Hi,

I am Mukhvinder, my number is [protected] and have post paid connection with Spice before it became Idea.

I had complained to the customer care on 09.10.09 as I had not received my bill along with that I also requested that my bill henceforth be mail to [protected]@gmail.com. I was assured that I would receive a confirmation link ( which by the way I have yet to receive). I have received several messages regarding this but no action.

I then got in touch with the customer care at least 4-5 times, and was spoken to very rudely. Then I wanted to speak to the higher ups, but to no avail. During my last call I was told that I will get a call from one in-charge within 4 hours (still waiting for the call).

God only knows when I will get this mess sorted out. I never faced any problem dealing with Spice.

WHAT AN IDEA SIRJI.....


Today is 16.10.09....

Still waiting for a call or Email. Again no fruitful response from your Customer Care persons. I was given the number of Mrs. Harpreet (HEAD Customer Care), I have been trying to call her and again no response.... No surprises there.

    Once a long time ago I have been using unlimited Airtel Mobile Office service to activate internet in my laptop through mobile phone. But it suddenly has been withdrawn from the service. Now it is available but no more unlimited, and only 15 mb free download for 1 day pack, while for weekly pack 90 mb is freely downloadable.
    Thereby I shifted to Idea from Airtel which offers free unlimited GPRS download but very poor in speed. It charges Rs. 24 for 1 day pack (Rs. 3 extra for activation message). In this way I used 3 times 1 day pack without any trouble by just recharging with Rs. 50 ( talktime Rs. 45 or something). But the problem appeared on 4th time when I had balance of Rs. 30.31 p, and was trying to activate 1 day GPRS pack of Rs. 24. I sent thrice message to activate it, but same reply of "Your request will be confirmed through SMS shortly" with 3 times. It passed more than 1 hour but alas no activation. So I called customer care executive for 2 times, and both replied the reason as to must have of minimum balance of Rs. 45 to activate 1 day pack of GPRS or else not possible.
    So I thought of cancelling GPRS for that day since I had to go a bit far from my room to easy recharge my number. Instead I decided to send SMS jokes to my 2 friends, and it deducted 2 bucks from my Idea number (now balance remained Rs. 28.31 p). Then I changed the SIM in my phone to TATA Docomo for my usual usage as it offers a pretty good call rates with good tariffs.
    After 5 days at afternoon 2:30 PM I again put the Idea SIM in my phone to recharge more balance and activate GPRS for 1 day pack. I was ready to recharge for Rs. 30 or more so that it will have enough balance of more than Rs. 45. But the WORST THING HAPPENED now, when I on the phone. The balance was simply down from Rs. 28.31 to Rs. 4.31, which means they deducted 24 bucks for 1 day pack of GPRS. How came it happen to be possible if the Customer Care executives replied me as not possible to activate if is below Rs. 45 of balance?
    I got enough furious at this time and called to Customer Care again. The CCE replied to me that it shows of having Rs. 28.31 p in my account balance but whereas I can clearly notice of Rs. 4.31 p remaining whenever I dial balance inquiry number. I argued with him for some time about the truth I was experiencing. And finally he replied that my number is still not updated in their system for which they cannot tell the latest account information from their side.
    Now my complain is that I never and never faced this kind of experience when I was using Airtel Mobile Office service, even if some minor faults appeared the CCE immediately offered me solution which worked out. In this way I doubt that Idea will ever emerge as top telecommunication brand like Airtel, Reliance and Vodafone if it offers such poor services like this.
    Most of my friends (more than 10 friends) say that Idea is the WORST TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICE IN INDIA which was formerly called as the ghatia Spice. Unless the company provide helpful informations with good offers it will never attract customers to appreciate. It is also such a cheap brands (although Sachin is involved he can do nothing other than the service provider itself).
    My friends also complain mostly about the informations provided by the Customer Care Executives who are worsely trained with their unpleasing behaviors. They cannot give proper solution or proper response at the time required.
    I hope nobody face the experience that I got myself in future. It will happen only if you avoid o[censored]sing Idea SIM cards, which is far behind Airtel, Vodafone, Tata Docomo or Reliance.
    Hands down for Idea brand which is very very backward in good services.
    Last fact, one my friend had taken 2 new Idea SIM cards but has not yet been activated for over 20 days. He argued countless times with the Customer Care without any solutions. Now anybody can guess how horrible this network service is. So to everyone, please AVOID Idea if you want good services.

