I was getting the SMS regularly from idea that If i re-Submit my applications for my idea number [protected] then I would be credited with 25rs talktime. But It never really happened. I use to get atleast 5 or 6 times daily until I submitted the application. I have even contacted the customer care several times but with vain. The customer care guys just tel that they will revert back within 1 day but no one has turned up...

I visited My Idea Care on 1st of April 2011, and complained about two issues. The first was that they were charging Re. 0.02 extra on every outgoing calls, for example if I talked to someone for 20 seconds they were charging Re. 0.22 (On any network). Another target of rude behavior from customer care executives of IDEA Cellular.
in regard to the fraudulent bills generated by IDEA Cellular.
I had intimated IDEA of terminating my services in mid of December.
For this I did the following:
1. Raised request on their online portal couple of times -- Which was closed every time.

I tried to register my complaint with www.ideacellular.com for past 2 days by logging in through "my account". But I cannot find the complaint registered at the "status" information. When I check over using the "status" enquiry, it is displayed that 'no complaints' ... !!! Here I need to get an IDEA????...

i kavita, has prepaid connection with idea from past 5 years. From past 2 months, there is a deduction of Rs 5 towards the full song, which is activated automatically by idea people, without my knowledge.

I was purchased idea Net Setter with 3G post paid service, at that time I had taken 1 GB Plan of 3G. For 1GB Plan of 3G, I went about 4 times to Idea office of Nasik road, Nasik. But Billing was done as per 10pasise /10 kb for the use of 1GB. And bill was bounces up to amount 4746 rupees.

When i got offer for INR 600 pm plan from another service provider, Idea offered me with INR 599 plan saying its the same service with unlimited usage
I have activated blackberry 599 plan last month
I have been informed that this plan is unlimited usage plan
But this month I have received bill of INR 8335 of which INR 5817 has been charged...
