I have recvd the incomplete sms recharge 110 for the isd calling gulf 3.5 for the 21 days there is no t& c is mentioned when i call to the cust care 18.04.10 for the benefit the exe. say there isno benefit for the Gulf country (oman) inthe it was not mentioned it was showing two bal account from the amt was deducted from the main bal.pls look in the matter

On 12th of April, 2010, at around 11.00 p.m. I had called the Idea Customer Care from my cell number i.e. [protected], to activate the "NET 20 Gprs plan" on my number, which charges 20 Rs. per day for unlimited access on mobile as well as Laptop/PC. I have submitted requests to IDEA Cellular via Customer care and SMS for activating the DND-Service which is a Right for any consumer, many a times. Having asked for activation of this service, twice via SMS and twice through Customer Care representatives, I was assured of the service within 24 hours each time.

I am using the connection of Idea cellular since 6-7 years as a prepaid customer. In 2008 last month they had convinced me to convert it into postpaid sim free of cost and with a security amount of 500 Rs. and this is the beginning of problems in my communication my bills etc. In 2009 last months they again gifted me as a valuable customer, a new postpaid sim free of cost with security deposit 250Rs. which will be adjusted...

iam using Idea cellular since 2 years, starting the network is good. when they are made 60 seconds (second pulse) then started network problem, please check the network iam living in good town, if i go to villages totally nil of coverage, i called for customer care, but they are not response very well. please do some customer service, do your business and give some service for customers.