    I totally agree with u. This is a damn mobile service...the most hopeless in india. Below average in its quality.

      MY SMS 56 SCHEME IS RUNNING FOR TWO MONTHS FIRST TIME I RECHARGE THEN SECOND TIME RENUED BY YOU.ON THIRD MONTH 20 AUG09 MY SCHEME IS GOING TO EXPIRED AND RENUE DATE IS 21 AUG BUT INSTEAD OF RENUE ON SAME DAY YOU RENUE IT 22 AUG AFTER MY COMPLAIN TO YOUR CUSTMERCARE OFFICER I HAVE IT RECORDED IN MY MOBILE BUT I DIDN'T GET TIME SO MAILLING COMPLAIN TODAY. BECAUSE DELAY CAUSE BY YOU IN YOUR SYSTEM UPGGRADETION I HAVE TO PAY NORMAL SMS CHARGE FOR ONE DAY WHICH COST ME NEAR ABOUT 30-35 RUPEES.

      Idea Prepaid — idea coonection disconnected after one day of payment

      I have taken a sim prepaid of idea after paying Rs 1011, the number given is [protected]. The connection was in use for 4 hours and now it is disconnected.

        Hon'ble consumer court,
        This is for your kind reference and necessary action I am giving you detail which I have given to Idea cellular Ltd.

        "This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased One New Idea connection from your authorized dealer M/s Midas Marketing Solutions, C-23, 1st Floor, South Extn.-I, New Delhi vide their cash receipt No. MMS-115/1173 dated 24th September, 2009 for Rs. 250/- and while taking the connection I have already submitted the ID Proof to the representative, but sorry to write you that till date, my aforesaid connection is not activated.



        In this regard, I have approached to your customer care division, they are not capable to give me any satisfactory reply vide their ID reference Nos.are 1. 2571346 dated 27.09.09 , 2. 87048207 dated 29.09.09 and 3. 87047208 on 29.09.09 for activation of the connection and today I have also contacted customer care division at 11.45 am but the reply was very negligible.



        On going through the above circumstances, my case is fit for Consumer court against your company and claim the harassment amount, but before going to consumer court I am submitting you the copy of all my relevant papers for your kind reference and request you to kindly activate my connection on priority.



        You are also requested to kindly note that always send my Bill at the following address:

Gaurav) he refused to accept that any connection is issued by idea., whereas I had sent an e-mail alongwith the attachment of my ID Proof on 12.10.09 to ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com.

        You are requested to kindly take appropriate action against the party and penalise them by allowing me for compensation of Rs. 50000/-. as harrasment / false statement from the reputed operator.

        Thanks to Aircel I was able to not only get a new number immediately but also get it activated in no time. It suddenly made my life so much easier

        This is Aasfak Alam I would like to share my Quiry regarding Deactivate my prepaid No. I have purchase New idea prepaid No([protected]) from Dealer. After Running 4to 5 days my no is not in service I have Alredy Submit my document but STIL I am not getting proper Response, finaly Agin visit of 5th dec in Idea authorizes centre, zakir nagar okhla.Again I submited my document he told me Service will be Start in 24 howers but my no is not in Service cross 24 howrs, still my no is not started finaly I have been fed-up with idea Service if you can do Something for me then Plz done.

          Sir,

          I am having idea sim No. [protected]. Recently some of the programmes have been unfortunately activated because of the wrong guidelines given by the customer care serivice people. I had requested the customer care services several times to deactivate these programmes. I had recieved the confirmation sms that these programmes have been deactivated. But on records this has not been so.My complaints have fallen into the deaf ears of idea customer care people. Whenever I recharge, money is deducted this has caused me lot of financial loss. Atleast now my complaint will be looked and these programmes are deactivated immediately without any further delay.

          I am having Aircel sim No. [protected]. Recently some of these Dilartune have been activated because of the wrong customer care serivice . I had requested the customer care services several times to deactivate these Dilartune.. I had recieved the confirmation sms that these programmes have been deactivated. But on records this has not been so.My complaints have fallen into the deaf ears of Aircel customer care people. Whenever I recharge, money is deducted this has caused me lot of financial loss.             This is annadurai, On 03.08.2009 i have purchased Idea Net Setter. They told me that with in one week company people will come for address verification. But they didn't come till 28.08.2009. Due to some circumstances i vacated the house on 28.08.2009.

