i did it ..my balance was deducted but no benefit provided.then they say that it is not for your region
refund my money.help me ....

I am currently a subscriber of idea services and I had opted to port out of idea services and port in to "Airtel". I had send a port out request on 1900 and the unique porting number was generated "IP953871" dt: 20 August 2012. I had opted for port out earlier to this as well on 8th august but don't understand why the same as also not being processed.

I am using G.Dhanasekaran IDEA, prepaid number for my family use. In a day i get 5-6 calls from IDEA, stating value added service. Once you attend the call and close it, you are considered subscriped for the value added service.They will send a SMS, to reply immediately for unsubscriping the service. If you fail to respond, your money will be deducted for your inaction.
I have called Idea customer care about the policy of subscribing...

I have an Idea cellular connection that I have been unsuccessfully trying to recharge online. I have made several attempts to do this over the last 2 weeks and every time I get the message saying (latest attempt on Sep 1st 2012):

I bring to your kind notice that wherever idea cellular coverge fails their shared network Vodofone coverage gives benefit but the name
vodafone will not be displaced. They only display Idea name. Therefore, customers like me will be alert on call rates.
This raise to direct suffereings to the customer and gives benefit indirectly to the network.

In April 2008, I had done online recharge of Idea No.[protected] for Rs.150. Recharge was not successfull. I tried again and it was not successfull. Amount was deducted from my A/c. On complaint to Idea, they promised to refund within 2 days through SMS, 7 Days to their IVRS complain Centre and through written complaint in Franchise Centre of Navrangpura. Till Now there is no action. I just saw that there is some option to lodge online complaint...

Thru Idea Cellular Online recharge for Mob [protected] we recharged for Rs 200 Talktime & its converted to 3G.Customer Care say use it or Lose it.They say it wont be reverted to Talktime nor be transfered to other number nor be refunded.They say recharge other tariff for talktime.In website also tariff plans not mentioned clearly inorder to cheat.We didnt choose 3G.This Mob has no 3G activation.THis is Fraud & cheating.Our shop keeper...

Vodafone no. call flashing this no. does not exist to every caller through out India. I have lodged
4 complaints to idea costmer care. they removed the complaint by saying this fault is not at our end
everytime try Vodafone.They are playing me like afootball....
