My number is[protected] with an add on number [protected]. This connection is taken from BITS Pilani hyderabad campus. My complaint is: Every month when I try to to pay my monthly post paid bill, the following message is appearing: "This number is corporate connection. Please Click Here to Log In and make payment through corporate portal." And when I try to pay through the so called corporate portal, it says: "We could not process your request. Please try after sometime" This is very very inconvenient. What shall I do ????????????????????????????????

    With deep regret I inform that I had issued cheques no. 863329 dt.16/4/15 for Rs. 510/- & no. 863364 dt. 18/5/15 for Rs. 792/- drawn on J & K Bank towards my Idea A/c No.[protected] against their respective bills to the company at their Adarsh Nagar office. The cheques were cleared from my bank A/c. Even then my mobile was barred earlier in April giving the reason that I have not paid the bill. I visited the Adarsh Nagar office and showed the bank statement to the staff. They asked me to pay the bill in cash assuring me that my cheque amount will be deposited back in my bank A/c within 48 hours. I paid Rs. 510/- cash. Despite that I have not received the payment till date after 1.5 months. Now the same thing happened again with my other bill. I paid the cheque for Rs. 792/- which was cleared from my bank the next day. Even then I received the calls from the company that my bill is not paid whereas I told them that I have paid the bill and ultimately they cut off my mobile once again. I visited the company's Adarsh Nagar office no. of times showing all the details and giving them Bank Statements leaving behind all my important business assignments and my precious time. I'm very sorry to inform that the attitude of the staff is very irresponsible as if it is a very small matter. Nothing has been done so far. I have suffered a loss of more than Rs. 50000/- due barring of my mobile and spending a lot of time in all this. As such I should be compensated with amount of loss I have to bear.

      idea gives customer many unlimited recharge. Rs 649 3 GB Unlimted Rs 745 4 GB Unlimted Rs 849 5 GB Unlimted Rs 945 6 GB Unlimted Rs 1249 9 GB Unlimted Rs 1499 11 GB Unlimted but when we use any unlimited recharge. company do not provide any data about how much data we are using like othrer companies providing detail through ussd code. so we can not figure out how much data we have been consume. and we also do not know company is providing the full data which company promised.

        Hi, I have bought mobile Internet pack 248 of idea 25 may for my internet use. But, when I am using idea for my internet usage, idea gives me very low speed (even I am getting full network). So, thats the cheating by idea & idea care. I thought that idea gives maximum speed but it is not. Please resolve my query as soon as you can. I am requesting you a lot. Regards, yours, Kishor More

            mere mobile bill date 23/05/2015 me SMS-MT Rs-349/- charge kiya gaya, Customer care me baat karne per kahte hain ki jab Aap web page per kisi Advertisement per click karte ho to ye paisa apne aap hi cut jate hain. isme idia ki taraf se koi fault nahi hai. Agar is servise ko band karna chahte hain to Deactivate krale. maine puchha yadi Deactivate karane ke baad maine fir kisi Advertisement per click kar diya to kya paise katenge, to kahte hain han agar aap ne click kiya to fir paise katenge. to fir maine pucha ki aapke dwara deactivate karne se kya labh hua agar mere paise dobara katne lagenge to iska koi santos jank uttar nahi mila.Jab Maine kisi prakar ki koi service activate nahi karai hai to yah bill kyo paid karon. Iska matlab to yahi hai ki idea jaisi company bhi kuchh Fraud company ke sath milkar apne grahk ko bevkoof banakar gup chup tareeke se paise Eithati hai. mai idea cellular ki taraf se ye jankari chahta hun ki mere bill se Rs 349/- jo galat tareeke se charge kiya gaya hai use hata kar kab tak sahi bill dispatch kar diya jayega taki sahi samya per mai bill ka bhugtan kar sakun. kripya hindi me jankari de dhanywaad.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I submitted my request for deactivation of 2G internet service on May 12, 2015 at idea point, Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala, Punjab. I had to deactivate the service because of the value-added services like Masti Club and Games Club etc which were added without my knowledge in my account and fee related to their use added to my monthly bill. The cycle of my monthly bill starts from 16th of every month.

                You have mentioned that the charges have been are levied correctly in my bill towards Wap as per plan assigned even though I never signed in for that.

                Now even after submitting a request to deactivate the 2G Internet service on May 12, 2015 along with a copy of identity card proof, I am still being charged for these services, which I have no use for. My outgoing calls have also been debarred.

                Please look into this complaint at the earliest and deactivate the services I did not want.