            I don't have any address proof for current address. From 04.09.2009 they disconnected my net connection. I file complaint to the show room(Perungudi) so many times. They didn't take any actions for more than 25 days. My energy, time and money was wasted for 25 days. After 25 days they went to my previous house for address verification. Since i was not residing there they permanently disconnected my net connection.

            When i went there they showed me a mail that says, they came for address verification on 08.08.09 but the door was locked, So he tried for my mobile but it was switched off so couldn't done the verification process. But i am very sure that it was a fake mail because i was in there in my previous address till 28.08.2009.

            So i wanted to surrender the Net Setter to get the money back. When i complained in perungudi showroom they didn't give me proper response and treated me very badly. They told me that idea is a cheating company you can tell this to anyone even to the media.

            I feel so sorry and feel so much of pain due to idea show room(Perungudi) people. I don't want to use idea NetSetter any more. I want to surrender my net Setter. Please take it back and reimburse my money.

            Customer Service & Network also very bad. Hi all Don't choose Idea net setter.

              My Connection No. [protected] Under Unlimited Plan of Rs. 849/

              I had purchased a netsetter connection No. [protected] from Sidhbali Communications Nai Mandi MuzaffarNagar on 18/09/2009. I have undernoted grievance for your kind consideration-

              1. Just two days after getting connection .its services were terminated without any information to me. On enquiry from Idea care I was told that there is about Rs 500 arrear against you in regard to some other connection used by you previously. I was also told that your father's name is matching with that of defaulter's father(as per I.D.) and that's why your services are stopped. On lot of persuation services to Netsetter were restored after 4-5 days.

              2. Again on 09/10/09 services to this connectin have been stopped without any prior warning or intimation to me. On enqiry from Idea care I was told that you have an overdue of appx. Rs 1600/ and your services have been terminated. I was also told that there is no free downloading under the scheme except surfing.
              Today I contacted in the abovenoted office for further details of the arrear of bill as well as the plan of Rs 849 (unlimited). I was told to pay Rs 800 as bill amount in advance which I paid immediately.I was also assured that the balance amount of bill will be adjusted as provided under the scheme( i.e. 50% of Rs.849 plus taxes will be charged for first three months). I was also assured that your services will be restored within 2 hours. Also, I was reassured that there is no change in plan (i.e. unlimited down loading and only 50% of Rs 849+ taxes for first 3 months).
              On contacting to Idea care toevening regarding restoring of services I was told that an amt. of Rs 800 has been deposited today but you have to clear entire dues before your services are restored.
              Sir, you can understand the position of such a helpless consumer.If a well educated customer can be made fool so easily what is the story of some else ?
              I hope for a favorable action and an early reply.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I Amit Ahuja s/o Mr. Rajeev Kr. Ahuja currently am using idea cellular services from last 4 years now. My mobile no. is +91-[protected]. My average monthly billed amount is Rs 5000 from last 4 years now & approximately Rs 2,40,000 I have paid against my bill payments so far. I think I am a loyal user & customer of Idea cellular.

                  I want to share an experience from which I have gone through customer care services of Idea cellular.

                  My outgoing services has been barred due to non payment of my idea bill which was generated on 27th Sep. ’09 of Rs 3200/- only, However my due date is 12th Oct. ’09. I still have complete 11 days to make that payment on my pending bill.
                  Then I called on Ccare services which is 12345 at 19:22 PM on 01st Oct. ’09 just to clarify, why My outgoing
                  has been barred?, then I have come in the contact of Mr. Abhay Kumar (CCE) & he told me that my unbilled amount approximately is Rs 6200/- so far & my credit limit is Rs 5ooo, which I clearly understand that I have exceeded my credit limit as well. Then I told him that, I do not have any information about my exceeded credit limit. He was not answering my questions/doubt at that time & then i have made him realize that he is not listening what cust. Is saying he keep on proving him right. Then I asked him, How Idea can bar my services without giving any intimation? Then he replied, yes they can do & they had already sent SMS & fixed a pre call recording on my ph. regarding this intimation. When I requested him that if he can help me with the details that when this all has happened. I also requested him that if he can provide me with any E-Mail address He just disconnected the call. (Please Refer recording of this call) It was a long conversation of 20 mins. This was totally wastage of at least my precious time.

