hi, i'm using a reliance gsm network. I'm recieving an anonymous and abusive languaged messages and phone calls from the following [protected] number. I'm really frustrated and annoyed so much and it headed me to complaint here. Please help me in this. I requested them to stop messaging, but they refused and still continuing the same. Please help me in this. I'll be thankful to you if you kindly help me in this. Thanks....

I keep my phone switched off at night everyday. today morning when i switched it on, i received a message saying- 'Thank you for activating SMS cricket daily pack'. i was charged rs.3 from my balance and i have never subscribed for such useless packs. i want the refund of my balance and unsubscription from such useless packs.

dear sir/madam,
I took an idea prepaid connection from my nearest idea office,after 3days i got a msg from idea that was like this dear customer your document not received since activation kindly submit the documents at nearest idea office to avoid interruption in the services....so i submited my currepted documents before 3 days ago and i complainted alot of time with customer care executive they told me the connection...

From last few days I'm facing problem, I am every now and then charged wrongly and the balance gets deducted. I've activated black berry internet services then too am charged and that too without surfing internet moreover customer care executives and even nodal manager is unable to sort this problem so I think some serious actions should be executed.......

To concerned person,

I am newly customer of idea, i have registered my no. to national do not call list because o[censored]nwanted calls during working hours. Eventhough i am getiing call constantly from this no. [protected]. when i answer the call. it disconnect everytime.
I hope for effective action from your side as early as you can.

Could not avail Prepaid - Samsung Bundle Offer
4 days back, I have taken new Idea 3g Sim card. After checking in the Idea portal http://www.idea3g.co.in/samsung_offer_prepaid.html

I have recharged with Rs 497 as described in the portal and made voice calls.

I AM PAYING 50 PAISA PER 3 MINUTES STILL THEN THEY ARE JUST WASTING MY TIME AND SAYING ME TO WAIT 3 HOURS AGAIN N AGAIN i have wasted around 10 rupees and 60 minutes to customer care

i have not subsribe any application but on 11.02.2012 a sms came that

Unilateral deduction towards subscription to Ram Baan -monthly renewal without asking for the month of Jan and Feb 2012 by deducting Rs 30 per month from my prepaid idea connection no [protected], inspite of our deactivation on toll free no 155223.( keyword OMRB)
Also we are unable to contact the idea customer care number, despite calling on numerous times....

Sir, since 3-4 months my balance is getting deducted for incoming calls from land line numbers @ Rs 1-Rs 7. The number from which I receive calls everyday is [protected]. Even if I don't answer my balance gets deducted by Rs 4- Rs 7 per call. Another problem is for the calls I make where the time and therefore the amount deducted are double the time spent by me.
