The whole story goes this way.. I received a msg from Idea " Get New IDEA Addon Connection With CUG Free with out any deposite. Cont. Seema [protected]." on Date 23/06/2011

I called this number to ask for the sim card as per the message... But

1) I was told is that I will not get CUG .
2) The card is not Free

Which means I was sent a FALSE MESSAGE and this FALSE messages till keeps coming to my phone No. [protected].

I Still agreed to it and ordered for the sim card 28/06/2011 as I wanted a sim card urgenlty for my wife...

I got the sim card on the 29/06/2011 and I was told that the sim card will be activated within 2 to 3 days which was Again FALSE INFORMATION given to me...

I have been Constantly complaining since then to get the problem solved.... In the end I have taken a Tata Sim card and I am happy with it...

The reason Why I have written today because More then 5 months have passed and Idea mangers and Nodal officers are still sleeping the last mail I had received from the nodal officers end was on 22/07/2011 with Docket Number 18275522..... The Mail is as Follows

Dear Mr. Lawrence,

This is in continuation to your e-mail regarding deposit refund of your Idea cellular number.

We would like to inform you that your aforesaid complainthas been registered and shall be initiated by 6th August 2011.

Kindly note your complaint number is 18275522.

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you and assure you the best of our services.

    IDEA Net Setter purchased on 14.11.2011 from Mahalaxmi Mobiles & Enterprises, Mancherial, Ph:[protected], Adilabad Dist., Andhra Pradesh - 504208, @ Rs.1550/-. The dealer asked me to submit documentary proof for activation of SIM No.[protected] (No.[protected]) and he said it will be activitated instantly. But till date, i.e. as on 26.11.2011, the device is not working by displaying error 619 & error 628. When contacted the distrubutors of IDEA at Mancherial i.e Gayatri Enterprises, IDEA TSI, Mr.Ramesh Mobile No.[protected] is not responding to my call and when contacted personally, he is replying in a rude manner. Such fellows should be immediately removed from India's prestigeous firm, IDEA and my problem should be taken up on priority.

      Dear sir

      This is to inform you that I am Swaraj Koley have a Connection of idea prepaid ([protected]) and also applied for (DND)Service on 16 Nov 2011. Pm SR No. [protected] Dtd 16.11.2011. to stop all unsolicited calls, SMS and flash messages.

      On 23 Nov 2011 idea confirmed the DND service has been activated. But unfortunate to say tat idea not stopped sending flash message, appearing directly on the mobile screen. If accidentally OK button is pressed, idea start deducting from my balance. further I have contacted to customer care several times. each time they are tailing it will be stopped and the coming of message continues.

          Myself Anvith Karkera. I was using the mobile number for more than 5 years from Idea as provider. My mobile number is [protected] which was rigestered in the name of my sister Akhila V Karkera

          Recently some executives called me back to back for transforming from prepaid to post paid. I initially refused but to get rid of the calls I agreed to the offer. On 25th september 2011 they sent me a executive
          to provide the documents and got the sim. The reciept is attached. Later on 20th October 2011 the postpaid sim was activated. I got the verification call I answered and was fine.

          Later I got a message saying i need to visit Idea for resubmission of the document. In couple of days i.e. 28th october my calls were barred. I resubmitted the documents in a idea shop.
          But nothing has been done.

          From past 28th oct till today almost one month all calls are barred. No information was given to me for nothing. whenever I call the customer service they say to resubmit the document
          That I have already done.

          I used to call the executive daily and their office. they use to make stories. and told me later after 15 days that for bachelors the post paid is not provided. Now I am sking for him to convert to prepaid they are
          playing arround with me.

          I am struggling here without any banking service and all the important couriers are sent back. I am bound to take another sim for my daily calls. To all my legal documents
          I have assigned the above said number. The executive is playing arround and now they are not recieving my call. I am struggling for not doing any mistake. Who is responsible for all these.
          The executives are not taking responsibility now. They make stories daily. I blame whole and sole to the executive office of Idea below mentioned.

