I am getting your services for last 3 yrs..My mobile no is [protected](Prepaid customer)...I had incorrect deduction of charges on 9/4/10...for cricket updates without my consent...I went to your idea center for deactivation of cricket updates & reversal of charges. On 10th of april i got message for deactivation & reversal of charges from you...But it was not done & still i am getting cricket updates & are still deducting incorrect charges...if all the charges not reversesd, I have to think for other mobile service providers..

Idea — Extra Charges Deducted

Sir,
I have been using an NCR Idea no for past few months.
I stay in Apeejay College hostel.
Earlier the ncr network was not strong over here but now "Apeejay College" tower comes under Ncr network.
When I select home network through manual settings on my phone, I am being charged on basis of roaming tarriffs.
When I had spoke to customer care executive they say sorry for inconvinience but we cant refund you your balance.
Now they are also charging for customer care also, which was not so earlier.
According to them they are charging it because I am at roaming(which is not) and a point is to be noted that it was not so arlier

Aur aapse anurodh karta hu ki mera jo galat ball. detuct hua hai, mujhe wapas kiya jaye aur aage se mera ball. bina meri jankari ke na kata jaye.

agar mera worng ball. jo detuct huva hai nahi lautaya jata hai to mujhe majburan Consumor Form ki help leni padegi.

The idea people are really clever now these days ,I think Aditya birla don't pay to their employees that's why they are doing fraud.
here i am going to explain a interesting story
The call came from idea that your number is in the winning list and now you can browse,download internet on mobile as well as on pc through GPRS free of cost ,i never told them to activate the gprs but they did and after one day they are deducting 20 rupees from my balance ,what the hell is this ...so i called customer care on [protected] ,he said that sorry sir you have given a wrong information i can't give your balance ....so i said ok please stop my service ...so he said ok i forwarded your request to stop this service....your GPRS will stop in 24 hours ....i waited but again on other day after 24 hours 20 rupees deducted from my balance so i again called the customer care .....he said ok sir just wait i am checking ...so he put me on hold and after waiting for long time on hold he disconnected me .....now i am not able to call customer care ...every time it says that "our customer executives are busy in attending other calls"

now what i can do ..i am in great trauma ...they are taking my 20 rupees daily as i am a student and living on my own expenses .......Aditya birla beekh maang le is se badiya to logo ko chutiya banane se pehle ..............ye hai "EK IDEA JO BADAL DE AAPKI DUNIYA "

I am Dayashankar and my wife Sita's Idea prepaid number is [protected]. I observed that now a days the DAILY PACK SERVICE is activated which I never required due to which more amount is deducted. I don’t want any such service. I requested to deactivate this service so many time to customer care. But I am received only their computerized / fixed answer. Now I observed that Idea is not a reputed concern.

So you are requested to kindly stop the present unwanted service immediately within few minutes. Otherwise i am going to change your connection.

I, Jayanta Ghosh one of the subscriber([protected]) of Idea since March 2010, want to draw your kind attention regarding deduction of Balance from my account after repeated intimation to Customer Care since 14 december 2010. Earlier I have activated the service on November 2010, but later on November itself i have deactivated the service. But after some days I saw the service has again activated automatically without prior notification by SMS. After seeing all this I haven't recharge any amount in my a/c, but on 13th december 2010 i have recharged Rs 35/-. Again from, 14th december onwards the GPRS service of Rs 5/- is duducting from my a/c daily even after repeated intimation or complain to your Customer Care from that day onwards. But on 16th i have talked with your Senior Customer Care executive regarding this matter & he told me I would get all my balance refund from 14th onwards which has been deducted from 14th onwards & my GPRS service will be deactivated by 6 pm on 16th december itself. Instead of deactivating the service you have deducted Rs 10/- today itself. That mean you still haven't deactivate the service.

