I had been using IDEA prepaid connection for calls and internet surfing as well. Last few days I had been using Rs.98 plan which offers unlimited brousing for 5 days. Many a time it happened that I was not aware when my 98 plan for internet expired. So last 13 of july I decided to activate NET 20 plan which deducts Rs 20 per day and provides unlimited internet surfing for one day. I called the customer care to actovate NET 20 plan.
From that day itself I could not contact customer care with my number-[protected]. Thereafter I called customer care with some different number and told about my complain. I also requested them to activate NET 20 paln from there end. I also sent sms and dialed the number *565*559# which is for activating NET 20. These all activities were in between 13 to 15 th july09.

When I could not get the NET 20 plan activated till 15th, I decided to recharge Rs 98. To my surprise when I received sms on 17th that an amt of Rs 20 had been deducted, I called customer care and asked the reason.
The reply was that "your Rs 98 plan has been cancelled and NET 20 has been activated as per ur request on 14th". Well I understood that my Rs98 is wasted. I swallowed it.
I was having a ballance of more than Rs 700.00 on 21th of july 09. I was using internet thinking that my NET 20 plan is activated. After surfing suddenly I found that mu balance dropped to Rs49.00. When I contacted customer care through some different number as I couldnot contact them through my number, MR LALIT MANAGER CUSTOMER CARE replied "your NET 20 plan is deactivated, How, I dont know as I dont have any detail.

Sir, I appeal that the amount I have lost due to fault of IDEA should be returned to me and stop such type of CHEATING BUISNESS

i want to dediactivate my caller tones & songs staions facilities but idea customer care exceutive is not on line how i can dedactive the same please advice me this very redyculeas for i[censored] can not dedactivate the same i will change the sim & never purchae it again.

i am idea user connection . last 8th june my mobile lost in my house.but i want to my same idea number tell me sugggetion how is that possible?

if this is not possible then dedactivate my idea number .

    sir,
    i bought 2 idea lucky sims of mrp 10/- each around two months ago when the scheme came.
    This scheme contains life long validity with 25 rs of talktime
    For activation of these sims it was neccesary to give them reliance, bsnl or tata numbers.
    Here are the details of numbers corresponding to sim numbers.
    here i am providing the sim numbers because the covers of both the sim cards on which numbers were written have been lost.i didn't remember those numbers.

    2.[protected] ...[protected]

    i didn't recieved any call from the company on [protected] for the first sim.

    but i recieved the call on [protected] regarding the activation of second sim.
    the main problem is here...
    both the sims show balance of 25 rs and validity upto 2014.
    but any kind of phone calls, sms, incoming, outgoing etc is not getting possible yet.

    i gave the right phoyo id with my photograph.there should be no documentation problem according to my concern.please check my sim numbers.and solve the issue.here are details of my id which i provided to the retailer.

      i am using idea prepaid service and i was called to idea regarding idea GPRS service and i asked them about weekly plan and she offered me Rs 35 plan and she told me surfing is free but you have to pay if you are download extra things from website but she gave me wrong information that surfing is charged and they deduct surfing money from my balance and thats againts law that comany is giving wrong information to customer and make them fool and now the are argue with me thats your fault

      please give me valid reson for this deduction ASAP.

          I have an Idea net Setter. The speed is very slow. After using it for 10 to 15 minutes
          a DNS error appears. Then after re-connecting it starts, but by doing this it gives
          problem to the downloading. And sometimes it gets disconnected by itself.

            I recharged my prepaid mobile no [protected] for Rs 111 (bachat pack). I got 'recharge was sucessful' message on my comp screen, i found that balance from the my HDFC a/c was also deducted by the same amount. But i havn't got any balance added on my mobile phone. I have every proof of recharge transaction. I got www.ideacellular.com's screenshot of recharge sucessful and HDFC a/c summary from where we can see that amount has been paid to Idea for recharge. This is very disgusting experience for me, so please help me to get my mobile phone recharge by the Rs 111 pack.

            Idea — Got less balance on recharge

            I had recharged my mobile no. on 8 Nov with Rs 251 while I was in roaming and I have got only Rs 131. I have launched the complaint. I phone Idea costomer care again and again but didnot answared properly. Now today they tell that you would get only this much and you can't complain. I have shocked. Please tell me what to do.
            you should have visited rechargeitnow .com. there are many site which charge more than the original amt stating as transaction charges. that is all . i got my recharge frm rechargeitnow.com and i got full recharge by paying the exact amt as charged by the company.

