      My Mobile Bill Generation Date is 19th of each month
      My latest bill was generated on 19set2012 (Rs 804.14 )
      My Last Bill is paid ( Rs820.00 )
      My due date to pay latest Bill is 4Oct2012 ( Technically No Dues / Pendings )
      Still From 20th Sep 2012 I start Receiving Over due SMS from Idea Cellular Company
      On 22nd Sep 2012 They stopped My Outgoing Calls.
      On 23rd 2012 After contacting Customer Care (CC) They Started My Outgoing Calls
      Once Again My Out Going Calls was Stopped on 24th Sep 2012
      Again They Started my Service after Talk With CC
      Now Untill Today My Outgoing Calls Gets blocked Approximately 11.15am daily and get Started again After Talk
      With CC assuring No such Thing will happen again

      I have to pay money for the calls for CC and my valuable TIME to talk with CC.

      At this moment my calls are deactivated.

      I Want refund of my all customer care calls which are due to IDEA CELLULARS own Technical Error.

        Dear Sir,

        It was a totally mess with the communication with Idea Customer Care. I started with the issue for getting frequent unexpected international calls on my number [protected]. For that I called up on 12345 (Idea Customer Care number), the guy over there didn't spoke professionally and spoke in a very unclear & upsetting tone, so I was frustrated. He said "you don't understand what I am saying" (in an very unprofessional and unexpected way). So I called up on 198 to make a complaint about this unprofessional communication happened. The first guy (on 198 line) said that he will investigate internally and can't register the complaint. He then diverted my call to his senior Mr. Magar, Sr. Supervisor. But still he didn't give me the Complaint No. even I asked for any type of reference ID that I can keep for my communication. He denied taking the complaint, as I think he wanted to protect his team.

        Otherwise Idea company shouldn't call 198 a COMPLAINT NUMBER. My complaint was not entertained and was not considered seriously. I am very upset. Calling on 198 to register such complaint won't be entertained. I won't forgive myself for choosing Idea Prepaid.

        I suspect this unprofessional communication happened because I am a Prepaid User. Previously when I was using postpaid connection, the customer care executive have always spoken with me in a soft & good tone.

        Hoping for the Justice by giving the complaint ID for the same. As I believe this is my right.

          I have made a idea 3g recharge worth 950/- unlimited validity for 1 month....On 14th sept on [protected]. While using 3G my main balance was deducting. I recharged and still my main balance was deducting. I atleast made 20-30 calls to idea customer care, they are hopeless people and dont know anything. they just keep ur call on hold and they took my complaint on 21st and told that ur balance which was wrongly deducted will be refunded by 24th. On 24th they forwaded another complaint and told that balance will be refunded today (26th) but nothing happened.

          I got a message on my mobile that my complaint is resolved but my balance didnt refund. So only to test 3G i made a recharge worth 10/- and that also was deducted. Till now 100 or more of my account balance deducted.

          So i called their operator and he told that ur issue will be solved within 48 hours. They just are forwarding for 2 days.21st to 24th, 24th to 26th and now another 48 hours. i look them as a fool. Till the issue gets resolved my 950 balance recharge 1 month validity will be over.

          Dont buy idea any one next time
          yes idea is worst service in the market

            Dear sir/madam,

            I am Ankit Prajapati, from Mehsana. I am a subcriber of IDEA cellular PVT Ltd since Jan 2010 and my cell no is [protected]. Whenever i purchased SIM card at that time my basic plan is " 99 rupees rent per month and 50 SMS free and 3000 Sec free on any mobile ". From since last two month, i doesnot get free 50 SMS. And also since Last one month they increase my basic rate from 99 rupees to 149 without any information to me.
            For that i already went to IDEA Custemer Care , Mehsana and requested them to consider me as per my problem, but they didnt give me any response on my complaint and problem.

            Whanever I got the bill at that time i paid 50 % payment of bill and i requested them to solve my problem.. Then after they close the outgoing service from my numbers. then after in pressure i had to paid my all bill. Even though they are not solve the my problem.

            My humble request is to solve my problem and consider me as per my complaint.

              Same problem i am facing when i gone on rooming area. I was take with Custom care "She told me change the Mobile Headset". And i change mobile Headset, Again i found same problem.
              Right now i am using SAMSUNG Galixy ACE PLUS Headset.
              Can any body tell me the solution it ?

                Dear All,

                I had purchased a IDEA Sim Card when IDEA had conducted a promotion scheme in Kotak Group (Kotak Infiniti, 21, Infinity Park, Off Western Express Highway, General A K Vaidya Marg, Malad [E], Mumbai - 400 097) somewhere in May 2012, and I had specifically requested for a Mobile No [protected]. Company official confirmed that the number was available and will be allotted to me if I wanted to. So I accepted and signed all the papers regarding the same. When the number was activated after 3-4 days of completing all formalities in May 2012, I was shocked to know that I have been allotted different number ([protected]). I went into the idea store in Mahim Mumbai and complaint about the same and requested them to cancel the allotted number [protected], but they refused to do so stating that this is special number which cannot be cancelled before 6 months .

                I called the Idea call centre and complaint about the same but they also refused to help. When company officials called to me to clear the dues I told them I don’t use this number as this been allotted forcefully to me without my consent. They kept the phone and whenever they called again they never registered my complaint.

                I got call on 04/09/2012 from Delhi Court stating that Idea has lodged a complaint against me that of forgery and I should talk to their lawyer (Priya [protected]). When I called her, she confirmed me that Idea has lodged complaint against me for not paying the dues. I paid the bill on 04/09/2012 to close the complaint but it is very disgraceful, atrocious, that company does not hear it customers and registers complaint against them where actually company is at fault.

