Last week I recharged with value voucher Rs.25/- on my mobile for Local Idea night call (between Idea to Idea).
On coupon, it has written that free minutes to be used between 10pm to 7 am.

But whenever I call after 10PM, my call rate would be abnormal, it is not as per Idea night call rate.
It will be as per my actual call rate i.e. 1ps.



My recharge coupon details are as below :

I have recharge coupon with me.

Many times I observed that for night calling scheme from 10PM to 7 AM, if I call immediately after 10PM call rate for night call is not activated. It will activate after 5 to 10 min later than 10 PM. This is also one of the blunder from Idea cellular.

IDEA CELLULAR / PREPAID MOBILE — Deduction of money without any prior notice and Refund & stop my services : 9850520676

Since last week my mobile balance is constantly reducing by Rs.5 /- without having prior information to me.

I have not started or requested for any service from IDEA or any other company. Up till now my balance of Rs. 20 /- is deducted without having any information to me.

I have discussion with your customer care executive they have not given me any satisfactory answer. They said that this balanced is deducted for bonanza contest which I requested by sending SMS to you.

But I have not requested any such type of contest. Also I had not sent any such messages to you from my mobile. This is a very big blunder from your comapny.


My request is to look into this matter immediately and pay back Rs.20/- to me.
Also I don’t need any services from your company.

    Hi, this to bring to your notice that I Rajendra Waghmare having idea connection no[protected], is yet to receive any Idea Bills.
    I have already complained to your number and spoken to Bhavani on the sane issue. She has promised me that it will be sent in 24 hours and to your surprise here I an sending you the complain once again.

    • This for your Information
    • That I have been complaining on the sane issue for the past one year.
    • I have spoken to Tom ,Dick & Harry of your dept right from CC executive to floor managers and who not, but of no avail.
    • If a highest authority cannot solve a petty issue like this then may God save your organization.
    • I stay in own house, there is always someone in the house to receive the bills
    • My address has been verified N number of times.
    • I need the bill for reimbursement and I don’t want e-bill.
    • I will not settle the bill till I receive the bills of Feb.
    • Please ensure the prompt supply of bills from now onwards as this will be my last complain to you after wards I have to think of other options.
    • This the value that you are giving to a !2 years old user of your services.
    • All claims in this regard made by your people in this regard are false and fake like the bills already dispatched, bills returned for door was locked ,and whatever they feel right to save themselves.
    • All claims of the issue has been taken care and resolved are false.
    • A bunch of jokers are sitting in the customer care you can check the history.
    So my last request to you in this regard is please ensure that I should get the bills in my billing cycle.

      Idea — customer care not reachable

      I tried so many times but the customer care is not reacheble every time.
      iam unable to call customer care nd the speed is very slow what should i do, iam vexed viththis network what should i do please help to rectify this problem

        Hi,
        My self Gaurav K Baundra and using currently Idea service [protected] <pune> ( I am facing a network problem in my office from last one year so want to switch to vodafone service as MNP).

        I have raised a porting request thrice but every time my request has been rejected with some different reasons.

        Reasons :

        1. the first request has been rejected by saying some contractual obligation ( I am using idea barclays corporate service and want to switch to vodafone corporate service ).If I am switching with in the same corporate plan then why its contractual obligation and even my most of the friends has been switch from airtel to vodafone and vodafone to airtel with in the same corporate with out any problem.

        2. Second time they send me a sms defining exact date and time to complete my MNP request but then in middle a person came from idea to my office to take a signature on a form by asking the reason to sign he descibe that he need this sign to close ur idea service before you switch to vodafone but then later I came to know that sign was to cancel my MNP request

        3 .Third time again they raised the contractual obligation error and rejected my request.

        Please help me out as I no more want to continue with this service.

        I have applied for MNP on my prepaid number, and they rejected.. and no one in Idea is replying with the satisfactory answer..

        What a service "GET AN IDEA"..

        This is the prepaid connection.

        I applied for the MNP from Idea to BSNL Prepaid. But it was rejected by the idea. i called the customer care there is no information from them. finally i called to the nodal officer, the reason what they are saying is my number is premium number, i have to pay the premium amount. then only they will release. i took this connection long back as post paid and after few months it was converted to prepaid more than 9 to 10 months ago.

        Now they are asking me to pay the amount for the number. So, kindly help me to migrate my number to BSNL.

