    Dear Idea Celluar,
    I was using my no [protected] for last 1.5 years and my bill was never crossed Rs 600 to 800 every month and also my credit limit was fixed up tp Rs 1700/ month. I was using 99 plan for 2 Gb free Internet use with 144 plan. I am shocked to see the bil of Rs 5300 for the month of February 2012. I called several times to customer care and nodal officer noida but they did not adjust the true amount and finally deactivated my no [protected]. I want to know if they where fixed up a limit of rs 1700/ then why the did not inform me when my bill amount was reaching the credit limit and also not stopped my service before crossing the limit.
    please help me to resolve this matter soon.

      This is to reference to you that i have used idea connection number [protected]. I have a problem related billing and plan at my no. My credit limit give by company is 500 rs. But idea cellular will suspend my number on crossing of 80% of credit limit and before on the uses of 400 rs. Idea call me at 9.0 clock in the morning and message me at 7.12 clock in morning. after doing payment of my no idea will not activate my outgoing. They will irritate me and also not allow me to port out. Because they want from me to update my no from customer care every time. Idea will give the plan to me for postpaid is Rental 199 free usage 149 rs. Sms pack

      I am a using [protected] no. with Idea,

      In my current bill without use of GPRS idea charging me extra when my BlackBerry 599 rental plan is already activated,

      I already put it complaint on customer care and pune Law college road Idea office and mail through also,

      But still not received any reversal commitment from Idea.

      Due to this they barred my outgoing calls without my fault

      i Requested to idea to reverse my GPRS charges which is wrongly added in my current bill, Due to this still I am unable to pay my bill.

      Looking solution from your end.

I'm really frustrated and annoyed so much and it headed me to complaint here. Please help me in this. I requested them to stop messaging, but they refused and still continuing the same.           I keep my phone switched off at night everyday. today morning when i switched it on, i received a message saying- 'Thank you for activating SMS cricket daily pack'. i was charged rs.3 from my balance and i have never subscribed for such useless packs. i want the refund of my balance and unsubscription from such useless packs.

          Sir, few days back i.e. on 26th of august i got to know on checking of my balance that Rs.10 have deducted. I called customer care and they said that i have subscribed for game pack on internet on 24th of august. i don't even have a multimedia set,then how can i surf on net and apply for game pack. nothing happened and i had to forget my balance. then. yesterday afternoon, i got a call from company, i picked the phone and kept it aside while i was having lunch. Automatically, after some time phone got cut and i received a message that i have been deducted rs.10 for some Masti pack. i didn't press any button as i have a security lock on my phone in which, when i receive a call i cannot press any button without opening the lock which i didn't. i called customer care and a gal named Reema assured me that bal. will be refunded for which i have to call after 2 hours. after that, they didn't even receive my call at customer care. i went to local showroom in my city NARESH COMMUNICATION at KAMLA NEHRU NAGAR,JODHPUR. they said that they are not having any information about any deductions. i went to the same showroom today morning and he was talking to me in such a nonsense way. he was not eve having any information regarding my no. and said that i have been charged rs.30 instead of rs.10. i have been feeling so much inconvenience. the showroom in my city is also 5-6kms away from my home.
          Kindly do something. my mobile no. is - [protected].

              From last few days I'm facing problem, I am every now and then charged wrongly and the balance gets deducted. I've activated black berry internet services then too am charged and that too without surfing internet moreover customer care executives and even nodal manager is unable to sort this problem so I think some serious actions should be executed....

              Hi this is Pankaj Gupta having service no. [protected] one of subscriber of Idea, right on today only i tried to download a content from phonerotica.com but the balance of rs 40 has been deducted and last it shows Downloading failed, this is not just the first time i had faced two days before too when rs 30 had got deduced without any download, i am a new subscriber but within these 5 days this is the second time i am facing such problem. So please do the needful and i want my balance back.

