My Idea Mobile No. is [protected], which i am using from last 2.5 Yrs. From the last 4 months i am facing the same problem the service provider mean while doing the barred problem. Lot of time they barred my outgoing without any reason even i am having the validity till 2013.

This is really a mental harrasment what they are providing to me, please resolve the problem if you can.

I had deposited documnets what i requested from your idea cellular service provider only. That means there wasn't my fault at all.

I again submitted same documents to your Idea Cellular Executive. Hope you will again wake-up in between 2-3 yrs soon.

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    An internet connection(monthly) was applied for my mobile No.[protected] by paying Rs 98/- but am not able to activate internet connection & email.
    this was brought to your contact nos.12345 requesting them to kindly activate my internet connection.Though somebody answered to contact no.53599 & receive GPRS settings.
    Upon contacting no feedback or GPRS settings have been received so far.
    Pls be advised since this connection is valid for only one month & not activating same amounts to loss of time/days.
    T/fore it will be highly appreciated if above problem could be rectified at the earliest.

        I applied for Mobile Number Portability from Dolphin to Idea Cellukar. In spite repeated requests from me, literally calling them more than 8-10 times the bills were delivered late by MTNL, that issue having been resolved, finally they accepted my Port Out request. On the night of August 31, 2011, exactly Midnight, MTNL shut down all services. Till date, today, September 03, 2011, that is THREE DAYS after their shutting down all services...

        Dear Sir,

        My Idea Net Setter no. is [protected]. I buy this on 5th of August 2011.

        I took Combo_850rs plan in which can free Download data is 6GB data,
        I used only 5.62GB data as my statistics shown in net setter, after then
        they stopped the services. Then I called to customer care, those guys
        don't know anything.

        But i was shocked to see.... i had been charged for the data i have used,
        There was an excess billing of 1016 rs. I had contacted so many times to
        customer care numbers but those guys are unable to understand. I am really
        frustrated with there attitude towards customers.I will never go to
        Idea Services
        further.

        Please take necessary action.

          I am new customer of idea prepaid service. Right now my service is barred. I have submitted document thrice. Last two occasions I have submitted document to My Idea showroom, idea personnel verified all document I found it proper.
          I have attached following documents
          1st submision
          Indian driving license – As Photo ID
          Maharastra state electricity board (MSEB) bill – As address proof

          2nd and 3rd submission
          Maharastra state electricity board (MSEB) bill – As address proof
          Indian passport – As photo ID and address proof.

          Note: MSEB bill is on my name and also address on passport and MSEB are same (my current pune residential address)

          Each time I call idea customer care, they reply saying your documents are not proper but do not tell what is issue with documentation.
          This time again they asked me to submit documents again (4th time) . Can you help me to address this issue.

            I have idea poatpaid connection taken from my home town i.e. haridwar/hardwar-uttarakhand.On 21st Aug'2011 , I came in Greater Kailash-Delhi.Here my mobile is not taking 3G network(3G service on my number is activated).I tried manually selecting network,selecting 3G mode but no access.When i called customer care executive(at [protected]) regarding the problem i was told they can not help while customer is in roaming.after that whenever i call customer care ,as soon as i choose to speak to customer care executive,my call is disconnected.even call is not possible at 198.
            Also there is mismatch in billing information when i check on phone by dialling *147*1# and at online account.

            Indeed An Idea can change your life,our(customers) life changed too but in negative aspects.
            Get idea not to get Idea.
            Ab India ho gaya hai 3G pe busy-No 3G access ofcourse people will be busy calling you(50 paise/min).

            The happened with me, I am not really comfortable sharing my phone number, Buyt have been calling Idea customer services from past 3 weeks but nothing happened, The call was disconnected almost 10 times and I was so pissed off after that I stopped calling them and sent an email to there complaints department and wow nothing happened after that, Idea changed my life as well.