So it is my earnest request to check what fault has occurred in the system. So please kindly look into matter so that the service will immediately deactivate from now onwards & all the amounts which has been deducted from my balance would be reimbursed back to my balance. I will be highly obliged if you could take any necessary action against this.

I want to your notice that on 6th jan i have done the recharge of Rs. 150 in which i got 136 talktime but suddenly on 8th jan i saw that my balance is 0.27 paise. I have not given any call & even don't know how my talktime get deducted.

Kindly take this matter on urgent basis & give the details about the deductions & the amounts which has been deducted from my balance would be reimbursed back to my balance. I will be highly obliged if you could take any necessary action against this.

Prakash Brothers, Shop No. 45 Avtar complex, Near Ambaji Apna Bazar, gorakhpur, Jabalpur on dated 15/11/10 I have copy of written application which is received by firm and continuously talk to customer care they also told me your activation has been closed but unfortunately deduct money every month. Idea — deduction of money every day rs5 /- from 16th of december 2010

sir my number is [protected]. there is a daily deduction of my balance rs.5/-per day. since 16th of december 2010 to till now . i complained to customer care several time that is uncountable . with in a month i lost lumpsum 150 rupees form 16 dec. 2010 to jan.till now . i want to stopped my daily deduction . i am in big trouble i don't want to change my number . so, please help me. customer executive said me the rubbish excuses i am not satiesfy with them. wating for your reply.

Dear Sir,

I was a Reliance GSM customer earlier, and do to not being satisfied with their services, I decided to Port out of Reliance and move to Idea Cellular Ltd.

I had submitted all the documents while completing the formalities to Idea. But I was surprised to receive the Bill in my personal name, whereas I had submitted the documents of the Company to which, my earlier phone was registered.

I had requested in the customer care of Idea to change the bill in the name of my COMPANY some two months back. Till now they have not rectified my complaint. Now I receive calls from Idea for payment of my bill.

I am ready to pay the bill provided they rectify my details as requested earlier. I have been a regular consumer of Reliance and all my bills have been paid on or before due date.

I had made a complaint earlier also (My complaint no.[protected]. For the same. I a unable to understand why the same has not been attended till now. Neither Idea nor TRAI has been able to solve my problem.

If such is the status of the consumer’s complaint. I think Idea and TRAI should shut down their website for accepting complaints.

My problem is not big as it is being made off. I just want that my bill should be changed to my company’s name instead of my name. I am prepared to do all the formalities all over again.

I'm sampath kumara, I use Idea prepaid card Service and they deduct my balace in my account every week when ever i call to customer care they will not take care of anything and i am using simple set, they are telling you activated game box etc, i told them to deactivate GPRS so many times and i did not get any solution and they told to delete game box from internet . i used my sim with my friend mobile to deactivate game box, it shows gprs not subscribed. please give me the solution, i am using [protected].

Idea — Amount getting deducted every month Rs 50 for GPRS which have not been subscribed

Hi Team,

This is to inform you that there is a deduction happeneing every month of Rs50 for GPRS (mobile number [protected]) which I havent subscribed at all, also not availed the serives for that and the issue has been raised to Idea outlet from January and still it has not been solved. Even though it has been adressed in the past months the reply from them is the money will be transfered but yet it is not done in any of the months and deduction has happened for Rs 250 till date.

We request you to take some action on this and help me in getting the money transferred.

Idea — gprs recharge not done but amount taken

i did a recharge while i was in roaming but that recharge are not yet available to me the recharge was of 210 internet pack and customer care is also not answering to my query they are saying that i have not done such kind of recharge please help me out with this one.

I am Prepaid customer of IDEA since last few years. My Mobile no. is[protected]. There was a scheme from Idea to recharge with 39 and get I2I 10ps. for 60 days which I had activated round about on 29 or 30th March, 20 days ago.

But today suddenly the scheme was deactivated without any reason or notification. I have already complained to the customer care many times but no positive response.

They replied that the scheme was of 21 days. What a FRAUD, CHEATER & BETRAYED company.

