I go retail shop for 1p/sec. plan with idea mobile i recharge my mob [protected] with Rs18 for on dt 13/09/2011 time 11:35 AM for all local & std calls 1p/sec.but this plan not active. i call 198 a costumer care representative tell me this plan is close i was agree with him.Then i call 12345 for other plans.Then I was received a sms from IZ-idea care (Home Network: All Local call @ 1p/sec, Std calls (First 10000 sec @ 1p/sec after that 1.2p/sec) with the recharge of rs 41.For your Best Offers Dial 53500 Toll FREE. Roaming Network: All Calls @ 1.4p/sec)
I recharge my mob no [protected] with Rs. 41 on dt 13/09/2011 time 19:57 PM.But after completing 15 hours this plan is not active.I call 198 costumer care dt 14/09/2011 time 3:15 AM.Mr Ajay tell me this plan is close.i say to Ajay if this plan is close then how it recharge successfully.After ending my call i call 12345 for know Rs 41 plan.I get received above massage again.
But my plan is not active till date.My money is loss.Please take action against complaint.

    I am Ashutosh Pandey my mobile number was [protected] of Idea company.
    I am not using this number from last 19 may 2011.
    that time my idea bill was Rs. 231 and i have also deposited Rs.250 as a security money.
    I have told him for disconnecting my number then they asked me to submit my current bill then i have asked to balance it with my security deposit.
    from last one month they are continuously blackmailing me from various way.
    Today they crossed the limit and from [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected] this numbers continuously calling me on the behalf of Tees Hazari Court and blackmailed me that if you will not submit bill i will submit a case against you.
    sir i am totally harassed and disturbed from last one month and my study is also disturbing due to this matter.
    Please help me as soon as posible.

      i have lost my account balance from my idea connection RS.564 on[protected] without any reason , the customer care representative agreed me that the amount will be refundable within some days and don't get any response and later they agreed that the amount will be refundable today[protected] for sure but i just made a call to customer care now they are telling that they don't have any provision for such refunds ,,, what will i do , i lost my money , they will get their salary and all ,,,,,,,, please take any good decision on this case please

      Idea — Lost balance

      I have an Idea prepaid connection. I lost about Rs.90/- yesterday, but i don't know how it happened. I have contacted the customer care but they are not responding properly. My mobile no. is [protected]. Please let me know how it happened.

      I recharged 300 2 days ago and lost balance. Then recharged 150 yesterday and today balance is 0. I spoke for half an hour yesterday. Customer care puts me on hold and then disconnects the call.

            I am V.Rajesh and my mobile number +91-[protected] which is provided by Idea Cellular services, Karnataka.
            Complaint: Unwanted Value added Services activated without my knowledge and detected almost RS:170 + additional RS: 10 wasted on calling your useless customer care department.
            I want my money back.... 170 + 10 = RS:180. Else I may need to file a complaint in Consumer Court...
            Here is the exact thing that was happened on that day.....
            I have contacted IDEA Customer Care on 28.8.2011, regarding the Roaming services,....
            Customer Care Employee 1: @ at 11:40 PM or so (28.8.2011)
            Who was unable to provide information, hence he was trying to transfer the call to his Supervisor...waited for almost 10 Min's...but call got disconnected...(I not sure.. its accidental got disconnected.. or its intensional...)
            Customer Care Employee 2: @ 12:10 AM (29.8.2011)
            So contacted back... and explained all the issue once again...now Employee 2 was not able to understand 'English'....simply says yes... to all my question...I felt very bad... since is not answering to the questions... simply says yes and not even responding properly... So I shouted at him to do is work properly...So he disconnected the call....
            Exactly after 5 Min's or so... Customer Care Employee 2 activated unnecessary value added services...like

            Music Masti Services
            Music on Demand
            Women Services
            Kids Services
            Voice Chat Services
            BGM Services
            Yoga Alerts
            BGM Services Resubscribed repeatedly.....etc

            Again contacted and explained what was happened... simply they said that you might have activated by accidental...if that is the case... how can activate all the above value added services at same time.... Do we have any one touch button in mobile to activate the above services....?
            Again your customer care employee disconnected while transferring to Supervisor...