        IDEA/Prepaid Cellular service — MNP rejected by IDEA

        I, sandip Biranwar from Hyderabad using prepaid IDEA cellular service(Mobile No. [protected]). I wanted to opt for BSNL service through MNP. I have sent SMS on 1900 on dt:04.02.2011 and received UPC code IA256936. With this i have approached BSNL and filled up the required application form with fees Rs 30/- on dt:05.02.2011. I have received a message from 1900 stating that " Your Port in request for mobile no. [protected] has been rejected by your service provider due to legal reasons" without giving any reasons whatsoever.
        I am requesting you to take up this matter on which grounds they rejected my MNP request. Is it possible to reconsider my request for MNP by IDEA service.

        Idea Cellular — MNP Rejected - No information

        Hi,
        I have a Idea number [protected]. I have applied for Port OUT from Idan to vodafone.
        The application has been rejected by Idea twice.
        First time it was rejected, after a 1000s of calls to customer care, I got to know that it is because of CUG. And I should deactivate CUG to be eligible for porting out.
        I did deactivate CUG and applied again, the application has been once again rejected.
        I have tried to make numerous calls again to Idea customer care but they don't divulge the process I need to follow to be eligible for Port OUT.
        When I visited Idea showroom, the staff had no information on MNP. They tried to call customer care, MNP but no one gave them information.
        I want to know the 'contractual obligation' ground on which the request has been rejected and what is the process and time required to be eligible for porting out from Idea.

          I have a Legal Criminal offense notice to me that i didnt pay Rs 447.58, which i have paid and confirmed by the bank.

          Customer Care from Idea: They are point blank stating they dont know what to do. Asked me to call the Netsetter Technical team!

          Appellate Officer for Idea TN: Mr Ajith told he will call me later!

          Customer on email: NO RESPONSE!!!

          A worst telecom service provider-looks like you are trying to make your name by falsifying information. I can only laugh at this. I am from a service industry on consumer grieviance. Had lodged a complaint with consumer support of TRAI, filed a FIR with the Police.

          I have my savings account with ICICI bank who helped me confirm that all 3 payments (including the November bill Rs 447.58) was received by Idea Cellular.

          Can somebody from IDea reply to my complaint? either to sort this issue or have a legal trial?

            I had requested for number portability on my number [protected] to switch from Loop to IDEA on 27th Jan 2010 and have submitted all the required documents to the executive from IDEA who came to collect them,
            after repeated emails to your department and repeated calls, i still have no response and i am with the idea sim card but the service provider never got switched, its about to be 2 months now .
            I hope my documents are not used for wrong purposes

            I had paid my bill amount Rs536 by internet banking at the same time I have recieved the sms from idea that they have recieved Rs 536 which is updated in my account for the no. [protected], my amount is also deducted from my account but it is not reflected on my idea account, kindly please settled my amount in my idea account.
            if Idea internet has any problem regarding online bill payment it should keep its site under maintanance, why customer is hampered for this if idea management is not active they should look in to this seriosly otherwise Idea will loose its customers.

              Dear Sir,

              I have been using the BB service after the same was activated during the last month.

              Of late, for the last 10 days to be precise I have not been getting the EDGE sign on my hand set implying that there was some problem with the BB service. I reached for your Customer care on phone and then made several complaints to[protected]BB technical support service) requesting them to restore the service without any delay. On one such occasion Technical Personnel responding my call even suggested me to replace the SIM card which eventually got replaced at your showroom and got in touch with technical team once again.

              I reget that notwithstanding my efforts to wake up your technical personnel and customer care executives to restore BB service on my handset it all have proved futile and even at the time of writing this mail I am getting GSM service and not EDGE service.

              I request you to look in to this matter immediately and rectify the same without any delay under confirmation to me.

              In the meanwhile please suggest the following to your superiors and all those who matter. The following ideas will also help Abhishek Bachchan a lot to shed IDEA.

              Customer Care Centre should be rechristened as Customer Neglect Centre

              BB technical support service should be renamed as BB Unreliable Service

              Best for Idea Cellular would be to quit the BB service considering the fact that it is not your cup of tea.

              Idea Cellular customers should be advised not to use Customer Care or any related service but rather bang their head against a wall reminding themselves of the consequences of making such a call.

              Finally it the CEO who should be informed of my feelings as above immediately and possible somebody at a senior level should call me to tell me if it is possible for Idea to restore my BB service or else advise me to go for MNP.

