Dear Sir,
I am a bonafide customer of idea cellular, since december 2007 having mobile no [protected].i am facing problem of adding unauthrized cricket pack or addition of extra std pack that i am going to disclose you in details:
1. About three month earlier i got an SMS that my cricket pack has been activated!! immidiately i called customer care & informed the matter he gave me to SMS some code to 55055 within 24 hours, accordingly i did. beside that paid Rs 54 per month(for two month) for that pack, whereas i didn;t register for it.
2.Last month i got an SMS about STD pack of 80 paise! then i talked with customer care ask me about the proceedure, the person asked me to unregister STD34 pack on 15th Aug( my bill generation date) & then register for STD39 pack later on 16th. accordingly i did. now i found STD34 and STD39 is added in my bill.
whether any TRAI regualation on this type of false billing?
so my humble request to you kindly look into the matter and adjust those amount and provide me a fresh bill, otherwise i have no way to knock the door of consumer justice against this type of behaviour with customer.

Dear Sir,
I am a bonafide customer of idea cellular, since december 2007 having mobile no [protected] I am facing problem of adding unauthrized night pack that i am going to disclose you in details:

Two days back when my monthly bill of dec'09 was generated i checked and saw that one of the night pack sevice has been activated over my mobile no. costing Rs 199 extra with my monthly billing amount.

whether any TRAI regualation on this type of false billing?

so my humble request to you kindly look into the matter and adjust those amount and provide me a fresh bill, otherwise i have no way to knock the door of consumer justice against this type of behaviour with customer.
I am also facing same problem with my Idea No is [protected]. In this no. a call comes from idea on 5th march10 which saying about night radio activation, which call was received by my child who did not understand what the person is asking. But next day I found that the bill is charged for Rs.199+ taxes for valu added service (activation of night radio, which i do not know how to use). I called up to the customer care, and complained about that they saying that you pay first than will adjust it in next.

I request ideaq management to rectify the bill to get timely paid by me.

This servis provide to postpaid bill for each month.

      there there is some problem in my sim . before some time there in my account balance was only -appx.18 rs after that i talk to the callcenter for this problem and they tell me about this that there is GPRS srevice activated in my sim no . after some times when i had recharge my prepaid with Rs.30 before few days but it's not verify and also the bal.is -18rs.so i request you please correct this problems

        since i bought this connection i didnt call single call from my cell becoz there is no network coverage.

        In the morning my mobile was working fine. Now it showing no service network.
        I have been trying the customer care number[protected] but not getting connected.

        What to do now?
        No network in cuttack, mahanadibihar-near siba temple.
        here majotiry of the time i dont have network and connection failures.
        sp please check out our network tower as soon as possible.
        because it is happening from last 15 days.and no network adjustments had been seen.

        Hi,

        My name is Binay Kumar and my cell number is +[protected]. I was travelling to Bangalore so asked the customer care to activate the roam free on my cell but that agent activated some other plan due to which I lost the network and I am not even getting it back.

        I am in Bangalore without any network unable to make calls from my cell and IDEA agents are unable to help me and they are saying that the agent wit whom I got in touch from the airport has activated the ISD roaming plan.

        I am all stuck unable to make any calls from my cell from Bangalore. Please can you help me in this and also take proper action against IDEA.

        From last 6 months am not able get roaming network .idea network worst signal.need clear clarrificion
        I am a unhappy customer from idea cellular..since there is no network in my area, i don&#039;t know the problem
        but all the idea sim card holders are not getting network in my area... plz install a signal tower or do any thing... or else 25 ppl (frndz and fly) are switching to some other network if the problem is not resolved.

            I have activated Friends nd Family plan..Its for 3 months...by this the calling rate to 3 idea numbers will be Rs.0.20 per min....but I took offer by which the calling rate is 10ps.....but this offer is not applied to those 3 numbers.....so I want to deactivate the offer,,...so How can I deactiavte that friends and family offer>>>???