            I received a message from Idea on 18th August that read
            Dear prviliged customer
            Idea 3G service has been activated on your number for free, Enjoy free 100 MB Usage, Surf movies, Download and much more,

            And now that I have used the fascility I've been charged for 270 Rs and they clearly say that they can not find the message on there screen hence they will not initiate a refund and when I ask them to transfer the call either it is disconnected or transfered to a another supervisor.

            An email has been sent to grievances department as well, Still no help.

            That is not Idea we are looking for :(

            Unfortunately, I will first transfer my number from post paid to pre-paid and then eventually suddenlly it will be a sudden demise of my Idea connection.

              Idea Cellular — My Money goes without calling anywhere!!!

              My Name is Gina and i am the customer of IDEA since three years now. My number is [protected]. My problem is that my money goes without calling anywhere!! i have a prepaid connection and i had recharged for 20 Rs yesterday and without calling anywhere now i have a balance 1.66 in my phone!!! i don't understand how the money went and this is not the first time it is happening since one month!! i am tired of calling the customer care service. Whenever i call they say my call report is not ready and i should call them after 24 hours and then so on!! Please help or else you guys will loose 3 numbers at one time. ME and my HUBBY and my DAUGHTER all o[censored]s will cut off from your services and go to any other one where the customer service is more better.
              Hey i take back my complaint!! i had mailed them regarding this issue and with sudden response they solved my problem today and credited back the money they had taken away!
              Kindly right now I am purchase a prepaid recharge voucher being serial No.[protected], after dialling the 15 digit i.e. [protected] reporting that number is not correct.

              I am using idea cellular connection my number is- [protected] but from few days my balance is deducted without my knowledge,After confirming they are telling that this is for VAS(like voice chat,music station)for which i have not asked or neither anybody taken concurence from me but customer care telling that i have given concurence but they are unable to tell what time i have asked for. I have received the call following time 17:17 and 16:44 but i have not call back .The customer care also unable to give satisfactory answer and not lodging any complaint about this.Our balance deduction is as follows:-
              1) Rs. 15/- on 01 dec 2010
              2) Rs. 30/- on 09 dec 2010
              3) Rs.198/- on 15 dec 2010
              so please do needfull return my labourous money. As i am a defence personal so have asked so many people about this incident.This is for your information and necessary action at your end please.

              Idea Cellular — debiting amounts for services not subscribed by me

              I have taken sim card of idea cellular but unfortunately the company has started debiting amounts from my prepaid balance on the pretext of subscriptions to various services provided by them. I habve spoken to Mr Mahadev at customer care services but he simply refused to reverse the amounts which the company has started debiting, without my subscibing to any of the services. On being told to stop the calls from company he replied that it will take a minimum of 45 days. I need help to stop the company from swindling customers' money as well as unnecessary harassment to the customers like me.

I have received message that the video talkies is activated. No further message of deduction of money. I checked balance and found that money was deducted. This time I don't want my money back. Last time Idea was candid to me and recovered my money. But in future i will not keep any balance on my idea card.
              Hi Sir/Madam,
              Yesterday I was trying to activate sms pack, so I used usd code to activate, but by mistakenly I activate another two packs. One was 1.2p/s calling and other was std pack for one day.It was my mistake so there no issue and I accepted. Later on I immediately called to customer care to know whether that pack is auto renewal or not. So idea customer care told me that both pack are not auto renewal.
              After that I activate sms pack with correct usd code and charge applied 5rs for 50 message.Upto this is correct. Now in morning I got one message that 5rs deducted from my account. I called to customer care the person told me that its a downloading charges, so I told him I have activated Internet pack so how is this possible, he told me some sites take charges and I didn't download anything, I told him let me know from which site I downloaded.
              he checked into system and told me that he don't have any information regarding it was fake answer. I told him that I got message in that its telling 'call pack is activated and it took 5rs'. So he told me, again I have to checked information he then later on told me 'its charges of sms pack' and sms charges is deducted yesterday night, and also I got sms charges message. So again fake ans. I told him I got message of call pack is activated how can you say this sms pack is activated. I don't know I want my money back they refuse it, as I didn't activated sms pack in morning its activated at yesterday night. I have proof n idea cellular speaking lie and giving fake information.