              I look forward to your "Orchestrated" response at the earliest knowing fully well that I will never get a better service from Idea before I decide quitting your service.

                  i am prashanth toraskar. i had ported vodafone no to idea no. i had rechaged 98 rs pack for GPRS on19 feb.
                  they havent sent settings for GPRS on complainting in there office near b.v.k iyangar road.... then i went to malleswarm office on 8 march to get GPRS settings . they started GPRS on 8 mach ..
                  0n 8th nigth while downloading applcations from arnoid my balance 30 rs was deducted . then i recharged 50 rs & they again deducted 40 rs while downloading applications.





                  please help me..............i am not able to contact costamer care since they are not picking my calls .i am calling them since 15 days..they are not replying me......... they deducted balance 15 rs on calling on [protected] & 198 .

                    I have purchace an Idea high speed internet connection i.e. net setter high speed EDGE/GPRS Mobile internet wireless data speedup to 236.8kbps in the last month. But I am getting only 5 to 8 kbps internet speed. I have talk to the customer care regarding this problem, but they are unable to solve it.
                    As the speed is very low, it took lot of time to just open the site. Also cannot download big size files.
                    Please suggest what to do?
                    even i have purchased the idea net setter and am getting only upto10kbps browsing speed and avg of 3-4 kbps download speed... this is absolutely disgusting as other providers do provide speedy wireless internet...

                    i purchased idia net setter 2 days before and when i plugged in it was horrible... it is giving only 2 to 8 kb/s...and i was garuteed for more then 150 kb/s ...i have called customer care and the seller but no response truly it is a very bad idea..i am not going to purchase idea product next time...it was just full of fish...
                    hey folks do one thing that better than plug and surf devices use Airtel GPRS internet connection through your mobile by connecting PC i am using it, will cost u less than others and giving same speed and you will little bit frutration.
                    i also the same problem but i think on to say please some one give the unlock code of huewai because onother sim have best net speed ie. airtel, reliance, and his rate is also less
                    I have been using the same usb connection from Idea, and i had been getting full speed. then just today, i started to only get the 53.6 speed which you are all talking about. it seemed weird that it would just change over. i did a system restore and this very breifly put the speed back up to 236.8 kbps. but when i reset my Computer it returned to 53.6. so perhaps this was a coinsidence?

                    I purchased Idea net setter in the first week of this month. But it is frequently showing Error 619. On my request an Idea employee sent instruction to his office for its upgradation. But the problem still persists.
                    I too fedup with this stupid thing. I just geting only 40 to 50 range of kbps. what the hell to do. really killing us, maximum time seems to shows connot find page. The page connot warm up. really fedddddupppp, blooody thing. Gooooooooooooooooosss
                    I got this piece and fount utter waste of money. Neither the speed is up to the mark nor is the connectivity. the download speed on avg is ony 5-6 kbps. The connections gets drops automatically and I have lost several downloading documents and have to re down load again.

                    please dont purchase idea netsetter, the speed did not match expecatation..better go for wired broadband ...say bsnl,

                    i have brought netsetter last week but the speed consistenly low and idea service is not good - i m disaapointed.

                    this 10-15 kbps speed is only useful for light weight sites

                    Guys, dont go for Idea Netsetter. I was told that I will get an average download speed of 20-30 kb/s (a realistic and believable one), but I am only getting 2-5 kb/s. lot of sites (like wiki) does not open at all. Reliance is better, atleast it gives download speed of 10-15 kb/s

                    All issues that u ppl are talking of are a story from the past! things are now much better. I had the same problem some 3 months back, but now everything is alright! the performance of Idea Net Setter is much better now.
                    Please remember guys... first of all, Net Setter and other USB internet devices are by no means comparable to broadband. so kindly get rid o[censored]seless and unfair expectations.

                    Secondly, USP of such products is not speed, but mobility! so first, please be sure of what exactly do you want!

                    Idea Net Setter — complete incompetence , denial of service, lying and stalling tactics

