Dear All, I have a Idea Internet services in which i have taken a 3G unlimited plan in which i am getting a speed of 60 to 70 kbps in 3G. From last 4 months i making a complaint in idea appellate authorities but as on till date i am not getting the solutions. Hello, I have registered request for switching from Postpaid to prepaid service at Sinhagad road Idea showroom on last Thursday i.e. 21st May. It was very pathetic response received in that showroom.
