Dear Sir, My Mobile no is [protected] As per attached screenshot from ideacellular site I have done 3G Data recharge of 127 Rs (1GB) on 11th Oct 2013 and my recharge was done successfully and I have got successful recharge message “RCH done. MRP Rs 127 NEW BAL, Plan : 1 GB, 3G data valid for 30 days”. But when I am using internet data charges are deducted from my talk time balance and 3G data balance remain same. When I am checking my data balance using *125# number it shows “Data Bal in ur accoung 1024.00 MB valid till Nov 09 2013”. When i have called Customer Care and they dont know about ISF, Next day I went to idea store to ask regarding and they told ISF means Idea Smart Phone. I don't have a Idea Smart Phone. They are not written ISF meaning nor given terms and condition for it on their web site. I have requested to revert my balance but they denied my request told me it is not possible. Please help me

This is daylight cheating by Idea Cellular. SHAME ON YOU. Totally UNETHICAL company. You people are only interested in looting customers to increase EPS of your company. SHAME SHAME.

Mr. Jehal I suggest you ask for a detailed data usage report for the period. They have outdated systems, they deny this. Same problem I was facing sometime back and ultimately they refunded about Rs. 450. Most of the customer care executives are poorly trained. If they still don't resolve your complaint, drag them to a consumer court.

    my name is devashish. on 11th october 2013 friday, i had 2G data pack of 500mb when i was using internet, my main balance is reduced. i have discussed with customer care officer two times. but they aren't giving me the reason why my main balanced is reduced. even they are lying about may balance detail. i have proof in my inbox that i had recharged 52 rs. 2Gdata pack. mo.       i entered to data plans acording to ivr sirvice number 121 there is an offer of rs25 trail pack to get 250mb 3g or 500mb 2g. there mentioned to subscribe the pack deduct rs25 from main balence. i have no sufficient balence in my account so i did e-recharg of rs25. but i cant get 500mb data plan insteat i get some local & std minuts. so i lost 25 rupees because of there is no sufficient information.

          Hello, I had idea prepaid connection. In last month a person from idea postpaid office called me([protected]) and asked for postpaid plan, he told me we will provide good plan in 249 rupees. I asked him the procedure. He told me we will send an executive to your place and he will inform you. Executive told me the plan details “249 rupees monthly rent 500 calls, 300 SMS and 512MB 2G data free. I asked him how this will work? from when this will start? and how about the usage? he told me from day one you can use this plan and all free usage. He did not informed me about billing cycle and any extra charges. Day one: When I called to customer care for activation of my post-paid connection, the call center representative asked me my details for verification formalities, and found that the information which I was providing was not matching with their database. I was shocked hearing from call center guy “information’s are not matching including date of birth” I have mentioned all my information properly in written in their form. Finally I called to My idea care asked for those(wrong) information which they have mentioned in my e-form and then I got my SIM activated. Even before that their home verification guy called me and asked my address and my father’s name for completing verification procedure, he did not visit to my home place for address verification. After activation of my network I asked for billing details like how bill will generate and my plan “internet usage” and all, idea representative told me my plat properly but he did not inform me billing date, unbilled amount and internet usage information. I called 5 to 6 times in a week for my usage and internet limit, nobody was trying to help me, I was totally helpless with idea service. Finally got my bill in my hand. When I saw the amount I surprised seeing that amount. It was 3944 rupees, I called to customer care and then they disclosed me one suspense that I have used prodata internet, the word “prodata” I heard first time from idea customer care. Nobody informed me what is prodata internet and how this charges works, and then I reached to nearest idea gallery the guy told me we cannot do anything from here you need to go to head office which is available at Bhandarkar road 15 km from my place. I reached there and saw the waiting list 87 number was in the queue before my number, I stood in the line for an hour but there was no progress in the waiting list that was crying situation. I left that place mutely without register my complaint. Then I called to the person who has provided this card to me, he told me “we will check with our manager and let you know” after that date he is still checking with his manager and I am waiting for his response. I registered complaint three times over the call but still I haven’t received any answer from them even they are not telling me the solution. Every time representative calls me and informed about billing and closed my case. He did not provide any resolution. Then I sent an E-mail to their customer care. But still I am waiting for their reply. Now outgoing facility is disabled from idea.             I had made a refill to my prepaid idea number [protected] through online banking at icici bank. the refill was for INR 149/- through my credit card on the 10th of October. My bank has debited the amount to me for the transaction but the amount has not yet been credited to my cell phone account for the 3g internet connection. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and get me a refund for the amount as I have already done a refill from a vendor for my cell phone. Regards, Sumeet Bali.

              First of all they fetched my number without any reason. Given me back number in postpaid for which I did no. of mails, don?t know how many no. of times I went to idea center & don?t know how many times I called to customer care. Totally waste of time That was literally harassment & torturing. I started using postpaid they started charging me unfair charges. For which i did no. of mails, don?t know how many no. of times I went to idea center & don?t know how many times I called to customer care. Totally waste of time Again harassment & torturing Then after i wanted to go prepaid They dint supported keep me waiting for days. So I made decision of porting out. But now I am asking for my credit balance. THEY made me wait for long time. Even in mails they said i will get cheaque in 15 days. In idea center also it was said that i will get under 45 days of porting out. But now they are saying. I am copying as it is from mail. "We wish to confirm that surplus amount of Rs.602/- is available on your number due to re-rating of bill. Hence, as per company guidelines we are unable to refund the same as it was not due to payment or security deposit available on your number."