              And what is rediculas is that even the customer care is not connected. So please solve the problem

              hello sir, i m jitendra parashari my no is [protected], i was recharge 150 top up in 19 oct 2010 and in 22 oct 2010 your company has deducted Rs.40 for any value added service without my permission and when i want to complaint to your company then your customer care call not pickup.               I am having an idea connection [protected] just 30 days old. Yesterday i got my balance Rs. 94 deducted without any reason. Upo asking customer care people, no suitable justification was provided. IDEA....
              my first & last experience with IDEA people.....My recommendation to others.......DONT EVER BUY IDEA...:-(

              I did recharge of Rs. 98 which is GPRS plan on 16/04/2011 at 19:30. After that i did Recharge of 34 & 30 in which i got Rs. 50 talktime. And after 30 min 'boom' my balance was 0.00
              After that i tried to call customer care but no one helped me. What a customer can do in this situation.

              Idea Cellular — Wrong Balance deduction

              Respected Sir,

              My Idea mobile number is [protected].

              Since last two week my talk time balance has been deducted without any prior notice and at the same time i have been receiving sms stating that i have activated so and so VAS service.
              When i talked to customer care they simply said that i have activated this service by calling some number, but i did not do that.
              They are simply cheating customers.

              Please do some need full against them.

              Deduction of balance for Dialler tone was deducted. although that was not activated. For this issue, when i contacted to customer care i talked with the customer care executive Mr. Tushar Hande. this person has no sense how to talk with the customers. He is giving some foolish answers. When i told him to transfer call to his team leader / manager. He was told that he cannot transfer the call to his reporting person and disconnected my call while i am talking with him.
              This is the worst experience with idea.
              "Rs.15 for VAS on 21/06/2012 12:42:58" this is the detail for transaction.
              And there is no request sent for such transaction from my idea no.

              Yesterday i.e. 5th Dec 2013 at 10:47 PM while browsing the internet on my mobile I suddenly received a message from IZ-ideaCMS
              "Dear Customer,
              thank you for downloading Dee Caggiano145 from TECHZONE. You have been charged Rs 49. Your balance is Rs. 201.03"
              I dont understand since when internet browsing costs you 49 Rs for a page. And there has been no content downloaded also. Moreover I am worried that I could have been told that you have been charged Rs 100 or Rs 1000 or may be a lakh rupees and my balance would have been in the negative. What nonsense is this? I am now scared for opening any page from any link till I have internet provided by Idea.
              This is really really annoying. I need someone to look into it and take action against Idea Network and stop these unnecesary SMSes and calls or at least guide me in the right direction.
              I am vivek from jaipur. my cell number is [protected] rajasthan. maine ye naya connection liya hai. Connectivity is good. maine 25 ka trail pack liya jisme mujhe mile 500mb for 5 day.lekin maine use kam me nahi liya tha or same day maine 1 bar or 25 ka recharge kara liya to usme mile 130 mb only. lekin net balance add ni huaa or new balance hi raha wo bhi 130 mb. This is very wrong 500mb jiski validity 5 day honi chahiye wo to aapne uda hi di. this very very wrong. i am very very unhappy.

              finally mujhe mila 50 rs me 130 mb for 5 day .
              that is very wrong.
              i want money refund or addition of net balance as soon as possible..

                  Could not avail Prepaid - Samsung Bundle Offer
                  4 days back, I have taken new Idea 3g Sim card. After checking in the Idea portal http://www.idea3g.co.in/samsung_offer_prepaid.html
                  , came to know about this Samsung bundle offer- prepaid.

                  I have recharged with Rs 497 as described in the portal and made voice calls.
                  And I got message as follows "Ur pack of 500MB for 30 days is now active! Eligible Smartfone customers will get the 3 month benefit within 72 hours; an SMS will be sent after the activation".

                  Till not I did not get additional MB. I have called customer care. I am getting different answers each time.