                  This is to inform you that i was using two idea postpaid mobile connection,
                  [protected] mysel[censored]sing this number and[protected] i was using at home only

                  i was using [protected] around from past 4yrs withoug break. and [protected] from past around 2yrs.
                  suddenly one day i got my [protected] number bill amount that was Rs/-4094,,,
                  i was shocked because normaly i recieve the bill amount Rs/-200 to 300 only i called up at tollfree number to know about my bill amount they told me the system is down now we can not tell you. next day i again called up they said they are not authorised to provide the details from there side and then they disconnect the call without proper call closing i again called they picked the call and disconnect the call..... these things happed arround 12-15 times after few day i again called up them and finally they have marked a request to send me the itemize bill history but i did not get any duplicate bill,,,,, in next arround 45 days. i called up again at there toll free number and told them that till the time i will not see my bill history i will not make any payment,,, meanwhile my mother make the payment of Rs/- 1000. then i stop to my mother to make any more payment.

                  Later they have disconnected my [protected] number....
                  although my both number was very important for me as it is like a VIP Number and now a days its not easy Purchase these kind of number.

                  i again called up and asked them you please send me the duplicate itemize bill history i will make the payment if it is realy justifying. and after that please activate my number.


                  but inspite of sending my duplicate billlllllllll, suddenly they have disconnect my number aslo [protected]. although i paid advance rental to them for next 2years ,now i was unable to call even at there tollfree number as they have compleatly disconnected it. i called up them from my vodafone numebr [protected] arround 20 times but as usual i was not getting proper responce from them, they were disconnecting my call every time after listen my history.

                  and after arround 40 days i got to know that they have given my [protected] number to some one elce.... his Name is mr Vijay i called him when you have purchased this number he told my that i have purchased this number befor 2 weeks and i have paid Rs/- 5000 for this VIP Number only,,,, activation and plan charges is moreover..... He told me that he is getting every day lots of calls for you (Praveen Upadhyay) and lots of Messages. he has also called up at tollfree number as he was facing lots of problam.

                  1) Now my concirn is withough see the bill history will anyone make the payment??
                  2) why their customer care executive were disconnecting my call every time???
                  3) Why they have disconnected my number [protected] withought any intemation suddenly, although i was paying my bill every month properly from past 4yrs continuously, many times i paid my bill in advance.
                  4) As per my information if a company disconnect any postpaid numebr then with in a 3-4 month they can not alocate that number to any other person then how they alocate my number to someother person with in the TAT time.

                  the both number was very important for me i hope you can understand my problame. it was like a mentel harassment.
                  i am working in a BPO for a leading health insurance company (Apollomunich Health Insurance) as a Team Leader and i work on Pan India Basis (Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, chennai, hyderabd, jaipur, pune, Etc) and my all field executive were use to contact me only at [protected] number. every day we are doing arround 3.5lacs business mininmum 2.5lacs. from my office only.

                  now i hope you can understand in first 2-3 days how much business my company would have lost.

                    Iam swami my idea no-[protected] purchased last week(new connection) on 27/08/2011 at 17.00 i have checked my balance found 24.00 Rs my handset connected to internet for net surfing after some network showing GATE WAY TIME OUT i have checked again my balance found 3.27 Rs called on 198 custmer care excutive told me that Mr.AJANAN G.your balance debited for CALL/SMS on special no.i told him that no any call or sms done after 17.00 Hrs to till time (18.10Hrs) then how idea charge me without any do.after that i have checked my Call history,sms sent folder,internet setting nothing any found to charge me.so please credit my debited balance.

