An amount 30 Rs deducted from my account against dialer tone name. on dated 01/02/2015 As I recived msg from 612345 that using *888*88# that name can be made as a dialer tone free of cost.Accordingly I requested the same, but an amount 30 rs deducted. 1) Deduction against dialer tone name on dated 01/02/2015. 2) complain raised on dated 01/02/2015 ( on same date after deduction of 30 minute). 3) Documentary proof required by you through mail on 03/02/2015. 4) Documentary proof submitted on dated 04/02/2015. 5) Action taken by your self on dated 05/02/2015 without returning money. I know that you have charged against VAS plan. But in this connection i would like to mention that as per your SMS (from-612345) this should be free of cost. (SMS PROOF ENCLOSED) .
Further this services is deactivated by yourself on dated 05/02/2015 without returning money i.e there is no means for deactivation on 5/2/2015 as the charges by yourself is for 30 days and you have deactivated VAS services after 04 days.