              My name is Satyaprem Upadhyay and i reside in Gurgaon . I took idea postpaid connection for mobile (Mobile Number : [protected]) .
              I was very regular in paying my bills for my phone.
              Then I took a plan for using GPRS on my phone , in which unlimited surfing is free from night 11 PM to morning 6 AM , and i[censored]sed in between I would be charged with 1paise/KB .
              I was using it and used to surf daily in the night . But one day after using in Night ( 16 Aug) when I dialled *147# to check my balance it showed sudden increase of 1500 Rs approx in my Unbilled amount .
              I called customer care then and there , they told me that they did not have any information , and unbilled amount is different from the amount being billed so stay chilled .
              I thought but still a sudden increase of my bill , I was really shocked.
              Then after 2 days ( date 18 Aug ) the same process repeated and My unbilled amount increased by a sudden 300 Rs , I was again surprised , so I called customer care again , they told the same old story ,
              But they told that we would have log after 2 days so call after 2 days , I called but they said they don’t know , and wait for Your bill to generate .
              When My bill generated It was 3352 Rs ,a whooping 1800 Rs extra .And when i analysed those extra Rs where there in GPRS usage on those 2 days .
              I called customer care and reported then problem in my Bill , I told that I do not understand that when my usage is free from 11 i the night to 7 in the morning , how I could be charged . They too did not understood the problem and arranged a call back from a higher executive .
              When I received the call they said that your usage is free from 11 but u have logged in 4 min before 11, and our database notes the login time , so you are charged for the 3-4 hours after that with the rate of 1 Paise / KB , I told but when my usage is free from 11 why are u charging after 11 too .
              Charge for those 4 min at the rate of 1 paise / KB n after that is free.
              They again arranged a call from another executive , and told the same set of problems again , they said now the bill is generated , and we can do nothing .
              I sent mails at customer care Delhi IDEA , then reported the problem , but again they were not ready to understand the problem .
              They finally said that they we can waive off at max 100 Rs , but not more than that .I said but look in to the matter it is not just about 100 Rs . It is about almost 2000 Rs.
              So please help me Sir as I am unable to understand as to how to proceed for this problem as Idea people are not ready to understand their fault. And This large amount for phone bill is unpayable.

                I wish to bring to your kind notice that I have taken a post Paid New Connection on 24/9/2009 from their authorised agent M/s Midas Marketing Solutions, C-23, 1st Floor, South Extn., New Delhi -49 vide Cash Receipt No. MMS-115/1173 dated 24.9.09 for Rs. 250/- and they issued me Idea No. [protected] with the assurance that the same will activate within 48 hours.

                In this connection I have submitted my ID proof , and while contacting their customer care they are trying to fool me by assuring again within 48 hours vide calling ref. 2571346 ib 27th September, 2009 and again I contacted them on 29.09.2009 vide their calling reference No. 87047208 and their senior give on same time ref.87048207 , but still I am waiting to activate my idea connection.

                In this context today i.e. 1/10/09 while contacting them their atitute very embrassing me and they disconnect the line.

                You are requested to kindly intervene in the matter and penalise them.

                  IDEA is not responding to my following complaint.. please register complaint....

                  Dear Sir,

                  We concern hoLdling IDEA post paid mobile number [protected].

                  Two days back we received part of security deposit amount from IDEA.We were surprised to receive refund of security deposit.

                  We have not surrendered this number. This is our post paid number and we are regurly paying monthly bills.

                  Today on 29.09.2008 we contacted IDEA customer care [protected]. Mr Sarish Deshmukh from IDEA informed that we have to contact IDEA Jabalpur office.

                  Please take notice that this is our business mobile number and should not be allotted to any one else.

                  Tomorrow on 30.09.2009, our officer will reach your Jabalpur office and request them to reconnect.

                  Apart from small reconnection charges i.e.upto Rs.200=00 we shall not pay any amount.

                  Pleasealto take notice that if we will suffer any business loss on account of deactivation of mobile or allotment to any other, then IDEA shall be responsible and we shall be compelled to take shelter of court of law (consumer court).

                  idea cellular is the worst service provider.
                  idea connection is not to be used.
                  they always cheat you. best thing in idea cellular is the false promise made to its customers.

                  i gave up my post paid connection where they were getting 1000 from me monthly. its only because idea did not cares for my issues, so what is the point using idea.

                    I have taken up 2 idea prepaid numbers: [protected] & [protected]

                    Trouble with prepaid number: [protected] (Delhi NCT Region - Faridabad)

                    I have not been making any calls from this number for the past 3 months. Still, whenever I recharge this prepaid number, irrespective of the recharge value, Rs.100/- or Rs.50/- or Rs.20/- etc., immediately my balance reduces to Rs.3/- without any usage.