                  Then again I made a call on 19:43PM on same number & this time I come in contact with Mr Ankur Kumar (CCE), He asked me that what was the problem about & I requested him to please refer the notes on my account as you cannot transfer me to the last executive. Because there is no point to waste another 20 mins. While just explaining him the matter, but he was very stubborn, not ready to listen. Then I realized that I should explain him the matter, otherwise he will not listen/help me out with better fashion. After explaining him all the story again, he straight away told me that he cannot help me out in this situation. He keeps on putting me on hold again & again. Then I requested him as well that “Sir, Please activate my services at least for 24 hrs. So that I can make the payment of my outstanding bill.” But he refused to do so. Then he again put me on long hold of 15 mins (However, i think we should refresh the customer after every one minute when we put the customer on hold, so that cust should have an understanding that advisor is working on his/her matter only) Without any reason. (Please Refer recording of this call)

                  Then, I come in contact with Mhd. Khalid (Floor supervisor after a long hold) who was very helpful & he acknowledged my complaints. He helped me out with the best solution he can provide me after 42 mins. Of long conversation.

                  So, in all I have to spend more than 60 mins. On Ccare just because of mistake of Idea cellular.

                  I appreciate if you can send me the details of intimations which have been given to me before barring my services. As it was informed to me by your couple of CCE’s.

                  I am very disappointed from the quality of executive, Idea cellular is hiring.
                  This is not the first time i'm facing this problem. Number of times earlier aswell & iam sure situations will never change with Idea cellular ltd.

                  I am not at all happy with the kind of services & treatment has been given to the legacy customers & I will definitely look forward for the number portability service now. I think I should speak to TRAI regarding this.

                  I request you to please do the needful or action as required ASAP.

                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                    I have an idea chit-chat mobile, I have been continuously receiving promotional calls and sms’s from Idea which has become a real nuisance as these calls and sms’s start from as early as 7 in the morning which is quiet disturbing.

                    I have contacted customer care a number of times in the past as well as the present and have requested them to stop the promotional calls and sms’s and have always been promised that they would take the necessary action but to no vail. Inspite of my repeated requests the calls and sms’s have not stopped and subsequently upon contacting customer care they blame it on system failure.

                    I am now fed-up receiving these calls and sms’s and do not want to receive any more promotional calls or sms's and would seek your assistance in putting an end to this torture that idea is subjecting me to.

                    Would request you to take the necessary action so that I could get a good night’s sleep without having to worry of been woken-up by these promotional calls and sms’s.

                    I too join against the nuisance messaging being recieved by the IDEA consumers. All the cel phone users data is being sold to every tom dick and harry. Anyone who wants to sell Soap, Bullock Cart, Buffalo, Cow Dung or any rotten commodity lying unused can contact IDEA, and for very nominal fee directly or thro some scrupulous agent. Otherwise how come any election candidate from the particular area can have access to only specific voters, how a water purifier can target messages only us, the list comprises of TV agent, casual apparel seller, a mithai wala, a computer agent, Train Booking agent. You feel like catching hold of Cust Care and . . . . .

                    I have tried to contact their efficient CUSTOMER CARE, spoken to them sooo many times, e-mailed my complaint but they dont want to react, literally sleeping over the problem.

                    I can reproduce my complaint if desired.

                    Sir,
                    This is to inform you that i, SHAMBHU KUMAR THAKUR, cell phone no [protected] getting frequent promotional calls form [protected] and some other numbers as well i am not remember all of those and its really frustrating, i lodge a complaint to the customer care at [protected] but nothing can be done till date.
                    Sir, let me tell you that i have activated my DND service long ago even though i am getting that calls.

                      I paid Rs.100/- through Idea Cellular Portal while using my HDFC Bank account. The amount is deducted from account and a sms of confirmation from Idea also received, but the amount of recharge value has not updated in my mobile.
                      After writing to Idea customer care, no reply or action has been taken.
                      Calling on [protected] is also of no use as they cant provide the details.

                      I would like to have my amount credited to my mobile.

                      Can some one help me to get my money back.

                        My self Taufeeq Farid ahmed Mansuri,

                        I am the owner of Alif Telecom, 1154, Behind new karanj police station, Near new bera bekri.Bhadra, Ahmedabad-380001. Currently I am involved in the business of STD, ISD and PCO.
                        Plus I am recharging the balance to the customer's mobiles for all the companies since last five years.