They just gave scheme for attraction but there service reputation is very down. Now I felt that the ad. of TATA DOCOMO is absolutely correct.

I realised that VODAFONE and AIRTEL is mush BETTER, FAITHFUL and TRUSTED company compared to this one.
I am regular user of 3G dongle provided by IDEA since few months. I had recharged with Rs. 399 2G Top-up on 28 April 2012 after the end of my account on 25 April 2012. A massage came from IDEA "Hi Rs.399.0 has been successfully deducted and Your Rs.399.0 GPRS plan is Active.For Deactivation dial *800*25#
Time: 4/28/2012 9:35:50 PM". After recharge my internet speed becomes very slow, as I attach the statistics of the same plz find it. I had already complaint regarding the same on IDEA portal as well as to the local IDEA customer care, they assure me to resolve my problem by 8 May 2012 with a SR No.1-[protected]. Though it is a very long time taken to resolve my problem (at least 10 days). I cannot use the proper internet speed which I had already paid for. So please refund my money back, unless and untill you resolve the proper internet speed, as it becomes delay and unnecessary time taken from your side and worthless to use the internet just for 20 days of Rs. 399. I cannot bear a loss of 10 days. Either you resolve my problem by today or give me extra 10 days as per your commitment of 8 April or Refund my money back and take your sufficient time to resolve it, then after I recharge the Top-up again.

Please come into conclusion as early as possible.

Suddenly balance amount of Rs150+ as on 27/01/2013 was deducted from my account,
I call at your idea center, they gave reason that it has been deducted due to internet usage.
But I don’t think the information is reasonable and logical. though i had recharged my mobile with internet balance of rs 13. Even if i had used internet facility in excess of net package, deduction of rs 150+ seems illogical and unreasonable.

If i dont get any response or any appropriate justicd, then i should think about the new other services...

        Dear All,

        I am very disappointed with the support & services idea cellular is providing in MP. Recently I was transfered from Mumbai to Bhopal, I took the postpaid connection (Corporate 199 plan) which has CUG calling free within the group. The corporate sales person was very nice, however the real problem started once i signed the documents.

        The connection was activated after 5 days, and after a week my connection was barred without informing me, the reason sited (Once I called the customer care) was "Verification failure". I was told to reach out to the Idea office for any further assistance and my complaint was not registered. I spoke to the sales person from whom I had taken the connection and I was assured that it will be resolved by the end of the day. My point over here is, how can one activate a connection (which took 5 days) without completing the process & formalities? Also, how can one barr a number after 7 days of actiavtion siting this reason as verification failure once the number was activated?

        My services were restored however by the end of the day. The real pain starts now, my first bill was generated (Rs. 120, on pro-rata basis) and i had paid Rs 500 (I always make the payment in round figures). I was pretty satisfied with the services, after almost 20 days i was informed by my business partners that my connection was not working when they tried reaching me, i discovered that one fine day Idea had barred my number again! When i called the call centre i was told that it was due to verification failure (After almost 25 operational days, 1st bill generated & paid) which i fail to understand how is it possible. I had to contact the sales person who was not reachable at the moment, it's almost 24 hrs and my services have not been restored!

        I am a working professional and any such instance hampers my business, i am clueless as i don't have the bandwidth to locate and go to the Idea office in Bhopal. This is very disappointing, the worst part is for cancellation also i will have to go to the office and complete the paper work, however with other service providers one can complete the formalities on the web. I am feeling cheated, i don't know where to register my complaint now, call centre people can not help me, i can't go to the Idea office due to my busy schedule, this is very very disappointing. I am going to suggest the management team of my office to switch to some other service provider. I have lost faith in Idea providing good customer service & having potential to run the business successfully. This is complete business failure and I don’t understand what is the middle/senior management doing for this, now the market has new players, I am very sure Idea is going to loose a big chunk of customers to the competitors. This is a wake up call for the management team, I hope someone will read and action on this.