                    Idea cellular service has eaten nearly Rs.650/- like this. Your customer care executives lack English knowledge (Delhi NCT Region - Faridabad) and are not responsive. I have complained several times, but the customer care executive do not care at all. An IDEA for you. You can close down IDEA Customer Care.

                    Idea Customer Care executives are treating their customers like fools and .



                    Trouble with prepaid number: [protected] (Delhi NCT Region - Faridabad)

                    I thought, "okay, to hell with that stupid idea of recharging that old number" and I bought another number [protected]. I recharged with Rs.786. Today morning my balance was Rs.607/- Without making any calls or sending any sms or receiving any calls from morning to evening, this evening it is just Rs.518/-.

                    Again this was complained to your customer care. Your customer care executives lack English knowledge (Delhi NCT Region - Faridabad) and are not responsive. I have complained several times, but the customer care executive do not care at all. An IDEA for you. You can close down IDEA Customer Care.

                    Idea Customer Care executives are treating their customers like fools and .

                    Why IDEA is eating away prepaid subscribers money?

                    Is IDEA so sick to steal subscribers money?

                    Should this issue be taken to the public?

                    Should this issue be challenged in consumer forum?

                    PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL and RESTORE MY PREPAID BALANCE.

                      This is regarding a call recieved from idea cellular that they offer me [protected]. so i agreed to buy this number i have paid them one thosand. after one day they told me that this number can't be given so pls choose another number. so after arguing i have chosen [protected]. but when i put idea sim in to my phone. sim is dmaged . so i ask them to replace the sim they told me that go to mathura road showroom. from there you can get your sim. i came back empty hands. now they are saying i have to pay Rs. 75 to replace my sim card. i am frustated just because of all this crap.

                      pls do something

                      A customer care executive of Idea Cellular Limited committed the mobile no. [protected] on 9 January 2010. He asked me to do the payment and promised me to activate the no.[protected] the same day. I
                      did the payment but my no. [protected] is not activated.

                      On Wednesday 13 January 2010, i registered a complaint at the customer care of Idea Cellular. The customer care executives of the company refused to activate the mobile no.[protected] committed to me and also tried to make it unavailable for me.

                      On Saturday 16 January 2010, a customer care executive of Idea Cellular at about 9.50 am promised to activate my no.[protected] after two hours of activation of another number and with a disconnection of only about 5 minutes. He informs me to commit another no. chosen by him to another executive so that the company could activate my no.[protected]. I did likewise. It was a foul play.

                      I feel cheated by the attitude of the customer care executives of Idea Cellular Limited.I found everyone making false promises.

                      I wish the no.[protected] committed to me by the Idea Cellular Limited be activated on my SIM card.If the company cannot give my no.[protected] then it should apologize and refund the security amount that i paid to the Idea Cellular Limited.

                      IDEA Company — Complaint against Idea Network

                      Idea network is not gud.

                      From many days i am regularly calling to idea customer care for my problem but they are not responding properly and from many days my phone network is not going.
                      Again wrongly debited my account with Rs. 60/- on dated 27/11/2010 and no one is taking responsiblity in idea communication.

                      There is a complaint against IDEA COMMUNICATION (WEST DELHI) because they have charged Rs. 60/- for VAS SERVICE which is installled by the company under (OBD) from the IDEA COMMUNICATION, they have charged Rs. 60/- on dated 27/11/2010. I want to ask that there is no provision of that becasue customer is making fool by the company and i have already registered a complaint to IDEA COMMUNICATION OFFICE delhi, but he does not take it seriously they are saying that they are not responbile for OBD,



                      NOW i have decided to go to consumer forum and i will also logged my complAINT TO MUMBAI HEAD OFFICE































                      (I got one sms 25/11/2010 THAT VAS SERVICE is active on my mobile yesterday 27th november 2010 17.27:51 a.m but i want to inform u that i have not given any request i m using this connection from the last year i have never use any value added service Any other service that how is it possible that VAS SERVICE is active on my mobile without my request and they have charged Rs. 60/- on my account for this service, now i want to refund my balnce because i have not given any request kindly credited my account with Rs. 60/-.

HE replied, it might be done by mistake by the customer care at same time you Again I said then they replied That our system was busy.