                        I am having Reliance STD and PCO also which is also from last 5 years and I have never faced problem any time.

                        But.....

                        I have purchased IDEA PCO coin box just before six months the number is [protected]..
                        my personal contact number is [protected].

                        And this PCO was closed by me around 15 days due to my personal reasons. But when I restarted it again around 2nd September of 2009. And I cheked my balance and come to know that I have lost 100 Rs.. The interesting thing is that before 15 days it was 121 Rs. so I inquire about my loss of 100Rs. in customer care.On 4th September With Mr.Ajay. at 12:38 pm at indian time zone he told me my money were deducted on 20th August 2009 and I also come to know the strange things.. It is that he told me the reason of my money deduction is GAME DOWNLOADING.... And he also told me NO ONE CAN DOWN LOAD A GAME IN PCO COIN BOX.....the simcard of coin box is not removed from the PCO. so can any one tell me how my money deducted? HOW CAN A PERSON DOWNLOAD A GAME IN PCO COIN BOX...!!!... PCO is not an ENTERTAINMENT TOOL.... ITS BASIC PURPOSE IS EARNINGS ONLY....WE ALL KNW THAT NO ONE CAN DOWNLOAD A GAME ON ONE RUPEE COIN BOX PCO.... SO I WANT THE ANSWER HOW AND WHEN MY MONEY WERE DEDUCTED.....still I have not got a single rupee of refund.after this insidence i have shutted down that PCO..AND want some legal action against IDEA cellular.I knw very well that IDEA is a brand name.. but Is this the way they can be branded anymore...? This way they will lose thir prestige.I am really hurted by this insidence and IDEA has broke my trust.

                        So kindly help me out..

                          I am an Idea post paid subscriber for almost 10yrs now. I had issued a cheque of Agrasen Co-op Bank Ltd., Yerwada, Pune Branch on September 18,2009 against my Aug-Sept bill for Rs. 674/-. The cheque had bounced not because of lack of funds but because the Bank had closed. An Idea executive called me after two weeks ie on 5th October a day before the generation of the Sept-Oct bill and asked me to make an immediate payment by cash. When I refused to do the same he barred my incoming and outgoing calls. After fervent requests to them the line was re-stored on the condition that I make the payment within 24hrs along with a penalty of Rs. 109/- Yesterday the 6th I made a payment of Rs.783.33 thru credit card. They have also represented my cheque and encashed Rs. 674./- To cut short where I had to pay only Rs 674/- Idea has taken a payment of Rs. 1457.33 under false pretex. They are cheating the public and their representatives use threatening notes. I want to teach these frauds a lesson.

                            Yesterday i have purchased Idea Net setter from mobile shop, he told me that it will take 6hrs to active after purchase and document submit and I did the same. I purchased this box in the morning at 11am and when I connected to my laptop in the evening at 7pm I got lot of problem.

                            First it was not able to connect properly with network.
                            After several time it was connected with network but I got speed like 2.5 kbps to 5 kbps.
                            It was connected for only 15min and during this 8 time got disconnected from network.
                            I paid 2000 + (sim + idea net setter) + 650 (for unlimited access plan), is this worth full or not?

                            My address location is Vishrantwadi, Tingare Nagar, Airport Road. (I think all mobile networks works in this location).

                            Today morning when I checked Idea Net Setter review on lot of web site about their service & Speed then I realized that I did very big mistake and purchased “Idea Net Setter”
                            Now I need your service on my problem.

                            Idea Net Setter — Regarding the service

                            Hi

                            I have taken the idea net setter on 22 Feb 2009 and on 26 Feb the idea people diactivated my connection stating that it was due to signature mis match, so on 26 Jan itself i had produced documents alongwith my siganture to Idea. But the connectoin was not started till 28 Feb 2009 and that too after i had to sit at the idea shop for more than 3 hours and finally they reactivated my connection but when i tried to use it still i was facing the same problem and when i contacted the idea customer care they told me to go to the idea shop and when i contacted the idea shop they forwared the request again to the customer care till now the prolem is not solved and i have been again and again diverted to either of them.

                            Hello IDEA Customer Care,

                            Its going to complete my one month uses of Idea's Netshetter on dated 27-jun-2009.