        For me, I have decided to switch to another telecom player, have lost faith in Idea! This was not expected of Idea!

        Idea Cellular — Extremely disappointing service

        This is with reference to Idea's extremely poor service especially in Pune region. I have logged this issue with the company and the history follows

        May 10: I log a complaint with the call center informing them of extremely bad network service including cells not reachable, call drops, etc. After a lot of hesitation they log the complaint on their system.

        May 12: I get a call from one of the technical associates inquiring more about the nature. The area of congestion, specific time etc.

        May 18: I finally call Idea Customer care to get an update on the complaint. The lady says the issue has been resolved 4 days back. Apparently it seems the call that I got which inquired about the problem was the resolution call.

        So after spending a cumulative of 1 hour on the phone I realise my complaint has been resolved by idea.

        June 16: Finally find the time and energy to take up the issue. Log another complaint for the same network congestion issue. The associate is just not prepared to take the complaint. Repeatedly keeps saying the problem is with my handset/sim card/phone battery etc. He simply asks me to change my SIM card. After a little threatening I get a complaint number. I also ask to get a call from their supervisors to know whats happening.

        June 22: I call again to know why I didnt get a call from the supervisor. Turns out that they tried calling me and my cell was not reachable. So the complaint is closed again. I mean doesnt a supervisor understand that the very nature of the complaint was about the network?

        June 26: I log another complaint of the same nature and this time I give it to them. Finally I get transferred to a supervisor who says that there is an ongoing technical issue for "quite" sometime.

        As of today I havent had the time to call them. But this has been one heck of an incident. More importantly their attitude towards the issue has been more like "We dont give a damn, if you want to leave our network be our guests"

        My take: From my basic telecom knowledge to me it appears that they have subscribed more customers than their network can handle and thats why all customers are facing the same issue.

        But I guess they just dont care.

On 06/04/2010 i made a call to my friend -[protected] and subsequently after the call - my mobile service provider ( IDEA) send me a sms saying that They changed my caller tone to a new one as per my request ,I never made a request to them to change my caller tone ,Their Customer care executive told me that i had pressed * and automaticaly they chaged the tone to new one ( I never pressed * or any key while the calling)..How can idea change my dialer tone with out my concent ,( by via oral or SMS ).This is a way of extracting money through un lawful means .This is a deficiency of service on IDEAS part .

              I have mental agony and pain when my dialer tone was chanegd ,because of this new dialer tone my reputaion before my friends and relatives defamed .

              I here by request you to re install my old dialer tone with out paying any charge ,

              Other wise i will press for cost and compensation .

                I had purchased a Datacard last year ([protected]) from Idea Cellular – Delhi Region. Due to some personal reasons, I had to relocate to Dehradun (UP West region ) 2 months back.

                Since the time I have relocated here, I have not been able to use the Datacard in a proper manner due to signal problems.

                In order to make a complaint, I tried reaching the Customer Care number, unfortunately, every time I tried connecting to the Cust Care, it landed me in Prepaid dept. and I was told to connect to the post paid team. Later I made a complaint to the Nodal Officer, for which I received a reference request and there afters nothing happened.

                Then I had to make a complaint to the Appellate authority, and even after my 4 mails to both the regions (UP West & Delhi Circle), they have not bothered to send me a courtesy mail or an acknowledgement mail.

                I was in the last week of March contacted by Mr. Dinesh and Mr. Mohit to resolve my problem, they reviewed the situation and informed me that there has to be a repeater to be installed in my residence and for which they would be in need of the approval. Since the day they have left, I am trying to trace them in futile.

                I have been trying to reach the concerning Appellate Mr. Ashish Jain, but I am never connected to him. I am always made to talk to Ms. Meenakshi or Ms. Manu from the UP West Appellate Authority.

                I request you to kindly look into this situation, as if it was a mobile number, I would have cancelled it. But with the Datacard, I have paid Rs. 2500 approxy and cannot see my money going in vain.

