      I am really fed up with IDEA 3G's performance. Always connectivity problem, net speed problem, downloading speed problem...... problem, problem and problem. No solution from customer care and very silly answers and explanations.

      Now I am using Net Setter as a pen drive after inserting memory card, not more than that.

      So my advise........ "Don't Get an IDEA"

      We have tried too many times to idea customer care service to get help on recharge status and net setter work function, but not get proper response from the same.i really got frustrated by the person the way they talk to me.they were not even showed interested to here my problem at all.

      This is the case, confidence on idea service will be get loose and regular customer will think off to move other service.

      Requesting your team to build the customer relationship by the way they might respond and solved the issue by at least giving guidelines.

        My self Chudasama Maheshbhai, I am user of Idea cellular for last 5 1/2 years. I am fed up withe thee service of Idea so my [protected] almost inactive for last few monthes. After have come accross thee facility of MNP so i have applied for MNP and I got thee Port code on 03/12/2011. Then I applied for MNP in docomo on 10the of December,2011. Today come to know theat my card was rejected by thee Idea saying theat I am user of Idea less thean 3 monthes and thee card is stopped forever. so I would like launch complaint theat legally Idea can not stopped my number after I have applied and receipt of thee port code. since it has no legal autheority after my application for MNP.

          I received several sms from idea mobile customer bearing no 91-[protected] to my no.-[protected] (Ashok Kumar Agrawal) mentioning only Manoj as message,on 1.12.11 and 8.12.11.I do not know the identity of the above idea mobile user neither the meaning of the message.Immediately after such sms when I called back over the above no. by my mobile or land line no.[protected] / 234164 the person never picked up the phone.To know the identity of the person I approached the Bargarh town idea service provider who assured me to give detail on subsequent date,but even on my repeated visit to his shop he didnot provide me the details.On 14.12.11 on my visit to his shop he identified Mr Krishnendu Ghosh as T.S.M. of idea mobile and informed me that the same official of idea was infomed about the topic/issue.When I contacted the same official,he showed no interest over the matter.Hence my intention of this complait is to know the identity of the idea customar who has un-necessarily disturbed me leading to mental agony and so also to stop transmission of the said no. Because the idea official has not showed any interest on the complaint, and if the idea company shall react in same way,then I will have no option then to approach the admistrative authority on the issue.Kindly confirm the complaint and take action as law permits.With thanks ASHOK

            My IDEA pre paid mobile number-[protected] calls are barred by the service provider with out any intimation when enough balance was in my account. Aproached the customer centers many time to activate my account and as per their instruction once again I had submitted my id ,address proof to their authorised dealer for activation as it was not activated intime as promised by their regional office cochin.

            Request you to do the needful action with thye service providers at the earliest

            idea cellur service — mobile pre paid calls barred

            dear sir,
            this is to inform you my brother in law has using idea mobile prepaid services( mobile ph no [protected]).from past 15 day. in coming all call from air tel to his mobile phone has been barred from idea cellar service without any reason.we have talk several times to customer care but no use.he has tried up this problem, being a business man he lost many customer due to this problem.even today we contacted by person called mr.karthik ,he says need two days to rectify.they are telling the same thing everyday since from past 10 days.kindly take this problem to your kind consideration and solve as soon as posssible.

              My 3G Idea Phone Huawei - bought on 9.12.2011 , from Deepak Communications , vide their Bill No 652 , for Rs 5852 , has no Call Facility , and 3G Connection for three days .

              Despite Repeated Complaints here , no action , no solution.
              Phone is rendered useless , with no Connection and showing Emergency Calls only.

              I wish to lodge a Complaint for Reimbursement of my money from Idea .

              Myself Nidhi Mohan , Idea Smart Phone Huawei !d-280 3G Phone connection , with free Internet @ 3G Speed Sim No [protected] , since last two days no Data Connection or Internet . No 3G Service.

              It must be noted that the phone is specially made for Smart Services ie Internet Facility with a scheme of 1 GB free for three months.

              However , the Internet Connection , or Data Service is repeatedly getting disrupted

              RECTIFY ASAP pls .

                I u use Idea Cellular services than please go through the bill details carefully, they have habit of charging extra money from customers. This has happened 3 times in this current year. Also their nodal Officers team is not ready to listen to Customers. They say do what ever you can we are right !!!!!

                i have activate the gprs service before one year . and i have never used this service .
                but last days i suffering from your wrong charges . i have not download any wallpaper ,picture and anything. but my balance is deducted Rs55 from my main balance . i have gone to the call center in jaipur there was no satisfactory answer.
                the executives have only single line answer that u have used this service that's why the balance is deducted from your main balance . this not the first time it happend .
                this type of the problem is happend many times .