                    I RECEIVED THAT WAP 89 PLAN WILL BE ACTIVATED SOON

                    ITS NOT ACTIVATING, CUTOMER CARE TOLD ME IT WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 3 HOURS

                    I HAVE CALLED THEM MANY TIMES AND DIALLED THIS CODE 2 TIMES , BUT TILL NOW THE SERVICE IS NOT ACTIVATED YET AND I HAVE WASTED AROUND 7-8 RS TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE

                      I was contacted by B W Credits, 40 Sadhana Enclave , Panchsheel Park,
                      New Delhi-17,PH: [protected] regarding the new idea postpaid SIM. I was willing to take a Idea number so I called the executive to collect the documents ( voter ID card photocopy) and deliver the SIM.
                      The executive has collected the documents and have given the SIM nos. which is not activated yet.

                      now I am unable to contact these guys.

                      i converted my idea number from post to pre. I asked if there would be any issue to activate the number in roaming. They said no and services will be activated. Now idea asked me to come back pune for tele verify. Really irritability for wrong commitment.

                      I received one promo call from Idea after this I decide to a postpaid connection of Idea your executive come my home and give me a new sim and take the 300/- Rs as deposit and offer me 199 plain. That sim I brought on 12 Aug 2013. He also provide me some number for choose I choose the number [protected].
                      But that sim is not activated till now. When I connect to customer care for get information about it they said me that number is already registered for another person name.
                      Please tell me what is the problem. why did not my sim activated till now and when it will be activated
                      He also give the number of our senior that is Deepak and his no. is [protected] when that person is my home I talk to Mr. Deepak he tell me your no. is activated after 4 hour but after this when I try to talk with him he always provide the another person no. said that person handle your complaint and that person whose no. provide by Deepak did not pick the phone .
                      I did not understand that person is right person or ford if It is a ford person how he mange to get new sim of idea or company did not take any record which sim is provide to which dealer I do not think any person do that think without help of company person.

                        I am Priyanka Gupta, user of Idea Cellular mobile connection service (Telephone number :[protected])
                        My connection has been barred without any prior notification / intimation.
                        On contacting the customer care they are saying that the bills of your data card are not paid, whereas i asked for the disconnection of my data card number (mail put to Mr. Rahul Mishra) after clearing all my bills. Even then the number was not disconnected which was not a fault on my part.

                        Now they have disconnected my phone number to torture me....which is very unethical...

                        The same problem is being faced by other colleagues of my company that their requests (put to Mr. Rahul Mishra) are not being taken care immediately & then they are charged for the extra period...

                        Request you to consider the request & get my number debarred as soon as possible.

                        Idea Cellular — Disconnection of Service

                        Dear Sir,

                        The IDEA Cellular has disconnected my services on 19th Aug 2008, being my last date for bill payment is 21st Aug 2008. I missed all my important calls on my Engagement day which was on 20th Aug 2008. So I want the IDEA to compensate me for their improper services.

                          I am a user of idea cellular gujarat. My cell number is [protected]. I activated gprs pack of rs 99 on 30th january. Then around ten days back, another gprs scheme of rs 59 got activated. I called 198 to tell the representative about the fault. The first representative said that the system has facing some problems and my balance would be refunded and told me to call after 2 hours. I then called after 2 hours and the person then told me that it was not a system problem and i had actually activated the scheme. I told him why would i activate the scheme when i already have another scheme activated, that too of higher price. He then transferred the call to his senior who told me that there was some problem and i would have to call back after 2 hours. I called back again after two hours and the supervisor transferred the call to his senior who told me that there was a problem with the network and disconneted the call. After that i tried calling 198, the it would not connect. This is how the company manages consumer grievances, using tactics of procrastination. How long would the consumer try calling, ultimately the anger and grief would simmer down, he would forget everything.

                          Now today, when i have 2 gprs scheme active, my balance got deducted for gprs usage even when my free data usage is still left.