                I HAVE NEVER EVER USED THE NUMBER WHICH WAS FORCIBLY ALLOTTED TO ME BUT STILL COMPANY IS SENDING BILLS. I WANT THE NUMBER CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY.

                It’s shameful that a reputed Mobile service provider like IDEA has such pathetic service. If IDEA uses such bad tactics then I don’t think company will survive the competition.

                  This is Shanta Das, I had purchased Nokia Lumia 610 on 22nd September 2012 , In that Phone I got the 2gb Data free at 3G Speed for 4 month, Because of that scheme,
                  When , I spoke to Customer Care "RUPA", She told me that you will not get free 2gb Data Tariff " , Even she dont have proper reason to give the answer ,

                  Even in my phone box its mention there you will get free data , Now what the issue

                  Its my only request kindly allow me for 3 G Data Package for 4 Month ,and should take action Customer Care

                    I am Gopal with idea number [protected]. I have been trying to activate 3g on my handset but was unable to do so. Complaints made to the customer care also were not considered by them each time batting a reply to call back after half an hour.Today I made a call to the customer care number 198 to confirm activation of 3g and I was told that it is already activated on my number. Later today I received a message to dial*150*23# in order to avail 100 Mb free 3g data which I did collapsing 7gb of 2g data pack I subscribed earlier. But I was not able to connect to the 3g network and whenever I tried I am connected to the 2g network only.when I contacted the customer care I was told that there is network issue but even after solving the issue I was not able to connect to 3g and calls to customer care was suspended for the day. Meanwhile they deducted almost 20 rupees of balance from my account whereas I didn't make any calls or send any message. To raise a complaint the helpline is suspended for my number. Its just like cheating an ordinary customer like me. I need someone to take necessary action agaist the service provider or settle my issue

EXPERIENCING NETWORK PROBLEM EITHER THERE IS NO NETWORK OR IF WE TALK THEN THERE IS NO VOICE CLEARITY. EVERY TIME WHILE DIALING NO. EITHER IT SAY OUT OF REACH OR CALL DROPS AUTOMATICALLY. THE LEVEL OF NETWORK IN THE CELLPHONE SHOWS THE LOWEST POINT.I HAVE ALSO PURCHASED IDEA 3G POSTPAID SIM BUT THAT TOO A CRAP.NO NEWORK CONNECTIVITY WHILE PUTTING IT TO USB DONGLE AND IF NETWORK COMES THEN IT GIVES ERROR 619 OR 628. I AM THINKING THAT PURCHASING 3G SIM HAD WASTED MY MONEY. SO I AND ALL MY EMPLOYEES JUT GOT FED UP WITH THE IDEA NETWORK AND PLANNING TO SWITCH OVER TO OTHER NETWORK.

                      YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS IT IS BECOMING UNBEARABLE TO CONTINUE THE SERVICES WITH IDEA CELLULAR. AND IF PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED THEN I HAVE NO OPTION LEFT TO SWITCH TO OTHER NETWORK.

                            I am an IDEA Cellular customer using Prepaid Mobile Which No is [protected]. On dated 13.09.2012 I have made an online recharge of Rs 88 under the plan PLAN VOUCHER PV-88 as specified IDEA CELLULAR site for reducing the call rate.
                            Very soon after I received a message "Your online recharge was not successful. Your payment reversal would be done. Please contact customer care for any queries. Your transaction id is 15937922. Your Reference number is MUCO [protected]. From: IZ-IdeaWeb, To:[protected], 13/09/2012 11:01". This Rs amount was deducted from my UCO Bank A/C and still not received back. I asked many times to customer care but they refused to refund and not forwarding to senior officer and now they have disabled me to connect customer care.

                            So I request you to please look into the matter and arrange for the refund or suggest me for next action.

I am so much busy that I don't have time to call them, so I activated the Rs 5 Plan to complete my work. Then today I call at customer care for complaint and they taken my complaint and said that it will resolve up to 5:08 pm., then after sometime I got a call from them and they said that it will not resolved as you started the another plan. The Rs 99 GPRS plan got deactivated. I didn't used for a single minute. So please help me for the same and contact me if you want any further details regarding the same.

                                    We received phone call from last 2 or 3 weeks on my personal mobile no.[protected] by unknown person through different mobile no. He always use abusing, vulgar language & talk with very bad language.

                                      I am getting really slow speeds on my Idea 3G connection. I am connected to HSPA (Phone shows H in the top bar). Speed tests show a maximum of 250 Kbps speed. I was expecting at least 3 Mbps speeds on the phone. Please clarify what is the problem.

                                      I had recharged to Idea 3G pack unlimited for 1 month of Rs.950 then why this came for just 2 days only and now it is giving just 40 Kbps it was giving[protected] Kbps before this started but happen now?

                                        I have recently moved to Idea! I activated Blackberry Services on my Phone.
                                        An ammount of 399 rupees was charged to activate blackberry services.
                                        After repeated calls the Customer service informed that the service has been activated.
                                        But it was not working atmall in my mobile.
                                        I contacted the customer service again and they asked me to call[protected].
                                        But that number has a continuous busy tone. I am tired of this service.
                                        It is been one month since I have purchased my Blackberry.
                                        And BBM(Blackberry services) have not been activated on my phone.
                                        I have subscribed near about 10 times on toll free numbers-12345,198,53500,,,,etc..And still it is not activated.
                                        Now,they are saying that BBM services are not there in prepaid connection which I am using..
