I have submitted a request to activate caller tone on my Idea post paid number i.e [protected] two days ago. I got a message that your caller tone has been activated and also deducted my money. I am getting really slow speeds on my Idea 3G connection. I am connected to HSPA (Phone shows H in the top bar). Speed tests show a maximum of 250 Kbps speed. I was expecting at least 3 Mbps speeds on the phone. Please clarify what is the problem.
