Hi, my name is Dinesh and I am a IDEA user my cell number is[protected]. IDEA had charge me Rs30 stating "thank you for downloading Fun_n_Entertainement from SYMBIOTIC. You have Charged Rs.30". I have not use this facility and how could IDEA charged me under this title also witohout prior Information. This is one kind of startegery IDEA is using to thug thier customers. I am using Nokia Lumia 720. before the software update, i can connect to internet. but after the Amber, no access point anymore. i cant connect to internet anymore.