                I am sending all the mail trails and enclosures of the complaint registered with Idea Cellular Authority.

                I HAD PURCHASED IDEA DETA CARD FOR INTERNET WHICH SHOWS ITS ORIGINAL DOWNLOAD SPEED OF 236.8 kbps, BUT IN ACTUAL IT IS NOT GIVEING THE SPEED, IT GIVES ONLY 65kbps OF DOWNLOAD SPEED AND 32kbps O[censored]PLOAD SPEED ONLY, MY DETA CARD NUMBER IS: [protected] WHICH I PURCHASED FROM VILE PARLE (W), FOR THIS LOW SPEED REASON I HAD COMPLAINED SO MANY TIME IN PAST, BUT STILL TODAY I AM NOT GETTING THE SPEED ATLEAST UP TO 190kbps DOWNLOAD, WHICH SUITS TO MY BUSINESS APPLICATIONS, SO MY BUSINESS SUFFERS A LOT, IF I DONT GET THE DOWNLOAD SPEED AS PER MY REQUIREMENT THEN I SHOULD HAVE TO CHANGE THE IDEA NET SETTER, AND TO JUMP ON TO TATA PHOTON AS I HAVE NO OPTION

                  I entered the details and got a code and payed the amount through netbanking facility SBI
                  and I have the transaction done.

                  The amount did not reflect in my mobile balance.

                  I called Idea customer care lots of times,they said they are not responsible for that.

                  I even called SBI customer care , even they too say the same

                    I have Two connections with Idea Cellular limited {(Complaint related Mobile No. [protected]- Renuka Ravindra Vaidya)} & [protected] of me. On 19th Feb 2010 by mistake one VAS (VALUE ADDED SERVICE) has activated naming UTV Audio Service. For that Rent has charged Rs 15/- from 19/02/2010 to 06/03/2010 and in addition to that ADVANCED RENTAL Rs. 15/- for Next billing cycle without intimation. When I saw the bill on 07/03/2010 immediately contact on 12345 Customer care regarding such Advanced Rental. At that time the Customer Care Executive said that It is charge for next month if you now unsubscribed it will refunded i.e Credited in next month bill. Therefore I immediately on Next Day 08/03/2010 unsubscribed as per their instruction. When today I saw the Bill there is no credit of Rs.15/-. When I make a call to them they said that It is not refundable and we can't help. So I want ask that is it right to CHARGE ADVANCED RENTAL WITHOUT INTIMATING TO CUSTOMER FOR THAT???

                        I took idea connection 10 days back. My mobile no. is [protected]. It was activated but after 3 days the service withheld. I submitted all the papers including copy of my passport and latest photograph to the shopkeeper, who reported to have sent for providing services. Inspite of several calls and personal efforts the services have not been restored.
                        Immediate action is required.

                        Idea — Service unavailable at amritsar

                        I am staying at Amritsar and from yesterday (11 AM) my idea mobile service is off. Why? no idea? then what a need to get idea? Without any prior information not only mine but whole idea service in GNDU campus, Amritsar is not working. why? Even my mobile is not working today at 9 AM

                          Last month i've taken a connection from Idea Cellular ltd, they have not disclosed any charge for the number i've opted for and when it's first bill comes i seen Rs 750 has been charged for the number i've taken.

                          When i asked they said it will be reversed and told me to pay the rest amount, so in bill of Rs 1258.00 i've paid 500 rs but after that also my outgoing calls are barred and they keep on promising that number will be activated in just few hours but more than 2 weeks have passed but my complaint is not resolved.

                          Kindly guide me, i'm feeling very humiliated.

                          I have been deactivated my STD Rental Pack services provided by company on 2nd of feb 2009, but they are yet charging for it, inspite of my earlier request to company.I am paying to them normal STD charges which is well shown in my recieved bill, but bill also showing that the STD Rental Pack Charge is again offered to me.Please take strong step regarding my complaint against IDEA Cellular Ltd.