              I bought an idea sim on 13/07/09 with complete documents and payment from ITBL TELECOM PVT LTD., ITBL HOUSE, B-70, NARAINA PHASE-2, NEW DELHI and i was assured by the company executive that the sim will be activated in 24 hours but till today its not activated . whenever i cal ITBL office they give me an excuse get the sim activated from IDEA call centre and same reason is given by IDEA cal centre to contact ITBL TELECOM.I requested them to cancel my sim and refund my money as the service is not activated which again they are not ready to do

              I took 2 no's from ITBL Pvt Ltd, ITBL HOUSE, B-70, NARAINA PH 2, on 29th aug 2009. On 31st aug i spoke to idea customer care n they told me that my no's has been activated but ITBL has given me wrong sims. Im trying to contact ITBL since yesterday. First up the no's on the payment slip are incorrect 2ndly anyhow i got there no but they just keep on playing game by giving another no. Its ridiculus. I want things to get resolved.               Do you know the meaning of first impression is last impression, I have already connection of Vodafone, Reliance, Tata, Trump. First time I m going to use IDEA, but now i just feel that it is a fake company....and i will never suggest any of my friend or my office community to allow themselves to connect with IDEA.

              Still my connection is not activated and be stay, so far you will not be activated with my given number i.e [protected]

                i have 2 new pre paid no of idea cellular Punjab and one of them is barred and other is running. on asking the company they said proofs are not received. iwant to know then how other no is in working on visiting idea showroom they show me the proof of sent documents to the company and they assured that proof will sent once again. but now after 7 days my no is still barred here i want to tell you that i am a idea corporate user too and running my corporate for more thaen 2 years and my personal no is much more old i am a regular customer of spice which is now idea. but bad luck company dont need old customers on requesting several time Company is not listening

                    This is to bring your kind attention that I took a post paid connection by paying Rs 500/- account payee cheque in the name of Idea Cellular Ltd from a person named Vijay representative of DSA named Creative Solution, Rohini, Sector-7, New Delhi.He filled up a form bearing no-1357083.He gave me a sim no-[protected].He also filled up a mobile no-[protected] in the aforesid form as my new(allotted) Idea No.He also took away a copy my address and identity proof.All these are taken on on 18th of June'09.He committed me that the connection will be activated by 18th evening. After 3/4 days when I enquired with the said DSA they told me that they are sorting it out.When I rang up in my allotted no some other person has picked up, it means the new number given to me has already allotted others.Its a Fraud and Chitting.Till date I have not got any connection.Please suggest me what I shall do.I am planning to go to media and want to file a consumer case against Idea.So please suggest.

                      Urgent:--- I feel extremely dejected in writting this mail.

                      1. Pradeep tellecaller called me and offer me to convert the idea prepaid i.e [protected] (its my wife mobile no.) to post paid. and told me that your call rate will be 30p per min and you will get 600 mins idea to other free @ 299 monthly rental plan. I gave him 500 Rupees also for this scheme.

                      2. They promised that the Sim will be activated within 24 hrs. I called many times to too many numbers (Which are Mentioned Below ) Now its been more than 19 days. Still my phone is not activated.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I used GPRS service (Rs 25 per day scheme) from IDEA for the mobile no. [protected] from 06 july 2009.
                        On 12 july 2009 (between 13:00 to 14:00) I called to IDEA customercare to terminate the service. In reply I got a SMS from IA-52799, in this SMS they mentioned the service reference no. 91999125 & time of processing by 14 july 2009 at 10:00 am.
                        Because they mentioned 14 july 2009 at 10:00 am. so I used the GPRS for some browsing & download.
                        Without informing IDEA deduct ~ Rs 600 from my balance.
                        I want to back my money/balance whatever IDEA deducted.
                        Please help me to come out the situation.

                          on 6th july an idea customer care executive rang me up and insisted me to activate a caller tune.i refused it but after 3-4 hours Rs45/- was deducted from my balance without any prior information.when i rang them and gave a complaint to deactivate the caller tune and refund me the money, they misbehaved me and said they cant refund me the money.

                          on 6th july an idea customer care executive rang me up and insisted me to activate a caller tune.i refused it but after 3-4 hours Rs45/- was deducted from my balance without any prior information.when i rang them and gave a complaint to deactivate the caller tune and refund me the money, they misbehaved me and said they cant refund me the money.mob...[protected]

                          With ref.to my mobile [protected]today without my prior permission or consent my caller tune had been renewed which I donot want it any further and deducted an amount of Rs.30 which is highly objectionable.
                          Hence it is requested to cancel the caller tune forthwith and recredit the deducted amount in my account.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have a call from a tele caller of IDEA cellular Services from there call centre named Connect Communication's having their office @ 314, 3rd floor, Marble Mkt., Mangolpur Kalan, New Delhi- 83 on 30.06.2009.They told me about their scheme in which I had to give 500 /- and I have to apply for a new connection in which I will get monthly 300 calls on payment of Rs. 200/- monthly. I had paid them Rs.500/- in cash on 01.07.2009 to their sales executive Mr. Deepak and he gave me a Sim (No.[protected]) and a bill Serial No. 1455568. I have given all requisite documents e.g. copy of driving licence. Today about 11 days have passed but the No. has yet not activated by them. I am just calling them again and again, but either they do not pick the call or if they pick there is no sufficient response. Now they told me that there is no scheme exists like this according to them. Thus, it would be an ordinary no. I have already an IDEA connection since last 3 years thus a new connection doesn't beneficial to me. Pls. look into the matter and take corrective measures. Now I want my money back and I don't need this connection.

