i recharged my no. by 26-10-09 and got my bal. but on next morning my bal. was auto reduced and got negative even when I did not call anyone. I tried to call customer care and heard the sound that this facility is not available at my phone. Can u help me in solving such griviencies....

Dear Sir,

Myself Mr. Manoj Ahire from Nashik, Mobile No. [protected], activated GPRS internet facility on my mobile and used for two days @ max 4 to 5 hours. Today (26/10/09) cross checked the unbilled amount, which shows @ 2300 Rs. whereas for last five six months the maximum bill amount is 500 Rs.

Means for two days of internet surfing, Idea charged me @ 1800 Rs. which is equivalent to 3-4 months of subscription...