            Again I have tried and got connected to the same employee 3... who got connected last time... but reacting like hearing the issue for the first time...and asking the same question....and replaying the same highly irresponsible answer and disconnected again....
            Almost I have tried 20 times till 2 'O-clock'... or so.... result is the same... got frustrated and did not tried any more...
            Next day went to nearby IDEA show room (near Bommanahalli) and checked with Complaint Incharge - Mr.Bharath (mobile number- +91-[protected]), he promised that we will look in to this issue and amount will be detected back with in 48 hours...and also mentioned that you will receive complaint number via SMS.... till today I have not received one....
            Almost everyday... from 31.8.2011 trying to contact Mr.Bharath (mobile number- +91-[protected])...but it was busy... and no answer... at last yesterday (5.9.2011) he picked up the call and said... you have not contacted Customer Care itself so they did not detected the amount...If that is the case...I want my entire call history between 28.8.2011 to 29.8.2011 and amount that was there before calling your customer care and after..

            Note: All I need is responsible answer, explanation with promise that my money will be refunded...

            I think... it’s the problem from the top management itself.... there is no responsible person in its Adityabirla network... what a pity....Worst Services from Customer Care (at least change the name as Worst Care not as Customer care any more)... so raised complaint to nearby Idea showroom... no action... so sent mail to grievance... still no response....are you people working or playing with customer money.....ARE YOU PEOPLE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS.... OR ....ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER'S......
            WORST SERVICES....

            I'm an idea user. Today i got the message that the voice call service is activated on my number and a sum of 18 rupees is debited from my account. How can a service provider can activate anything without my permission/notification. I want to sue this company for this illegal activity.please help me to get my money back.             i have port request that i use to move frm ur network on 24 April 2013 due to copitative offer .. but frm idea i got a call that idea wil provide the offer I-I20ps/min & Others 30ps/min & daily 100L/N SMS free, 1st call wil be 2ps/sec validity for 60days.. & it got activated on may 3rd 2013.. but the SMS offer has cancel on may 24th 2013... but i have give the compliant more than 10 times stil my problem has not resolve..

            so i am un satisfied with IDEA... i[censored] can u can give the offer with in 13th i wil be stay in IDEA r i am going move for RELIANCE...

              I had bought and SMS bonus pack worth Rs.35/- for whch they were supposed to give me 34 SMS everyday on 22nd August. I got the activation confirmation through SMS. But surprisingly they charged me seperately for this inspite of SMS recharge for more than 2 days. On complaining they promised me REVERT BACK THE WRONGLY CHARGED AMOUNT. TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO. now Since Wednesday, September 7th 2011 again they are charging 0-60p per SMS where my SMS pack os still valid. On complaining they again assured me no to worry and that the wrong charges will be refunded. I got the wrong charges confirmation thru SMS saying its resolved but it is still not resolved. On complaining they said it will be resolved by 3-02 p.m on 9-9-2011. But till now it is not resolved. They continue charging 0-60paise for every SMS. Now they don't even entertain my phone call for complains (Everytime I try its been automated switched to saying "all our executives are busy". Pls help because this is a pure case of cheating and indirect way of making money through unethical means.

              i am extinng customer of idea mobile company my prepaid mobile no 971433... idea can charge rs 90 two times in month of May 200 on date 20/5/2009 call from customer care to me we have activate your caller Tune ( Dialer tone) for three months, and this type of calls daily comming from idea (" daily 15-20 " calls ) i just disconnect all call ...but idea charge me 90 Rs for this without any reason . i called in customer care for information about this charge they decline and not agree to repaypossible my 90 rs refund is not possible said by customer care exec and his supervisor, and also told me is't no possible ...take any action againt us we havey proof and we are not paying any refund u do what ever u want ...So how can we take IDEA mobile connection with so much unnecessary call and cut our valuable money from our account ...so i request you to plsssssssssssssss don't take any more idea connection ...
              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am using this connection from long time, on 8th of this month I received one SMS stating that if I will recharge for Rs.45.00 I will get 59 mins free STD based on that I had recharged for the same in same day but I didn’t received free mins I got only Rs.39.00, immediately I called to customer care they told me with in 2-4hrs it will active, till next day it’s not activated. 10th I call to customer care for the same they had taken the complain, every day I am calling them and giving date to rectify the problem. On 14th they called me and told me that problem got solved but when I checked *457# it was not showing, after that again I called to them they told me I have to recharge again to get the facility I told them clearly that I had already recharged for Rs.45.00 I need for the same they told me on 17th you will get call and problem will be solved, today Mr.Kamlesh call me and told me same story. till date I was interacting with Mr.Gouss, Mr.Karthik, Mr.Antony, Ms.Sweety etc.

              THIS NO. IS GIVING ME MISSED CALLS AND BLANK CALLS FROM MANY DAYS.AFTER REPEATED REQUEST ALSO THIS PERSON IS NOT LISTENING.
              I am very much disappointed with the worst service that IDEA is providing.I bought Idea Netsetter couple of days back, I was promised a minimum speed of 150kbps, but unfortunately I am getting only 40-50kbps, I have approached Customer care guys few times, but no proper responsible answer.