                            4 days back, I have taken new Idea 3g Sim card. After checking in the Idea portal http://www.idea3g.co.in/samsung_offer_prepaid.html
                            , came to know about this Samsung bundle offer- prepaid.

                            I have recharged with Rs 497 as described in the portal and made voice calls.
                            And I got message as follows "Ur pack of 500MB for 30 days is now active! Eligible Smartfone customers will get the 3 month benefit within 72 hours; an SMS will be sent after the activation".

                            Till not I did not get additional MB. I have called customer care. I am getting different answers each time.
                            1) One said, No such offer
                            2) Another said, Recharge has failed
                            3) Another said, It would be considered as voice tariff voucher.
                            4) Another keeping me in hold and finally disconnecting.


                            By the way, I am using samsung galaxy s2.
                            Mobile Number +[protected].
                            And I have been successfully using 500MB which I got immediately after recharging with Rs 497.
                            Problem is that I did not get additional MB which I supposed to get.
                            Please help me in resolving this issue.

                              it is very bad to say that my mobile is post paid it is group no but i call any group no i loos my amount [protected]
                              1,Very weak signal or no signal whan u r inside home.
                              2,U never get a ISD call through this sim even u sit on the top of the tower.
                              3,Worst customer servicec.
                              4,They do not maintain proper records;They ask u 2 submit the documents 5 months later and stop servicing for the same.

                              i[censored]r pals are abroad and call u from there.then never think IDEA.u not even get a single ISD call through out ur life.

                              I am using IDEA connection ([protected]) in Bangalore since a long time
                              Recently i switched my work place to DELHI, I carried my Idea SIM ther used in DUAL SIM Mobile and rarely (Once in a week ) used my IDEA conncetion as it was in roaming,
                              Last week i was back to bangalore for a vaccation, i started to use my idea connection, but here i found connection is barred
                              i called the customer care around six time
                              1) She asked me to recharge for Rs 60 later it shall be activate
                              2) After two hour i called again to customer care, an other lady on that side tells it will take an other two hours
                              3) After two hour a guy received the call at the customer care, swithc off / and switch on the phone it might work. result was same outgoing barred
                              4)please wait for an other one hour ur complaint is logged
                              5) around 7 pm i.e after 3 hours i called again he tells it will be activated now, call disconnects
                              6) after trying again the person tell it will be activated at the end of the day i.e at midnight

                              these people are trying to fool around us

                              I Bikshapathi Marri I am useing Idea SIM Card last 5 years my Mobile No [protected] I converted Prepaid to Post paid I submitted my all documents to one of Idea Marketing Executive Akbar his Mobile No [protected] but 03 January -2012 onwards my Mobile calls are bared last five days I Interacted Idea Persons Mr Pradeep, Naresh ,Pavan Kumar,Madhu Sudhan,Sandeep etc they are commonly told to me your address not find my agents .
                              I has submitted proper address document and alternate number also that agent not found that not a my problem. in this time I has Crashed So kindly will book compliant to that agent person idea team also.

                                I HAD PURCHASE IDEA CELL LATEST ID -280 FEW DAYS BACK. . I HAD ALSO PROVIDE THE ALL MY KYC DOC. TO SHOP. AND ALSO SIM WAS ACTIVATED. BUT AFER FEW DAYS I HAD RECEIVED MASSAGE THAT MY KYC DOC. NOT RECEIVED TO IDEA. HENCE THEY STOP MY SERVICE. THATS WHY I HAD SUBMITTED MY FRESH DOCUMENT TO IDEA GALLERY AT BHANDUP. BUT STILL SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED AFTER 4 DAYS. ALSO CALL AT CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE NO. THEY ARE NOT GIVEN PROPER RESPONCE.REALLY VERY BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE TO ME.

