We had given the request for MNP from Reliance network to Idea Cellular (Corporate User) to Mr SHAILENDER GOEL C/o SHREE ASSOCIATES (TFR - 102) (Mob no:[protected], email:shree.[protected]@live.com) on 28 March 2011. After waiting for more than a week our connection was migrated to idea on 07/04/2011. Since then we have been constantly facing issue regarding the outgoing calls. On 15/04/2010 outgoing calls on my brother`s number (Mr Naveen Kumar Jain - [protected]) were barred. But after my several visits to Idea outlet located at Punjabi Bagh, I came to know that my verification is negative though verification had already been done twice by Mr Harvinder. It was very shocking to know that verification was positive on his other number though both were applied for MNP at the same time. After making several requests they had arranged for verification process and then after 2 days my brother was able to make outgoing calls.

My brother has gone out of station for business purpose and his STD/ Roaming facility is still not activated, even after making several requests on 18/04/2011 to Idea customer care(198) and to Mr Shailender (TFR - 02). And the excuse remains the same that the verification is negative so the roaming can not be activated. I dont understand how many times they will do the verification and more surprising is that it is positive on one number but negative on the other. Mr Shailender Goel has stopped picking my phone calls since yesterday evening since he has not tried to get Roaming facility activated on my brothers number. This poor response from an idea franchisee is very disappointing.

Mobile phones are an integral part to carry out business but my brother is not able to make or receive calls since Roaming facility is not activated on his number due to poor service from IDEA CELLULAR.

Please beware before buying IDEA connection.

hello,

My name is gaurav dixit and my idea postpaid number is [protected]. I facing lot of inconvenience from Idea customer care department. from today morning, I am getting my sim card registration failed and nobudy is taking care of it. I have called so many times and spoken to Mr. Sanjeev, Mr. Yash but didnt get any sufficent answer even they are making me whole. I was on hold for 30 mins for 3 times and u know this call is being paid by me because I was calling from landline number(my no. is not working). You executive told me that this is a temporary issue and would get resolved with in 3 hrs but still It doesnt. I dont understand what I need to do...

Do I need to shut my connection?

Also I wanted to activate call conference, at the time of activation I was promissed for getting call conf service but I am getting it and your dump customer care executive badly refused me..

Now, my number is not working (due to sim reg filed) I am completely fed up with idea.

I tired to contact to upper management but they hanged up my call.

how can I contact upper management?

can you people resolved my issues?

Do I need to shut my services from IDEa?

What I need to do?

Would I be facing same problem with your custcare department?

I understand that technical problems can be there but at least if omeone is asking to look up the metter you people should fix up the problem.

This is the worst service that I have forever and ever seen in my life.

Moreever, you know.. I am feeling alone...I feel no budy is thereto fix up my problem from IDEa Side.


I request you to please look up the metter and please take some corrective steps to improve your customer service.

If I would leave Idea then It would happen only because of your customer service department.

Anyway what can I do..Its totaly up to you..how would you go further..

Dear Sir,

I took an idea postpaid connection 4 years before. My Mob. no. is a Fancy no. - [protected]. Idea served good service and good plan to me. Unfortunately i got a job in outside Kerala before 5 months. That time i keep my fancy no. in safe custody. Last i renewed safe custody period 11.11.2009. Last Due date of safe custody period is over on 11.02.2010. I called for enquirer about safe custody period on 20.01.2010, but paravoor showroom reported wrong information, they told me it will expired on 20.02.2009. When i called on 15.02.2010 in Paravoor idea showroom they told me your mob. no deactivated. When i haired that news i totally collapsed.

I kindly requested to you please give me the same Mob. no. back and please allow to continue the old plan. I humble to request please take a immediate action as soon as possible.

I had already contacted 198 several times but have not been helpful.
You are requested to tell me how can I get my numbers Ported again since it has been less than 2 months since I migrated to IDEA but your poor service has caused huge loss and mental pain. How can I migrate again before the completion of 3 months.

