This is the third time, I am complaining here because my problem has not been sorted out. I bought 3 no of idea with the assurance of CUG that if we call on these three number, no charges will be given. Then since, I have been paying. They are not willing to activate my CUG. These nos are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. When I called customer care to check whether CUG is activated on this no they said no. I asked them what should I do then? They asked me to go to idea Showroom. I went there 12 times for the past 6 months to add my no in CUG network. Idea showroom person said we cant do anything. Consult the person who sold you number. I am incapable to find him. Even I complained here thrice and Last time they wrote coment that services have been installed. But i got the bill on these nos. Again, I called customer care, they said cug has not been activated with these nos. I am really helpless. This is the third time, I am complaining here. They have not even called me once and they are saying I am not reachable. For the six month I have been paying amount on the sevices which I was assured to be free of cost.I simply want my give no to be cug network: [protected], [protected] and [protected].
When I got these corporate no they said calling on these nos will be free. Only then I took. Now they are not activating and charging bill. When I complained in 26 july here, idea wrote on comment that It has been activated. But its not indeed. When I again called idea customer care they said go to corporate office. I do not know how long i will pay bill for the services which I assured to be activated and free of cost.
Please, If you can do something, take a stern action on these...Because they write comment here to be done but actually it is not done. I am fed up. This is the last time I am complaining here with hope to get the problem solved....
One more thing, I am going to stop paying bill of these nos [protected], [protected], and [protected], if these numbers are not activated in CUG Network. Because I chose idea network only because of CUG Network. And it has been acheel heel. Therefore I decided not to pay bill either they install my cug network or terminate these numbers.

MORE — Reimbursement of money charged extra wrongly
I made a transaction on 10th January, 09 at More supermarket, Mehdipattnam, Hyderabad.I used my card to pay the bill, the vendor swipped the card and said its not working. so, i paid in cash.
But in fact I was charged in initially my card.I have complained them the next day, and my money has not been reimbursed till now.
