main balance and remaning as promo balance but only main balance is give.When i call to customer care they decline to give promotional balance and said that your balance is in negative so you can't avail this promo balance but they did'nt give any information about this.

                  My Name is R.Suranjith Henry Karunakaran From Tamil Nadu. I use IDEA Prepaid in my Mobile, I Recharge RS 98/- GPRS Pack in this December Month for 1 GB DATA... then i revived MESSAGE from IDEA that "recharge RS 98/- and get 2 GB" so i Called Customer Care(198) and ask that if recharge this Offer it will Add 2GB to my already exist 1 GB, Then He replied me "Yes Sir it will add then you have 3 GB". So I Recharge 98 RS for 2 gb... But it not add. It Cancelled my already exist 1 GB and Activate 2 GB. So I loss 1 GB of DATA and also 98 RS... Then I Call Customer Care(198), But they tell me the Word SORRY. I asked for Recharge me but they didn't . Please help Me to SOLVE this Problem... Thank You. Suranjith Henry Karunakaran.

                            Hi, This is Saqib. My idea SIM has been deactivated for not being in use, since I was not in town for sometime. Now I inserted the SIM and it says the SIM has been inactivated. I called the customer support but they have been unable to help me. All they say is that it cant be reactivated now.                               Hi, This is Manoj Sharma and a premium customer of IDEA cellular Limited since last last year and paying thousands of rupees per month as bill. My Mobile handset was stolen on 02/12/2013. The handset was insured by "The New India Assurance company Limited". The insurer demanding call details of 3 previous and 3 next days of date of stolen to approve claim but Customer Care executives are saying that sir there is no any process to provide call details. You can can find it in only next bill but itemized bill includes dialed details of customer not incoming so what should I do in this case please help me to solve this problem.                                 Money deducted from my account for value added services...that is Rs 80 on 30/11/2013 and again on 14/12/2013 ...this time i dint even get a sms...related to deduction of d amount..when i called the idea customer care they said i hav used it for value added services..but i havent acivated any..so please help me to get back my money..

                                  Dear Sir, This is with reference to my previous complaint (Complaint No-C1-[protected], C1-[protected], C1-[protected], C1-[protected]) regarding adding of excess charges in my bill and after that I have got assurance not to face the same problem in future, but in current month I am facing the same problem. I also feel that your executive misguided me regarding new plan activation. Please also clarify below mention points. 1- As per attachment my unbilled amount is 546.20 and within one day how it increase at 1322.38. 2- According to my new plan my free I ahve allotted 1000 free min.(according to your executive) but in my bill only 890 min are consider as free min. 3- I have got assurance that in new plan my STD rates will be charged 0.40 paisa/min instead of 0.50 paisa/min but in current bill still unchanged. 4- I also called to your executive regarding not received my updated unbilled information and at 17:02 hrs on 20/11/2013 I inform the same to your executive Miss Kasturi Pillay but from there I got only assurance. 5- Please also refer the attached log o[censored]nbilled amount of some random dates and clarify the how final amount become 1322.38 in just one day from 546.20 Please give proper clarification of my above said points and if you are unable to do any thing favorable to me please terminate my connection because I am loosing my patience to mail and request several times without getting any permanent solution.                                       I am Samuchit Bhagat.I am using Idea internet rs 198 pack o[censored]nlimited (FUP after 2GB) for 30 days.I have completed usage of 2GB and I got a message from company that "Your full speed quota is over & speed is now reduced to 40kbps.But the thing is i never got 40 kbps speed while using those 2GB and after completing 2GB usage i am hardly getting 5-9 kbps. Why is idea giving fraud internet speed pack when its not giving even half of its speed. I want idea to increase the speed as it has said.                                       My complaint has not been resolved yet.Your customer care executive ABHIJIT ANANDGAONKAR had a talk with me and said that we are sending you core settings of internet that will increase your internet speed upto 20 kbps for sure.I neither got settings nor my speed has increased.When I said him that company sent me message that says speed has now reduced to 40kbps he said he don't assure me for 40kbps but the speed will increase to 20kbps. If its so then why Idea is sending fraud advertisement for internet speed.It is neither giving even 20kbps. Resolve my complaint ASAP

                                        dear sir, the bill amount of my postpaid connection is more than my usage and i am continuosly asking for the bill detail but i am not getting it.my mobile no is [protected]. so this is a humble request, plz provide me the detail(sms, incoming, outgoing) of last 3 months at my email adress ([protected]@yahoo.in) but not at home adress thanking you