His Name is Mr.Subrahmanyam , From Ideal Finance Company, H.O-Delhi, As per his Words. while the phone cal he approach me to send a quotation to conform the deal. And He ask me to send some amount to make the agriment (Expenses). i Forworded the amount through his SBI Bank A/c Number- Dakshayani ,

    So Sir Plz trace the Mobile Numbers, Never happen like this with any Body. His Mobile Numbers-[protected], [protected], Email [protected]@rediffmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com. plz trace him sir.

      sir,
      I purchased a SIM from Agarwal telecom khetari more Neemkathana of Idea company to asses the internet fro my data card. I deosited the required documents (Photo , I.D. Signature duly filled and signed application form) to the Dealer. at that time Sim was activated. But after seven days the company closed the services mention the reason that your documentation is uncomplete. After that i againn deposited the said documents but eight days passed i am not getting the service from Idea company. Dealer and idea office not giving any responsible answer. Now i am looking to another company.

        Regarding activation of 3G service, I have sent an SMS to idea customer care, after that I got response form idea as 3G service has been activated on your number. But still I am unable to use 3G service. Hence I have raised a complaint to idea customer care and explained my problem. I didn’t get any response form them, again I have called to customer care and explained, again they have asked me to wait for 24 hours. But still I was unable to use the 3G service. Almost I have called them 5 times in 5 days, each and every time, they are starting form the beginning and they are not yet all tracking the previous request status and they are not bothering about the customer problems even they are charging for customer care calls.
        So please take necessary actions on customer care to act promptly on customer complaints, let them have better tracking systems on customer complaints. They should resolve the customer problem with a single complaint and they should update the status of the complaint to the customer within 24 hours. If customer calls the customer care on same issue, then customer care employee has to track the previous request instead of asking the details to raise the new request. Thanks in advance.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I M.K. Bhattacharya, holding prepaid connction of a number [protected] from the last eight years. I've faced lot of problems, but from the last three months requested to many time to the customer care executive towards deactivate of IDEA VAS /MUSIC Station, but till date not deactived, instead lost of approx. Rs.200/- in the meatime. Request to deactivate the same immediately.

        I was recharge 16.03.2012 to 98 Rupees for internet connection.This is one month package. i am daily using internet by my mobile . But 28.03.2012 from this day, when i entering the internet they are taken the charges for internet connection.I[censored] take over all also, it is not completed 30 days. Then how they will taken the charges for internet connection.
        I called customer care on 28.03.2012 for 3 Times to ask why they are deduct from my main balance, when i am entered the internet. They are not given proper answer for me. Again when i called for 4th time customer care line did not connecting.after it happened, I tried too many times call to customer care, it was not connecting.

        Please give me correct response...

          They told at the time of sale : you get speed of 240 kbps
          You get after purchase : max. 40 kbps in night at about 11 o'clock and in day time it is in between 10 to 15 kbps.
          Your billing cycle is 23 to 22 of each month but they terminate your services any time before this and never check that he is paid or not.
          so if any one want to get an idea net setter call me on my alternate number[protected] and get it in half price in which they offer it to you.

            I am using Idea Net Setter from last one year. And during that period I got tremendous speed of 0 kbps to 15 kbps, during the surfing. Such decent speed is never provided by any company, nor does anyone want to leave his work pending on this incredible speed. My postpaid connection number [protected] is billed on 23rd of every month and I used to pay on 1st to 6th of every month.
            My service is interrupted on 15th of March and after several call and mails I was advised to visit one of his service centers with my laptop and Net Setter, I am follow his versions and visited there and got surprised to know that my services are interrupted due to nonpayment, on enquiry it was reveal that in March my payment is deposited on 4th of March and only there logins are there in my account and last login on 13th of march, and his tongue is cut in between his teeth when he see the payment is done on 4th March.
            He advised me to pay the sum and reactivate my account but he is not sure that why my account is suspended on 15th of March when the neither bill is generated nor any balance is due till that date.
            It’s my free of cost advice that do not use idea because only they told “what an idea sir” but thy done “See what an idea through which we cheat you”

              i have buying idea net setter 2g in last three days company says speed is very good and faster then other n/w but actual the speed was very slow, ....what the F..k idea it is.......i recomand to all my friends never buy idea net setter.........and i want to disconnect the idea service but my unbilled amount shows above 1000 rs.for three day usage but i have unlimitted plan 500 rs.and company says you pay the bill and then your connection will disconnected..how it is possible man.......i am stuck.

                I called up 198 for complaint, the cse was so harsh and rude , very imcompetant after taking all my details , he asked me to call12345….
                I did called 12345 they asked me to call 198. no one is really willing to help or to check if there was any system error.