              I would request IDEA guys to take proper action and need to focus more on the customer satisfaction rather than simple selling instruments. One more disappointing news is that we can not return this instrument back to IDEA guys.

Today in the afternoon when I had called for the same she said that it was deliveryed to you on 28/01/10 & when I told her that still we have not received she said that you will get it tomm.The answer & reason giving by them was unsatisfactory. This has happened so many time from last 2 years.

              We have already inform them about sunday delivary but still its happen. We have complain to their manager on phone also but nothing is happening of change till date. Its a serious problem and this company do these thing regularly. PLS make some rule over it and solve the consumer problem.

              I got call in first week of sep 09 (possible from no.[protected]) for plan change which was spacial plan(299rental-first 600min free for local and STD,4.00 rs/min ISD to UAE,500 rs will be adjusted in coming 2 bills).Executive came on 6th sep approx 4 pm to collect id proof,photo and 500 rupees.

              noting happend in next 2 days so i approched customer care and then nearest dealer for solution but they told they cannot do anything.

              i have planned for legal complain but fortunately got call from idea ([protected]) on 18 sep that they got money and negative varification for new no.Same time i explained to caller that i donot require new no and money taken was for plan change.

              Again i got call on 19 sep from [protected] about same and i also expalined same.

              I puted complained in customer care on 22nd sep (complained no.[protected] but no solution.

              Again i got call from rahul [protected] for same but no solution.

              This is my final request so please solve above matter otherwise i would not have any other choice then a legal complain.

              Mobile no [protected] i was call divert on 3 feb 2011 and sim was of[censored]p to 14 feb 2011 to 08 pm.
              from 5 feb 2011 to 13 feb 2011 was showing out going calls to [protected] no.
              Already i was divert a calls to this no only.how can i do a call after removing sim,and how can i do call to my own no which already divert to it only.they are cheeted with me .we request you to please help me and resolved this problem.

Syed +(91)-[protected] and he has sent one executive ( Mr. Nithya [protected]) came to our office and collected all the documents and 400 Rs also and given one idea sim and the number to be allocated is [protected], after 24 hrs also he is not activeted the service or picking the call , Idea has to take care of this things , you are trying to clean the cricket first you cleanup yourself that will be good enough to save the country. even the customer care beggers not responding properly

              my name is sojil.i have a connection of idea cellular ltd.(no.[protected]).i noticed that idea deducted 218 rupees from my account on 1st July 2012 between 12.10 am and 01 am as a charge of Internet usage.but i already paid(15 rupees coupon recharge Internet plan for 3 days.card serial no.KE[protected])for Internet usage and i got a confirmation message on 12.10 am .i contacted to customer care and informed my complaint.then that customer care executive replied that 218 rupees should refund to my account before 3rd July 2012 at 7 pm.but i can‘t got the amount yet.my complaint register no.1-[protected].please forward further action,otherwise i forced to move legal action.

              Before to go on International roaming to Russia on 14th jan 2011 i have book my post paid number for international roaming for which Idea representative said 70 rupees/min for all incoming and out going calls plus they took 3000 rupees as a security deposit.

              Just in 4 days during my journey to Russia they block my phone with the message of 13000 rupees bill for total 43 min. but as per 70 Rupees/min my bill must be 3010 only .

              after getting printed bill i have seen that they have nowhere charged me 70 rupees/min and charges were extremely high like 290 rupees/nim and other different charges per only me 19 callscalls.

              i went to Idea office for this issue but they said charges were differing as per the Russian network providers so you must pay this,but before to go they said 70 rupees/min for all calls when i was asking about the international roaming charges for out going and incoming charges.i explained for what charges they have promised me which they have never charged but they were keep on telling me to pay this amount,which was impossible to pay for me,then finally i stopped using their services.

              now after almost 1.6 years i am getting calls from recovery agents which are harassing me and my relative and friends so i am the victim of fraud done by Idea cellular please help me regarding this bill which is totally unfair to me.

              Idea sub branch, Yuvan Enterprises, kamakshi palya, Bangalore, branch this branch used tele marketeers to call n offered me fancy numbers to take up post paid connection from them, they send a executive my home, help me fill up Idea post paid application n collected xerox copies of my relevant documents n Rs 400 for one connection as deposit, I took 3 connections n paid Rps 1200, their executive promised it will be activated after address verification done, I requested a receipt, he declined as he said he did not carry one at that moment. till date no one came, went to the branch Yuvan enterprises, they say this executives who collected the cash n application not working with them anymore n the branch executive by the name of Ajay, said since we don&#039;t have your applications here, we can&#039;t help you n ask me to make a police complaintor report to the head office. They don&#039;t seem to take any responsibilities, they admit that it was their staff who did this, but can&#039;t do anything about it... I think this is a scam n every one working there is glove in hand, from their body language n attitude which i noticed while complaining about this incident.

