Hi,
I am using Idea prepaid connection from last 3 months. During this period, i have submitted the necessary documents THREE TIMES at idea center. Also, those document had been verified at the time of collecting and i was informed that documents are ok.
Now, SMS from idea started receiving on my cell from last three days, saying, "You were not contactable, So your number verification is negative. Re-submit your documents for uninterrupted service". The services for my number has been stopped now.
I always keep my mobile is ON and if due to network problem, i couldn't be contactable, then I dont think its my problem. The Idea should increase its network. I also called to call center, I just got the reply that "Sir, you need to resubmit the documents". I think, that answer was not of any use for me. I observed during this period that, in Idea, No one is taking responsibility for anything. Everyone is just passing on the customer to another person.
If anyone is looking for this complaint then please do some action against this type of system.

Idea — Abusive language over the phone
I am getting phone calls from the numbers [protected] and [protected] and owner is using abusive language. Block these numbers or give me the owner details.