                            I have started complaining since 2nd June, and I have visited also Mulund My Idea gallery.

                            But, till date I have not getting any response from your side. What I can do for internet speed ?


                            I am checking my Internet every day (in day/morning/night all the time) in my house and in my office also, I am getting full tower, but not the speed.

                            I have talked about the same with Sachin at Mulund gallary. He is saying that my senior told me, nothing we can do about internet speed.

                            So, What I have to for the Internet speed ?

                            If there is no any solution for internet speed then How can i continue to pay you the charges ?

                            If you can not provide the speed, just reset/suspend my account, When you provide the speed that time active my account ?

                            So, at least I can save my time and money both.


                            Are you thinking about the customer ? Or just your doing business for your benefit.

                            Idea Net Setter — There is no speed for net setter.

                            I purchased idea net setter for inetnet they told me it is high speed internet but it is't. it is very very very slow and some time there is no speed.
                            To be honest, idea's net setter is a lot slower and always will have network problems. I purchased one few months ago with unlimited plan ( RS.500/- for three months postpaid) but in it's second month i got a bill of RS.2000/-, i inquired in the matter but was of no use even when on the bill it was specified that credit limit
                            is RS.1000/-. I am a lot unhappy with ideas net setter as it always going to have network no matter were you
                            stay. Those are looking forward to buy idea net setter i recommend not to go for it and off course why to pay
                            RS.849/- for a 56.6k modem service, you can actually have broadband with that cost.

                            kaare ka samajhta re tum saala log paisa lo aur serveice nahi do. bewakoof banane ka achha company khol liya hai re sala iska maa ka baap ka samajhta hai tum sab kamina log is ko sudhare ga ki nahi.agar mera 1 din ke andar nahi sudhra to gaali ka bahandar kar denge. mera complain hai ki yeh connect nahi hota hai aur is ka speed 60 kbps hai tum log bolta hai ki 256kbps speed e ka ito 60kbps ke aage nahi bhagta hai. mera netsetter ka no.                             The following is the complaint I had sent to "grievance.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com,ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabi... 5 days back. But, there was no response.

                            Everytime, the following auto response will be received:

                            "Dear Customer,

                            We acknowledge receipt of your email and we will certainly respond to you within 72 working hours.

                            We request you not to respond to this message; as it is a system generated one.

                            I am really sorry to say you that this the worst service provided by the Idea Network that is Idea Net Setter.

                            This is the last hope or chance of getting my money refunded.

                            Otherwise, I will be raising a complaint against Idea services under consumer court.

                            I have lost Rs 550/- without using any of the service.

                            My Complaint:

                            I am using Idea Netsetter with by paying Rs.550/- per month with a non-sense service. It never reaches the said speed 236.8 kbit/s. But, at most rarely it reaches to 130 kbit/s with total signal.

                            As it is a prepaid connection, I am paying Rs.550/- per month, last month i haven't recharge it. After a 15 days gap after it got expired, I have recharged it on 6th July.,2010. It was working on 6th July.,2010 with the same non-sense speed. I have used only for 2 hours. From next day onwards i.e., from 7th July.,2010, it was not connecting. I have contacted customer care on 7th July.,2010, I got a response saying that it may be due to Server down. I have waited for 2 more days. Again I have contacted customer care 5 to 6 times by wasting my time. But, there was no proper response. Each executive is understanding the problem in different way and they were unable to resolve the issue. They were unable to trace my number [protected].

                            At last, I have asked them to connect to the concerned manager. Even his response was almost the same. He had asked me to go to Idea shop by providing me some address by assuring me that definitely they provide me a solution. I have visited the shop, he tried by connecting to his system. Even he had contacted the same customer care, even though I was telling him that I got this is the response I got from them.

                            The non-sense solution he had given is:
                            We were unable to trace this number, please take new sim card with new connection by paying again 100 for sim and 550 for service.

                            I have asked him whether my money gets refunded. He was telling that its not at all possible.

                            Let me know, whether my money gets refunded or not.

                            If you are unable to provide proper services to the customers, then don't provide it.
                            Don't think the people using are dumb.

                            I will be waiting for 2 more days for the response. If I will not receive the response in 2 days, I will be reaching the consumer court.

                            The latest update when I had called customer care is that:

                            They made the sim card available in the market.