                        Sub: DATE OF CANCELLATION REQUEST MEANS DATE OF ACCEPTANCE- Idea Cellular Phone No.[protected]t

                        Due to various issues I decided to say good bye to my account with my above Idea cellular phone. I sent a email on 20th Aug 2009 to disconnect my phone from 22nd Aug 2009 which was last date of my billing Cycle. My email was replied with thanks with a confirmation me to pay the amount till the date of Cancellation Request. Since I had my alternative nos. I had stopped using the above No. I paid the amount till billing cycle on the date of receipt i.e. 26th Aug 2009 which got cleared by bank on 28th Aug 2009.

                        Now to my surprise I received bill for Sept 2009 with minimum rentals. On enquiry with all the concerned including the Customer Service Executives, nodal officers and appellate authorities I understood that I have not made the payment for the rental charges from 24th to 28th Aug 2009 hence they have not disconnected the phone hence I have to pay the minimum billing charges for this month also. According the definition of the company THE date of Cancellation Request means- THE DATE OF ACCEPTANCE by the authorities.

                        PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE REQUESTING THE IDEA CELLUAR FOR CANCELLATION OF YOUR PHONE.

                        Idea Cellular — Deactivated My SIM

                        I applied for Postpaid connection on 25.04.2008 and given a cheque of Rs. 750/- as an Security deposit on the same date. However letter on Monday i.e. 5th May, 2008 my SIM has been deactivated by giving reason that the cheque given for security deposit has bounce. From my bank account I confirmed that the cheque has olready cleared on 28.04.2008. Due to the deactivation of SIM i am facing lot of problem in communication. Please take an appropriate action agianst the same.

                        IDEA CELLULAR PHONE — ARBITRARY AND ILLEGAL DEACTIVATION OF MY SIM

                        Sir,

                        I have applied for an IDEA post-paid connection in the last week of Jan, 2010 and paid an amount of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) towards activation. At the time of applying for the connection, all requisite documents including photograph were handed over to the authorised representative of the Company. To my utmost shock and disbelief, immediately after activation of the connection, the same was illetgally and arbitrarily disconnected without even informing me the reasons, though the company has got my alternative mobile number. On checking back from the Customer Care, I was told that my residential address could not be got verified. In the meantime, the said compnay issued a bill at the address. The customer care people informed that the needful will be done within a day or two and the bill raised shall also be got cancelled. However, a period of more than a month has passed and the problem has still not been redressed. For the past few days, I have been requesting the company to refund my money as I am not satisfied with the services of the company.

                        Please, help me in getting my money refunded at the earliest.

                        Idea — phones deactivated

                        We have five post paid connections with IDEA , Our phones have been deactivated on a pretext that we haven`t submitted them the new billing adress, even on paying the bills with out fail on time since five years , evry time we call them they say it would be activated in an hour and keep us on hold for more than 40 mins, they never solve the problem but keep saying sorry , we are bugged by their words , some one calls us and tells we are coming to take the documents , none responds , and we call customer care they say we don`t have service of sending our executives , they themselves don`t know what goes in their office , on 21st may they said it would be activated in 2 hours , when we called them on 22nd may after 20 hours they say the same thing , they just keep transffering our calls from executive to other causing loss of bussiness and inconvience ,the guys involved in this are Mr.Vamshi, Mr.Rajesh and Mr.Arjun . they just give nice adds on TV but their services are worst

                        I am in united states since June.My bill which was due in july is already paid. Before coming to US i called up IDEA to freeze my number. Now its been 4 months that they are charging me for even not using my services even when I asked them to stop.

                          Everything was perfect from the time I have taken the connection, but I am shocked to see that this phone number is reflecting the name of some unknown person named “Vipin Raskar”, since last 2 months.

                          I have all the proofs in the form of Bills and Bill receipt to show that this connection is in my name i.e. Swapnil Ajmera

                          I have spoken many times to your customer care but nobody respond to my problem.

                          I have even submitted my ID proof to one of your idea outlet in hadapsar, Magarpatta Road PUNE

                          Where Shall I Go? What should I Do? Can anybody from Idea help me to get this problem solve?