                    BPL PREPAID — deduction of Balance without any service

                    on the 21st of February i have noticed that there was deduction of rs.30 ,which i have informed on no 555,then sent on email next day ,
                    again i checked on 25th Feb, so i was told toc check on 27 Feb,which i did ,but with same sterio type reply "HAM MAFI CHAHTE HAIN" but their MAFI will not get my Rs.30/-returned ,so i insist to talk to supervisor ,but to my shock line was disconnected,

                    i have again called and again the line was disconnedted by supervisor .

                    the name of the person i spoke to was Mr.Satyendra and the supervisor name was Mr.Mayur.

                    I am a idea cellular customer, having prepaid mobile no.[protected]
                    From last 3 days my balance is deduction is on I had lost Rs.12/- without using any outgoing call/sms.I had tried to talk with customer care on 198 / 12345 nos. but every time got answer that u try after 4 hrs. Our system is busy. I am not using my cell phone service for outgoing call , balance deduction is on. Kindly refund my deducted balance to my account. Kindly look into the matter.

                      My idea prepaid SIM (mob. no.:[protected], Purchase date:10th August 2011) was deactivated on 17th Aug,2011 even after the submission of documents. As per retailer's advice, i personally went to idea customer care office, behind BIG BAZAAR, Visakhapatnam and submitted my documents(Application no.:W0505422). 5 days have passed and still there is no response from the company. when i contacted customer care through phone, they say that i will have to go to the idea office just to verify if my documents have been submitted or not. Just for this, i have to travel 10kms. When a customer submits documents directly at the office and the officials accept it, then its obvious that the documents are okay. Then why are they taking so much time to just activate a SIM?
                      please give me a solution as soon as possible.

                        This complaint is regarding idea. They have put unnecessary charges and now abusing me and my family to pay those charges. I have taken unlimited Internet access plan for Rs. 599/- and i an regularly paying this for the last one year. but IDEA has put 400 as Internet usage charges apart from Rs. 599/- but for what. they dont have mind when i am using the unlimited one than why extra charges. but they are not ready to listen and abusing me. below are the words which they have used to me.

                        1. A girl named Ankita ([protected]) from your Recover team called my mother and abused her.

                        2. My mother told me and i called back on the same number and asked her why she has abused my mother than this girl Ankita Told " TU FRAUD HAI, BILL NAHI PAY KAR RAHI, KAISE GHAR SE HAI, TERE DOSTO KO, RISHTEDAARO KO MEIN ABHI PHONE KARKE LEGAL NOTICE BHEJTI HU".

                        3. When i got tempered she said " TU KAHA KI PAIDAISH HAI PATA CHAL GAYA, GB ROAD SE AAYI HAI TU, TERE BAAP NE VAHA JAGAH LE RAKHI HAI, TERE GHARWALE VAHA JAATE HAI SAARE".

                        4. TUJHE AADHE GHANTE MEIN PATA CHAL JAYEGA KI IDEA KYA KARTA HAI, TUJHE TERE GHAR SE UTHA LEGA".

                        I am shocked this kind of service IDEA is providing and this kinda people are working in to this organization.

                          I have a postpaid idea connection taken from Haridwar distt. o[censored]ttarakhand.Recently I moved to Delhi.Here I got "No Access" even on manual selection and 3G network is not coming in dual as well as 3G mode.When i reported the problem to Idea Custome Care, I was told Bill has to be paid.

                          How Disgusting if bill is not paid than calls should be blocked or internet should be stopped.but "no access" to network is not understandable.It seems to me Idea wants to torture the customers by doing so.

                          Please explain the reasons Idea.

                            I am using idea phone it happens oftentimes that they deduct my balance or activate my amount.
                            One last month i start getting massage for city life . I called to Cos cre & enquired for the reason they told me that i have been charged Rs40, I requested the to deactivate they Again activate Tech news and etc an deducted Rs 10 , again Rs 10 and again Rs20 they also donot deactivate thats why they deducted Rs40 again. today I was left with 0 balance.
                            Plz you jdge for the same what we should do nor our gov. have any action regarding this.

                            i have an idea prepaid connection , they activated my GPRS services without intimation and even they didnt send a msg for activation ,everyday i dedduct 5 rs from the balance .i called its customer care many times but they people didnt respond me and didnt deactivate my Gprs services .