                  My self, JAI BHAGWAN is an employee of Honda Motorcycle&Scooter Pvt ltd. Manesar-Gurgaon. I have got a new connection under CUG scheme from IDEA
                  With mobile No. [protected] & [protected] .
                  But on receiving my latest bill I have seen that charges are made on the calls which are made within group , that has to be free of cost as per CUG plan. and i have paid my first bill dated of 01.04.2011.

                  Again in next bill the same is repeated with extra charges of sms


                  I have complained to customer care 8-9 times for the reversal of charges but they have taken no action against it. so please solve my problam.

                      As i am sure that I got a call from idea cellular and i am also using the idea number [protected], I recharged with 49 Rs. in which the call told that you will get full talktime. I got the call on friday evening at 15/04/2011. So, i did not get the full talktime and now i called 4 times in customer care i talked with payal shah, palak, bhavik and tabrez ansari, all they are not ready to give me the right information and also they were not ready to take my request or complain. Now the all representatives are telling that you did not get a cal from company and you are not elligible for this 49/- scheme. So, where is my balance or from whom i can get back my 49 Rs. Please guide me because the IDEA people not even ready to give refund or any normal talktime for that recharge. My question is where is my 49/- from to whom i can get it back?

                        I am use your mob connection but your service is low, how many time complaint in your service centre. but presently, I am use your connection other place, there are no your billing centre. but my bill is Rs 260.34 for the month of Mar 2011. If you thought this bill is above averse to pay for urgent I am helpless then I could not use your connection. Because I use connection from Feb 2010 if you don`t thought your consumer. I want disconnection your connection if you don`t wait my bill for one month. why not, I use other connection that is your mistake that no billing centre at near location where we present.                           1)DT Activation with amount deduction of 45 rs

                          This is to inform you that I had port my MTNL Number -[protected] to IDEA.

                          I had received a call from Mr. Rawat -[protected] From “Smartshore Infoservices Pvt. Ltd., C-8, Sector-7, Noida-201301 Email: [protected]@smartshore.us Ph no[protected], Fax:[protected], Mobile -[protected], [protected], [protected]”.

                          I was having prepaid connection in MTNL with 30 Paisa Local plan valid for 6 months.Mr. Rawat offered me for prepaid with 30 P. Local and 0.40 Paisa STD plan for lifetime.

                          Person came from Smartshore on 12.07.2013 and took documents & Rs.100. My number was ported on 19.07.2013 today morning.

                          Mr. Rawat recharged my account for Rs.111 to activate scheme.
                          I received a message from IDEA “MRP: Rs 111 credited balance Rs. 111 Final Balance Rs. 111 Expiry Date 13/04/2016 PRP: PRP_FR111 expiry 19/08/2013”

                          I called Mr. Rawat and was told that the scheme for 30 Paisa Local and 40 Paisa STD is valid lifetime, then I called up and talked with Mr.Taral[protected] and he informed me that the plan is valid for only 1 month. And now Mr. Rawat is not picking up my phone.

                          If I would had known this before I had never ported.

                          I felt like I was cheated.

                            The customer services from Idea have been terribly disappointed to say the least and now on top of that I am not being allowed to port out to a new cellular network. I have used Idea for the last 4 years and all through the course the quality and services have just declined. Now, I wanted to activate blackberry services and Idea does not provide them on pre-paid connections and neither are they letting me out.

                              I was using the idea net setter as i went for the retailer to get activated the plan for 2nd month i paid him 300 rs and he rcharged with 299 but the plan can not be activated as he told me that plan is changed to 298 now so i have to pay again 300 rs to him wat should i do now.

                              Idea mobile services — repetitive calls/ unnecessary messages

                              I have recd several default calls from idea mobile services, in the time cosntraint life we look for the product as comfort, this unnecessary disturbance is distracting my life badly
                              For past few months i am recieving an open messages for seting dial tone music services and which I deleted but after 24hr. of these messages they automatically deduct our Rs.30. That too without prior information and without any approval.

                              Iam very dissatisfied with your such services and disappointed by such deduction from our account.
                              Too bad that you are into harrassing your customers by such activities.

                              When we want to talk to your customer executives there only answer is Mam We can't help you out as it is registered.

                              This is very disgusting that you have no answer of deducting our money. I had to change from idea number.

