I changed from vodapone to idea form last two monts, first bill 1300 I paid, second bill 2800 I complained to customer care 27oct I received bill 1093 I paid bill with credit card on 28 moringbwithbout msg ur people barred my outgoing I want near idea care center they told I havedue bill for Vodafone ok I want Vodafone care to pay bill they r told me sir u don't have any due from Vodafone.they give hard copy of statement I submit this letter to idea. After submitting I call customer care for activate my outgoing urban people telling it will take nov6 as early ad possible. I spoke so many times with in 2 days bad response they don't have knowledge how to give reply. I HAVE CALL RECORDS

PLS CALL TO ME I ADDRESS YOU MY PROBLEMS. VERY VERY URGENT.

    This is sudheer. I am a postpaid customer mobile no: [protected]. Since Last 3 months iam raised my complaint, no body take caring. I went Idea Showroom in Andhra Pradesh, Warangal where i was taken connection and Documents submitted, My Pakage Plan is 299. (1GB Free Internet Data)In July month i was used only 180 MB Data internet 4 days charged Rs.550/-including service tax. and in September, 2013 month i was used only 510 MB Internet Data. U charged Rs. 1350/- I Met Mr. Mohan on 27/8/2013(Idea Employ) I told to him about my problem, he promised to me resolve my complaint. Till now he did not resolve my problem. In September 11, 2013. I met Mr. Vinod (Idea Executive Officer) He camed for Auditioning the Showroom) he promised to me Within 2 days i will resolve the Problem. And several times 198 (Customer care) i told the 3G service activation issue, My complaint no: "[protected]". I am waiting for your reply.
    My Queries
    1. July month Internet charges revive. Rs. 550/- (I have internet 1GB Package is free)
    2. September month internet charges revive. Rs. 1350/- (I have internet 1GB Package is free)

      Hi, I am an Idea post paid customer. i have received excess charges in my bill on account of WAP download though i have not downloaded any data and even though i have data package on my cell number. Spoke with idea executive but got reply that they cannot help me in this matter. So i had applied for the portability to vodafone as i this is the second time they are charging me extra charges. After that i got a call from idea customer care executive to know the reason of port. I explained him the reason. He told me to pay Rs 440 and idea will give me the waiver of extra amount. I paid Rs 450 . Today they disconnected my outgoings. I called customer care . they said there is no request. U need to pay all amount. Please Help. my mobile no: [protected]

        I was not satisfied with the resolution which was provided on 05th August 2013. I want the refund amount of Rs 90 which was incorrectly levied by your company. I have already told your colleague that whenever the plan is getting over they should send sms but you don't have facility whenever we recharge the amount you send sms or whenever we recharge activate GPRS then you send sms, so when the plan is getting over then why sms is not sent? Also I have told your colleague that MB was remaining in my account but your system has not calculated the properly Its not my problem. I want the refund back as it was a error from your end.
        Also from last one months Idea Cellular network is giving lot of problem. Network get dropped automatically while speaking to someone. Is their any problem in Andheri Area?

            Hi,
            I contacted to Idea sales person named 'Kishore' to get connection.then He can at my flat and give demo.He asked me to do payment and then installation of internet connection will be done in 3 days at your flat. I did payment at Idea centralized Account via netbanking on that time itself. And then on 4th day of payment idea technical person came for installation but he said that there is some address related issue. So he return back without any installation.
            Since then i am contacting regularly to Kishore and technical person and even their team leaders. But they were saying it will done tomorrow.In this manner half of month has been passed.
            Now these guys saying that your request has cancelled.
            Please help me to get my money back or internet connection.

                  (1) I wanted to deactivate my internet services from idea.
                  I have already called the customer care many times to deactivate the unlimited gprs service.
                  But the amount of money is still deducing.

                    Dear Sir, My Mobile no is [protected] As per attached screenshot from ideacellular site I have done 3G Data recharge of 127 Rs (1GB) on 27th Oct 2013 and my recharge was done successfully and I have got successful recharge message “RCH done. MRP Rs 127 NEW BAL, Plan : 1 GB, 3G data valid for 30 days”. But when I am using internet data charges are deducted from my talk time balance and 3G data balance remain same. When I am checking my data balance using *125# number it shows “Data Bal in ur accoung 1024.00 MB valid till Nov 24 2013”. When i have called Customer Care and they told ISF means Idea Smart Phone and u will use this, I don't have a Idea Smart Phone. They are not written ISF meaning on their web site. I have requested to revert my balance but they denied my request told me it is not possible. Please help me

                      Hi, my name is Dinesh and I am a IDEA user my cell number is[protected]. IDEA had charge me Rs30 stating "thank you for downloading Fun_n_Entertainement from SYMBIOTIC. You have Charged Rs.30". I have not use this facility and how could IDEA charged me under this title also witohout prior Information. This is one kind of startegery IDEA is using to thug thier customers. This is really frustrating that without reason IDEA is charging. I want my refund Rs30 otherwise i will not hesitate to approch consumer court either. -Thanks

                        I am using Nokia Lumia 720. before the software update, i can connect to internet. but after the Amber, no access point anymore. i cant connect to internet anymore. I downloaded Lumia System Updater, installed access point, manually set the GPRS for SUN since I am using such network, (got this idea from internet research) but still it doesnt work.

