Very regretfully, i am informing that we are associated with Idea group for last 18 years with approx 25 mobile numbers active under our group ID. Your accounts are not tallied and undue amounts are being asked from us to deposit inspite of our regular payments (matching with the bills issued by your company).
We are regularly visiting the showroom to double check the bills amounts before making the payment since last one year.
But even then this problem is not getting resolved at all.
Further, we are facing the huge problem as whenever we try to call any number for the first time, we or the other side is not able to listen the voice and and we are forced to call second time and it happens with every number in our group
Also, we are informing regularly that one of the numbers which has been tagged to our group in your system does not belong to us at all, however, the systems are not rectified properly and we are being harassed to pay the bill amount of that number and many times they had barred the outgoing call facility of other group numbers for non-payment of the amount.
We are completely fed up with the internal accounting system of your company and are thinking about approaching the TRAI and will avail all the other legal remedies available to us.
Last warning to resolve this issue by today itself and confirm the resolution of the same to us. Also in case if any of the number of our group is disconnected then your company will be solely responsible for any financial loss and mental harassment borne by us or any of our group member.