                                  I bought idea smartphone before five days they told me that my idea TV will start within 72 hours but after five days my idea TV is not start I complain many time on helpline no198 but they didn't solve my problem so please help me they told me that they provided me idea TV free of cost for three month but they cut my 20 Rupees for this pack so please you told them return my money and provide me good service thanks SUDHA thakkar

                                  Do not buy idea smartphone. Because. Their service is not good
                                  San much buy karna. But idea smartphone mat buy karma

                                  it s not a good idea waste idea.
                                  Idea people blaming the customers.

                                    Hello Sir/Madam This is HARI and earlier i was a IDEA customer and due to not having proper tariff rates i have changed to other network ( M N P ), and after 6 months now there are so many best tariffs are there in IDEA so again i thought to go back to MY PREVIOUS IDEA NETWORK and today i visited to Sangareddy IDEA SHOWROOM, Beside KARUNA HIGH SCHOOL, SANGAREDDY, MEDAK DIST.

                                    I requested them to give me MNP sim card and they have asked me that from which network, i say Vodafone and they simply asked from which network your earlier I said IDEA only due to having some technical problems in AIRTEL and VODAFONE i am changing to IDEA Network again and they have asked me to pay Rs.100/- rupees Extra because of, they won’t get any benefits when we came back to same home network from other network so they asked me to pay the 100 rupees extra i have speak with customer care executive on : [protected] and they have responded for my problem and they have explained that there are no charges for extra 100 rupees and simply only 25 rupees is there for sim card that's all and i have requested them to take complaint on the particular stores but they have not ready to take so that I am explaining all these things and here i am telling to the idea mainthing SO MANY PEOPLE ARE GOING FROM IDEA TO OTHER NETWORKS AND WHEN THEY THINK THAT IDEA IS BEST NETWORK AND WHEN THEY ARE READY TO COME TO HOME NETWORK FOR THIS REASON IDEA IS ENCASHING MONEY 100 THIS IS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL BUSINESS DONE BY IDEA CELLULAR

                                    Showroom Reason: Showroom people are telling that when the people are coming from other network the idea showroom people are giving MNP sim card that is HLR5 MODEL and when the Old idea customers came back to idea network their sims not supported with HLR5 and the showroom people telling that for that reason only they are giving PAID SIMS of HLR3 (THE COST FOR HLR3 IS 100/-) I request to authorities to take necessary action against IDEA.


                                    Because Idea should take care of sims matter and they should give with 25 rupees as per TRAI act but IDEA IS NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES so I demand to take necessary action against the idea


                                    And so necessary justice to the customers of IDEA.

                                      Idea Cellular — Number Blocked

                                      Sir,

                                      Am Sonia, Buy 2 simcard from a show room near kodambakam. But one was blocked withouth intimation. I gave same proof for the two numbers. When i approached the customer care in nungambakkam, they checked and told me that they do not receive the proof for one of the number. So they asked to resubmit the proof, i resubmit the proof last saturday[protected] and asked for 48 hrs.

                                      After that also i don't receive any call from idea and my is not solved, so i contact the T.nagar customer care, from that i came to know that nungambakkam customer care should not forward the proof. Again i resubmit the proof in T.nagar service centre[protected] afternoon. And waiting... but my problem is not cleared still...

                                      I don't know what to do. Please do the needful.

                                        i have not subsribe any application but on 11.02.2012 a sms came that
                                        " Ur subscription of NeedforSpeedTheRun will renew in 1 days. Rs. 50 will b charged fr renewal fr 30 days. To deact: wap.ideamall.in - My Store & Unsubscribe.

                                        & then on 16.02.2012 a onother sms came

                                        " Ur subscription of NeedforSpeedTheRun has been successfully renewed at Rs 50 for 30 days. To deact: wap.ideamall.in - My Store & Unsubscribe."
                                        when aksed to custimer care on 16.02.2012 they we have not any update pls call after 24 hours , & now when a call them they said i have download some application on 16.02.2012 for that the main balance reduced.
                                        i think after some days more amout will reduce for this , i am afraid to take balance so please help me ,
