My idea number is [protected].
I've internet speed issue and also internet ping issue. Whenever i try to call customer care they asked me to do something worst in the device like.. Set data restrictions. Set data limit, etc... Etc.. Thereafter say to me restart the device.. After doing all these stupidity in the device nothing happens. Still again i called... Again they asked me to do etc.. Etc..in the device.. But i've chance to call 3 times in the 24 hours.. They cheats a lot after that i can't able to talk with customer service provider. When i try to port out the sim to airtel they called me and said me to not do that and registered the complaint and make fake promises (For doing formalities) and take time to resolve with in 4-5 days, but it takes 15 to 20days, and they closed my complaints without any information/calls. And internet speed issue isn't solved.

    I am an idea customer mobile no [protected] and repeatedly money is being deducted from my account. I have not downloaded anything from one97 but still i m getting message from vz-ideacms mentioning that...
    Dear customer,
    Thank you for downloading sports from one97. You have been charged rs. 5. Your balance is rs. 26.58
    I don't know what to do now. It deducted 2 times and still going on.. Now what should i do..??

      I am using idea services since 2 months i am not getting 4g speed, getting worst 2g speed, i have recharged with 399 pack valid for 2 months, so second month running, worst service!

      Immediately initiate severe action on this worst service provide - idea & compensate with rs. 10, 000 /- for the inconvenience caused in this matter!

        I recharged my idea sim with Rs. 39. The amount is credited as secondary balance. Very oftem whenever I recharge Idea the amount is credited as secondary balnce instead of main balance. This has becomecommon recently. Idea cellular is plying tricks to cheat the customers. Please see that my amount is credited as main balance. Otherwise I will have to opt for sim portability.

          On 27/03/20 i had recharged the following nos but it seems that even though hdfc has debited the ammount for both, for one number, no initiation has been done from your side & so iam not able to call from this no

            I recharged for a monthly plan which gives daily 3 gb. But the real issue is that, they cheating customer by selling 2g speed net in the name of 4g. Night i got maximum speed of 900kbs or around 1 mbs. They are really annoying how can they cheat us like that i feel like they robbing us. As if trai has nothing to do on this. When i do google speed test i get maximum of 1mbs. Why they do like this. Please consider this complaint even it is not possible to customer excutive

                I recharge my idea mob.No.[protected] on 29March.2020 for 1Gb per day 3G/4G data +Ul local+ std calls for 28 days and paid Rs. 218, ( Idea plans screen shot's copy attached), but I received only 6Gb data instead of 28Gb data +ul std and local calls for 28days.

                Please allot me my opted/subscribed 1Gb per day 3g/4g data + Ul and std calls for 28days data according to your(Idea recharge plan).

                  My idea sim is from maharashtra and from past 5 days it's not showing signal. Also it is saying sim card is not ready.
                  I've tried to search networks, switching off phone, putting sim in another mobile, but nothing is working.
                  Please do something about this as soon as possible. As this quarantine is going on i can't connect with anyone.
                  Also my daily data is getting wasted. I've recharged it with three months and now that's of no use.
                  Please resolve my problem and also do something about your network, as it also doesn't work properly when there's network.

                    I'm staying in m. G. Road ambikapur and my device is not connecting to a proper network. Im very dissatisfied by this type of poor service by idea rest all networks are working at a high speed. My data speed shows 'e' or 'h' it never shows '4g' speed now as it was before. Im unable to watch a video on youtube. It buffers hundreth times even in low quality. This type of poor service force me to think about portation of my idea sim. Please take it seriously and do the neccessary corrections.

                      My idea sim not working from 28 march 2020 onwards. No network coverage, apn number not viewed, fully blocked. I have used this number since 2010 onwards. No option and not able to call customer service, fully blanked
                      And it shows emergency calls only on the top of the phone. On this crucial situation, i have no option to communicate others. Please rectify the issue and resolve this immediately.

                        Sim card not showing network.
                        I tried all the means of possibilities in settings and restart.
                        Also selected the automatically choose network option.
                        Removed the sim and restarted.
                        I tried paying the bills of postpaid too, but the transaction is also getting reversed.
                        Please help me as soon as possible since it is my business number.

                                I am facing issues in the range. I have enquired the other users in my locality about the network. They are also facing this kind of problems. If this exits after one month i will port my sim to any other company. So make the necessary action. I am not able to sent any documents or images through online because of this issue. Also i am facing issues in voice calls.

                                        My idea mobile number is [protected]. On 24/03/2020 at 5:44pm, an amount of rs. 8 was deducted from my idea balance without my consent. I hadnt requested any vas activation and no consent was taken from me. When i called 198 to register a complaint, i was told all customer care operatives are busy.
                                        As per trai guidelines, mobile companies are not allowed to deduct any balance without consumer consent. I want refund of rs. 8 asap.