                            I have faced the problem by ur company. my mobile no is [protected] that i have activated a plan in last week 98 rs internet plan for 2gb free and i have also recharage a 100 rs top up and then i use the internet i am not bothered my balanece. I think it will be finish by my call after that i have recharged the 220Rs top up and then i have noticed that my 201 rs laps when i am used internet without any downloading.
                            after that i have call idea customer care they have confused me u call 198 then 198 operater said me u call at 12345 customer care .
                            After that they asked me u activated a 5 Rs rental plan by u r hand set . I told that i am not sending u any request but they have said me u have activated.
                            and when I am not satisfied by these operators they asked me the company Cal u back With in 4 Hours but they did not call me.

                            In monday 14-03-11 evening i have recharged again 50Rs top up and recharged 48Rs recharged for internet they have sent me a message "Dear customer Your Rs 48.00 Internet pack is activated,. to receive setting on your mobile sms set to 54671(toll free)" this message sent by idea company by 51895 number after that i have a open a net in mobile it will be run without any deduction .

                            In tuesday 15-03-11 morning approx 11 a clock i have open a net they deduct 6Rs and some paise again just as last week deduct i have called in 198 they asked i have call tranfer to gprs section after that they asked me same thing which I have told them last week .
                            then i called 12345 service center they asked me u have a service activated for rental 5 Rs again and deduct the amount.

                            When i have recharged 48 Rs for 15 days. why i should activated this plan again i think any where company will be deduct my balnced because i am fool or costmer will be fool.

                            sir plese take a necssary action and refund my amount from last week to till date .

                            I AM HAVING MOBILE SIM BEARING NO. [protected]. I AM USING THIS SERVICE. BY MY UTTER SHOCK, SINCE DEC 14,2011 THEY ARE SENDING MESSAGE STATING THAT THEY HAVE REACTIVATED IDEA MIRCHI MOBILE SERVICE AND DEDUCTED RS.10/- EACH ON THREE DIFFERENT DATES I.E. ON DEC 14,2011, DEC 25, 2011 AND ON JAN 5, 2012 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. THIS IS HIGHLY UNETHICAL AND THEY ARE CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS. I AM SERIOUSLY THINKING TO CANCEL THEIR SERVICE AND TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION ON THEM.

                            ONE MORE THING, EVEN THOUGH I SENT MESSAGE FOR DND ACTIVATION (SR No.1-[protected]) EVEN AFTER 20 DAYS I AM GETTING UNSOLICITED CALLS AND THEY ARE DEDUCTING AMOUNT FROM MY PRE PAID BILL. THIS IS HIGHLY IRREGULAR AND ILLEGAL.

                            IDEA BEING A TATA COMPANY IS KNOWN FOR SINSEARITY AND HONESTY FOR THE SAKE OF SMALL AMOUNT THEY ARE INDULGING IN SUCH ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES.
                            I agree with you more, about the problem you faced my dear frn, so i do changed from idea n/w to aircel. but again one more thing you need to know to that not only the tata are being cheaters, but the high ended cheaters are from aircel.

                                I have received call from IEA mobile services for new billing connections.with Monthly Rent Rs.149. 200sms and 200 calls free,talk on any 2number free.after wards call rate is Rs.0.30 per minitus with IDEA NET WORK and other net work Rs.040. . IDEA MOBILE provider given me Mobile No [protected]. Marketing Person taken 2 Mobile No from me for Free talk [protected] and [protected] both Nombers from Dolfine Mobile service Provider. they send request SMS from my above Number to Dolfine Mobile service providerfor Portal request. they start service 5.08.201 till 12.08.2011 they issued me bill for Rs 103. I have not used mobile in minimum. They miss guide me therefore I have given request for cancellation of connection and paid Rs 203. full and final. and requested them not to port my above Mobile. I do not want therr services. But IDEA mobile service provider transfered my connection . and Now frocing me for Billing compulssory. Is it right way of marketing in group like ADITYA BIRLA.? I am very very upset about Marketing I gone to IDEA gallary but they are not satisfied me.