          Who is going to bear my loss of money, time struggling mental torture.

          Legally they say Document verification is failed. But why I am struggling for no reason. For 100 rupees of their profit I am struggling here wasting numbers of thousands. Whom I should ask for justice.

            dear sir,
            this is to inform you that i rahul choudhary was having an idea no.[protected] since 3 years . sir i have requested to disconnect my this number at idea neelam bata road N.I.T Faridabad (Hr.) outlet due to poor services and other issues like late credit of cash payments made against bills after repeated followups that why payment when made in cash didn:t got credited the same day.
            sir ...when i requested for disconnection the person sitting on the outlet took the sim...destroyed it and asked me to pay the last bill....which i did on the same day and also told me that i have to also pay the bill next to be genrated for the running month ....which will be generated in a week or so....
            but to my surpirse i dint get any bill and i forgot about the idea number .

            now two days back i got a call from some executive who told me about the pending bill....i told her that i never got any bill at my adress and i have to check and i have told her that ....bill if pending should be only for one month . i repeatedly requested her to send a copy of bill with details ...but to my utter surprise she threatened me and asked me to just pay the bill and said or else we will see.....and disconnected the call...

            later on i came to know through some friends that they are getting calls from idea executive anjali and she is misbehaving and threatning and she is saying ....ki ya toh rahul choudhary se baat karwa do...ya adress bata do....ya usko bolo ki bill jama karwa de warna theek nahi hoga.....and and while talking to me also she was just using bad words ...unparliamentry language and threat and she was saying ki rahul se baat karwa do .....at a time while she was talking to me( rahul choudhary) only

            we all me and my friedns are so surprised and rather shocked that what kind of behaviour was that ....as she is abusing and using threat unneccesarily...and repeatedly

            and sir one things is sure if there is some due on me then it has to be submitted by me so why she is just picking numbers from call details and calling randomly and misbehaving and abusing every one she calls...this is evading my privacy and against the T.R.A.I rules ...obviously i have to bring this to the notice of T.R.A.I also now because this behaviour of your employee anjali is totally unacceptable and unethical..i want an explanation this is what your employees do they harras them...abuse them ...and your punch line is what an idea sirji?

            secondly when i din't got any bills the how will i know that i have some pending dues...? i have made payments on time during the time when i was ur customer

            thirdly i was a bonafide customer of idea ....the company has all my number and adress ...proper notice should have been given to me from the company and proper actions should be taken against me if company was so confident and convinced that i am defaulter .

            sir ...i have some queries why proper action and proper procedure was not adopted ?

            sir why didnt idea company gave me proper notice regarding any dues? i have never received any notice and any bill of the period after i requested to disconnect and here i also want to mention that discrepancies were all over there regarding delay in getting bills.....delay in payments being credited when made in cash at your neelam bata road N.I.T Faridabad outlet and i have made complaintes regarding that to customer care verbally as i was idea customer then ...and because of such things....unproper services i was forced to leave the number

            sir i demand and i want strict and immediate action against such employee.....with an apology by idea and personally from that employee to each and every person she called and misbehaved .

            hoping an postive and immediate reply from you ..with a strict action against that employee with an immediate apology by idea and that employee to each and every person she called and misbehaved..

            with an explanation that this is how a company who campains what an idea sir jee in real life when company is doing bussiness and hopes to do great bussiness with the citizens

            i once again request you to personally look in to matter and make sure that these vulgar calling of employees .....misbehaviour to my friends and relatives by randomly picking numbers from the call database should be stopped immediately

              I have purchase a GSM SIM of IDEA Mobile ([protected])on dated 22.11.11 and for testing I have make a call at my personal number @0.40 paisa/min on same day,but unfortunately on next day(23.11.11) at evening credit Rs,20 from main balance on reason/cause of downloading(information from customer care of IDEA Cellular Operates)but,I am and no body nothing download from this mobile number,then I am call at Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority from this number,but no one receive my call.I have expend from my main balance(Rs.50.00) just Rs.1.20 (Rs0.40 x 3 call),but now on this time 7.07 pm my balance is Rs,28.80.