                I submitted the advance rental of Rs. 600 for the mobile no. [protected], but still idea has loaded the same in my bill.
                Though I have submitted the amount to the Idea Representative only.

                Now, they are harassing me mentally for the same.
                Without any further information regarding forcing service activation deducting amount from my prepaid account, i want my deducted amount return.

                i was travelling in the last month , and idea was charging me roaming but when i came back from my vacation it was still charging me roaming . after that i even put an sms vocher in it but it was not woking . i am very annoyed with these charges and i have wasted my money . i want idea to rectify this mistake.
                idea should solve this problem!!!

                Idea Cellular — Wrong internet charges

                Between 4thJuly to 3rdAug we have not used internet from our phone as much as it is shown our bill. There are many records when phone was off and its showing usage during those hours.
                Token id 205IC96921 - My mobile number is [protected], this number is add on number on my wife's account, her name is indu agrawal.

                We have not used internet as much as it is mentioned in my bill, when i called idea they are saying those are my calls, however i know those are not my calls because that time i was sleeping. i do not use phone internet in the evening because i have good speed at home through broadband. I am really upset with idea though i am very old customer of idea i may move out of idea because of this incidence.

                I have already raised a formal complain with consumer forum because i know those are not my calls. You can check my history i have never raised any complain about my bill nor created issue with payment, this time i am really concerned because its not my expense.

                Idea — Wrong download charge

                Idea has wrongly charged 99rs by showing java game download whereas I havent done so and customer care is also not taking my complaint. My no. is [protected] and also in my mobile log no download is showing so its sure it is falsely charged.
                This is really bad to inform you that...my charges Rs 15 have been deducted unnecessarily by IZ-idea CMS service. I have not downloaded any thing from or activated from this site. Will I get my charges back?

                I am very disappointed by idea. I am using post paid number, I have paid Rs. 999/- + taxes in at the time of purchase of connection for blackberry Internet service for "one year" but every month I receive bill included BB internet charges and I have to go to my idea showroom every month to get it corrected.
                This month too it is there but the customer care person ([protected]) is telling that it can't be refunded because I have submitted a request at my idea showroom to disconnect from free yearly plan on 28st February, which is wrong because I was not even in Mumbai at that time and he is not telling from which showroom I have given this stupid request. i haven't received any sms or mail regarding this and they are not even telling the location from where i made this request.

                  when ever I spoke to support guy thy asked me to call after 2 hours . this happens 3 to 4 time.
                  I do not get any proper information from every person.
                  What an illiterate, unofficial guys Idea Appoint they have none information.

                  I want to know Details about some uncalled (balance Deduction ) information from my account.
                  i also want to know what was my balance on 13th/14th/15th Dec 2011 10:00 am

                  I hope this issue will solved soon else i am going to take some legal action.

                    My Idea 3 G Phone Huawei id 280 , bought on 9.12 2011 , from Deepak Communications , Sarita Vihar , ( the contact of retailer is [protected] , on full payment of Rs.5850 , and submission of all records and proof of ID , Location etc , worked well for only two days , with respect to data connection & 3 G Services.

                    The Mobile Number is [protected] and under the scheme I can use 1 GB per month for three months . But this facility I cannot use , because there is no data connection since 12th Afternoon.

                    Since 12 th Afternoon , there is no data connectivity or 3 G on the phone .
                    It is to be noted that the phone is specially made for Data Connection and Services at 3G Speed.

                    I request the Forum to direct the Company to rectify the problem asap.

                      Hello,

                      To whom ever it may concern, This is regarding my recently converted post paid connection( [protected]) which was disconnected without any prior notice except a message giving me just 24 hours of time.


                      I have being using this number from 5 years as prepaid. Because of daily calls of post paid offers I thought of changing to postpaid but i had no idea this will create lot of problems.

                      A representative was send to my Bangalore address on 2nd november to collect the documents and an amount of 400Rs. He told me that it will take about 10 days to activate and i will updated on this. But even after 10 days the connection was not activated and also i was not updated. I called the representative ( [protected]- shabaz)and he told me that the he will check and let me know but from that time till date the no is switched off. I called customer care they just tell me dail [protected] from a land line which i couldn't.

                      Finally on 1st December the post paid got active i.e after 28 days of submitting the documents and money. Also there was no one responsible in the whole Idea company who could update me on this.. I got to know that post paid is activate coz my old sim showed "inactive sim" so i tried switching to the new sim and it was activate.