                    I write this out of concern for any customer that might want to register for the Idea net setter scheme. I registered on the dec 12, 2008 and am still am not able to access the internet. Service both by the chinchwad department and the technical team has been dreadful.
                    I purchased an Idea Net Setter 3 days ago, as per the company personnel it will have the downloading speed of minimum 30KBps. but it never goes more then 11.2KBps. The connection is really very slow Service both by the Idea Net Setter and the technical team has been dreadful. Its performance is worst then any data card.
                    All The Net Users,
                    I m Also Use IDEA MODEM,
                    All about the problem or idea network problem, The modem is Enabled with EDGE for fast net Access but More of Idea network Has not Enabled For EDGE Technology So all of you getting speed very slow as 45 to 55 Kbps,
                    If your network is enabled for GPRS With EDGE you connect at 232 Kbps But not really getting it speed but speed about 115 Kbps.
                    If you wants to check your network Is Enabled For EDGE check on idea Netstter Windows in left side corner it shows a network streanth, If It shows a IDEA GPRS - It means your net work is not enabled for EDGE you get speed only at 53 K bps,
                    IF it shows a IDEA EDGE you get more speed upto 232 kbps depends your server, ,
                    Use a Mozilla Firefox and hack with piping connetion you will get more speed ...
                    generated with only ideas like 236kbps but in reality it is without any idea. a bakwas product

                    The speed of Idea Netsetter is 236.8 kbps in EDGE network and 53.6 - 85.6 kbps in GPRS network. Currently EDGE network is available is select cities only in India. Your city may not be one of them. So kindly wait till the EDGE service comes to you city. Untill then you will experience the speed of 53.6 kbps only.
                    Hey guys for getting good speed with idea netsetter (for unlimited plans only) you need to first start a download of say 40 mb ...or anything and then surf the websites...this would give you a constant browsing speeds say 15 KBPS (not 15 Kbps) upto 20 KBPS.I prefer to use Bitcomet for my downloading applications and works well with idea net setter.I have even downloaded a movie of 700 mb in just 10 hours through torrents.You are connected wih idea node at 236.8 Kbps so max speed u can attain is of 30 KBPS but sometimes i get 35 KBPS also.

                    Actually you can insert other sim into the net setter and avail better plans. Reliance has launched new GSM. IN the net setter application you can change the options to other networks and access points. Reliance has monthly unlimited for 250 rs.

                    Extremely bad IDEA! I purchased this thing last month. I took unlimited plan (in MP). The speed was exactly what I was looking for and compared to Airtel's Broadband 256 unlimited (I use it too). Aftter a few days when the download crossed 150MB mark, the speed just dropped and now I get only 0.02KBps which is utterly IT "Stone-Age". I feel ashamed to use it and feel that I was just ripped off. There is no support, no Tel. numbers to call, and the netsetter web site just displays our Sirji with the datacard. Absolutely worst after sales I have ever seen.

                    The speeds are pathetic and medieval. Do not purchase this product.. a VERY BAD IDEA SIRJI.

                    I have been using Net Setter for my regular use - the speed is good. I get around 120-160kbps (or 15KB/s - 20KB/s) - sometimes even 200kbps. It depends on network factors, signal strength, etc i suppose. But - sometimes(rarely) even I have got speeds as low 20kbps

I will recommend over airtel, hutch. but will not recommend i[censored] want movies download from its 10 kpbs download speed. And remember use it any time day or night except 6 - 9 PM.

                        This is OMKAR MURTHY J from Hyderabad.

                        I am an existing IDEA customer " +91 [protected]".
                        My Complaint is that i want to switch over to BSNL.
                        I had received a message on -02-2011 stating " Your Unique Porting ID is .......... and the expiry date is .............".

                        My request was successfully registered on the same day.

                        After two days that is ........., I had received a message from 1901 stating that "your port in request for mobile number +91 +91 [protected] has been REJECTED by your service provider due to LEGAL REASONS.

                        I have contacted the customer care representatives (had to wait a lot to speak to an executive directly) to find out what the legal reason is and they that we are forwarding your call to our senior executive and then the call gets disconnected.

                        I even called up BSNL customer care , where i was informed by them that they were happy for having chosen Idea and said that IDEA had rejected my application.

                        Well i did get a call from IDEA customer care every time. i did tell them that i'm no more interested in IDEA(due to a number of reasons) & have decided to switch over to BSNL.

                        Now i have a few doubts,

                        Firstly will this transfer happen ? if not, then will my number be still active?

                        i do not mind getting a new simcard, but i would be happy if i can retain the same number.

                        Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Because IDEA has reject my number portbility appilication without any reason. so plz help me

                          Its Rajesh.V from Chennai. I have opted for Mobile portbility (Migration) from Vodafone to Idea and I have submited my papers/documents on 23.2.2011 in Idea Office in K.K. Nagar(Blue June Agencies) and till today its not yet activated nor migrated from Vodafone to Idea....where as Vodafone says your request was fullfilled on there part... where as Idea does not activates nor there is no proper response to it...