                                  I have not received the bill for the month July 2011 for Rs.67.64. Inspite of this, I have deposited Rs.70/- in cash through Easy Bill. Now I have received sms for payment of Rs.81.54 including the current payment of Rs.13.90 on 24. but current bill is not received. Kindly examine why Rs.67.64 has not been adjusted.

                                  Idea Cellular — non receipt of bill

                                  my number [protected] is a post paid connection. i dont get bill at my mailing address while being a official phone i need it for making payment. i have lodged
                                  complaint at every possible spot of idea office.but there seems neither any concern nor any system to rectify their mistake. instead they have disconnected my connection for their own fault. specially their customer care deptt is great. they talk and behave like the people unconcerned for the company.
                                  this problem is persisting since i have taken the connection. however this time i am planning to sue them.

                                    AFTER PAYMENT THE PERSON GETS SOMETHING IN RETURN.

                                    BUT AFTER ME PURCHASING RS 65/- TOP UP IN MY CELL, I GET A MESSAGE TELLING ME RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL.



                                    I CHECK ON MY CELL AND I FIND NO RECHARGE, CALLING CUSTOMER CARE TELLS ME THAT THE MONEY HAS BEEN DEPOSITED IN IDEA'S ACCOUNT AS A GIFT FROM MY EARNED MONEY, AND I AM A FOOL I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.



                                    THE WHOLE WORLD IS SUPPORTING ANNA FOR FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION AND IDEA BEING A TELECOMMUNICATION WILL DEFINITELY BE SUPPORTING THE SAME, BUT FOLLOWING SOME OTHER RULE IN ITSELF OF TAKING MONEY BUT NO RECHARGE DONE.



                                    IF THERE IS A MISTAKE FROM MY SIDE THAT THERE IS NO SCHEME OF FULL TALKTIME AT THAT PERIOD, THEN ATLEAST THERE SHOULD BE SOME BALANCE GIVEN IN MY CELL LIKE REGULAR 25/-, 50/- RECHARGE.



                                    YOU MAY FIND IT AMUSINGLY FUNNY THAT I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS ISSUE, BUT YOU PUT YOURSELF IN MY PLACE & THINK ABOUT GOING TO A SHOP WHERE THERE WAS A SALE, IN THAT AFTER PAYING THE AMOUNT ONE GETS NOTHING JUST A NOD OF RECEIVING MONEY BUT NOTHING IN RETURN OR IT LOOKS SENSE & WISE THAT YOU GET TO PAY EXTRA AS THE SALE IS NOT AVAILABLE AND GET THAT COMMODITY THAT YOU WENT FOR.



                                    HOPE YOU MAY UNDERSTAND MY CONCERN AS IF NOT THEN IT IS CORRUPT AND FOOLISH WAY OF BUSINESS WHERE ONE PAYS & DOES NOT GET A REFUND BECAUSE THE SCHEME IS NOT AVAILABLE, NEITHER ANY OTHER SERVICE LKE A TOP UP DEDUCTING REGULAR CHARGES.

                                      My mobile was lost on 20th August 2011 for which i had logged an Complaint in my local area police station and had a valid FIR for the same.
                                      Later when i when i went to the thane IDEA Company Store for Blocking of my IDEA Number to Prevent its misuse and issue of a same Number against my FIR, the Company Representative was unable to do so and suggested me that the Number could not be locked or reissued against the FIR as the number belonged to the Maharashtra Circle, he told me to instead go to some IDEA Centre beyond Kalyan ie Either ULHASNAGAR OR BHIVANDI and register my case there where they can issue me a Duplicate SIM card.
                                      If I Stay in Thane City and My Mobile was Lost in Thane City and if the Police FIR is From Thane City will have to go some unknown place in ULHASNAGAR or BHIVANDI to get my number back?
