I have placed below mentioned request to Idea cellular ltdon 01/10/09 but no one has attende this complaint so far. I have been keep on following the same from last 10 days , but Idea cellular is least bothered about their priviledge customers.
I request you to please put your interference in this matter.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Amit Ahuja s/o Mr. Rajeev Kr. Ahuja currently am using idea cellular services from last 4 years now. My mobile no. is +91-[protected]. My average monthly billed amount is Rs 5000 from last 4 years now & approximately Rs 2,40,000 I have paid against my bill payments so far. I think I am a loyal user & customer of Idea cellular.
I want to share an experience from which I have gone through customer care services of Idea cellular.
My outgoing services has been barred due to non payment of my idea bill which was generated on 27th Sep. ’09 of Rs 3200/- only, However my due date is 12th Oct. ’09. I still have complete 11 days to make that payment on my pending bill.
Then I called on Ccare services which is 12345 at 19:22 PM on 01st Oct. ’09 just to clarify, why My outgoing
has been barred?, then I have come in the contact of Mr. Abhay Kumar (CCE) & he told me that my unbilled amount approximately is Rs 6200/- so far & my credit limit is Rs 5ooo, which I clearly understand that I have exceeded my credit limit as well. Then I told him that, I do not have any information about my exceeded credit limit. He was not answering my questions/doubt at that time & then i have made him realize that he is not listening what cust. Is saying he keep on proving him right. Then I asked him, How Idea can bar my services without giving any intimation? Then he replied, yes they can do & they had already sent SMS & fixed a pre call recording on my ph. regarding this intimation. When I requested him that if he can help me with the details that when this all has happened. I also requested him that if he can provide me with any E-Mail address He just disconnected the call. (Please Refer recording of this call) It was a long conversation of 20 mins. This was totally wastage of at least my precious time.
Then again I made a call on 19:43PM on same number & this time I come in contact with Mr Ankur Kumar (CCE), He asked me that what was the problem about & I requested him to please refer the notes on my account as you cannot transfer me to the last executive. Because there is no point to waste another 20 mins. While just explaining him the matter, but he was very stubborn, not ready to listen. Then I realized that I should explain him the matter, otherwise he will not listen/help me out with better fashion. After explaining him all the story again, he straight away told me that he cannot help me out in this situation. He keeps on putting me on hold again & again. Then I requested him as well that “Sir, Please activate my services at least for 24 hrs. So that I can make the payment of my outstanding bill.” But he refused to do so. Then he again put me on long hold of 15 mins (However, i think we should refresh the customer after every one minute when we put the customer on hold, so that cust should have an understanding that advisor is working on his/her matter only) Without any reason. (Please Refer recording of this call)
Then, I come in contact with Mhd. Khalid (Floor supervisor after a long hold) who was very helpful & he acknowledged my complaints. He helped me out with the best solution he can provide me after 42 mins. Of long conversation.
So, in all I have to spend more than 60 mins. On Ccare just because of mistake of Idea cellular.
I appreciate if you can send me the details of intimations which have been given to me before barring my services. As it was informed to me by your couple of CCE’s.
I am very disappointed from the quality of executive, Idea cellular is hiring.
This is not the first time i'm facing this problem. Number of times earlier aswell & iam sure situations will never change with Idea cellular ltd.
I am not at all happy with the kind of services & treatment has been given to the legacy customers & I will definitely look forward for the number portability service now. I think I should speak to TRAI regarding this.
I request you to please do the needful or action as required ASAP.
