[Resolved] Idea Cellular — : Excessive billing of internet charges on post-paid mobile [protected] | |||
I have 3 CUG postpaid mobile connections having number [protected], [protected] and [protected] . On Mob. No [protected] my bill plan is PSP 137.5-20K Corp-NGN2106. On 02.06.2015, I was shocked to see my bill of May 2015 for Rs. 2402/- including Rs. 1739 as internet usage charges. I have not activated any internet plan on this mobile which was activated forcefully as done earlier without my consent which I stopped after so many requests. I rushed to idea office but they did not listen to my complaint and was asked to call on customer care. When I call at 16.04 dt. 02.06.2015 to Ms Arti, Monika, and Mr. Sarouv, but they could not resolve my problem My credit limit was also enhanced without my consent to Rs. 3000/- without my consent I am deeply pained and frustrated because of insensitive and fraudulent behavior of IDEA. It will not be possible for me to pay such a huge amount because I am a serviceman and not using internet for idea. How am I responsible for a wrong bill amount and why should I pay for mistake in your side. And you are calling me to pay the bill. Is customer responsible for mistake on your side? Do you think customer should pay whatever amount you are telling. It is therefore requested to waive off my internet bill for which I am not responsible otherwise I will surrender my all three connections.
