[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Credit of minutes already available with the recharge made now | |||
I am a customer of the Idea cellular service say for the past year and a half. My Mobile number is [protected]. For the past six to eight months I have been recharging my account either by RC 99 or by RC 51 which would fetch 475 minutes or 225 minutes talktime and validity for 28 days. When the validity period is due to expire I usually get a message from Idea. On receipt of the message I recharge by way of RC 99 of RC 51 and the un-utilised minutes of the previous recharge would be added to the new minutes. But in this occasion (ie) on 29.07.2015, I recharged with RC 51 for which I had not been credited 225 minutes but a meagre number of minutes. My un-utilised minutes as on 29.07.2015 was 180 and together with the new recharge it should have been 405 minutes (180 + 225) which was not to be. I enquired about this to the customer care office on 01.08.2015 but there was no proper reply from the officer who attended the call viz., Matilda and Melvin. They simply said that the minutes will not be carried forwarded, When I asked them from when this rule has come into effect (because my un-utilised minutes will usually be carried forward) they could not give any acceptable reasons. Aggrieved, I have been made to register this complaint. I request you to either credit the balance minutes due to me or tell the procedure by which I can port out from Idea network to some other network along with my friends.