                        I tried adding different profiles in access point - SUn Wap, Sun GPRS, SuN Call n Surf, still no progress. Is the problem in the phone? in the newly installed software of Nokia? in the network? I've registered to a lot of surf promos but I just ended up wasting my load.

                        Im so confused! Pls help!

                          Hi, I made ported two numbers [protected] and [protected] with new sim, I bought New Lumia 720 and there is a freebie internet 2gb for first two months and activated the same on 24/10/2013 at 7:29 am, but i saw bill got up to 800. why this? Now I connected idea customer care they are the plan are not activated and you have to the same. I said please convert this into 2g per month 125 plan from 24/10/2013 at 7:29 am. But they are not agreed for the same. And my number will be disconnected if bill up to rs 1000. I am very frustrated for bad servicing from Idea. Please wave off bill for internet usage till now or convert into 2gb per month plan. I will not pay as I am misguide by by Idea care.                             I opted idea 199 STD plan but the company started 199 local plan.

                            due to wrong plan activation, 1st moth i got high bill but still paid that amount after taking to customer care...

                            But next month again high bill amount. This time again I talked to CC but no satisfying response. I decided not to pay amount.

                            Local guys started threatening me that recovery agent will do all recovery.

                            I am surprised that it is really a super frustrating experience I have ever experience in my life.

                              HI team, Today i.e. 24/10/2013 at 11:58am, I got a SMS from idea saying Rs.50 deducted from yuor account for 'Downloading Gamezone from HandyGo". even though i have never accessed this website and they have dedudcted my balance for no reason. On talking to customer service, their executive was rude and did not want to revert my balance into my account. And they said even if you raise a complaint on this forum they will give you the same reply. This has happened to me earlier also, they once deducted some amount of money for a sms pack in the middle of the night. After talking to the customer service, they credited the balance back into my account. This is clear harrassment of the customer and the customer service is very rude and dont want to help.                                 I have received harassing calls from idea today innumerable no of times inspite of making my payment by the due date. The executives are using abusive language over the phone, . I would llike you to know that we are using 3 postpaid numbers of idea and have always paid our bills on time. But the kind of conduct that idea is giving to its customers is really bad. You expect us to pay the bills on time so we also expect the kind of service on time. I have made so many cals to your customer care no also but none of your authorised person have been avaible to listen to my complaint. And I havent received any call back also for the same inspite of registering my complaint. So basically what i understand is that we have to take such a conduct from your employees for being loyal customers with your company.

                                  On 20 Oct, I had made a recharge of Rs. 751 for 4GB unlimited . After the limit was exhausted my speed was limited to 80Kbps, so I again recharged for Rs. 751. But my speed is still 80 Kbps and yet to get benefit of 3G speed. This was also confirmed by one Mr. Sarfaraz Saiyed 02 from your Technical department after I raised a complaint (1-[protected]), who promised to activate the 2nd 751 voucher . While I got a message saying that the complaint is resolved my speed is still 80Kbps ( downloads @ 80/8 = 10 KB/s) I called to launch an appeal on 198 but your CSExecutives refused to register my appeal saying that I had already used 4.4GB. While, on my mobile I get a message saying Freebie Used: 423 MB, that too @ 80Kbps and not 3G speed. Your system is DEFINITELY at fault but your executives say otherwise. I feel harassed by your executives, not ready to listen to customers. I went to the Idea showroom, the data specialist manually calculated the data usage from the 2nd Rs 751 recharge made at 6.53 pm. The total data usage he got was around 500 MB used out of 4 GB. The same data specialist was arguing with me that I had used all 4 GB data. When I asked him what was the total usage from 20th October till date he said that system was showing 6GB. Since I had done 2 recharges of Rs. 751 I was suppose to get atleast 4GB+4Gb which is 8 GB plus more than 1GB remaining from the earlier Rs. 651 3G pack which was active before I did the first Rs. 751 recharge. If I have used only 6GB from 20th till date, how come I have used all 4GB from the 2nd Rs. 751 recharge. I have asked for a data usage report from 20th till date so I can manually calculate the usage since the specialist are unable to do this simple calculation. Request is registered very eager to look into it. After every data session I get message saying total freebie used is 600 MB. If this is not proof enough that I have not use the 4GB., what is. Doesn't this not amount to CHEATING & FRAUD?

