The Idea Net Setter is not working still when i took it around 19/01/2011 and till time is not working when i have requested to return the card and refund back my money they are receiving any call from me and telling me go to consumer court you cant do anything . from 3 week i am wasting my valuable time before them. my mobile number is [protected] i am a idea user ,i wanted to switch to airtel which is a better network,i have followed i a steps in mobile portability, mentioned by telecom guidelines but to see that idea is involved in unethical business practices to stop customer from switch by rejecting application and creating duplicate cap and port number, after trying to reach the customer care 4 times i got to speak to one of the representatives...

We residents of D- Block, House no. 121 Vikas Puri, near Aggarwal Sweets , N.Delhi 110018, would like to file a complaint against an illegal mobile tower of Idea cellular in our building.
The tower was installed without any permission from residents & it is effecting health of our children & seniors near by & in the building itself .