              My name is Asha Hebbar, my husband and I took 3 connections in February n paid Rs1200 in total, Rs400 for each connection.
              we have submitted id proofs n photo graphs, the executive gave us sims n said it will be activated upon verification. till date no connection activated. the following are the numbers allotted to us,

              3. [protected]

              I think we have been cheated by idea executives offering us such fancy numbers and collecting deposits. The executives are from one of the my idea show room in Kamakshi Palya, Yuvan Enterprises. We want to the show room n they declined that they received our applicants, but they acknowledge that the executive contacted us and collected the application and deposits was working with them earlier.
              We believe this is a scam cheating people using the name of Idea cellular.
              Will Idea cellular take action on this and see to it that their sub agents don&#039;t cheat the public.

                Dear Sir,

                I recharged my Prepaid Mobile ([protected]) on 8th Sep 2011. Payment was successful from the Credit card company and the same got confirm the online recite generated but remark is mentioned on the recite that rechage is not successful and so Payment revesal will be done. When i confirmed the same from the customer care, I was told that either payment will be reversed in the card or mobile will be rechared in next 24 Hours. Its more than 24 Hours now but neither mobile is rechared not payment have reverced in my card.

                I check with the credit card company and they confirmed that the payment has been made and pending for the approval from IDEA Cellular. They told me that the transaction can be cancelled only if IDEA confirms it. They helped me with the aproval code (861695) which if IDEA confrims on even mail that the transaction should be cancelled they would cancel the transaction. I call up the IDEA helpline then thereafter but no body is giving any satisfactory reply on the same.

                Kindly look into the matter anf either get my phone rechaged or reverse the money in my card.

                  Beware of idea Cellular, the idea cellular is making fraud to the customers,

                  Issues:

                  1. If you haven’t activated any of the pack, it will activate it automatically., recently I received a call from the company of some star chat pack, though I haven’t click any of the button they activated the pack automatically after disconnecting my call and when I called to the customer care the Team leader Mehul Patel and his collegues Chetanbhai and the madam was talking very nonsense way and told me to accept the false statement that I have only activated that pack since I’m not naive user and I’m the technical person so I denied to accept his !

                  2. Before some days ago, they have activated my ISD pack without any information and their customer care executive staffs are nonsense and don’t know anything the truth that what actually happened!

                  3. Also they are uselessly running the new campaign regarding “3G pe busy” but nobody is busy in real as they are chatting with the customers, because the actual speed is only 2G but they are doing fraud on regular basis treat as their routine terms in policy.

                  Guys I have serious issue with the idea cellular and very bad experience, so please if you are buying or moving to idea please don’t as they are doing frauds, cheating, forger any many more.

                      i am delighted to be a part of idea network.i have been using my idea students card for a long time. all your services are really appreciated thats the reason still i would like to continue my idea students card.

                      today[[protected]] morning onwards i cant able to call anyone or send sms to anyone because it reached the validity date. so i need to get an recharge sms with doesnt affect the offer of idea students card. my offer is ,i can call to two idea mobiler for 20 mints as free in the morning time and free calls to that two specific numbers at night.

                      i am not looking for life long connection but i am looking for keeping the same offer of idea students card and go forward further. if you dont mind will you please send me an sms as soon as possible

                        My idea cell # [protected] on my name (Syed Shadab Raza. M. Raza) was deactivated by the company witout reason. When i approached to the Idea gallery, the reason they gave was very silly. As per them, if the sim is non use for more than 2 months, the sim will be deactivated. It is true that the sim was not used for the said period as I was (out) in Uttar Pradesh & was using the local number o[censored]ttar Pradesh.I said them to reactivate the same number/sim as i am ready to pay the reactivation charges again(if any) as the said number was not allotted to anybody till today (06.09.11) . But they did not agreed & said it is not possible now. The number was very important to me as it was my fixed number in Mumbai. Please check if some thing could be done & I will be very thankfull if i get the same number ([protected]) again. I agree to follow the terms of company if they provide me the same again.