                          So call backed the Idea customer Services - they simply said we have not received the proof (Driving Licence) till now...So went back to the Idea office in K.K.Nagar, but they said it sent from there end, but later found that they have sent the proof by 10.3.2011 only... and the local Idea office sent the request on 7.3.2011 only... now they say it will take another 7 to 10 days to complete the migration process...worst services...that I have ever received from any other mobile network services provider. Idea does not have any ideas when will the mirgation will complete.... Idea you should feel shame on your self - since as you have mentioned on your advertisment that you will complete the migration with in 7 days.... but till today 9.2.2011 you have not full filled your commitment.... worst service....people be aware of this ......

                            I have been using Idea Prepaid No. [protected] since past 1 yr. A month back I got call from Idea([protected] & [protected]) suggesting me to get Idea Postpaid. I had already experienced a few bad customer service incidents with my Prepaid connection(Been misguided about plan for ISD calls, Got Idea Music Station renewed though I had never activated it in the first place and the Customer Service personnel were clueless, etc.), so agreed to try Idea Postpaid where they claimed I will get better customer service. I applied for the Postpaid connection via Customer Application Form with Serial No. 9323150 and furnished prescribed document and amount of money on 9th Feb 2011. I was given a Postpaid Kit with 20 Digit SIM No. as[protected]. Due to the negligence and careless attitude of the customer service personnel I was forced to write an email at ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com on 20th Feb in reply to which I got an email from Parul kalra(Customer Service Desk)on 22nd Feb requesting me to send scanned copy of Customer Applicaton Form and other information. I replied back accordingly but was taken aback when I got the reply on 25th Febfrom Gaurav Sharma (Customer Service Desk)again asking for the same details which I had already provided to them. Seeing this I sent an email to the nodal officer at grievance.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com on 26th Feb to which I got a reply back from Nodal Officer Desk on 28th Feb asking me for the 20 digit SIM no.(which I had already provided to them). I again sent an email to them on 1st March along with the SIM no. I got call on 3rd March from Idea saying that I will have to visit Idea store to get my problem resolved. Since I was preoccupied with work I was able to visit the Idea Store located in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi on 7th March 2011. The customer service personnel over there gave me complaint no.[protected] and said my problem will be resolved soon. Within half an hour I got call from Neetu Kashyap requesting me to send across scanned copy of the document I had submitted as Identity/residence proof and existing Prepaid SIM at ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com which I did promptly. On 8th March morning my verification was done at my residence and I was informed that my Postpaid no will get activated in midnight. Today on 9th March also I got a call from Idea asking me to send the scanned copy of my documentary proof at [protected]@gmail.com. The person said that he will give me another Idea SIM which will get activated. Now as I write this horrible ordeal with IDEA, my Postpaid no. stil remains unregistered and inactive and I feel like congratulating the cellular company for coming out with such a beautiful IDEA of harassing the customers. Indeed what an Idea.
                            I had applied for migration of my Idea Prepaid No. [protected] to Postpaid on 9th Feb 2011 but this has not been done till now as I write this email. I am also forwarding the whole incident which I narrated in my previous email that I wrote yesterday. Even my Prepaid no. has been deactivated and showing as unregistered since 8 PM on 9th March 2011(yesterday).
                            Yesterday morning I had got a call from Idea customer service personnel with contact no. [protected] who said that he will be coming to give another SIM which will then get activated shortly. He requested me to meet him near some Metro Station for the same. I agreed to meet him at 5 PM near AIIMS Metro Station as he had said that he will be coming from Central Secretariat Metro Station side and I had to go towards South Ex for some important work. At 5:10 PM I called him from INA Metro Station but he said he will reach there in 10 minutes. I kept on waiting for him till 5:48 PM and kept on calling him again n again but his 10 minutes never seemed to end. Ultimately I left for South Ex after informing him. Then I got his call telling me to come to INA. I requested him to come to South Ex as it was impossible for me to go back due to my important work which he did not agree and instead misbehaved.
                            Today I went to Idea store at Malviya Nagar where they gave me a Postpaid Sim with 20 digit no.[protected] and told that it will get activated by 3:30 PM. But even now as I write this mail at 4:40 PM it is unregistered and inactive and don't know till when it will be so, hence writing this email.

                            Requesting you to get my Postpaid No. [protected] activated and also please take care that my billing starts only when the SIM is with me and activated.