                GPRS Seepd is Ok. very very very poor CSR system. they trained for say "call after 2 hrs. or call in morning or call in evening" etc.
                My Mobile no is [protected], i am regular user since 3 months. last time i recharged for rs 45 (15 days GPRS). after 2.5 hr when i browse internet, idea eat my all balance. at zero balance internet access closed. when i call to CSR at 198, they asked me to call after 2 hrs. because they cannot see at this time why your balance slashed. it was 10 PM. when again call in next morning, they ask me to call after 1 hr,"server is not responding".
                Next day i rechaged again rs 13(3 days internet pack). again my internet started. i was happy. but Idea is big Greedy DOG. they stoped my internet after 3 days. again i called up to 198, she(CSR name geeta) asked me that " your internet access was for 3 day only, when you recharge for 15 day, next day why recharge for 3 days? your 15 days plan cancelled and 3 days activated. "oye teri ma ki", if any idea officer is read this article, please leave job from Idea. "Log apko Gaali de rahe hai" idea is DOG DOG

                  i'm getting blank calls from number [protected]. After searching on internet i find out its number from Pakistan.
                  First time when this kind of call came, i was in meeting so i disconnect call & after some time I called back without looking at number. Initially i thought it might be coincidence, but this is happening regularly nowadays.
                  Idea customer care please take a note of this.

                    i have ported my cell no from airtel to idea at the time of purchasing the sim i have give all the documents addresss proof and photo to the shop executive and he swear he have submitted my documents to idea same time idea says they havent recieved my documents in this situation i have contacted idea customer care many times (idea blocked my out going to their toll free customer care lines too so i wont be able to call them) and ask where should i submit the documents they refuse and they say no need to resubmit the documents sometimes they says u need to resubmit the documents to reactivate the outgoing calls facility idea have give me an offer of full talk time of the following amounts rs 30,50,and rs 100 i mostly recharge for rs 30 and idea lost their commisions this is what one of the actual reasons behind the barring because they give me the offer for 3 months if there is nooutgoings there are no recharges and no more loss for idea and i have to stick to this service provider for 3 months please take necessary actions to change this service provider

                    Idea — outgoing call service blocked

                    i have submitted my idea postpaid bill, invoice number:[protected], invoice period:10feb2009 to 9march2009 vide cheque no.483002 of Rs.320 only.outgoing call service is blocked.
                    I am your customer from last One year, i am enclosing a complain against you. I am using your idea network services from last one year bearing number [protected] and [protected] as corporate connection in the name of Honda Ciel Cars Ltd. In sep 2009 i renewed my corporate plan after using one year, that's why this months bill was very high, so i could not submit it in one time, i submit 1500/ except 1800/ and 300/ rupees balance, i inform your customer care executives that i will submit it in the nest month and i request you supervisor and manager also, but they were not satisfied to me about and also not entertain my problem properly. I am not any your fraud customer, not cross my credit limit and even during last year's all my dues submit on time, even you are not supporting me. Only for 300/ rupees You Cut My Services. What a disguisting !! This action caused me lose up to one lac rupees. In the name of serviceyou give me loss a lot. Only for three hundred rupees you cut my services, I[censored] will do this type of valgarities i will be survive from your side and even also publish in the market this disguisting approach which a am suffring it from your side and your customer care executives not proper entertain the customerand also behave rudely. You cut my services and i will get compensation which i am facing and misbehave and poor services, and i will not suggest to anybody to take Idea connection which were my approach in the past.

                    my self Mohit Aggarwal. I took a new Idea sim ( no. [protected]) 7 day before. I summit all required documents. But after 5 days my services was stoped. I rush to idea dealer. But he had no answer for it. I am not expecting these kind of services form such a big comp. Please take an appropriate action about it. Any action will really appreciated.

