Dear Sir / Madam,
This is OMKAR MURTHY J from Hyderabad.
I am an existing IDEA customer " +91 [protected]".
My Complaint is that i want to switch over to BSNL.
I had received a message on -02-2011 stating " Your Unique Porting ID is .......... and the expiry date is .............".
My request was successfully registered on the same day.
After two days that is ........., I had received a message from 1901 stating that "your port in request for mobile number +91 +91 [protected] has been REJECTED by your service provider due to LEGAL REASONS.
I have contacted the customer care representatives (had to wait a lot to speak to an executive directly) to find out what the legal reason is and they that we are forwarding your call to our senior executive and then the call gets disconnected.
I even called up BSNL customer care , where i was informed by them that they were happy for having chosen Idea and said that IDEA had rejected my application.
Well i did get a call from IDEA customer care every time. i did tell them that i'm no more interested in IDEA(due to a number of reasons) & have decided to switch over to BSNL.
Now i have a few doubts,
Firstly will this transfer happen ? if not, then will my number be still active?
i do not mind getting a new simcard, but i would be happy if i can retain the same number.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Because IDEA has reject my number portbility appilication without any reason. so plz help me

Since last week my mobile balance is constantly reducing by Rs.5 /- without having prior information to me.
I have not started or requested for any service from IDEA or any other company. Up till now my balance of Rs. 20 /- is deducted without having any information to me.
I have discussion with your customer care executive they have not given me any satisfactory answer. They said that this balanced is deducted for bonanza contest which I requested by sending SMS to you.
But I have not requested any such type of contest. Also I had not sent any such messages to you from my mobile. This is a very big blunder from your comapny.
My request is to look into this matter immediately and pay back Rs.20/- to me.
Also I don’t need any services from your company.
