You people just deducted 21 rs. From my prepaid idea connection without my permission. The message just says that you have been charged rs. 21. Another message came with a link that says enjoy games on gamefun. I didn't buy any game. You guys are cheats.

My sim is from telangana and my sim card shows "no service".
I tried all these things
1. Manual select network
2. Two to three times restart the phone
3. Pull sim out and place it again

But same result is there.
Please help me to sort out this.

Hello, rs.21 has been deducted apparently for no reason. This has happened before as well. The last time we checked with the customer care, at first they told us it is due to some game played by us on phone. I called back again. This time they said, maybe some services are activated.
We did not activate any service. And if you activated the services without our consent, it is your duty to send us back our money.

Even after making necessary setting with smsc number i couldn't send sms. Am facing severe disruption as i couldn't use any of my payment applications. Gpay / phonepe require to send sms to respective bank server to verify the user whether he/she got account registered to the mobile number. As it couldn't receive response am facing problem. Since 2-3 months, i'm not able to make calls. Balance is there in the account, please resolve the issue asap. After recharging amount is being deducted for nothing, can’t even text message.
Incoming calls are barred for no reason. Network is not available everywhere, can’t use data even data balance is there because of network, just resolve the issue......