                              Dear Idea Customer Care,

                              1. I have an idea pre paid connection since Mar[protected].

                              2. In Dec 2010, I was messaged that I am required to submit my forms again. I personally went to your outlet at Law College Road, Pune to enquire what the problem was after using the service for6 years.All that they could tell was that the forms have been asked for again due to an audit requirement.

                              3. However, I made fresh forms and again personally submitted them (after the Idea personnel checked the same) at the outlet at Law CollegeRoad Pune in Jan 2011.

                              4. On 02 Mar 2011, I got an SMS stating that my forms were required to be submitted again.

                              5. On 05 Mar 2011, my connection was put on hold.

                              6. I again visited the Idea office at Law College Road. They now informed that my signatures on the PHOTO did not match !!!!

                              7. I have the following to submit :-

                              (a) I am a RETIRED ARMY OFFICER (Senior Citizen)

                              (b) While signing across the photograph, the pen could have slipped and hence the distortion in the signatures.

                              (c) I submitted the forms of another connection (which are also in my name) the same day (Jan 2011).

                              (d) The forms and the signatures on the photographs of the other form could be crossed matched - mob nos[protected]

                              (e) My pan card and driving liecence copies are also attached with the application. Both these documents have my photographs and signatures. My forms submitted also have my signatures. The issue of the signature ACROSS the photograph not tallying is not understood.

                              8. I sincerely request that the validation of my number be done as a special case and undue hardship to me be mitigated.

                              9. . Looking forward for the excellent services from IDEA - the services that I got all these years.

                              10. Please confirm ALL CLEAR.

                                  Kindly Ref my Mobile Connection With Idea Cellular Ltd No [protected] wherein I was Asked to deposit Rs 3000/- against security Deposit for Making ISD calls in 2007. In 2009 when I converted the said No as prepaid from postpaid I requested the company to refund my security Deposit and to this I made Many communication with the company on the same subject but till date neither my money has been refunded nor they have intimated any reason for non refund of the same. Request kindly intervene in the matter and direct the company to refund my security deposit with interest.

                                  Idea Cellular Ltd. — Refund of security amount

                                  I have a mobile n. [protected] it was a corporate postpaid connection & Rs.300/- was deposited by me as security amount at the time of new connectiion. I have converted this plan from postpaid to prepaid on dated 09.07.2011 and cleared all due bills. This time executive told me that you will get your security amount within 45 days from today.

                                  But till date 65-66 days already passed bu till date I have not received my amount. and I already done email to "customer care" in this regards but there is no positive result.

                                  Requesting to you pls. do the needful & resolve this matter.

                                      I am user of IDEA modem for wireless internet. I took this modem from their dealer Millenium Communication sector 8 Rohini, about two months back. ( modem no. [protected])

                                      I was charged Rs.3000 in cash by the dealer in cash including one month usage time stating that this was the company rate and that company does not accept payment by any other means except cash. In spite of demanding, no receipt was given.

                                      Next month gain I paid tothem Rs. 600 in cash but no receipt.

                                      Now the most fishy part. I again paid Rs. 600 by cash on 28 Feb 2011 for one month usage for the month of March 2011. On 3rd March I started getting an error message of network non registration. The dealer to;d me that the chip has gone defective and that you have to pay Rs. 400 for new chip and also Rs. 300 for usage. On my protest, I was told that I can complain but it will take about 2 months for issue to resolve ahd till then modem will not work.I paid Rs. 700 by cash and again no receipt.

                                      It is clear that IDEA in nexus with its intermediaries is looting users or its own bad service and quality. The modus of cash payment seems to hide their corrupt deeds. I have not got any sms/email = for Rs. 700 payment and it appears that same modem no. has been made active[ - SO WHAT FOR CASH RS. 700 HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM ME WITHOUT ANY RECEIPT - WELL COMPANY SEEMS TO BE IN IT WITH INTERMEDAIRY TO SHARE SUCH LOOT.

                                      I REQUEST MY COMPLAINT TO BE ATTENDED AND MATTER LOOKED IMMEDIATELY BY TRAI AND CVC.

                                        Sir, I am a customer of idea cellular mobile phones. I have three mobile nos on my name , [protected],[protected],[protected] with the company. On 17th Jan.2011 I called on the customer care and requested for mailing my bill to my email id. They said it will be done in two days but they failed to do so. Again I recently called them for the same, they said that my email id was wrongly taken and hence corrected and the bills will be despatched in two hours. Again they failed to attend to my needs. The company's customer service is very bad and needs redressal to my problem immediately.
