sir,
i'm buy samsung s dous S7562. offer for IDEA network 500MB for 2 month. i will many call in idea care they not active this benefit. next time offer for in msg EC to RS10 to get Rs10 talktime.i EC on Rs 10. add on balance Rs5 only. i conduct care but not respons. my mobile no.[protected] plz help me.....

Since last week my family and relatives are getting called from idea cellular legal representative : [protected] saying there is legal case registered against me. They are using very abusing language. I need to know few details from idea.

1. There is billing dispute against you, which legal case has been registered against me?

2. As per TRAI any telecom company can not share customer dialed number history with...

a message and a voice call came form company that a recharge of 126 give 1GB 3G data having 375MB as main balance and remaning as promo balance but only main balance is give.When i call to customer care they decline to give promotional balance and said that your balance is in negative so you can't avail this promo balance but they did'nt give any information about this....

Hi, This is Manoj Sharma and a premium customer of IDEA cellular Limited since last last year and paying thousands of rupees per month as bill. My Mobile handset was stolen on 02/12/2013. The handset was insured by "The New India Assurance company Limited". About 50 days ago I bought a Idea net setter 3G (provided by alcatel).It costed me 2900 and the dealer told that every month you will get 4 GB data plan without paying any more money for 3 months.
