Dear Sir

Pls look over my problem since i have been facing problems with IDEA services.
You can see in your database that i have been interacted numerous times since 18 september 2011.
i have been given several complain id number also.
latest complain id i have is 1-[protected].
this is complain regarding my blackberry services according to customer care executive(CCE) i should get my refund back of Rs 399 by 24 sep 2011 but still i have not been refund back.
On talking with supervisor/manager assured me for refund but till now i have not been refunded nor my services are activated.
I am very sorry to tell that behavior and attitude towards me from idea is hopeless and disrespectful.
Your CCE disconnect my calls or give me lame answers whatever come to there mind without understanding my problem.
I just want Higher Authorities to check my log how much time i have called to 12345 and idea blackberry service no. still my problem not been solved.

If this mail is checked and revieved by anyone pls reply to me at least.

I have not expect such attitude who is group of ADITYA BIRLA.

once again i request you to kindly look into my matter and take action immediately.

My self rohit dhoot, i belongs to Bhopal (MP) and working in Mumbai, I have been useing Idea network (mobile no. [protected]) since 2004 and my connection was post paid before and i have changed it into pre-paid connection almost 5 years ago. and it is in roaming from last 4.5 years but in last 1year i have faceing lots of problem like just 3 months before they had cut my connection without intimate me and issue that no. to other’s and when i was shouting and i put some resource (approch to idea operation manager for MP- chhatisgarh) then i got my connection back with same no. again now they have cut my connection on 23 aug.2011 without intimation and when i approched to them on 15 sep.2011 they told me that you need to submit your ID proof & photo, I have submitted those document on 19 sept.2011 but my network service was not resume and now (24.09.2011) they have totaly discontinued my service and ask that if you want to use this no. you will have to take conncetion in post paid service.

Hi,
I am using mobile number [protected] from last 2 years approx. with Idea Cellular mobile service providers. From last few months the Idea providers activated a feature called "Talk Time 299 Rental" on my number and are deducting Rs 299/- on a monthly basis. I called up customer care and they replied saying I have accepted this feature with their customer care representative. I asked them to share audio where I provided my consent to that feature. But they are not ready to share it.
Any call to their customer care is also useless as they are not ready to revert changes.

Kindly help.

I have using idea prepaid students sim and my mobile no is[protected].In this sim i have an inbuilt option for free call to 2 other idea numbers.We have an option change this number,so last week i called idea customer care executive to know how to change this number and they gave me a sms format,to change the number.By using this format i have send a request 12345 to change this no.But that didnt wrk.Then i again called them and said about this.Then they gave me other format bu that too dont work.This happens 3 or 4 times and i really fed up with this idea custimer care executive.Now i reuest you to take this as my complaint against idea cellular customer care executives and pls take the needful actions.

everyday balance is reducing by 2 rs and saying that your fashion mms subscription is auto renewed by reducing your balance by 2 rs.

i made many calls to customer care but still no action is being taken.
they say we will deactivate this with in 24 hours, your balance will not be reduced hence forth

I wanted to deactivate this value added service i did not wanted at all.

I have a Prepaid connection. Have enabled RC98, Data connection with Free usage upto 2GB, last month.

From the last 2 days , I am receiving innumerable messages about the data usage, on screen and Text messages, almost every 5 minutes. please stop thema s they irritate the customer with too much information which is not required. send a message a day of the total data used and the data available or inform him when the data limit is going to be crossed.

THe customer care is worst ever. No compliants are taken and they dont understand the requirement of the customer!

From last 15 days so many times i've called up to complained about CLIP service activation to idea customer care on my cell. My Cell No. [protected] in name of M. Prasan Chand, but their was no response from their end. Whenever i used to call customer care their representative used say only one thing it will be activated within 3 hours, but till now they haven't activated the service, though i have submitted 2 times and one time their representative came to pick up the documents.

I bought an Idea Net Setter 3g USB data card. I Have Activated Rs 845 Plan (6 GB).The Number Of Net Setter Is

[protected]. Model E1732 (7.2Mb).The Problem Is That My Net Setter gives Very Poor Speed. I Am Getting Speed Of

250kbps Only. I Can't Stream any videos from Youtube etc. I have been Trying To Contact Customer Care But They Says

All GPRS Supervisors Are Busy Or The Call Disconnects After 5 Minutes Music From Idea.

I Am Very Sad To Say That idea is Cheating Customers Like Me. If there is so slow Speed then Why one I Have To Pay

A Huge Amount.

Please take Necessary Action To my complaint and Speed Up My Connection and stop cheating and improve your customer

care.

I am recharged my idea cell phone connection with 97 internet package. My mobile number is [protected]. I am continuously recharged last 6-7 months with this package. They are provide 69MB daily internet browsing with 30 days in those days(almost 2070 MB usage). Today 23/09/2011, I am also recharged the same package with flex recharge method. then they send a confirmation and package activated message about the recharge. after the first usage, I have a message 'You have 1024.06MB browsing balance'. on the shop the are published a advertisement with recharge 97 have 2GB browsing. Then I called the Idea Customer care, and discussed with the problem. They are not officially declared this, its on testing. then I am requested to change my plan to earliest package. they are rejected my request and drop my call

I am recharge 97 with my knowledge and the advertisement on the shop. but the are provide the useless and uninformed package to me. I don't know what should i do. please help me

With a hope I have opted for MNP to Idea from Reliance, which I was using for last 2 years.

But it seems my idea to get a better service is a BAD IDEA.

A balanced of Rs. 5 has been deducted from my account on daily basis since 17/09/2011. To the best of my knowledge I have not registered for any VAS.

I have contacted with the following CC executives on 198 and got the reply that they r not able to track the reason for deduction and my request has been forwarded and I will get the balance
returned to my acct within 2 days. But all it vain , till date I have not recieved any amt. to my acct and the deduction of Rs. 5 continues.

I am vijayakumar my mobile number is [protected] i am using idea service from last six months, 16.09.2011 i got massege saying that you need submite your id proof and photo within 3 days to aviod barrings, then i have submitted on 18.09.2011 but they have stoped my all incomeing calls aswell as out going calls from 20th i am really unstasfied with this service. i working in marketing depertment where i have to use mobile allways i last about 50000 rs bussness because of this.

Sir i am using idea from last three years and my no. is [protected] but now I have a problem 5 Rs per day are deducted from main balance....this is from last 10 days and every day i am calling to customer care but they dont solve this problem everyone told about different problem and different solution and i am very depressed due to loss of balance so plz solve this problem

i have received a call from a mobile number [protected] which is a harshad number fro idea company a person called and using abbusive language and when i call back to him the computer replies that the number does not exist. what is this when a call come from a number then why that number not exist. i want the person name and the address of that person.

SIR,I AM A STUDENT AND IN THE PREVIOUS WEEK I BROUGHT A IDEA NET SETTER FOR SURFING THE INTERNET .WHEN I BROUGHT IT THE RETAILER TOLD ME THAT IT WILL GIVE AT LEAST ABOVE 100 Kb/s .IT WILL GIVE ABOVE 100 Kb/s FOR JUST ONE DAY AFTER ONE DAY IT WILL GIVE ONLY 40-50 Kb/s WHERE AS THE NETWORK IS FULL ,THIS SPEED IS NOT GOOD FOR SURFING THE INTERNET,SIR I AM COMING FROM VERY POOR ECONOMIC BACKGROUND SO I COULD NOT ABLE TO BROUGHT A NEW ONE.