                            I am using my cell no[protected] for last more than 8-9 years & this connection was issed by Spice Telecom ( Now known as Idea Cellular ) . Two years back I got an offer from company to get another connection without any installation chartes & I got one number[protected] for one of my employ . Bill payments for both connection was paid on time every month & due to some reason my empoly wanted to disconnet this no.[protected] & request was made to compay to disconnect this no. I was told that rental amount of Rs 420 is pending so I send that person to deposit pending amount agaisnt this no with written request singed by me but custome care executive at compay outlet near Gill Chowk showroom refused to accept letter for disconnection & sent my person back , Billing cycel for this no is 15th of every month so the person was sent before 15th of Sep & even that customer care executive had word with me & I requested him to accept letter but he asked me to come down personally & did n;t listen my request & told me to talk to Mohali office .
                            Agains I got call form one of Idea customer care executive & & told him every thing happned at Gill Chowk showroom & also showed my helplessness to go personally , then he suggested me to send my perosn with written request letter for disconnection with my singned ID proof . I did so & send my person with my ID proof at compay outlet Near Gill Chowk , Ludhiana but agains customer care executive Ms poonam refused to accept letter for disconnection &* then I called up Idea Mohai office on had words with Mr Baljinder Singh in this regards & he told me to ask my person to deposit penidng amount & asked my to fax request letter with ID proof at [protected] & same thing i did but yesterday again I got a call from one of customer care executive saying that they cant disconnet that no ( [protected] ) as outstanding or rs 35 is pending & forced me to keep that connection saying that they will make this connection at ZERO rental .

                            I am very much dis-appointed & do not want to keep that additonal no but company is forcing me to keep it & not disconnecting besides my all requests & charging rent every month ..

                            I am very very upset & mentally harassed & need your help to sort out this issue

                                Idea Finance head,

                                Pls check your accounting practices.

                                You are having accounting practice of allowing the credit limit, which is inappropriate.

                                Your policy says till the credit limit we can use the service. However the bill speaks about less amount then the credit limit and then too you are following de-activation. This is not proper Credit policy. You have not made the bill to which we can oppose, plus no communication is made from your side. Only the thing followed is de-activation of the service. TRAI should take this issue seriously, as while providing SIMs telecom players make us to enter into agreement that decisions made by company are full and final. That's Sarkar Raj(Telecom Players Ruling the Market) and not Praja Raj(Customers cannot make any comment). Regulatory body should take strong action against it. Under credit policy, you can not include such hypothecated unbilled amount as per the will of the Company. Since you do not provide the bill, we are not aware about it, and are totally ignorant about it. Immediate de-activation is absolute harsh policy as customers are suppose to accept the terms of the company. Tomorrow if company is filing a law suit, customer even can not do any thing else then meeting the company in the court. TRAI should stop this faulty practice. Instead of showing great person on the web, you can not tell your self great, you need to be effective till the extent of the person first. Rashtra Pita is know for serving the community. TRAI should also do the same.

                                To the Marketing Head,

                                Sir, when your authorised sells executives are making comment about the complaints being accepted whole hearted then you should inform your customer service representative that they should accept our complaints. Instead of accepting it and forwarding it to operation persons, they only think that they are best to decide about what is complaint and what is not. I am dissatisfied with some thing that can be complain or not will be decided by Customer representative, that means they are there to protect the company only, by not letting serious issues to be forwarded as complaints, because complaints need to be resolved in time frame, where as other thing do not have time frame at all. Even TRAI can not monitor those issues, and their resolution.
                                Pls change the policy and ask the operation person to deal with it instead of marketing, and it get counted first.

                                To the system head,

                                Sir, at the time of making online payment I am getting the error which is attached herewith. Kindly inform if its the error at my end. I hardly dill so, as my systems are same, earlier I made the payment and now I can not. Please revert on it. Even cache of google shows the date of 23rd and not current date. Even from that route I am not able to enter Idea-Website.


                                Sorry to disturb but got it as right thing to inform about it.

                                Even you may refer to Lawyer & Economist to discuss the case of perfect competition and how to prevent unfair trade practices?

                                  When i went to buy the data card from your vendor he made a false commitment that the speed will be quite good and since i bought it i never had a good speed(only 5-8kps/sec) which is even less than he speed when we run GPRS on our phones. Whenever i tried to call your customer care, they either disconnect the call or they give a wrong number to dial again and ask for clarification from them. Is this your company Ethics??