                                  All you have to do is reinstall settings on your end so that the Rs. 751 recharge voucher is applied. Due to your buggy system, I am being blamed. Your engineers are useless. Maybe they don't understand English or don't know how to count. earlier also you were blaming me when I had done an unlimited 2G recharge and still my balance was getting deducted. Finally after numerous complaints a technical engineer at Idea Pune accepted my argument, reinstalled the settings, refunded about Rs. 450 excess charged deducted and everything worked fine.
                                  Learn to listen to customers.
                                  Although [protected]@ Idea have now accepted that there is a problem, they just don't know how to rectify it. Even after doing a 2nd Rs. 751 recharge I have used about 1GB at 2G speed (10KBps or 80Kbps). I should be browsing the whole 4GB at 3G speed which I am unable to because your system has limited my speed to 80 Kbps. the two recharges have overlapped. Since you cant rectify the problem request you to refund Rs. 751 back.

                                    While surfing on internet i clicked on a pic which redirected me to symbiotic and I received a message saying "Dear Customer thank you for downloading fun_zone from symbiotic. You have been charged Rs. 30." Now the tragedy is it happened thrice. I also received messages saying thank you for downloading Express_mall etc.
                                    Rs. 90 were deducted from my balance without any permission or authorisation from me. This is a seriously fraudulent enterprise IDEA has entered into with SYMBIOTIC for cheating people.
                                    My no. is [protected], and my name is Jeet Pathak. My no. is registered in m.p. Please take immediate action against IDEA for cheating people and robbing their money.

                                    Also note that though the message said thank you for downloading fun_zone etc, nothing was downloaded. Neither any content was downloaded nor any permission was asked. They have deducted the money without any reason and through fraudulent means.

                                    The same thing happened to me also. When i was browsing some sites, a message came saying that Rs.30 deducted from my account due to the symbiotic fun_zone download. Nothing downloaded... Daylight Cheating by IDEA Cellular. When complained the same in the next morning, the customer executive was so arrogant in saying that we cannot do anything please talk to the superior officer. When conveying the same to the so called superior executive, she also iterated the same saying that the 3G package availed by me is only for browsing some sites, not for all. Then I asked, why are you not publishing these safe browsing sites/or chargeble sites in your website. They have no answer. We are planning to have an online campaign through social media soon on IDEA CELLULAR'S DAYLIGHT CHEATING PLANS IN 2G AND 3G. Today on 1st November 2013, I got a call from another executive to take the feedback. Explained the full story to them and about the plans of propagating this news to other customers. Also conveyed that either reverse my amount Rs.30 or ready to see these stories in customercomplaints.in and other social media sites.

                                    I too faced the same problem
                                    And it had happened to me twice; first time it was Rs.10 and second time it was Rs.15 was deducted from my balance unauthorized. What's bizarre here is that Rs.15 deduction occurred when there was only Rs.30 remaining in my account.The first one is this :
                                    " Dear Customer,
                                    thank you for downloading Unlimited_Zone from SYMBIOTIC.

                                    thank you for downloading Super_Duper_Pack from SYMBIOTIC.You have been charged Rs. 15.

                                    So if I had Rs.100 in my account, more could have been deducted from my account. This ignorance from Idea is intolerable and now I'm gonna tell all my friends not to choose idea network as they are cheaters in their business. My number is [protected].
                                    Today at around 3:12 am same thing happened to me. Symbiotic charged Rs40 for downloading some fun mall although I have not downloaded anything or gave any permission for deduction of the money. This matter has to be taken care of by idea & the amount should be refunded back.

                                    Looking at all the feedbacks this problem is going on for long time. We customers are being cheated on our hard earned money. I call idea customer service & they said that this symbiotic company is a fraud company & yet idea allows this fraud company to deduct money from their customers, strange...Idea I request you to refund my 40 rupees back.

                                    I have not downloaded anything or gave any permission for deduction of
                                    the money. This matter has to be taken care of by idea & the amount

                                    When I callled customer care to report it they were so arrogant that they are repeatedly telling I used paid site..Name of the customer care executive and their supervisor were Monisa and Shakti. They directly told me to file Complaint...The simbiotic site has Idea logo only...
                                    Idea should give value to the hard earned money of customers and stop such cheating service...

                                    I have recharged Rs.34 internet pack in that 200 mb net usage.. I browse continuously and without my knowledge Rs.112/- has been dedcuted and without any confirmation message my balance deducted ... I called to cc and they said u have browsed over mb limit and balance not refundable.. Stop cheating this service.. I request you to refund my 112 rupees back..

                                        I am an Idea post paid customer. This is the the second time i have received charges in my bill on account of WAP download though i have not downloaded any data and even though i have data package on my cell number. Spoke with idea executive but got reply that they cannot help me in this matter. Please help. Mobile No : [protected]