                              I am using Idea cellular shim on since 2004 my no. is [protected]. Last year they creating problem with my no.
                              Idea cellular issued other no. that is [protected]. Idea Celluler Company calling on that no. other people after that they all people calling on my no. they said to me they having missed call with my no. but when I ask them which no. then they telling [protected]. Many times I complaint register in Idea cellular custmer care but they are not giving me proper response they not accept it and telling me that it is not possible but I suffer this problem many times. Plz help me.

                                Hi,



                                This is to complain against the pathetic service that I have received
                                from your company.



                                History:

                                I bought an LG KP110 from Hotspot (Sadashivanagar Branch) thinking
                                that it was a renowned company. They sold me an extra care warranty by
                                taking an extra Rs. 300 or 350/-.



                                Issue:

                                Recently my handset stopped working due to water damage and I went to
                                the service outlet at Vijayanagar on 6th April 2009, Job Sheet No.
                                029. They took 20 days just to inform whether it can be repaired or
                                not. Then they told me that I would get a credit note and asked me to
                                submit my phone with all accessories and the originals. I submitted
                                all of them on 3rd May 2009. I was informed that the process would
                                take a maximum of 20 days. I waited for that period and even after
                                that nobody bothered to update me. I was made to run from pillar to
                                post without a proper answer. I was at the mercy of your company.
                                Later I got a phone number of your service head Mr. Vishwanath and
                                spoke to him. He assured him that the credit note would be provided
                                within a week. Even that duration has exceeded without any response.
                                Again on 4th June, I called the same number and spoke to another
                                person (Mr. Pradeep) who told that Mr. Vishwanath had left the company
                                and he would talk to the superiors and get back to me. But the same
                                result again. I think this pure cheating. However, I would ensure that
                                none my friends would ever visit your centre again. And I Know, how
                                word of mouth publicity spreads. I am not interested to pursue any
                                further because I am sick with the callous attitude of your company. I
                                want my phone with accessories to be returned along with all the
                                original documents. Thanks for the fantastic service you provided.

                                An disappointed customer of Spice Hotspot (fraud with Customer's Pocket)

                                Hi Sir,





                                This is to inform you that “some of your Brand showrooms are making fraud with the customers”.



                                My name is “Devendra Nagar” one of the customer of Spice Hot Spot Mobile Showroom. I have purchased a new Mobile Handset Nokia 5233 from Spice Hotspot shop (Bajeria, Ghaziabad) in 31st May 2010 at evening 7:00 PM approx.



                                At the time of purchasing I give my dabit card to the Hotspot Boy name – “Himanshu Ahuja”. He tried two times on Card Swap machine to take money of that Mobile phone. Both the times the shop boy told me that the machine is not working so you can take cash money from the near by ATM of Axis Bank. Than I have debited Rs 6700/- from my PNB Bank Account ATM Card. I paid whole amount of Rs. 6475/- to the shopkeeper of the Spice Hotspot mobile shop. He provided me receipt of the payment Rs 6475 Cash received.



                                Than I have checked my account on the very next day (1st Jun 2010), I found that Rs[protected] deducted two time from my PNB account ATM card on those swapped on which shop boy told me that its coming fail due to machine is not working. Than I have make contact with than, but they denied for any help also they have refused to return money to me back.



                                I have filed the case to police station of Ghaziabad and consumer forum under “Customer Harassment” as well case filed to PNB bank, RBI Bank.



                                My request is that please take a necessary action on this because it’s loosing customer faith on product brand shops.

                                  I am facing problems with idea services. When I applied for this service, I have taken corporate plan advance rental 699 and paid Rs. 700.00 check no 046928. I was in totaly dark and thinking that I got plan as I applied. Luckly I talk to customer care on 17/06/2009 and asked some querry, consequently knew plan easy444 monthly rental activated for me and as per system Idea have not received any money from me. Customer care representative did't solve my problem that time. I have called many time with different respresentative after that one of representative has farward my complain that I have paid Rs. 700.00 and applied for advance rental 699. Now after so much practice from my side you accepted it that you received Rs. 700.00. Idea don't understand why I will pay Rs. 700.00 for plan easy444, whereas there is no need to pay advance money for any monthly rental, only need to pay in case of advance rental as per the person has given me this connection and collect check and all document(Naresh has visited me his contact no [protected]). I can't accept this plan at all since starting. Since I have taken this connection most of time Idea have been closed all services to this no. with excuse of verification and want to charge Rs. 444 as a rent.

