My name is Jyoti Vishwakarma and my phone no. is [protected]. Since past few months the idea service providers have been activating undesired services on my no. on their own, although no such service is actually rendered. The service name is HASYA SARITA. I have first tried to deactivate the service on my own. Then after i complained about it at nearest idea service center, that is near chanchala bai college, jabalpur(m.p.), a no. of times but no relief was assured. In this process, every time i got my no. recharged, whole balance was deducted immediately as a compensation against the activated service. I stopped my no. getting recharged and then requested the customer care executive to sort out the problem as soon as possible. But instead of helping out, that person behaved very rudely and in an unjustified manner.After that I started receiving very offensive messages from the company no. 53434. I believe its the same customer care executive who is responsible for all this. Please help me out in sorting this matter and getting a valid compensation for the total loss incurred, that is of Rs.500.

And BBM(Blackberry services) have not been activated on my phone.
I have subscribed near about 10 times on toll free numbers-12345,198,53500,,,,etc..And still it is not activated.
Now,they are saying that BBM services are not there in prepaid connection which I am using..
