On 20 Oct, I had made a recharge of Rs. 751 for 4GB unlimited . After the limit was exhausted my speed was limited to 80Kbps, so I again recharged for Rs. 751. But my speed is still 80 Kbps and yet to get benefit of 3G speed. This was also confirmed by one Mr. Sarfaraz Saiyed 02 from your Technical department after I raised a complaint (1-[protected]), who promised to activate the 2nd 751 voucher . While I got a message saying that the complaint is resolved my speed is still 80Kbps ( downloads @ 80/8 = 10 KB/s)
I called to launch an appeal on 198 but your CSExecutives refused to register my appeal saying that I had already used 4.4GB. While, on my mobile I get a message saying Freebie Used: 423 MB, that too @ 80Kbps and not 3G speed. Your system is DEFINITELY at fault but your executives say otherwise. I feel harassed by your executives, not ready to listen to customers.
I went to the Idea showroom, the data specialist manually calculated the data usage from the 2nd Rs 751 recharge made at 6.53 pm. The total data usage he got was around 500 MB used out of 4 GB. The same data specialist was arguing with me that I had used all 4 GB data. When I asked him what was the total usage from 20th October till date he said that system was showing 6GB. Since I had done 2 recharges of Rs. 751 I was suppose to get atleast 4GB+4Gb which is 8 GB plus more than 1GB remaining from the earlier Rs. 651 3G pack which was active before I did the first Rs. 751 recharge. If I have used only 6GB from 20th till date, how come I have used all 4GB from the 2nd Rs. 751 recharge.
I have asked for a data usage report from 20th till date so I can manually calculate the usage since the specialist are unable to do this simple calculation. Request is registered very eager to look into it. After every data session I get message saying total freebie used is 600 MB. If this is not proof enough that I have not use the 4GB., what is. Doesn't this not amount to CHEATING & FRAUD?