                  I am a customer of Idea from more than 4 years and simultaneously availing different services from Idea. Yesterday, my data plan (1GB data for Rs 125 for 30 days) got over, today i recharged the same again through Net Banking via Paytm services. The plan which was shown there is 1GB data for Rs 125 for 30 days, and i recharged for the same but what i receive is totally different which is 525 MB for Rs 125 for 30 days. What is this? I inquired the same with the Idea Service center and they are saying they have changed the plan from 7 October 2013, but even if they have changed the same should reflect on the online platform as well, but it didn't. Whose fault is this? I am recharging through net banking seeing the available plan and in return receiving the totally different thing. Is not some type of cheating from both these parties? My complain is either you give me the 1GB data for Rs 125 for 30 days or refund my rupees.

                    I bought an internet pack on 7-10-13 for Rs. 126, 625 Mb one month validity.On the 9th and 10th about Rs 150-175 was deducted from my main balance. I approached idea office mapusa and was told I have utilised 625 mb and over, fine, I asked for a printout showing me the usage which they are not able to do so. I am sure I have not used that amount of data so please help.

                    They have to give you data usage report. They have outdated systems. I got one after complaining to Margao showroom and ultimately they refunded Rs. 450. Earlier they had refunded Rs. 148, Rs. 30 etc on different occasions.The executives go by the system and don't want to listen to customers. they feel as if they are CEO of Idea Cellular.

                        Purchased Idea cellular Sim card no. [protected] on 01.10.13. Activated after due verification of documents+ personal check by phone verification on 03.10.13. Am recieving persistent phone calls by unknown party stating that he has lost his mobile along with sim card no. [protected]. In short he is accusing me of theft. How is it possible, when I have duly purchased/activated my sim card after completing all necessary formalities. Kindly look into this matter urgently as I am being unnecessarily harassed for no fault of mine. THANK YOU.

                            My Idea postpaid cellular number #989123XXXX and customer relationship account No.[protected]. Company charged wrong bill against my cell number and its about to charge INR 7, 145.08 ( Seven Thousand One Hundred Forty-Five rupees and Eight paise) for the month October 10, 2013. Last month I activated GPRS plan, as a rent @Rs 98/month and its applicable free data uses 2GB i.e 2048 MB after that it will charge at 2 paisa per kB but I used only 1295 MB within a month. Please do me favour regarding charged against wrong bill.

                              I am customer of IDEA Cellular Limited since last 10 years and does not changed the Service Provider. I was satisfied by the Services provided by the Company my Account No.[protected] Cellular No. [protected]. I received a Bill of 27, 073/- having ISD Calls of 23405.80. vide Invoice No. [protected] Dated 15/9/2013 where it was shown that I had made 69 ISD Calls to[protected] AND 3 ISD Calls to[protected]. I am surprised to see the Bill Amount in my life history I had not called in ISD Call. No one relative/ friend is leaving out of India. The numbers are fake numbers and it must be done with the help of Employee of IDEA. My Phone was with me during the period neither I lost the SIM or mobile. I have been asked to pay bill first.                                 My name is Nupur Patel and my no is[protected] and I am very disappointed in idea and it's services. Without my knowledge and doing absolutely nothing I have been charged 30 rupees for apalya on 04/10/2013, then for fun n entertainment from symbiotic on 06/10/2013, and now today 08/10/2013 for fun Zone from symbiotic. None of these services I ever signed up for and now everytime I recharge they slash off 30 rupees for these unbelievable services. I called idea customer service said I need to deactivate the but he'll there is no record of these when I try to deactivate vast services by calling 12345 so how in hells name cannot I stop these completely. My hard earned money is getting waisted and stolen from idea and it's affiliates without my consent or knowledge absolutely mind boggling. I need my 90 rupees to be credited back to my no... Immediately.

                                    Hi, Yesterday on 7th Oct 2013 at 3pm i have recharged my number with 247 Rs for net pack and its covering upto 2gb internet.I used the internet on 4pm and after using net 13Rs is debited from my main balance. After that i called customer care and informed them regarding this. They told like it won't cut any amount. So at 6pm again i used internet and .45ps is debited from my main account. Today 8th Oct 2013 morning again i called customer care and they replied like this package is activated at 8.30 pm on 7th Oct 2013. So after this conversation i used internet and 7.75 Rs is debited from my main account. Again i called customer care and informed this issue unfortunately the responds from Idea customer care was too poor.                                       Hi Sir, I have a idea mobile connection which I am using for almost past 10yrs. The number is [protected]. The sim card which I was using was a special sim which had many offers including free calls and low tariff since I purchased during my college days. Last 21st September 2013 the validity of the sim expired and since I was out of station for couple of months I was not aware of the recharge options. So I contacted the Idea customer care on 22nd Sept 2013 by 4:00 PM and talked to a customer care executive named DIVYA. She gave me wrong information on recharge option which I realized late, even after my repeated clarifications. Now after recharging the option which she insisted all of my offers are removed and I am very disappointed that it is even worser than a normal mobile connection. Even after my repeated complaints through the customer care, I sorry that I did not get any remedy on this issue. Please take this into the serious consideration. Hope I will get a solution soon.