                            Actually, this has to be happened after 3 months of non-usage. This has been told by the customer care executive.
                            But, they made it available in 1 day eventhough it got recharged and was in use.
                            But, how they made it available in the market, when a user is using the sim?

                            Please, let me know the solution for the above issue.
                            Hoping this is the last chance, by thinking that this would help me.

                            I Rajesh Nayan purchased two IDEA NET SETTER from your sales executive ABDUL
                            Mobile no – [protected] one was purchased on 13.08.10 and second one was purchased on 17.08.10 after cash payment of Rs. 1500/- each and assured him to referred my five advocate colleagues for this. One of the prepaid Net Setter I am using and another one which I was purchased for my brother in law on 17.08.10, because on 13TH Aug the modem was not available with him. Second one Net Setter No. he has given[protected] and SIM no.[protected]. We have got good faith in him. On either 13-14.09.10 when we made a call to him that net setter is not working he replied to come to you next day. Next day he came and taken away the net setter with him. Stating that its recharged is over. Since you have not used one month free unlimited browsing and downloading I will recharge from myself. From 13-14.09.10 he is misguiding us . Sometime he said that I am busy with my clients and sometime he told that idea server is not working that why your recharge has not done.
                            On 22.09.10 when I contact him he told that I am coming to Saket Distt. Court to meet at 2 pm at 2pm he again rang me that I am busy with my client and will come to you at 4 pm. When I try to contact him he did not picked up his mobile. I contact him from another mobile he replied so roughly which neither I can write nor I can Say.
                            He is keeping my net setter with him and harassing and torturing us and using abusive languages. I also assured him to referred him to my colleagues for the same, but he did not take care
                            I would like to state that to look after this matter on urgent basis and short out as soon as possible.

                            Yesterday, i bought idea net setter a USB connector from a local dealer.Poduct promised to delivery upto 3.1 Mbps bandwidth, but when i connected i found that its delivering only 5kb speed that too on and off and its not able to open idea website either.I tried calling their customer care and that too was pathetic i did not get any response, their customer care executives are always busy.Later i went back to the dealer and i returned the instrument i havent received the money yet.Dealer says he will talk to the distributor and let me know the status.

                            I felt cheated by buying this product it costed me 2100/- Rs.Can anything be done about this?

                                I have received a call from this number so many times and every time I attend the call but the caller disconnect the call. If I make a call back to this number there is no any response from this number. I want to know that who is this caller and what is purpose of this call. this is very serious matter & we should report to security agencies of Country.

                                  I recently recharged my Idea mobile phone in Kerala with Rs.200 and got a talk time of Rs.106.32 only. I talked with Idea Customer Care and their recharging logic is in this way.

                                  The talk time given for recharging with Rs.100.00 is Rs.88.66. (Tax 9.34, Administration charge Rs 2.00).
                                  Where as the recharging of Rs.200.00 gives you a talk time of Rs.106.32 only (Tax 18.68, Administration charge Rs.75.00!!!)

                                    My Bill cycle is 21st of every month but I never ever recieved Idea Bill on time , all the time I have to request for the bill to near by Idea gallery but they give excuses every time & send me my bill on my email id .
                                    But i am not satisfied with Idea only because while taking this Number I had inform gallery people to give me bill on time as we get bill from our company & for that we have to submit bill original copy to our company on every 1st of the month .
                                    All this I can see is only the customer is in need of doing things properly , we should pay the bill on time ,
                                    we should waste our time in calling customercare & follow there instructions & " Leave all our work just look after this things "
                                    to whom so it is concern the Idea service is the poorest one which i had seen so far .

                                      i am from bangalore, whenever i recharge my prepaid account, 30 rs is deducted for no reason, this happens three times...

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        A customer care call saying some offer against my prepaid balace, that recharge with Rs. 14 and you will get Idea to Idea 25 paise, other mobile 50 paise, but I refused becase I am having already a power plus of Rs. 37 just two days back, i.e. 29.09.2009(with which all call made to idea from 11.00 PM to 7.00 AM is free for 30 days), but inspite of my refusal it is activated with Rs. 14 from my existing balance and also deactivated the previous power plus.

                                        I don't want the existing one (Power plus of Rs.14) so, please look on the matter seriously and please restore the prvious power plus and refund back the money (Rs. 14) to my balance.