                      On 8th december i get a msg stating that my connection will be disconnected with 24 hours and to call 50017 to know the reason. I tried calling 50017 2 to 3 times it just says there is no information available. The reprenstaive no is switched off and the customer care guy says it might be a problem with the documents and he cant do anything i need to contact nearest My Idea.

                      If its a problem with a document the Idea representative should tell there is a problem or he cannot provide a connection with the documents i have. Else send a well trained person who knows things. Not a person whose keeps his phone switched all the time nor reverts back to tell about the problem.



                      So my connection is deactivated. I am missing all my calls because i moved to Idea Postpaid and also because as there was no one responsible in the whole idea company to inform me abt things.

                      I contacted My Idea in my home town Mangalore. They just tell its a document problem. So resubmit the documents or pay extra 500.

                      So for all the mistakes done by idea I need to pay extra 500 rupees. Also I am not ready to submit as I have submitted it earlier and also because they dint tell me that its a problem before deactivating the service.

                        My Wife Nidhi Mohan purchased a Huawei 3 G Phone of Idea with 3 G Connection and free internet for 3 Months @ 1 GB Per month package
                        Bought from Deepak Communication on 9 .12.2012 for Rs 5852 vide their Bill no 652 .
                        The number of Phone device is [protected]

                        But after two days ie on 12th after noon the 3G and even Internet Connection was lost .
                        No data connection is being possible.

                        It must be noted that the device Huawei Id - 280 with that 3 G scheme is meant for 3G internet only and without that the phone is only as good as any normal phone only .

                        We request you to take action against the Idea Cellular Co or give directions for setting the services right.

                          I have been requesting idea for last 1 month to activate my call conference services, but they have not done it till now, nor are they able to give me any reason for rejection of my request. Every time they give me new complain reference number and close my old one.

                          My Complain Reference Numbers are :[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

                          Request you to look into my complain as soon as possible, as its difficult to do business without this service.
                          It is frustrating to go to there office every time stand in queue and come back with no answer.

                            maine 10th december 2011 ko RS. 599 ka internet plan recharge karvaya, pahele din speed sahi se ayi, magar ek din ke baad speed ekdum low ho gayi 50kbps se ziyda nahi ati thi or jab maine costumer care me call kiya to vo bole ke kutch samay me hojaega magar 13 hour ke baad maine vapis call kiya to bole ke pc me problem he jab ki dusri company ke card me speed sahi se aa rahi thi or uske baad me customer care me call karta hu to hold pe rakh dete he koi baat nahi karta

                              I am an idea user since 2007 and my number is [protected]. but from last one year i got many problem from your services and whenever i call ur customer care they either disconnect my phone or every time says that our server is down so call me back after 30 minute and after 30 minute story is same. And deduct unusual money from my balance ...yesterday (on 11/12/2011) I got a call from a number [protected] and i doesn't get an voice so when i reply back then I was connected to a computer generated voice and that was a porn site(in Hindi) my balance is deducted Rs.45/ just for 33 second call. and your customercare executive say that it is an International call. If it is so kindly tell me how my call is connected to internationally without an area code???? And how I got an incoming call without an area code.???? if it is possible then please given it to me in written then I will back to you with some legal action.
                              Your delhi ncr staff are very uncooperative. please take necessary action against them especially your floor supervisors of delhi (nitesh and XYZ pal singh).Please see to it that all the deductions that have been made in the name of international call and credited back in my account, else I will be compelled to seek legal action or in consumer court. please reply me as soon as possible.

                                I am user of Idea or Escotel since launch year 1996 and this particular No. I am using for last 7 year. Paid bill amt of Rs. 2.5 lac approx on this No. only.

                                I was very happy with the services of Idea till last 2-3 months. I never expect this type of attitude or delay in resolving the issues from Idea.I am following this issue with Idea customer care for last 2 months on mobile and now on mail from 24 Nov. They are generating bills on regular basis but no one is trying to resolve my problem and cant understand how much problem I am facing due to out of service on this No.