                          Hi Sir,
                          I am a regular customer of idea from last 4 years. This time, i am getting frustated by the false excuses given by the Idea head office people in Rohtak.
                          I raised an issue 2 months back for closing of idea connection, after so many complaints and escalations that got closed but still the extra amount charged is not getting Paid back as a waiver even after the confirmation from IDea headoffice persons in Rohtak. 3 weeks ago, i visited idea office for Adjustment of extra amount charged, the Person Mr. Kuldeep Kataria from Head office of ROhtak confirmed that he has fwded the issue and i will be getting back the amount as waiver within 2days, but after 1 week also when i dint get any amount, he again confirmed that i will be getting amount in 2 days, still its been 3 weeks and my amount is not getting Adjusted and still i am getting false confirmation that the amount will be settled today. And moreover now he is not picking up the phone. This is the very unhealthy and irresponsible behavour which i was not expecting from Idea. Please do something regarding this.

                          They had disconected my second number on the basis that i have not paid the amount of extra levied charges on my secind mobile. They starting putting an extra features charges of Rs 199/ monthly wrongly ( I never activated such services) I am approaching for customer care but they shown rude behavior.                             I am working in Sharjah and while my vacation, 2010 Aug I hired an idea prepaid connection and was told it is for life time. when I returned back to Sharjah, after 3 months I found my connection got disconnected. when I contacted the Idea Customer care they told me that the life time connection also shall have a minimum out going call atleast in 3 months otherwise it will get disconnected but with in 5 months if you proove your adress you can get your connection active.
                            For this purpose I send an application with adress proof and a photograph to their changanassery customer care centre and was given with a new sim. but was not activated. when contacted they said their personnel are working on it and will revert back to me in 3 working days .this was on 3rd Feb 2011. but till today noone contacted me nor my connection activated.
                            In this regard I corresponded them a lot and every time they will say some or the other excuse.

                              Respected Sir/Madam,

                              I am a Idea postpaid customer. In my April-2010 month bill, i have been charged with Rs. 300/- for MMS Downloads charges of 3 items, which I certainly have not done. In the itemized bill, they have mentioned time of downloads, but certainly I (nor anyone else)have not done those downloads, neither intentionally nor unintentionally.
                              Also, these people are not willing to register my complaint and they
                              are not providing me a valid complaint number regarding the same, despite
                              numerous attempts. I talked with call center as well as nodel officer regarding the same, but of no use.
                              Also I asked them for giving details about from where this is downloaded, which website it is. But they are not able to give me these details.
                              If tomorrow some website will claim Idea to charge any amout of ruppees just for visiting the link in that website, will Idea add charges to my account. And afterward will not give details about these charges. This is completely unlawful.
                              After repeated mails to Idea, I am not getting any answer.
                              I really do not understand the reason to pay for the services that i have
                              not used.
                              It is a cause o[censored]nnecessary stress to me and wastage of my time in repeatedly following them for this issue.
                              I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. It is a
                              matter of seious concern to all the customers regarding such fake charges
                              and utterly poor complaint redressal system by Idea.
                              If the itemized bill or anything else is required from my side to provide to you, kindly do let me know.

                                I registered a complain to IDEA that my internet is not getting started even after recharging twice.

                                My Complain number is [protected].

                                They either cut my phone or every time give me false promises that within 24 hrs/ 12 hrs / 8 hrs , it will get started. I also ask them to return my money and I'll stop using there

                                I am really fade up of them. There are lot of personal losses which I am facing because of there delay.

                                From 20th of February my internet is closed.

                                From the first day it is not working .
                                As soon as I connect it in my Laptop the whole system helds up.

