On 12th of April, 2010, at around 11.00 p.m. I had called the Idea Customer Care from my cell number i.e. [protected], to activate the "NET 20 Gprs plan" on my number, which charges 20 Rs. per day for unlimited access on mobile as well as Laptop/PC. But after about 12 hours, i see that instead of the "NET 20 gprs plan", "wap89 gprs plan" was activated on my cell and 89 Rs. balance was deducted from my prepaid balance. Now, when i called the IDEA complaint number "198", they assured me that this mistake will be rectified. and the balance will be refunded also in 24 hours.
But, it never happened. Infact after calling the same number again and again for 2- 3 days. then only the "WAP 89" service was deactivated, but no balance was refunded at all.
Now, after the first deactivation of the "wap89" plan, I again called the CUSTOMER CARE to get the "NET 20 GPRS PLAN" activated on my number. But, AGAIN, the same thing happened and instead of " Net 20 GPRS Plan", again, "WAP 89" was activated and again " 89 Rs." balance was deactivated from my account.
And when i call the CUSTOMER CARE or the COMPLAINT NUMBER, they say that " our server is down, please call again later" and when called after sometime, the number says, "all lines are currently busy, Please try again later".
Now, please tell me wat do i do about this. PLEASE HELP ME.
