[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — deactivated ported (from airtel to idea) sim after paid previous operator balance

After paid previous operator balance, the sim should re-activate in max 48 hrs. But due to misguided and asking questions which cannot be answerable by previous operator, it took almost 5 days delay. Incoming/outgoing off since 5 days and the fact is i have paid the amount on 1st day itself. Still i have to wait for 5 days to activate the sim. As a corporate sim using, this is not expected.
