Hello Idea Team,
Further to my conversation with Idea representative (Pooja) on 13th /14th Jan that I should wait till my bill gets generated on 15th Jan’12.
2-3days back when I checked with your CCE then came to know I have been charged approx 5800 rupees for Internet uses (GPRS/Internet access) and uses show that I have used approx 284MB, which is not to acceptable to me at any given situation.
I need clarification/actionable on the below mentioned points :
- I didn’t send any request to activate any GPRS or Internet service to my number & have been using this number for last only for 3years calls & SMS services then how come it has got activated.
- Moreover, I didn’t receive any call/SMS from Idea that these services are active on your number & didn’t use any GPRS/Internet Services but yes, I have changed my handset a month back & was not aware that these kind services has been activated without any intimation.
Moreover, I called on # 198 and spoke to the Floor Supervisor & request him either help me or register my request but he also denied to take my feedback/complain.
Hope, my above communication states very clearly that Idea cellular team has distraught me by making unwanted calls about payment to which I have been requesting that please register my complain.
I really have no idea whether I should continue with Idea services or go for portability subsequently go for legal action.
Note - Waiting for your revert in writing before you make any call to me.

Moreover, wanted to inform you that I spoke to one your CCE yesterday and discussing about the bill amount subsequently my phone was deactivated & today when I spoke to CC team, came to know that I have logged a request of lost my hand phone.
Which is not true, I was expecting important business call and I have lost of revenue 5Mn. Now, If I ask this question to Idea team. Who’ll recover this.
I need clarification & quick revert on this.

Hi Idea Team,
Today, Idea haven't lost customer but yes, trust.
This is really pathetic service after being valuable customer of Idea.
I have been using Idea for last 5years and I was surprised to know that my unbilled amount of this month is approx INR 7000.
I used to trust Idea and after this its a time to take step to change my service provider. Moreover, Idea customer care service is also not upto the market standard.
This email is just to inform you as because I know Idea team will not take any action.

Idea Cellular — Subscription of service
I got the automated call from idea cellular on 9th april regarding the sms pack of 79.I had just listned to the call and even i had not pressed any button for subcription even that service was activated to my account.Accordingly my balance has been deducted from my account.I had talked to customer care they said you had subscribed for that service.These cellular companies are making fool of consumersMy mobile number is [protected].