                                  i have been using idea from 5 years of number [protected].i am fully satisfied with your services before but am not now rigorously with regular changing of packages in idea regarding message offers.Compare to other indian origin companies idea is not providing effective services in message offers from last few months with regular changing of offers with high cost which is not at all giving dissatisfaction among customers.Some of the cellular companies which are from foreign also being providing excellent services. In fact idea provided message offer with 77 before with the package of no charge to any network per message except one,it is ok,but now your changed that to 10 paise per each message to other networks except your own network. Actually it known that before with the cost of 48 only idea was provided 1paise to any network except one.you cahnged that also ,however am convinced with that..but now am helpless...i have been trying to change some of my friends networks to idea by telling the features and servces providing by idea,i succeeded i8n that.but now am helpless front of them..BY HUMBLE REQUEST IS THAT DONT CHANGE REGULARLY MESSAGE OFFERS,.PROVIDE GOOD SERVICES WHICH ARE REASONABLE..if your not react with this complaint i will change my network to other beside my friends.

                                    Coustmer care persons just wasting time earlier they were saying it will be resolved within 48 hours max but it has been more than a month to made this problem.

                                      11th Jan-2010 - Requested for my Bill Plan to be changed against the Communication Id : 94496450, from Corp 100/- p.m. to Economy 199/- p.m.+. This was to be done in the next 24 Hrs as per your executive.

                                      20th Jan 2010 - Bill Recieved. No Plan Changed. Called up the Customer Care and your executive promised to change the Plan. Also, your executive requested the bill to be paid as the amendments will be done innext Bill. Bill Amount Paid.

                                      1st Feb 2010 - Called up Customer Care and requested for Plan Change Again.

                                      3rd Feb 2010 - Called up Customer Care and plan changed confirmed by your executive.

                                      7th Feb 2010 - Purchased an Add-On Connection and requested the plan of Econonmy 199+ on the same.

                                      8th Feb 2010 - Number got activated on Corp 100 plan and your executive confirmed that Bill Plan is Corp 199 on both the numbers.

                                      17th Feb 2010 - Got a response from Idea against a mail that my plan on both the numbers is Economy 199+ and my Add On Connection is a Seperated number now. Call Charge between the two numbers is not 10paise per min as promised.

                                      20th Feb 2010 - Bill Generated with plan Changed but no reversal of charges. Called up your Customer Care and they requested the bill to be paid and amendments will be done in the next bill.

                                      24th March 2010 - I requested the Bill to be forwarded to my mail ID and again Complained about the Bill Issue. Exectuvie from your customer Care confirmed I will get a response by 26th March.

                                      26th March - Recieved a Call from your Executive to Confirm that Something in being done by Higher Deprtment about my bill and I will get a response by 30th March.

                                      30th March - I called up your Customer Care and was informed that proceedings are on. I will get a call by 1st April. My number was barred due to non-payments of Bill.

                                      3rd April - I called up your Customer Care and your 1st executive confirmed that Charges of 114/- were revrsed but he was not able to clarify wether it was the bill Amendment or charges against Advance I had paid to purchase an Add-On Connection. The Call was transfered to a Supervisor who gave a blunt response and Said that I can write the Ids I am writing to, to register my complaint.

                                      NOW, I am a customer to Idea from last 2+ years with same number, you people had also created a mess eith my account in Nov. 2008 that was ultimately cleared after Several Mails in Feb 2009. Your people at Customer Care hangup the phone or put us on hold and never Come back.


                                      1. I will never pay the bill until it is amended from 11th Jan and explained to me. Also, the charges to be waived for the month from 11th Jan'10 to 28th Feb'10.
                                      2. I want an apology in writing for your behaviour and all the time I have wasted and Calling you.
                                      3. This is my last and Final correspondence/communication to Idea. After this, Its your call on it.
                                      4. If this matter remains unresolved and thebill unpaid, then DARE YOU GIVEMY DETAILS TO THIRD PARTY FOR MONEY EXTRACTION. I WILL SUE FOR MENTAL HARRASMENT.


                                      You have two week's time to revert to me from today's date.