                          I have taken 7 connections on my companys name M/S BMD MILK & MILK PRODUCTS, INDORE(MP) and payment is being regurarly done as we receive the bills at registered office, whereas this is 3 rd time that IDEA CELLUAR company without sending the bills are DEACTIVATING THE CONNECTIONS 7 ARE SENDING MESSAGE THAT THE NUMBERS ARE DEACTIVATED for Non payment of bills.
                          I had informed the Assistant sales manager of Idea Cellular Mr.Arshit Khanna on his mobile number [protected] about the same and after his efforts the numbers were activated but Again I received the message that my number [protected] has been Deactivated, I received the message on 05/09/2011 at 08:03:33 AM stating that bill ammount has execeeded Credit limit and the amount of rs 901.63 has to be paid. Whereas I would like to inform you that The Credit limit is rs 1, 000/- and without intimating me the number was Deactivated whereas Idea has NO RIGHT TO DEACTIVATE without informing or sending the bill for payment and I am consulting my Lawyer for legal notice to company because I am not able to make the outgoing calls and I suffered the loss as I am trading in Raw material We are having a DAIRY PLANT and I was not able to call my customers for their Requirements as we sell MILK/CURD/PANEER/GHEE/CREAM/BUTTER ETC. I would like to know can the IDEA CELLULAR officials DEACTIVATE without notice ( SMS or Withour calling the concerned person to clear the Dues) as this shall harm the reputation of the company as well as of the person using the number. So I STRONGLY REQUEST THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES OF IDEA CELLUAR TO LOOK IN THE MATTER SERIOUSLY AND TAKE STERN ACTION AGAINST THE STAFF WHO DEACTIVATE THE NUMBERS WITHOUT PRIOR INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMERS AND KINDLY LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE ACTION TAKEN BY THE COMPANY . I just want to inform you about the Big Problem of NO NETWORK COVERAGE in the office located at Modern College road, which am facing since from 14th May-2011. This is a first time that I am facing this kind of problem since from last 8-9 yrs. Just because of Excellent Coverage of Idea, I am using Idea network since from last 8-9 yrs. Due to this problem I cant able to talk to all VENDORS related to my office work, FAMILY MEMBERS, OTHERS etc… & they can not able to talk to me also. Earlier, the service of Idea cellular was excellent. But, nowadays service has become very poor…
                            This is kindly request to you, Please solve the above mentioned problem as early as possible.
                            Now I Am Facing The Big Problem That, All Outgoing Calls As Well As Incoming Calls Are Automatically Disconnecting While Speaking & If Network coverage is available then sound continuously breaks. Still I am facing this big, big, big problem of NO NETWORK COVERAGE.
                            Other members (idea users) also facing this same problem.
                            Vodafone has excellent & better coverage than idea in the office
                            Please arrange a person of IDEA cellular to visit my office, and then I will show the NO NETWORK COVERAGE problem to him.
                            Kindly request to you, please look into this issue.

                                i hva idea num sence 7 years.be4 for year converted in lifetime mode.that time i payed 1000/-.now compny msging me about recharg and.same time alterntv num.so idea num use only for incoming.y compny harrssement.plz help.
                                I am using your company prepaid number for 3 years. but yesterday my number is deactivated without my permission and without inform. when we talk to your customer care they said me that you were sending the request to deactivate and when we said give me a request / complaint number they had no answer about that number or request. after that i go to your idea store so idea store executive said that your number is deactivated and we not provide you that number.and he also said that you are not using for many months so that company closed that number. But that is my old number we distributed to all over india my relation and friend . Please check my number status we are continue using the number. before deactive. We are facing the problem from number deactivation.

                                    I am sorry, but I think you have not read my question properly. I am saying I want to GET RID of IDEA CELLULAR SERVICE. So I would obeviously send the port request to Other service provided right..?
                                    So I had sent request to 1901 and UPC no is:IZ741153. This request no is not prrocessed by IDEA. When checked with customer care, no proper reply is getting neither they are approving for MNP request.


                                    I hope now this is clear and will take proper action

                                      Idea - Net setter — Net connection not working

                                      Dear Sir/Madam

                                      I have recently moved into Pune from Bangalore. I had availed an IDEA net setter connection ([protected]) for accessing the internet in Pune. I had paid 1750/- for the instrument during 1st week of November. Since then i have repeatedly told the IDEA customer care that i am not able to access the internet. They would always give me a date for solving the complaint but would never solve it. On the 19th of November 2009 i had raised a final complaint asking them to rectify the problem or refund me the instrument charges. Every time i call them they give the next date and tell me that it would be solved by then. But till now there is no response at all. I have also written mails to their senior personnel on this matter.

                                      I depend upon the internet to pay my bills pertaining to my Bangalore property. If they atleast refund me my amount i could switch to some other operator to do my duties. I request your help on this.