                        Dear All, I have a Idea Internet services in which i have taken a 3G unlimited plan in which i am getting a speed of 60 to 70 kbps in 3G.                           Team, Very regretfully, i am informing that we are associated with Idea group for last 18 years with approx 25 mobile numbers active under our group ID. Your accounts are not tallied and undue amounts are being asked from us to deposit inspite of our regular payments (matching with the bills issued by your company). We are regularly visiting the showroom to double check the bills amounts before making the payment since last one year. But even then this problem is not getting resolved at all. Further, we are facing the huge problem as whenever we try to call any number for the first time, we or the other side is not able to listen the voice and and we are forced to call second time and it happens with every number in our group Also, we are informing regularly that one of the numbers which has been tagged to our group in your system does not belong to us at all, however, the systems are not rectified properly and we are being harassed to pay the bill amount of that number and many times they had barred the outgoing call facility of other group numbers for non-payment of the amount. We are completely fed up with the internal accounting system of your company and are thinking about approaching the TRAI and will avail all the other legal remedies available to us. Last warning to resolve this issue by today itself and confirm the resolution of the same to us. Also in case if any of the number of our group is disconnected then your company will be solely responsible for any financial loss and mental harassment borne by us or any of our group member.                             Hello, I have registered request for switching from Postpaid to prepaid service at Sinhagad road Idea showroom on last Thursday i.e. 21st May. It was very pathetic response received in that showroom. Employees are very rude and not at all co-operative and informative. My service of postpaid stops from Saturday but till today prepaid service has not yet started. My mother (age 70) visited 4-5 times in that showroom for the service activation but each time they are replying rudely and giving half information. How much time we have to wait for this.                               This complaint is regarding the mobile #[protected]. I must say that Idea is a big piece of crap and your services sucks big time! From the day I bought the postpaid SIM card, I’ve been struggling with poor network reception, exceptionally slow speed even on 3G mode and last, but not the least, indefinite call drops. Keeping everything aside, the billing procedure was something that really pissed me off! I mean the customer isn’t dumb that you can try cheating him so easily. Just have a look on my bill. For 230 MB data usage charged 1324/- I need explanation on this. i spoke to technical team regarding this and they never revealed about this. Please provide detailed billing information

I am having an issue where i am not able to access internet when i connect to VPN connection via CISCO VPN client software. when VPN is not connected then i am able to access internet.                                   Two days ago I bought an idea sim. I was told to dial 59059 for the sim verification. But call gets rejected. The sim which I bought is of himachal Pradesh. And right now I am in punjab. So, I wanted to kno if this is the reason for the failure. Or what should I do?

                                    I Was A Vodafone Customer Before And It Was Some Network Problem For That Reason I Thought Idea Is The Best Network Provider And For That Reason I Just Converted My Vodafone Simcard Into IDEA. Since Few Month Some Problems Started. Like Mobile Pin Lock Automatically Then Screen Lock. Mobile Restarted Automatically And Showing Message Like "RESTART YOUR DEVICE WITH APPROPRIATE SIMCARD". Then Registration Falied. It Damaged My Device Totally. If I Tried To Attach Sim Into Another Device Then Started Same Problem And Totally Destroyed Device. I Lost More Than 10 To 15 Cellphones . I Tried To Contact Customer-Care Help, Called Customer Care Executives Many Times Discussed All The Problems From Which I Was Suffering From Few Months Which Is Totally Disturbing My Mind And Business Also. I Lost Many Business Deals Just Because My Permanent Number Is Switched Off Just Because Of Carelessness Of IDEA CUSTOMER CAREDEPARTMENT. They People Ignore My Conversion Most Of Time & Suggest Me Only Change The Simcard([protected]). Then I Changed Sim Card 3 To 4 Time And Spent 25 Rs. Every Time For Simcard Till The Problem Was As It Is. It Was Not The Proper Solution. They People Does Not Replied Properly. There Is No Meaning Of Customer Care Where The Employees Don’t Even Know The Value Of Time. There Is No Accuracy In Services Provided By You. Who Is The Responsible For Those Business Deals Which I Lost Because Of Communication Error Just Because Of Idea Service Providers Are Unable To Resolve My Simcard Problem. Now I Can't Take More Stress Mentally. I Want Proper Solution Without Wastage Of Time And Money. Its Request Resolve My Problem As Soon As Possible. Kindly Note This "I Dont Have Useless Time To Make Reminders Or Make Complains. Now Time To Take Proper Actions Either Resolve Or I Will Go Through Consumer Court. I am hardly disappointed from IDEA for this kind a customer support service.

EIGHTY ONLY) IN MY MOBILE & TODAY MORNING WHEN I TRIED TO MAKE A CALL, IT CAME TO MY NOTICE THAT I HAD A BALANCE OF Re. 1 ONLY IN MY MOBILE.                                         Dear Idea, Worst company in India..i m port the idea connection after that we taken plan 299 also taken additional 250 internate pack 1 gb but after end of pack idea is not stop my plan so i m also not undestand that my pack is end but after that idea renew tha pack by default not intimate me now my bill is 3000 rs. we also spoke with customer care he told company not intimate the renewal also its not in our policy. and also i m asked that wna t to register the compalint but he told no one take the your complaint ….IDEA….Worst