                              Idea Mobile Services — cheating money on unsubscribe caller tunes & service messages

                              sir,
                              I recharged my idea cell no.[protected] last week with Rs.50/- & i just made a local cal for few seconds only.after that i noticed that my account balance is drained & also a message was there frm service provider that your dialer tone is renewed for 90days which i have not subscribed for.then on 02/03/2011 i again recharged for Rs.50/- this time also i just made one cal for few seconds & now also i see that my account balance is drained to zero& a message was ther that my dialer tone is rnewed @ Rs.26/- for 26days which i didn't ask for.i tried to complaint this to customercare but executives are not attending my cal. i tried to cal the no given by service provider56765 to deactivate dialer tone,but it is shown that it is an invalid no.
                              idea service provider have cheated me twice by charging on dialer tones & service messages without my request.i request for necessary action in this matter.& i need refund of my money frm serviceprovider,otherwise i have to change the service provider..........................

                                Hi,
                                Im sathish kumar I got ported from VODAFONE network to IDEA network. I
                                thought of trying idea 5 rupees daily internet offer, but the service
                                was so pathetic, horrible to use and even my PC and Mobile got hanged
                                up due to very poor service. When i raised a complaint the customer
                                care executives(Mr. Hari) serving lame service and they transferred the
                                call to senior officers(Mr.Mukesh). I think they are from village the
                                customer care executives speaks English much fluent then the senior
                                officers. After that I requested for deactivation to Mr. Hari (CSR) he
                                assist me to send some message but still never worked and they kept
                                taking my money daily. Once when I asked for the compensation, after
                                explaining the history to many people Mr. Mukesh the Senior officer
                                assured me that he had taken it as complaint and ll get it within 24
                                hrs, but 2 days later I came to know that he provided fake info to me.
                                Again I raised a complaint and successfully it happened through a
                                female. Then one Gentle man nor a Tribe person called name S. HARISH
                                KUMAR as BACK END OFFICER. He was a person annoyed me misbehaving and
                                being very rude to me. Eg: “ Sir you want money or not sir…??!!! Like
                                an illiterate person he asked. When I tried to explain my problem he
                                PURPOSELY MADE ME ON HOLD and DISCONNECTED THE CALL MANY TIMES, after
                                again called and said their was a connection problem at his side. Poor
                                chap doesn’t even to know how to lie, while he called me from the back
                                end then how could the line gets disconnects?.
                                2.For a proof when I started recording the conversation he is fighting
                                to me to stop on very rude and by threatening me when I said I cant
                                stop recording I need it for proof he told then I am disconnecting and
                                he disconnected the line. I am surprised how come this IDEA network
                                could select a person behaving very rude or misguiding the customers.
                                Are you idea network serve good mobile network or serve any gundas or
                                serve rowdies.

                                  I activated daily gprs service plan( 50 mb on 5 rs per day basis) at 12 th april,2011 then i received a message that this service would active within 5 hrs. but i didn't get any msg of activation until 14 th april. Because i didn't get any activation plan so i opted for another plans. Than they suddenly deducted and amount of 15 rs from my account and then i sent a deactivation request on 14 th april but still they are deducing my balance ..

                                      I have activated a Rs.15 internet plan (200 MB data) on my idea sim,on the date-15/04/2011 at around 8:45 am and then after activation , I recieved a confirmation message and when I started using internet , the balance deduction starts and the worst part of it is that the customer care is also doing nothing. I want you sir to please resolve my problem as this not only a problem but there are many complaints regarding this company

                                        I am PS Kaushik, a professor in mechanical engineering branch. I am using idea net setter for last six months. I am facing a lot of problem because of their marketing representative. I purchases this instrument through one of its marketing representative Mr Rishab Kaushik at Meerut (UP). Every time i wanted to recharge it it failed. this gentle man will come and give another internet chip. he is coming on his own time during this period i have to wait for his services. for last 20 days my net setter is blocked i have gone to the idea office today also. the official there says only Mr Resab can decode this. i had taken a new connection again and recharged it with Rs 298.00. which is going waste now. Now I feel that I am handicapped bound to the wishes of a tricky person, who is selling the chips merely to get a promotion. He has nothing to do with the problems I am facing and the indirect losses this lovely organization is suffering in the form of customer dissatisfaction
