IDEA was once a good service provider I am using my personal no since last 10 years when it was called AT&T, now the service has degraded.
No intamation on why the service is discontinued no proper customer service, no proper Idea Outlet

IDEA postpaid connection — Wrong Billing & forceful payment
My Idea postpaid no. [protected] my calls were barred without any prior intimation and for a month there was no one responded to the matter, then there was a call from an executive of idea and asked to make a payment of Rs.2200/- and gave a waiver of 600 with regard to unsatisfactory service and after making the payment of Rs.2200/- my no. was again started and after 2 days my calls were again barred and when I complained to the customer care they asked me to make the payment of rest of the amount to reactivate my service i told hem about the waiver commitment made to me but they refused to reactivate my services, they did not fullfill the commitement made to me and my no. has been deactivated since then. Further they raised bills for the time when my services were deactivated.I would be very thankfull i[censored] can help me with the matter and preserve consumer interest.
