Sos - my outgoing calls has been cut for no reason of mine.

On 27/03/20 i had recharged the following nos but it seems that even though hdfc has debited the ammount for both, for one number, no initiation has been done from your side & so iam not able to call from this no

I recharged for a monthly plan which gives daily 3 gb. But the real issue is that, they cheating customer by selling 2g speed net in the name of 4g. Night i got maximum speed of 900kbs or around 1 mbs. They are really annoying how can they cheat us like that i feel like they robbing us. As if trai has nothing to do on this. When i do google speed test i get maximum of 1mbs. Why they do like this. Please consider this complaint even it is...

I recharge my idea mob.No.[protected] on 29March.2020 for 1Gb per day 3G/4G data +Ul local+ std calls for 28 days and paid Rs. 218, ( Idea plans screen shot's copy attached), but I received only 6Gb data instead of 28Gb data +ul std and local calls for 28days.

Please allot me my opted/subscribed 1Gb per day 3g/4g data + Ul and std calls for 28days data according to your(Idea recharge plan).

My idea sim is from maharashtra and from past 5 days it's not showing signal. Also it is saying sim card is not ready.
I've tried to search networks, switching off phone, putting sim in another mobile, but nothing is working.
Please do something about this as soon as possible. As this quarantine is going on i can't connect with anyone.
Also my daily data is getting wasted. I've recharged it with three months and...

I'm staying in m. G. Road ambikapur and my device is not connecting to a proper network. Im very dissatisfied by this type of poor service by idea rest all networks are working at a high speed. My data speed shows 'e' or 'h' it never shows '4g' speed now as it was before. Im unable to watch a video on youtube. It buffers hundreth times even in low quality. This type of poor service force me to think about portation of my idea sim. Please...

My idea sim not working from 28 march 2020 onwards. No network coverage, apn number not viewed, fully blocked. I have used this number since 2010 onwards. No option and not able to call customer service, fully blanked
And it shows emergency calls only on the top of the phone. On this crucial situation, i have no option to communicate others. Please rectify the issue and resolve this immediately....

Sim card not showing network.
I tried all the means of possibilities in settings and restart.
Also selected the automatically choose network option.
Removed the sim and restarted.
I tried paying the bills of postpaid too, but the transaction is also getting reversed.
Please help me as soon as possible since it is my business number.

I already tried resetting and restarting and changing mobile networks as well as putting sim back and out. Please resolve my issue as i do not have any other service or other sim to use. And i did this all stuf..
1. Manual select network not show
2. Two to three times restart the phone
3. Pull sim out and place it again

I am facing issues in the range. I have enquired the other users in my locality about the network. They are also facing this kind of problems. If this exits after one month i will port my sim to any other company. So make the necessary action. I am not able to sent any documents or images through online because of this issue. Also i am facing issues in voice calls....

I m facing problem since last 4days no network on my number, while calling error massage not register. It's my post paid number last 8year, I call so manytime on customer care but no response .kindly resolve the issue as soon as .I m stuck due to ur bad network n irresponsible attitude....

My idea mobile number is [protected]. On 24/03/2020 at 5:44pm, an amount of rs. 8 was deducted from my idea balance without my consent. I hadnt requested any vas activation and no consent was taken from me. When i called 198 to register a complaint, i was told all customer care operatives are busy.
As per trai guidelines, mobile companies are not allowed to deduct any balance without consumer consent. I want refund of rs. 8 asap....

I'm unable to access 4g idea service in my area. So very difficult for video calling and also online studies. I complainted many times but no use. It is very difficult to use data service in this area. Only 2g service are available especially inside home. This problem is only with idea while jio network has good range and coverage while comparing. So please solve this issue quickly. The poor connectivity is very difficult for work from home...

I am paying a lot for Internet services on my idea number but the speed they are providing is very miserable. I need to turn my phones airplane mood on/off like 100times a day to use internet . I feel cheated by this company...

I updated my idea 3g sim to idea 4g, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks otp etc.
I contacted customer care of idea or idea outlet, they told me it is activated and working, although my all services is activted except messages. I can send the message but not received the message.

When i approach to outlet of idea they told to contact customer care & helpless.

Incoming and outgoing calls are not going it's activated call barring how to remove it .and asking password.
Plz resolve it coz incoming outgoing calls are not going...and it saying sim.and network error...