                                Their sales person or dealer cheated me twice and Idea customer care says me to submit the bill of Rs.223 on 26 Nov. and Rs. 546 on 5 Dec. They never inquire why this problem started and who is responsible for that, is their any mistake from my side.
                                1. When I had paid entire bill with topup of Rs.30 more ( as per advice given by the sales guy at idea dealership )
                                with ID proof and photograph on 6/10/2011 why he proceed my request on date 21/10/2011.
                                2. When I changed my add form company to my personal approx before one year, I gave my ID as my DL and my
                                my address on DL is " B-260 Trans Yamuna Colony, Agra " But Idea dealer changed or temper it as " B- 260 Trans
                                Yamuna Colony, Aligarh. There is no such Trans Yamuna Colony in Aligarh. How your FI will work I dont know.
                                And it came into my knowledge when this problem generates, because when I asked idea C Care that I am not
                                getting the bills then they said they are sending the bills on your Aligarh address. Then I told them that there is
                                no such address in Aligarh, it is in Agra. Then they change my billing address on dated 5/12/2011.

                                >> How they can change my ID and How FI agency is working there. Positive address FI with no such
                                address in the city.
                                >> The sales person at Idea dealership says we cant care about your association with Idea and what ever you can do you may go had. I think that he might be right because nobody is listening my problem and resolving it.

                                When nobody is trying to understand my problem then I think about you and mailing this request to you.
                                Kindly do the needful ASAP because this No. is linked with my banking and other financial instruments. And due to this I am facing many problems.
                                Why should I pay again and again for same issue. I am not ready to pay any single paisa now.

                                Idea Customer are is the worst service I have ever experienced I have had till now. The Customer Care executive just does not address to my problem. I visited to the nearest showroom of Idea for prepaid portability plan from Tata Docomo to Idea. The customer care executive try to sell me Postpaid card as the procedure for Postpaid for them is easier compared to the prepaid card. Also, upon refusing to want the postpaid card, the sales executive constantly stuck to one feedback that "They don't have the prepaid sim card" and asked me to come after two days. This has happened to me consecutively four times. Fourth time I visited, they told me that the person looking after the Prepaid Portability plans log off at 5.30 pm (Whereas the showroom is open till 7 pm evening) and I need to come before 5.30 pm the next day. I don't think Idea needs customers anymore as they do not value customer's time. I tried contacting Customer Care but the person just bangs off the phone over my face and does not even listen to me properly. This is very ridiculous and disgusting what Idea people is doing to their prospective customers. I am sorry to say this but I don't think Idea will ever maintain their same good image going forward with this kind of Customer service.

                                  Dear sir

                                  Just before day i came to know that my telecom service provider "idea cellular" is deducting money from my prepaid account even in receiving calls

                                  I have observed that when my account has balace of more that rs.100 then somehow they started deducting it

                                  i have pay rs.15 in receiving call just in 2 days
                                  Even I saw that they r deducting money for incoming calls. I was surprised and showed to my employee the way idea guys r cheating.
                                  Hi I also got this call at 12 54 AM how ever I was lucky that I did n't call back this is cheap way of marketing

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    My Idea Prepaid Mobile no. [protected], I have just checked a message from Idea that Rs 50 and above has been deducted for Idea Prepaid connection.
                                    I have alreay logged a complaint against Idea Customer Care but not response , when i made a call to call center they misbehave and now they are not even receiving my call, It is a real fraud and cheating by Idea.

                                    I am very disappointed for that because this is not for first time.
                                    So, Please kindly look into the matter and give me explanation.

                                      Dear Idea Consumer Care,
                                      I received a missed call on my Ideal number +91 [protected] from the number [protected] today morning, 07th Dec 2011 at 10:03am.
                                      When searched on the net, i found a similar complain against the same number on Airtel complain site which is as below
                                      (I received a missed call on my Airtel number [protected] from the number [protected] today morning, 23rd Aug 2011 at 7:57am.
                                      When searched on the net, I found that this number is from Pakistan.
                                      Kindly see to it. Hoping for a quick resolve. Smita)

                                      This is a matter of concern as Airtel and Idea users both are receiving similar missed calls and needs an action to be taken upon ASAP so as to prevent future mis happenings.

                                        i am Hasan Panjwani i am a teacher 32 age i am a regular customer of idea cellular phone. idea company charged me 11000 rupees bills for using internet 3-4 days.. i had just typed text " set " and sent to idea company they gave me internet facilities without offering any plan they set their own plan and charge me so high when i come to know after days that my bill was 11000 which should not more than 400 per month.. so it is their first mistake. that they should inform me. second mistake they have made that they have given me facilities upto 1700 credit limit so they should stop as soon as it overs than 1700 but they did not do so.. they should stop my net facilities if it crosses my credit limit but they didnt do so.. now they have stopped my incoming and outgoing calls my number was [protected] which is stopped now i am using now reliance cell [protected]. due to this i lost many my business calls and company put me in great trouble.. i lost my business almost. so plz do needful to it.