                                  This is Rupak Ranjan Bala, purchased Idea Data Card couple of months ago. It was really difficult to connect to server for first one week, after that one month was ok. I got fair connectivity. After couple of days i was gone out of state i.e.data card experiences roaming. I already asked the shop-keeper if there is any problem in roaming. He committed there wouldn't be any kind of problem. But there wasn't any connectivity during roaming. Even when i'm back the same problem happens i.e.no connectivity. Customer care people blame for no payment. But payment was already done. Now customer care as well as idea centre people don't give any reply, even don't pick my phone up. Is this kind of service do you provide? What the hell is this?                                     I have been an idea customer for 2 years now.of course there were problems before but now i think that my passiveness at that time gave idea the "wrong idea" that they can stoop so low to a level that they believe that they can get away with anything.i had activated background music but as it was of poor quality i called up customer care and asked them to cancel it.its been over a year but still every month idea deducts money for that service which i dont use at all.the last two weeks idea has lost it completely.for the last two weeks i recharge and when i try to make a call i find that my account balance is in -amounts.no sms for what the sum was deducted most of the times.three days back i had Rs 9 left at night.in the morning i get a message that Rs 5 have been deducted.but my account enquiry showed -9 Rs.i thought 9-5 is 4.idea thinks otherwise.how to talk to a customer care officer?before there was an option for that under number 9 in the menu.but now there is nothing of that sort.idea is digging its own grave.vodofone is in the engaged in the process and it seems that idea doesnt like to be far behind and is fast catching up .bsnl is improving day by day.i guess the only reason i dont throw away my idea sim is that all frnds know this number.but my patience has its limits.if idea doesnt want to help itself who can?koi idea hai ,sir ji?

                                    idea mobile connection — without information 1 Rs. less per day from last 1.3 weeks

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am extinng customer (approx. 5 yrs.) of idea mobile company my pre-paid mobile no [protected] (I-CARD SCHEME).
                                    From last ten days they are deducting Rs.1.00/- per day.I am requesting to Idea customer care to resolve the problem, But there not positive response from them. My idea connection is good. MY I-CARD SCHEME: (My Call charges: idea to idea 00.60 paisa / 11:00PM to 7:00AM Idea to idea 00.10paisa. other network 1.00 Rs. Message 00.25 paisa.) WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGES & CONDITIONS. but Last one & half weeks they are deduct 1.00 Rs. per day.
                                    Customer care executives are not helpful about above problem.they say it is YOUTH PLAN,it's not true. I am fell to understand what is going on. Please Help!

                                      I have received a message from IA-501 full on[protected] @1:29:04 PM { Special Full talktime officer recharge with Rs. 501/- and get Rs.501/- Full talk time. This officer is only for you for few days} after I made a call to 53543 - it says the validity for next two days only. I went to Retailer on[protected] @ around 10.30 AM and recharge with Rs. 501/- I got only Rs. 455/- some thing. What is the problem. Plese verify and justify to me.
                                      please take a ragistration of idea .

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Am Dinesh K & using idea prepaid connection ( [protected] ). Without my concern, they have activated some net20 plan. Everyday they were deducting 20 Rs for that without my knowledge. Like wise I paid for a whole month. Then I got doubt and checked the details with customer care(Mr.Mahaveer), they says that net20 plan is activated.

                                        Second issue, with out my approval they have activated caller tune (from 22.09.09). I was trying to deactivate. I could not succeed. I just changed the song b'cos earlier one was rude enough. For that also i have got a message that " 15 Rs deducted & this caller tone service will be for 2 months". On 23.09.09 morning i have recharged my mobile for 225. I was shocked that balance was not updated. Once again I have contacted customer care. He( Mr. Amit) says that 225 plan is for activation of caller tone for one year. "Dealer done it mistakenly".

                                        Third issue : I did online recharge ( ideacellular.com ) for 225 Rs Twice. But money deducted from my bank account(HDFC). My balance was not updated.
                                        Reference Numbers: MHDF[protected]-IDEA - on 23.09.09 - cheque no[protected]
                                        MHDF[protected]-IDEA- on 22.09.09 - cheque no[protected]

                                        I have raised some of these issues through online customer complaint also. But I did not get any reply from their side.

                                        I got so much of mental agony, because of these repeated problems caused by idea cellular. I have strong evidence for all. Idea cellular has to stop their service.

                                        Please do the needful.

                                        I imtiyaz ali Using[protected] but today i got in my sim regisration failed.
                                        Now i want to contnue my service so psease re-regisratred my sim acount.