                        i have idea prepaid no [protected].i am unable to understand why idea everytimes activated value added services (news,lovejunction,jokes etc.) even i never requested for the same.
                        is it a new way to earn money from customer whenever we call to cust care they use to tell that you must have requested for the same.
                        i have lost my money just for nothing....................i am afraiding to recharge my account balance because as soon as i'll reacharge idea will start to deduct the money for these bull s**t value added services for those i never told them to activated.
                        this is my old no but i think if idea will be continued with these kind of nonsanse activities i have to quit from this subscriber.
                        although i have a near about 6yrs old postpaid no of idea celluler with me [protected].you can check my track i never entertained this kind of nonsense services....................kindly help to get rid of this kind o[censored]nwanted problems & refund my lost money with these services.

                            Sir,
                            Since the day of services of IDEA (10-months approx. perhaps moth of February, this year) against mobile no.[protected] which successfully transferred from RIM to IDEA under 'PORT' mobility transfer, 'Incoming Calls', and sending SMS & e-charge facilities not rendered yet to me, though I made several but repeated complaints as per my knowledge , to all the concerned authorities including dialing of '198'.
                            This is not out of way to mention that "Outgoing Calls" and "Recharge" through prescribed "Coupons" of 'Idea' are available on [protected]. And when I made complaint to one Mr Vilas Chaudhri, on Customer Service Desk of Ideacellular Ltd., UP East, once he assured me that problem will be solved on 15th of this month at 9-30 A.M., but without any prior notice to me, he deactivated the port of [protected]. I am unable to understand that if there was any technical problems, why they have accepted the services of my mobile (said above) and rendered their frequent services of "Outgoing Calls" and accepted my "Recharge" amounts regularly ?
                            I am tired now, unable to understand what am to do ? The number is so important and necessary for me that since last 10-months, I am getting unrecoverable losses from day by day only because, it was too old (say more than 12 years old) and known to all.
                            Sir, there is none responsible other than the interrupted services of IDEA for the causes best known to them. Now I have no way except to knock your doors and request to take necessary actions, and for that I shall be remain greatful to you.
                            I do hope and request also, that 'Idea' be not only directed by you but the service of mobile no.[protected] shall be provided to me along with fulfillment of my losses.

                            idea cellular limited — causing me interruption in providing

                            Sir , i have purchased a prepaid mobile connection from idea cellular services. i even provided the proof of documents at the time of purchasing .Due to orders given by trai, on dec 28 2010 i have
                            submitted once again the proof of documents at nearest idea service center and they did not give me any reference id and told that i can continue using the service uninterruptedly .
                            But suddenly in jun 2011 they barred the services on this no through which i cant able to make out going calls and cant receive incoming calls. i had to ask the friends help to make contact to the
                            customer care people . i have made around nearly 30 calls and 15 sms to them. every time when i call them they used to tell me that it will be resolved with in 24hrs. And the problem was not solved
                            for 7 days. and on 8th day i went back to the idea customer care center and they then gave me a reference id:987509 and they told that they forgot to give me on the date of submission of the
                            documents. after when i receive the number i have once again make call to them and after making a lot of requests they resolved this problem finally after 14 days... and after resolving this problem they
                            reverified the details of me and promise me that this will not be repeated once again in future ... during these days i have faced a severe problem ... lost my job and faced the mental and psychological
                            tensions...
                            And again they did the same mistake . on 8 mar 2011 they once again put this no in suspended list. and till now i have made 15 calls and requested them to resolve it. they are not responding to it ...
                            and still it was not been rectified...
                            now i have finally decided to proceed legally.........

                            Product caused inconveniences; the prepaid service was
                            barred for 12 days inspite of submitting the proof of documents
                            with in time..
                            and now again they caused the same problem once again due
                            to which i had to loss business and also faced mental pressure
                            and tension and suffered from health problems......

                            i have made around 15 calls and 15 sms to the concerned
                            people........
                            and i even sent a mail to them also........


