I know that you have charged against VAS plan. But in this connection i would like to mention that as per your SMS (from-612345) this should be free of cost. (SMS PROOF ENCLOSED) .
Further this services is deactivated by yourself on dated 05/02/2015 without returning money i.e there is no means for deactivation on 5/2/2015 as the charges by yourself is for 30 days and you have deactivated VAS services after 04 days.
