not given promotional internet balance

a message and a voice call came form company that a recharge of 126 give 1GB 3G data having 375MB as main balance and remaning as promo balance but only main balance is give.When i call to customer care they decline to give promotional balance and said that your balance is in negative so you can't avail this promo balance but they did'nt give any information about this....

DEACTIVATED SIM

Money deducted from my account for value added services...that is Rs 80 on 30/11/2013 and again on 14/12/2013 ...this time i dint even get a sms...related to deduction of d amount..when i called the idea customer care they said i hav used it for value added services..but i havent acivated any..so please help me to get back my money.....

Regarding internet speed