                            i want the company to Pay compensation for damages / inconveniences caused by the
                            product
                            those mobile service providers are playing games with us... they are concentrating on earning only but not been interested to make the customer happy

                            Dear Mr Vilas Chaudhari,
                            This is my last but not least complaint to you. But before that, please revive following few facts :
                            1. Mobile No.[protected] was transferred to your Port legally and lawfully on as long as in the month of February, 2011.
                            2. The proper and prescribe forms along with ID proof, address proof and photograph deposited to your Varanasi office and a Blank SIM was issued to me.
                            3. In due course, according to instructions given to me, when the SIM of RIM deactivated, I inserted your SIM and services from you side started without any trouble.
                            4. Have tried 3-6 times for recharging it by e-charge but when the same not succeeded, I recharged the same with the help of your prescribed coupons.
                            5. This way of that way it passes a month or so, but when I came to know from my contactors that my mobile no. not receiving their calls and usually they are receiving a massage "Please check the number you have dialed".
                            6. I repeatedly contacted your complaint assistants of Varanasi showrooms of Lanka and Sigra, immediately after knowing the failure of 'Incoming Calls'.
                            7. Mr. Siddharth Singh of your Lanka showroom and Mr Bharati of your Sigra showroom, repeatedly more than ten occasions sent SMS to their officers or Engineers just to remove the fault and to solve the problem of my mobile no., but they are failed to satisfy me by removing my complaint.
                            8. Gradually again it passes more than four months from the day of the services of Idea mobile no.[protected].
                            9. I made complaints on "198" 4-times in different intervals but after noting my complaint, they closed it by saying "Complaint Removed because services are O.K."
                            10. Now I made complaint accordingly to you after knowing your address from "facebook" but am unable to understand that while you are sitting on the Chair of Customer Care, how you are solving the genuine problem and complaint of you customers ? Instead of solving a problem, you are creating more problems to your customers and helping the malpractices of your subordinates, best known to you.

                            Now, will you please answer the following few questions, so that I must proceed further. While answering the same, be kind to answer with proof but not with ex-party decesions :-
                            a) Without PORT, how you have decided and opened your Port in favour of [protected] ?
                            b) How you have provided "Outgoing Calls" for more than 8 months ?
                            c) How you have accepted recharging & tariff amounts on the mobile, said above ?
                            d) How you assured me on your Call that my problem will solved upto 15th morning of this months ?
                            e) How you "apologize for the inconvenience caused" to me, when you did nothing ?
                            f) Now I do'nt have any PORT of the mobile, under complaint. Then who will held responsible for the consequences ?
                            g) F.I.R. are necessary for the loss of Mobile, then what I am to do when PORT are lost by you ?

                              Dear Sir / Madam,

                              I am using Idea GSM No.[protected] from last 5 yrs. Suddenly my SIM registration failed on dtd.29.10.2011, i was went to My Idea Shop - Anjar (Dev Telecom )
                              On dtd.30.10.2011. they told me that you have to changed SIM and submitted Necessary document, I have submitted my documents and photo on 01.11.2011 and got new SIM being Sr.No.[protected].and they said that SIM will be activated within 48 Hrs. After 03 days I went to My Idea Shop - Anjar. And asked reason. They said that you have to change your Second SIM and they issued my new SIM being Sr.No.[protected].
                              And also I have contacted Idea person Mr.Nitesh – Gandhidham (Kutch) Mobile No.[protected] on dtd.16.11.2011and he informed me that SIM will be activated within 12 Hrs. the next day he is not attending my Phone.

                              I am suffering for your service and your People also.

                              but from 16-02-11 i m facing problem of sim registration failed since than i went 12 13times to idea care office situated in millennium plaza near lal ganga shoping mall,Raipur(c.g) but no fruitfull response is shown by them to solve my problem.i m facing lots of problem due to this so i kindly request you to do something to solve my problem a fast action expected

                              My Idea Sim ([protected]) was recharged today for data plan of Rs 349/-. I am not able to use internet which shows no service, when i put the sim in my cell phone, it says SIM REGISTRATION FAILED.

