My idea mobile number is [protected]. On 24/03/2020 at 5:44pm, an amount of rs. 8 was deducted from my idea balance without my consent. I hadnt requested any vas activation and no consent was taken from me. When i called 198 to register a complaint, i was told all customer care operatives are busy.
As per trai guidelines, mobile companies are not allowed to deduct any balance without consumer consent. I want refund of rs. 8 asap.

I'm unable to access 4g idea service in my area. So very difficult for video calling and also online studies. I complainted many times but no use. It is very difficult to use data service in this area. Only 2g service are available especially inside home. This problem is only with idea while jio network has good range and coverage while comparing. So please solve this issue quickly. The poor connectivity is very difficult for work from home

I am paying a lot for Internet services on my idea number but the speed they are providing is very miserable. I need to turn my phones airplane mood on/off like 100times a day to use internet . I feel cheated by this company

I updated my idea 3g sim to idea 4g, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks otp etc.
I contacted customer care of idea or idea outlet, they told me it is activated and working, although my all services is activted except messages. I can send the message but not received the message.

When i approach to outlet of idea they told to contact customer care & helpless.

I have been facing lot of inconveniences & problems due to this, i lost some faith by my regular customer.
Due to this message problem i can not do my work.

Incoming and outgoing calls are not going it's activated call barring how to remove it .and asking password.
Plz resolve it coz incoming outgoing calls are not going...and it saying sim.and network error

Worst network quality. Call drooping issues are very frequent. Currently using 4 network but its work like 2g. Jio is very good performing here . Even im doing WFH from using Jio mobile network. Voice quality also not good. Soon i will port the Idea to Jio

I have an active pack of 3 gb per day but i am not able to use at least 1.5 g due to low net speed. Also i tried to complaint through the my idea app but it says "no app can send email" but i have gmail app also i downloaded other email apps but it didn't work. After this issue a
I tried to complaint about this email issue but it was also telling me the same thing. Please solve this issue of slow net as during this time due to corona i am only dependent on mobile. Please help.

I had recharged for an unlimited plan of rs 599 and with an existing coupon of rs 58 applied, an amount of rs. 541 was deducted from my account. But the plan has not been activated and i am not able to connect with any of the customer care numbers.

Since morning of March 26 2020 I have not been receiving any service or signal I tried to contact your chat facilities and it was unavailable. I already tried resetting and restarting and changing mobile networks as well as putting sim back and out. Please resolve my issue as I do not have any other service or other sim to use. I have been your customer for more than 4 years.

From past 3 days, my idea sim showing no service. while trying to call, it shows mobile network unavailable. Reset internet settings and restart multiple times, still same. Tried to connect customer care, but not reached. unable to call, unable to browse, please respond as early as possible. I have used this number form past 10 years, if its deactivated i lost everything.please help me

As I am going from I have lost my mobile on 26 March 2020 and now I want to block my idea Sim kindly block my idea Sim by which the person who have it can't do any crime by it. Idea Sim card number [protected].

You people just deducted 21 rs. From my prepaid idea connection without my permission. The message just says that you have been charged rs. 21. Another message came with a link that says enjoy games on gamefun. I didn't buy any game. You guys are cheats.
I don't know why this has happened but i want my money back. Plain and simple. Else i'm switching to another network. I have had enough of this.

My sim is from telangana and my sim card shows "no service".
I tried all these things
1. Manual select network
2. Two to three times restart the phone
3. Pull sim out and place it again

But same result is there.
Please help me to sort out this.

Hello, rs.21 has been deducted apparently for no reason. This has happened before as well. The last time we checked with the customer care, at first they told us it is due to some game played by us on phone. I called back again. This time they said, maybe some services are activated.
We did not activate any service. And if you activated the services without our consent, it is your duty to send us back our money.
But they responded that we cannot return the amount but this will not happen again. But it did happen again today. This is unacceptable behavior. At least give us a reason correctly or guide us how to stop this scam.

Even after making necessary setting with smsc number i couldn't send sms. Am facing severe disruption as i couldn't use any of my payment applications. Gpay / phonepe require to send sms to respective bank server to verify the user whether he/she got account registered to the mobile number. As it couldn't receive response am facing problem. Please sort at the earliest.

Today I recharge ₹50 to my idea number in online, the amount is deducted from my account but recharge is failure to my number. Please kindly take care of this issue, My transaction id N2003251050393553606088. Amount ₹50

From last15-20 days in facing the problem of poor network (only 1-2 signals bar) and poor internet speed. So till today im continuously calling to idea service centre and mail to them also but no one receiving my calls and no one responding on my mails. Kindly take a action as soon as possible.

Sir, i am bhindi dharmesh (Damodara das) currently stationed at a village near statue o[censored]nity, kevadiya colony, narmada, gujarat.

I am using idea services for about last 6 years and am more or less satisfied with it (Except in south india). My number is [protected]

However, for a last 7 days, i am not able to receive calls. Those who call me either get a reply that my phone is switched off, or out of coverage, or it simply does not connect. I am able to do calls at my wish, no problem with outgoing. I am able to use internet data also; no issues with that.

I am trying to contact customer care on 198, but due to busy lines am not successful in getting there. Meanwhile i am in big problem due to not being able to receive calls.

Alongwith me there are 4 other idea/vodafone users at this place who are facing similar problems. Their numbers are

We have tried changing our instruments, changing manual networks, etc. But to no avail.
