I am using idea #[protected] from long time.On last 20th Aug 2011 74 rupee balance was deducted from my a/c when I confirmed with Customer care they told they can see that balance in my account details but when i try to call somebody its saying low balance when i check the balance it shows 19 paise. and customer care guys response was pathetic when i try to call once again i was not able to call and got message like try after...

From 18/08/2011 onwards, my out going call are barred partially with out prior information and on that day only I was informed that I have to submit the documents again. I had this connection since the last 4 years and twice I submitted my photo and id proof to the service provider. Now they again ask for documents.

on 16.08.2011 monday idea celluler was cut my balance 250/-. i was asking customer care give me as cut as a internet use. your internet 2 gb plant was expire on 15 th August. last issue of 2 month ago i was sending for internet setting for mobile it was give me. today i will asked for my balance their branch has not give me answer about this metter...

Validity is there till 2012.

With reference to above mentioned subject I want to state the following points :
(1). I have taken Idea Netsetter Data card connection on 24/05/2011 in which maximum credit limit of 500 was fixed (all are in written agreement and as provided by Idea after taking the connection).
(2). I got the bill on 02/07/2011, where billing amount was reflecting Rs. 5298.98 and credit limit was wrongly shown 2500.

After being repeatedly disappointed at the response level o[censored]r Punjab Circle, i am forced to write to you for settlement of my greiviances.

Let me give a brief introduction of background...

Idea Executives are acting Information agents to some unauthorised persons and passing the Call sheet of post paid customers to anti social elements and unprofessional organisations like cafedesire. cafedesire is tortouring their current employees and their ex-employees by paying the rowdies the money to threaten and warn them.

These two people are helping in grabing Call list from Idea Cellular

IDEA Cellular Customer services is definately the WORST. Seems that they have a history of charging extra to the customers. Don't pay Abhishek Bachchan for the stupid ads and you would save a lot of money.. Trust me.


I woke up today and my balance got reduced from 30/- to 4/-. And the charges were towards Internet, for which I still pay 98/-. The best part is that the timing of the usage is ridiculous. 4:00 am...

I am using idea sim card, they have deducted my balance for the service of music masti
(I don't even know what the service is) plus when i requested for refund (because i have not activated the service) they told they will refund in 24 hours, i waited then no refund again i called and they told to wait again 24 hours, same thing they did for one week and in that i called 5 times and received...