                                I beg to say that i have idea prepaid connection with number [protected]
                                (1) I wanted to deactivate my internet services from idea.
                                I have already called the customer care many times to deactivate the gprs service @rs 5/day.
                                But the amount of money is still deducing.
                                (2) I have already send the message to deactivate the service(i.e ACTZERO on the number 12345 as the customer care told).
                                But the amount of rs.05 is still reducing from my prepaid account daily.

                                So i request you to take the matter seriously.

                                    My Idea Connection number is [protected].

                                    Rs.241 has been deducted from the account balance. Upon checking with customer care representative, they have mentioned that this amount has been deducted due to overuasge of GPRS crossing per day limit. But I am astonished that I have taken Rs.98 GPRS Pack which is of 4GB per month. And one more thing there is no where its mentioned that the per day clipping is 136MB. Even in idea cellular official site ([url=http://www.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/IdeaCellular/?WCM_GLOBAL_CONTEXT=/C... Prepaid Plans[/url]) its not mentioned. Then why this deduction.

                                    I have tried to register complaint using 198, but the representatives are simply disconnecting the call with out giving proper explanations. This happened more than 3 times and hence bound to register complaint here itself.

                                    As I was unaware of this clipping, as a service gesture please revert this amount deduction. I will take care in future while using Idea GPRS, or else I'll be bound to change the operator.

                                      Last week i converted my Idea prepaid connection to a post paid in the same number([protected]) i was using from past 1 year.Now my all the incoming and outgoing calls are bared with out any information i am a sales person so i cant work without my mobile.I called to the customer care as well as the persons who gave me the connection. the response was very poor from Idea. And when i called to the representative all are trying to skip.there numbers are as given below

                                        I have recharged Rs.67 SMS Pack as on 14/10/2011 at 10.33am and accordingly

                                        i got sms from idea of suceesful recharge. After that from 15th Oct 2011 to 21 Oct 2011

                                        till 1.00pm i was in roming. After coming back from roming means from the afternoon

                                        of 21st Oct 2011 since 1PM onwords idea celular was charging me Re.1 for Local and Rs.1.50

                                        for STD SMS. So i have given complaint against that in the customer care and my complaint no

                                        was 1-[protected]. According to this complaint Mr Javed told me that there is problem in 67 recharge

                                        pack and its their own fault so ur problem will resolved don't worry and what ever amount of SMS will be

                                        deducted from your balance will be refund to you. Accordingly my problem has been resolved as on 24/10/2011

                                        in the evening but my deducted balance not credited to my A/c. So i have again called to the customer care and

                                        Mr Dnyaneshwar was there and he told me that we have not deducted your any amount from 21/102011 to

                                        24/10/2011 so there is no question of amount to credit. So now who will solve this problem as i know that from

                                        21/10/2011 to 24/10/2011 my balance amount has been debited for every local and STD SMS I have done.

                                        I want to know that whether the company is ditching us. Their fault they are trying to throw on customer's

                                        head and what is this? Please solve the problem or I will go for further legal case against the Idea Cellular.

                                        Idea Cellular — wrongly crediting the amount

                                        On monday August 17, 2009 I deposited an
                                        amount of Rs.225/-with a sub dealer whose mobile No.[protected], at chowk BABA SAHIB Amitsar in the Mobile No.[protected], in the morning .As the amount was not credited in the said no, on enquiry it was revealed the sub dealer had wrongly credited this amount in No.[protected]. He is not in a mood
                                        to accept his wrong doings.I had tried a many times no.[protected], but
                                        this no is not answering.Money does not matter but it is fradulant. The connection is in the name of SNEH LATA. Vijay kumar verma Asst.com of Income tax. Pls do the needful. i had personally talked to Ms, harjeet teja. in idea.
