I am a Blackberry Idea User from Andhra Pradesh. My mobile number is [protected].

Recently in the last week of September 2011, I have deactivated my BIS 399 plan due to low balance. I have recharged my mobile in the first week of October 2011 and requested for the activation of BIS399 plan. After sending the request for the activation in a few hours my balance was deducted (Rs.399) towards BIS399 plan.

But the plan was not activated even after 4 days. I contacted the Idea Blackberry customer care, but they could not solve my issue. They said that the plan was active. Then I went to Idea Store, M.G.Road, Labbipet, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh on 8th October,2011 . There I contacted Ms.Kalyani. She looked into the whole matter and then said that she'll deactivate my BIS399 plan and promised me the refund of 399 rupees. She said it will take 4 days to get my refund. But its been more than a week. I've got no refund.

I again recharged my mobile and activated the BIS399 plan. But again the same thing repeated.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund me my promised Rs.399 and also activate my BIS399 plan properly or refund me in total 798 Rs. (399+399).

Looking forward for your positive response. Please Idea Cellular people! Dont let me down and force me to shift to other operator.

I am regular user of Idea. I have purchased a new prepaid connection. I have complaint so many times that company deducting from my balance. I want to put my number in DND category and UnSubscribe the unwanted service Love ki Shayeri by which Rs. 1 per day is going to deduct from my balance, which have been activated without my consent on my Mobile No.:[protected]. I am very much depressed with the act of the Idea Company. I thought that now company is not intrested in satisfaction of customer. If again these type of services will be activated on my Mobile No. I will complaint in TRAI against the company.

My mobile no is [protected](idea maharashtra, prepaid). The service of this number has been disconnected due to lack of document as the customer care center says. But I've been using the number since 4 years and submitted the documents twice. But still the number is disconnected and allotted to someone else. This was my official number and now i and the new person who is using the number, both are facing problems. Please help.

I am not happy to convey that i am getting unwanted subscription of value added services viz love sms,email sms,.....etc. and also the related amount have been deducted many times from my pre paid balance ( Idea Mob.no. [protected]) kindly do needful.
If you are not able to rectify these mistakes than kindly tell me what should I Do.

I am a Idea post paid user for more than 2 yrs now.but the recent services are getting worst with the service providers ,first i went to Pune n all of a sudden without any reasons my services was nt worked at all which i complain to the customer care after cumming back to Lucknow and the services was resumed .To my astonishing phantom i had a tough time with the customer care guys asking me to do 100s of different steps to follow which was just like i am again back to 18th century where people n the customer care agents are new to telecom technologies.
Then i was in Delhi for 7 days where the balance was being deducted even on the missed calls i have received or i called to somebody and the call was nt answered .Now when i came back to Lucknow n trying to reach the customer care ,the ivr doesn't have the option to direct the customer to get in touch with the agents to speak or take care of the issue .
My question to the authority is this that if the services goes on like this and if reaching the customer care is so hard as i faced then a day will come when Mr Abhishek Bacchan and all the 1000s of employee who are working in the company will come to roads and the company will loose their customers ,which will be a big time losss,Pls see that the agents are friendly and teh ivr is usser friendly n nt a Pain in ur

i had bought a sim card no. is [protected] and i submitted all the documents in the shop. After two days sim deactivated. No response from the customer care. and the sop owner says that he has given all the documents to idea. kindly do the needful.

i am regular customer of idea cellular services ltd from last 4 years.From last 15 days i was facing problems with service that SIM card hasbeen deacivated without any pre intimation and when conctated with customer care idea they are not conveying proper solution to me and torchering mentally.they are saying that to submit the documents but i have submitted them at the time of purchasing SIM card. so plz sir do the proper action on such issue so that i can experience uninterrupted service.

I called my sister on 7th October to Saudi Arabia. The call neither rang nor attended. but still they deducted money from my account. I first confirmed with my sister that whether she attended the call or not. But she didn't. Then I called customer care and asked for the money back. first they agreed and said that they will return the money in 48 hours. But till today, i don't get even 1 paise.
It may be due to network failures. But its not my responsibility to keep the network do not let down. The same network never forget to snatch money for every single message, which costs 1 paise. This may not be a big issue, but i want justice.

Hi,

I am a user of Idea prepaid. While using my phone on roaming by outgoing calls are barred. i tried calling Idea customer care. Initially they said i have to call Maharashtra number ([protected]) as they don't have the details. i called Maharashtra customer care they said they cant help as it is prepaid mobile and they are from postpaid department. i asked how can i contact prepaid department, i was told to use prepaid mobile for calling to prepaid department on the same number. this time i called by borrowing someone else cell phone, the call was again received and i was informed that this is postpaid department and i should call prepaid department or 198. i called 198 and again same response that i should call the customer care.

the worst part was the calls were taken badly and the customer care representative weren't ready to help of listen. it was more like getting rid of the problem rather than giving solution.

after so mush promotion through media and claims of better services, it seems that

" Having Idea is NOT a good Idea"
highly disappointed.

I've taken mobile post paid connection from Idea cellular company with submitting all necessary documents,I'm the customer since four years and I've been getting the phone bill of my Mob No.[protected] on the address which is already registered with them,now they have given ultimatum to stop the service if fresh address proof not being submitted by 14 Oct 11. Further I certified that I'm staying in the same address which is already registered with Idea cellular co.

but i find out last few days before idea inactive my sim card without informed to me & when i reached idea cutomer care centre they said you are not recharge the idea prepaid no last 2 month & company not getting any profit from you that's why company inactive your sim card or mobile no. that is [protected] when i call at this no.tone coming not reachable , swithc off & your services temprary suspended & when i request to idea customer care the replied this no not issue again to you but now company offer as a fresh no. into market. i m very fed up & it's a very bad experience with idea.
i will pay to charges for new sim card & also give fee if required & also provide same id proof & photo if required but i just want to say idea plz issue my no [protected].

I am using IDEA postpaid connection. The bill generated in September includes the cost for the calls that are free according to my plan. The bill amount is around SIX times the bill i usually get. Then these Idea people disconnected my services. They are threatening me to pay the bill otherwise my number will be disconnected. They have already blocked my outgoing calls. Why should I pay SIX times of my usage and that too because of their mistake? My Mobile number is [protected]. I am getting this kind of problem every month and going around talking to IDEA people day & night but still there is no result.