                                    I am [protected]. I have complian with idea as i have been using this prepaid no. since more than 4 to 4 1/2 years. All this time i have been using or chaning dialer tones by selecting codes provided to download, never had any problem as such.
                                    On 03.07.09 i got a automated call with free monthly SMS service. The person talking from idea was speaking only in gujarati that to in a hurry to just finish the call. After requesting to either speak in hindi or english, our communication started in hindi. Not much interested in all free SMS plan of 1500 SMS to be done in 01 months time after paying Rs. 89/ - or 84/- something, i said a clear "NO". After that to convince i was given other options of Rs.50/- and then finally Rs.34/- for 250 SMS validity upto 01 month, which i thought was OK and agreed too.
                                    On 04.07.09 i got a SMS with my reference no as[protected] that the plan will be activated by 19.34 hrs. from today. To check the balance i dialled *212*1# and was SHOCKED to learn that the plan activated was for 1500 SMS in one month and deducting Rs. 89/- or so from my prepaid balance.

                                    I have stopped using SMS since then except replying to 2 urgent mesgs. I request for immediate solution to this and will stop using any of IDEA service unless matter resolved.

                                      My name is nitin khurana live in north delhi adarsh nagar. i got calls from idea cellular ltd and they sold me an idea postpaid connection forcefully on 01/07/2009 i had been getting calls everyday 3-5times that is called mental harrassment and tele executive said he will give my choice of no. i asked i need only the mobile no. like 770143 in the end otherwise i dont need it. executive promised that i get the same and at the time of activation the mobile no. they said u get different no. i denied the offer
                                      then and there want my money back (RS 500) they stopped pick my phone i called up them several times and no resuslts. plz help me to get rid of it

                                      IDEA Executive — Misconduct of an IDEA Executive

                                      Hi,

                                      I'm a resident of Ghaziabad. On 30th october, I received a call from Idea Customer care that I had won a contest with them and they are offering a new postpaid connection to me of 299 rental with 600 calls and 200 smses free every month along with 3 gifts. The person detailed me everything. I agreed to take the plan along with the gifts.

                                      But on 31st October another person called me and he also detailed me about the plan but the things were very different this time. I told them this is not what I heard yesterday. So he started arguing and finally I disconnected the call. At 4:14 pm same day the person called me and abused me for not taking the plan. I request to have a strict action against that person. These people do not know how to handle the customers.
                                      I have purchase a desktop pc on dated[protected] Invoice no. 615. model no HCL INFINITIPRO BL 1200 (S.R. 9093A1111633), there is a problem in TFT monitor. Many times i have complained to local customer care services in agra. complaint no.are SEB0212 & SEB0814. they attained the complaint but the problem is stay on there. I complained again to local customer care, agra on tel.no.-[protected] & [protected]. But the executive has being misbehaving and says that YOu come with your TFT monitor to our service center. they are only avoiding my complaint. If the problem is not cleared within 15 days you will be liable for all the legal formalities.

                                        presentaly i am suffering from the worst services of IDEA - Cellular. with my mobile post paid connection . The sales executive of IDEA Mr. Laxman having Cell No [protected] explain me the free corporate employee plan to me. and i took one card from him at 14-may 2009. but when i received the bill of 15 days at I st june 2009. I was really surprised to see it becoz the bill shows Rs 729 outsatanding. out of which Rs 71+ ( Rental 115 ) is agrred by me . In this bill these people shows some STD call of Rs 178 which i never dial. also the bill include Rs 171 for download the songs / ringtones. also add the Rs 99 for the replacement charges for the SIM, I never change any SIM card . For this matter Last one month I followup with the Care Idea., Customer care, ( Mr Arvind Joshi) Sales executive Mr. Laxman and his boss Mr Nirmal Parekh. but no one resolve the probles thses all peoples so many times discussed this matter on conference call, on mail also. The most worst things is that when i was insert this card first time in my moblie and chech my Bill by dialiinf *147# it shows nearabout Rs 458/- . At that time i disccused this matter immediatly with Mr Laxman. He told me he will resolve the problem at the time of billing. and He agreed the same things while our conference clall with Mr Arvind Joshi.
                                        Mean while IDEA suspend my card, And I received The Second Bill on July 2009. Including the First bill due amount Rs 729.+ 272+50=1052/- RS - 50 for late fee of first bill . Its Shows that these people just advtise the bigger things but they are not able to give you good service. So many times i request them, Money is not matter But find out Hows its possible the number which i & any other from my cell never dial insert in my bills .
